A lot of tables were dirty and had rubbish on them and no was really coming out to clean these for other people to use.

The ambience , staff and food everything pleased me too well again..

Such lazy and useless people working on the tills my order was sitting in the heat for 15 minutes and when I kept inquiring about it they kept saying it was coming. I got fed up and asked them to check and lo and behold it was under the heat the whole time???!!!

I recently visited KFC tottenham court road and had a very unpleasant experience due to the rude behavior of an employee named sam/ som The staff member was unprofessional, spoke rudely, and did not provide proper customer service. I have always enjoyed KFC’s food, but such poor service is unacceptable. Customers should be treated with respect, and I hope the management takes action to improve staff behavior. I will think twice before visiting this location again.

Just went there to get a takeaway with my friends. The guy at the till was very rude and uninterested. Asked to scan my kfc reward code but he said i cant scan it anymore. Even though i hadnt paid yet. I think his name was Sam or close to that. Very bad experience. Never coming here again.

the Chicken was not what I expected, we did not get what we expected 2 chicken drums 2 thighs and 2 breast, but only all chicken breast they were over cooked and dry, chicken wings were more tasty and succulent and Chicken pop corn, and the chips were excellent the rest was very good.

I recently visited this KFC and was appalled to find black mold in the bathroom. The unsanitary conditions were shocking, especially for a food establishment. To make matters worse, I developed small rashes after my visit, which I suspect were caused by exposure to the mold. This is unacceptable and poses serious health risks to customers. I strongly urge management to address this immediately and for others to avoid this location until it’s resolved. Cleanliness should be a top priority, especially where food is served!

Not a fan of the fast food but my son really wanted to have KFC. Service is good, food is what we all know it.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel like people need to be aware of this. Yesterday, I grabbed a quick lunch from this branch, and by the evening, I was terribly sick. I spent the whole night in misery, constantly running to the bathroom with diarrhea and dealing with intense nausea. I hadn’t eaten anything else that day, and the meal I had was so greasy and oily that I couldn’t even finish it. I’ve never had food poisoning in my life before, so I can’t be 100% sure, but given the constant vomiting and diarrhea that followed, I strongly suspect that the food from this branch caused it. I really hope they take more care in ensuring the quality of their food because this experience was awful! I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this. Please be cautious and think twice before eating here.

Visited there for a Sundae on Thursday night....I'm always pleased by the food here but that day quality of Sundae was very bad a🙌

A little cold, the package could have been better, fries in a bag with oil not so healthy, wrap the hamburgers in foil ( keeps the food hot ) no need to use a cardboard box for them.

I walked in from hospital and grabbed a meal. They took 5 mins to take my order they were busy cleaning and taking online orders. They did acknowledged me at the till even though they can see me standing there like a moron. Food is disgusting burger is dry and lettuce were old. Chicken piece were rotten like an old egg. Smelt really funny as I was diving into the chicken. Seating area are not maintained properly. Rubbish were everywhere tables were filthy. KFC has lost its basic standard. This needs to be closed down and needs to be called for an infection immediately. Do not waste your hard working money for this filthy disgusting food. Avoiddddddddddddddd pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee if you do not want to be sick and end up in hospital.

Too much oily. Literally too much! Either these wings were pre cooked or your oil is over burnt. Chicken tastes nothing but blunt. Few wings were cold. Wings skin tasted quite rubbery. Not freshly cooked for sure. Wings had filaments. I know your wings are delivered frozen in packets. When you mix the flour coatings, at least try to remove big filaments guys! Come on! Please 🙏🏻 Your branch is the worst KFC I ever tried. I love KFC hot wings. That's my favourite on the go. But I will probably never come back to your branch anymore. Toilet was dirty as hell! Urine or water was everywhere on the floor. Stinks horrible! Shortage of staff maybe? Or just don't care since it's public one? Please do tale care of some hygiene notes mate! Sorry! But you guys must try to do things better! I do not recommend this branch to eat unless they care about customers and improve their hygiene.

Hey, it's KFC, it's all right fast food with nice chips, probably my fav from any big chains. What made my visit so good was a member of stuff who was super polite, helpful and even has brought part of my order - which needed more time to fry - to the table I was sitting at. Sorry, I don't know his name, but you don't see this kind of service in dystopian country like UK. Thumbs up and you deserve pay rise. Let me add it was Boxing Day so not busy at all, not sure do they provide same service in busy weekday at lunch time. Place was clean and quiet, I enjoyed my time spent there tremendously, for a change.

Ok branch. Typical KFC food. Staff were busy talking with each other instead of preparing the food when I went there. While I was eating my chicken in the branch there was littles flies flying around my food! Not too busy. A bit on the small side. Had to use the washroom downstairs. The stairs felt very slippery like grease on them. The gents was not impressive to say the least. There liquid near urinals - don't know if that was water or urine. No one cleaned it up. Would not go to this branch again.

The place was really dirty with rubbish everywhere, residue on the tables, and damaged seats. I bought a family feast, six pieces, but they gave me 3 normal pieces and 3 chicken wings. And when I went to tell them, they told me it was a normal piece so I was not too happy with the service. Although I did get an extra piece to make up for it, this KFC did still not impress me, as they are not following the KFC standards. Hopefully the KFC head office will look into this establishment, but for now, I won't be returning and don't recommend going here. Thank you.

Basically, I went to collect my order on Saturday (09/11/24) afternoon. The female with a glass was really very helpful and friendly. My order was a bit delayed, but it's not an unacceptable delay. The female assistant (with a glass) feels her sorry for the delay, but it wasn't necessary as it wasn't a long time waiting. Great customer service with an excellent smile. Well done.

This KFC is notorious for pickpockets. They (usually two girls) come into the store and target people who have phones on the table. They put a paper over it and pretend they want you to read something and take your phone. Have told manager many times but continue to see the same girls lurking around.

The toilet smelled so bad I have to give 1 star for all. There is a sign in the bathroom saying it's cleaned regularly...impossible! What i smelled was years of build up. Vile, the manager needs sacking. Will never be coming back!! Invest in some bleach.

Then she made up an order I was to find out of 4 pieces of chicken and grunted at me with resentment when I asked again for large beans I have a slight visual disability I can articulate myself in my first language to a good degree and I am conscious of what I say We had a dispute about the order, the woman in the hijab shouted that I had ordered 4 pieces of chicken . It was three that I ordered ,that would be more than enough to eat Another staff member came over and we argued He pointed and called me something in a foreign language Frankly the way I was treated was sickening I asked for a refund I will never again feel comfortable to go to a KFC!
