Complete order was wrong but it’s the 2nd time this week from different resturants so are the drivers the problem - a third order didn’t even get to me at all h

Unfortunately the 6 pieces of original chicken were all legs rather than a variety of different pieces

It was nice and hot but from 10 pieces of chicken we had 6 legs

Absolutely disgusting as always they only give legs pieces and no other cuts every order I have placed it’s always the same will not order from this branch again that’s for sure!!!!

BS never received order... what a joke

Food was vile . We had two Zinger burgers which had clearly been there all day, they weren’t just overcooked they were solid almost. Even the dog couldn’t eat them. Makes a mockery of the picture on the site. Avoid KFC Southgate. Chips were okay but not very warm.

Why do they not look at the notes . I specified No Legs and got two !!!!

What's happened to KFC !? Not had it for a few years, so decided to have it for a change, it was awful, the chicken was stodgy, oil ridden sludge, disgusting !! The fries were floppy damp and cold ! Definitely won't be ordering again !!

I added a note asking for a couple of changes.... one was a certain piece of chicken and the other was regarding mayonnaise... they read what I asked and the food was piping hot and amazing. absolutely would keep ordering from here. They are great 😃👍.

It was late, and the delivery time kept being put back. After 20+ min extended wait the food arrived cold. I would not recommend Just Eat or kfc Southgate

Gravy so thick it didn't pour. Tiny chicken pieces, vast majority of the chicken was legs! spicy chicken wings ŵere really overdone and dry. KFC is expensive, it's a family treat yet they treat customers with such disrespect to send poor quality food. I have pictures of the rubbish delivered.

Staff is very sincere as well food quality is very good this is best In south London.

Fries were soggy and not crispy at all, chicken is alright but better if they were bit crispy.

cold. stone cold. tbh not worth it at all. better to go yourself than rely on the delivery as tour probably the 3rd or 4th so always freezing if u order a fast food variation.

Great customer service even when it was busy the lady in front made sure to serve my orders at the earliest . Definitely coming back again.

I went in and did my order myself and was asked to pay at the counter. When standing at the counter I patiently waited for the 1 staff member behind the till to serve me but this staff member just had her back to me for about 5 minutes until I called her, once I did she just blankly stared at me until I mentioned I needed to pay, she again didnt even ask how much it was, she just put her hand out for me to hand her the cash, then tried to give me back old pound coins hoping I dont notice. Once I did I let her know and she just changed the coins with no apology or no words whatsoever and not even a friendly smile. I ended up waiting about 20mins and so asked at the counter and the lady hands me a bag that was on the side as she didnt even bother to call my number and so the food was just sitting there getting cold for no reason, even while handing me the bag she didnt say a word. I would understand if this had been a busy day and so forth but there were 4 of us in the restaurant and she did the same with 2 other customers before me. I was not able to get her name as she wasnt even wearing a name badge. Terrible staff member with a terrible attitude, not one person out of the 4 in there were rude to her yet she had an attitude as if everybody was. I will not be visiting this KFC again.

PROBABLY THE WORST KFC IN NORTH LONDON. The service is poor. The ability to talk to customers is WORSE. You would trust this place to serve diarrhea

Not delivery drivers fault as restaurant took over a hour to complete a simple 15 minute order

Absolutely unacceptable behavior was exhibited by the staff, starting with their refusal to change my chicken piece despite a side breast piece being clearly available. The inflexibility and outright disregard for customer satisfaction are shocking. When I reluctantly requested a refund, the staff member assisting me was entirely out of order, displaying extreme annoyance, ruthlessness, and arrogance. His behavior was not just unprofessional it was the worst I have ever encountered in any customer service setting,to make matters worse the place was poorly lit, the tables weren’t clean, and the floor was a mess, adding to the unpleasant atmosphere. This experience was not just below the standard I expect from KFC it was an utter disgrace. 👎

One box was missing and the other burger was absolutely horrible, dry overcooked and chewy, very small , disgusting, also it was not a chicken breast it was a chicken thigh probably. Nothing like on the pictures too. Very bad

It’s a real sad that I have leave a bad review. When ordering my food I made a simple request no drumsticks. In the mega bucket for one which consisted of 2 pieces of chicken 2 hot wings, 2 fillets chips and a very warm 7 up. The 2 pieces of chicken I received where 2 drumsticks. KFC IS A CHICKEN SPECIALIST EVERY OTHER CHICKEN RESTAURANT I HAVE EATEN HAVE ALWAYS RESPECTED MY ORDER REQUEST. HOW HARD IS IT. 😞

Received someone elses order! children's meals!!! called up kfc southgate and they did nothing about it ...just said its drivers fault..which I agree but thry should contact the driver...instead thry did nothing at all..had to re order from north finchley as southgate supposedly werent taking any orders...wonder why...

The delivery driver was great. He saw what i had written in the comments and told kfc to make sure my mum got what she liked for mothers day. Delivery drivers like this really care and should be looked after.

KFC Always seems to miss orders. Missing 4x chips. Side of large beans and chicken popcorn. How can they miss and forgot to pack it if I order a sharing bucket. This is why I was skeptical to order from here tonight.

Ordered a 10pc Wicked Variety with some extras and the gentleman with the mask did a great job of making sure I had everything. The lady at the front next to him was also very helpful and courteous. Food was piping hot and tasted great + shop was also very clean. Thank you.

Worst experience with a takeaway delivery. Last time I ordered it was bad but thought I’d give them another try… Food was awful! Coleslaw tasted out of date, it was disgusting. I ordered 10 wings but received 7. Chips tasted like gravy. The bbq bites were shocking. And the delivery driver was late so my food was cold because he decided to drive past my house and deliver someone else’s food 20minutes away.

Food wrong staff rude only care about the Uber turtles drivers

The food was 20 mins late and freezing this keeps happening unfortunately the driver disconnects and the signal fails so the food come freezing cold and you can’t eat it
