I parked at KFC wessington way. Ive been here a few times. Parking is free when using a business on this site. Sat in and had lunch then headed off elsewhere with the car. Received a letter a month later saying I hadn’t responded to previous letters and my fine was now £100. I’ve sent an email to appeal as this is the first letter I’ve received. I won’t be visiting any business on this site again Completely unethical and corrupt business

Over priced meals that you get very little of not very nice at all wouldn’t recommend it

Dreadful!! Half the order missing! All my son had in his child’s meal deal was the tiny burger, no corn on the cob, no pineapple, no beans that I paid £2.99 extra for. Plus other items missing! Phoned KFC, no help at all!!!

My chips were freezing cold and the chicken was luke warm. I was really looking forward it but all I got was disappointment.

The fried chicken is quiet burnt, and I order NO DRUMSTICK, yet i have 4 out of 6 on the bucket. 😂

Advertised time was 1330. Arrived 1430. Order was entirely incorrect. Went through every avenue on the app to rectify to no avail. Ended up eating it anyway and it was freezing cold.

Food arrived on time. All was hot and fresh which surprised me from previous reviews. Would re order again!

Am am missing a pop corn chicken and took over hour and half to get here.

Only give an star for this only bcos I had a parking ticket coz I over stayed our welcome for having a party bucket at the restaurant and charged us for parking for over 60mins, unacceptable this is !!!

Food overcooked & dry , wings had obviously been sitting on hot shelf for hours . Chips cold & soggy . Everything went in the bin !

Went through the drive thru and only ordered a variety bucket. Made us park in the bay and then came out and said they are waiting on chicken and will be up to 20 minutes. Could have told us before we paid? Eventually the food came out after a 30 minute wait and when we brought it home their were 2 things missing from the order… absolutely terrible experience from start to finish!!!

Been here twice this month and on both occasions the order was messed up music was to loud staff didn't seem to want to help the other 2 KFC's in Sunderland and staff verry helpful I was very disappointed with castletown store☹☹

Zero point in ordering a boneless banquet if they replace the 3 boneless fillets, the main part of the meal, with one drumstick, terrible service from kfc. Especially when they have your contact details and could have asked about substitutes . Just eat driver was great though.

Completely wrong order. Receipt was the correct for my order but none of the food was in there. This is the 4th time in a row our order has been completely wrong, mixed up or missing items. Spent 35 and I get food worth 10 to my door. Uber slow in issuing refunds or advice on the matter. Will not be ordering from here again, as a chef myself I'm appalled at the skill level, communication, and multiple miss haps. Other reviews confirm it is a recurring issue for lots of people ordering; the managers and owners of the branch don't seem interested in fixing these issues in house, so I'm left wondering how this site is still operational with it's, clearly, sub-par staff.

The delivery driver was an absolute disgrace because his hands were full he decided to use his foot to kick my door several times then when I went to the door to confront him he looked at me with his hands full and said your food!! Absolute disgrace

Wasn’t too sure they would deliver from Sunderland to Jarrow but they did and it was canny quick too. Food was lukewarm but considering the distance not bad at all.

Not only does the delivery driver not know how to get to my house forcing me to come out in the rain because he wont listen to my instruction over half of my order if missing, come on how hard can it be to get order wrong? a burger meal and some cookies and u forgot the cookies

Food awful! Ordered Colonels Crowd Pleaser 6 piece... Chicken coating was almost black, very strange, and incredibly greasy. Mini fillets too salty to eat and hot chicken wings just skin and bone. The fries, all 10 of them, were limp and almost cold.....£3.19 too!! The whole lot was inedible. I rang KFC Wessington Way and was told as it was an Uber order they couldn't help!! Terrible service, inedible food and a complete waste of money. NEVER AGAIN.

There was no corn so was given chips and didn’t know until I opened my food, would of liked to have been called and asked what side I would want as an alternative other than that food was lovely.

Standard fare for a KFC. Nice fresh food. Restaurant was clean and tidy. The issue is one member of staff who is incredibly rude. This isn't based from one visit, but 3. The first time, the staff member in question refused to top up my fries (I paid for a large, and the holder was nowhere near full) instead, I had a "suck of the teeth" from her and a rude retort. The next visit, she was rude to a young couple who were missing food from their order and she argued the point even though it was quite clear the food wasn't there. The third and most recent, was the complete lack of customer service and more rudeness when asking us to wait for food. If it wasn't for this girl on the staff, I'd give 5 stars.

Be careful, the car park has a 1 hour time limit after that you will be issued a fine.

First time I ordered delivery with kfc, and they sent me gravy instead of mash, I hate the gravy, the small popcorn chicken is a joke (6 pieces) are you freaking serious, 6 pieces and a wrong order!
