Such a waste! Terrible experience! Sorry for writing in such a negative manner. I understand, you guys are working very hard but as a customer we deserve at least something bare minimum. Too much oily. Literally too much! Either these wings were pre cooked or your oil is over burnt. Chicken tastes nothing but blunt. Few wings were cold. Wings skin tasted quite rubbery. Not freshly cooked for sure. Wings had filaments. I know your wings are delivered frozen in packets. When you mix the flour coatings, at least try to remove big filaments guys! Come on! Please 🙏🏻 Your branch is the worst KFC I ever tried. I love KFC hot wings. That's my favourite on the go. But I will probably never come back to your branch anymore. Toilet was dirty as hell! Urine or water was everywhere on the floor. Stinks horrible! Shortage of staff maybe? Or just don't care since it's public one? Please do tale care of some hygiene notes mate! Sorry! But you guys must try to do things better! I do not recommend this branch to eat unless they care about customers and improve their hygiene.

Hey, it's KFC, it's all right fast food with nice chips, probably my fav from any big chains. What made my visit so good was a member of stuff who was super polite, helpful and even has brought part of my order - which needed more time to fry - to the table I was sitting at. Sorry, I don't know his name, but you don't see this kind of service in dystopian country like UK. Thumbs up and you deserve pay rise. Let me add it was Boxing Day so not busy at all, not sure do they provide same service in busy weekday at lunch time. Place was clean and quiet, I enjoyed my time spent there tremendously, for a change.

Ok branch. Typical KFC food. Staff were busy talking with each other instead of preparing the food when I went there. While I was eating my chicken in the branch there was littles flies flying around my food! Not too busy. A bit on the small side. Had to use the washroom downstairs. The stairs felt very slippery like grease on them. The gents was not impressive to say the least. There liquid near urinals - don't know if that was water or urine. No one cleaned it up. Would not go to this branch again.

The place was really dirty with rubbish everywhere, residue on the tables, and damaged seats. I bought a family feast, six pieces, but they gave me 3 normal pieces and 3 chicken wings. And when I went to tell them, they told me it was a normal piece so I was not too happy with the service. Although I did get an extra piece to make up for it, this KFC did still not impress me, as they are not following the KFC standards. Hopefully the KFC head office will look into this establishment, but for now, I won't be returning and don't recommend going here. Thank you.

I brought family kfc. This is heavy oil and delicious is not. It was good tasted on years ago. Today this is crap foods shit.

Basically, I went to collect my order on Saturday (09/11/24) afternoon. The female with a glass was really very helpful and friendly. My order was a bit delayed, but it's not an unacceptable delay. The female assistant (with a glass) feels her sorry for the delay, but it wasn't necessary as it wasn't a long time waiting. Great customer service with an excellent smile. Well done.

This KFC is notorious for pickpockets. They (usually two girls) come into the store and target people who have phones on the table. They put a paper over it and pretend they want you to read something and take your phone. Have told manager many times but continue to see the same girls lurking around.

The toilet smelled so bad I have to give 1 star for all. There is a sign in the bathroom saying it's cleaned regularly...impossible! What i smelled was years of build up. Vile, the manager needs sacking. Will never be coming back!! Invest in some bleach.

Rude arrogant 1st staff person walked away from me at the till I remain patient snd accept maybe he could be busy Then an angry lady in a hijab shouts in broken English ‘Go to the machine and order’’ mocking me when I explained that I have a disability I am also brown and can accept some people might not understand English. Shouted the rude lady I felt Really as though this was a bad experience No courtesy or welcome and zero basic customer service was shown to me But I paid with my card I have eaten kFC for 45 years! Then she made up an order I was to find out of 4 pieces of chicken and grunted at me with resentment when I asked again for large beans I have a slight visual disability I can articulate myself in my first language to a good degree and I am conscious of what I say We had a dispute about the order, the woman in the hijab shouted that I had ordered 4 pieces of chicken . It was three that I ordered ,that would be more than enough to eat Another staff member came over and we argued He pointed and called me something in a foreign language Frankly the way I was treated was sickening I asked for a refund I will never again feel comfortable to go to a KFC!

Yesterday the saff was way to rude I see one African woman been abused by the staff hey haven’t been done table service for her as she have asked for and also dealing with furious customer is horrible and for a god sake why the staff aloud to wear a burqa is should not sign of professional at all in restaurant mostly not in a hot days anyway the kitchen is hot and is irritating to see a burqa is shouldn’t match in the kitchen health and safety protocols I don’t come back again till the these rude staff remains

Wow. I have never encountered such a great experience in my whole life with KFC. I would like to pay a compliment to staff member prasad . He was really friendly, kind and funny. his service is the best and truly commendable. I have never seen such enthusiastic staff.

Cancelled a £200+ order nearly 30 or so minutes after ordering placed even when we accepted they didn't have veggie options. Avoid!!! In response: it was direct and the team were spoken to. But to decline the order a significant time after the order was placed is not acceptable

This cozy place has left the best impressions, kudos to Alluri Durga Prasad for the service I have received, I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again when I visit UK.

KFC Goodge St. is conveniently located not far from Choor Bazaar (British Museum) which in Hindi translated means Thieves Market. All cultural heritage stolen from around the World by the English is stored here. It makes our hearts bleed. India is a Super Power and should Demand the return of these artifacts. The Imperial Psychopaths can write door signs in Japanese, Korean, Arabic but not Hindi which is spoken by about 1.5 Bilion people globally. They have stolen or destroyed the majority of our Heritage so surely they should possess the decency to have signs in Hindi. There are several electric sockets to charge your phones and Tablets after a hard days Museum hopping and making memories. The staff are super friendly and kind and let me charge my phone so I could top up my Debit Card. It's usually full jam packed with tourists. "Today, very Hot day so not many tourists. Not yet!" the KFC Associate imformed me in flawless Hindi. The food is competitively priced and delicious.

Shocking franchise: got severe food poisoning from a regular chicken burger. The restaurant was extremely unclean and smelt disgusting, the staff were inattentive and the lack of hygiene and food handling standards were unacceptable. Avoid at all costs

The staff here are really rude. Probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I didn’t get their names but they were sighing and rolling their eyes. Got the order wrong twice. Toilets were extremely filthy and when we told one of the guys working they proceeded to laugh and joke about it.

The food was disgusting. Tasted like it was left overs from the night before. At 1030am there's no way freshly cooked food tastes like that therefore had to throw it away. Also the toilets downstairs are really filthy with sticky floors and no toilet paper in cubicle. One member of staff kept standing next to my table be it a small partition was between us and proceeded to yabber away in his own language on his phone quite loudly, not very sanitary at all where customers are eating. I won't be eating here again.

Best place... This is a honest to goodness real thank you note from a dinner in your restaurant Dear KFC manager. This KFC has been awful for the past 3 years. Rude staff, can hardly speak English, the female manager is extremely rude. This branch never lets anyone use their student discount. If you order a bucket a side will be missing. I have never had a good experience here and now vow to never go here again. Disgusting service. Employ better staff, improve your service and ensure that they can at least speak a sentence in English! Shocking place AVOID!!!!!!

Best HALAL KFC in Westminster area. Me and my wife were super hungry and luckily found this one, staffs are very helpful to take our order and serve us promptly. Highly recommended

10 am door just open, I was the first customer, ordered 6 hot wings. It's the worst hot wings in KFC I've ever had. The oil must be very very old and burnt and dirty. Tasted so bad. Chips as well, BAD BAD OIL!

Hello, I came to get some lunch on my lunch break at this branch and received possibly the worst service I’d ever had. I approached this lady asking her to serve me as I wanted to order to which she replied “over there” where I walked and the machine was in error - I then asked her again where and she told me I cannot pay at the till because I wanted to use card, however she had not asked me and her attitude towards me was so poor. I then notified her that I could not order what I wanted from the kiosk machine hence why I had come to the till which by the way was completely empty with no customers only for her to then repeat to me again that I could not pay here because I was using card. I don’t know what policies you have in regards to this, so correct me if I am wrong. She then refused to serve me or look at me to the point where I had to call someone behind her and when I asked the man to make a complaint he pretended not the know English - the lady was not wearing a name badge and neither was the other male staff, she also shouted at him not to give me her name which left him utterly silent until finally I asked him where are your name badges so I can identify you and make a complaint - he then proceeded to tell me her name badge was upstairs and her name was “umye”. I do not think this was her name as he spelled it incorrectly numerous times and the lady was smiling also. However I took a photo of her due to her being unrecognisable without a badge letting the public know who she is. Her attitude was incredibly poor and as someone with a sight impediment her assistance should have been there - without me disclosing my status. Please pass this on to a manager and rectify the issue so that it doesn’t happen to anyone else again.

Absolutely disgusting filthy KFC. Floors and tables covered in grease and sauce. Overflowing bins and a mouse in the kitchen which I didn’t have time to capture on camera. The steps down to the toilet were also grease coated and were like blocks of ice and I thought I was going to slip and die a few times on a single trip to the toilets. The urine coated floor emits a powerful odour which wafts all the way to the eating level upstairs. I’m currently preparing a report to Camden Council and the Food Standards Agency. The chicken burger and chips were cold and tasteless and the coke was flat.

This place is always busy but their service was really fast. The food was really good, I tried the new spicy flaming wrap and went for another. Their fries had Seasoning on it that tasted like all purpose seasoning, I didn't really like the seasoning used it tasted like a sweet spice. Otherwise, the food was good.

The nearest KFC near UCL and does not accept student offer. What a joke. Food was as terrible as the service.
