KFC Southgate - Chaseside in Enfield

Extremely disappointed with my order. The meat in the burger was so tough I couldn’t even chew or bite through it. On top of that, the patty was half the size of the bun, making the whole thing feel even more disappointing. Definitely not worth the price.

I ordered online last night and I can only describe the Chicken as lacking. The pieces were so small it was a joke! The fries were the only thing acceptable and tasted ok.Definatley not worth the money spent and judging by some of the other reviews it's not just me.I will not be ordering from here again.

Honestly when i went in the KFC everything looked good but the tables were not clean,food was good at first but at the second wing i almost threw up, service was terrible, 15 minutes to come with 2 piece chicken and fries,also toilet was disgusting and full of tissues,no dessert options but if you are coming to this KFC, order a chocolate.chip cookie since it is the only good food.

Although I wrote on time for some reason I tracked delivery and went around the houses which caused my food to be cooler and later than it should have been

They had 3 customers of which I was the first to come and first to order only 2 items and a drink. I missed 3 buses waiting for my order. Terrible service and didn’t have the decency to put my order together properly

Took ages for food to be delivered. App kept changing drivers and arrived with missing items. Tried to call them but they just ignore the phone. 40 minutes to deliver when it's only a 5 minute drive. Not surprised it's got a low rating.

The chicken pieces were overcooked and tasteless. Didn’t seem like the usual recipe from the colonel. Other items were ok but the meal wasn’t packed well and was soggy. Hardly any chips so a bit disappointed this time around.

Cold, poorly packaged, asked for chicken breast and got a leg instead.

What has happened to this KFC restaurant? The food at this place used to be really great. Fresh hot yummy food! The quality of their food now is now absolutely abysmal. The chicken was almost stone cold and it was very very dry and tasteless. My sons fillet burger was also cold and didn’t have mayonnaise or lettuce in it. This is the 3rd time this has happened to us, in the last 2 months and I am sick and tired of wasting my money on this rubbish. This place needs to be taken over by people who value their customers, by not selling them this rancid inedible slop that is not even fit for a dog to eat. My god, how the standards of this restaurant have declined! Shocking!

Kids waited all day to have kfc offered 3 mini fillet burgers and fries and 1 burger and 1 fries turned up

Driver did not respond, was stood still for a long time. Clearly also using other delivery apps like Uber Eats

the gravy was solid and the chips were undercooked

the delivery driver is amazing really friendly guy you should celebrate him for being part of your team

The triology box came without a Burger!!! The fries were out the bag and had been thrown in and the boneless chicken was rock solod and beans appeared to have been cooked from earlier even night before they were horrific.

Driver went to wrong house chips were cold so had to heat up

Food was good, hot and all there. Only problem is packing they put your cold drinks in same bag with hot food 😠 Thus drinks always fall out and can be damaged!!

very reluctant to order as last time it wasnt great but I was very pleased and they even followed my special instructions aswell.

Often give the wrong order. One time there is a bottle missing, then 2 gravies missing, many times. Horrible service and waste customer’s time

Delivery Time kept getting moved back, when food arrived it was warm at best, bag ripped, cold drink next to hot food, chicken size was a joke, gravy pot was just over half full, chips portion was insulting. Very unimpressed.

Chilli dips had almost No Chilli Sauce on them and so were very disappointing.

the mini fillets were very meaty but just a little bit too spicy. the chilli bites were nice.

When I received the bag, chicken and chips were cold. I expect them to be warm even though not hot. 😞

Food took over an hour to arrive and when it did it was stone cold. Even the canned drink was warmer than the food. Abysmal

Ordered a 4 piece meal, and they’ve sent 3 tiny bony wings, and 1 large very bony thigh. Hardly any chicken on them. Very disappointing. Compounded by the fact they are chewy, and dry and lukewarm. Not fresh, sent me small overheld food for a £12 appalled

Food was vile . We had two Zinger burgers which had clearly been there all day, they weren’t just overcooked they were solid almost. Even the dog couldn’t eat them. Makes a mockery of the picture on the site. Avoid KFC Southgate. Chips were okay but not very warm.

What's happened to KFC !? Not had it for a few years, so decided to have it for a change, it was awful, the chicken was stodgy, oil ridden sludge, disgusting !! The fries were floppy damp and cold ! Definitely won't be ordering again !!

It was late, and the delivery time kept being put back. After 20+ min extended wait the food arrived cold. I would not recommend Just Eat or kfc Southgate

I added a note asking for a couple of changes.... one was a certain piece of chicken and the other was regarding mayonnaise... they read what I asked and the food was piping hot and amazing. absolutely would keep ordering from here. They are great 😃👍.

Gravy so thick it didn't pour. Tiny chicken pieces, vast majority of the chicken was legs! spicy chicken wings ŵere really overdone and dry. KFC is expensive, it's a family treat yet they treat customers with such disrespect to send poor quality food. I have pictures of the rubbish delivered.

cold. stone cold. tbh not worth it at all. better to go yourself than rely on the delivery as tour probably the 3rd or 4th so always freezing if u order a fast food variation.

PROBABLY THE WORST KFC IN NORTH LONDON. The service is poor. The ability to talk to customers is WORSE. You would trust this place to serve diarrhea

I went in and did my order myself and was asked to pay at the counter. When standing at the counter I patiently waited for the 1 staff member behind the till to serve me but this staff member just had her back to me for about 5 minutes until I called her, once I did she just blankly stared at me until I mentioned I needed to pay, she again didnt even ask how much it was, she just put her hand out for me to hand her the cash, then tried to give me back old pound coins hoping I dont notice. Once I did I let her know and she just changed the coins with no apology or no words whatsoever and not even a friendly smile. I ended up waiting about 20mins and so asked at the counter and the lady hands me a bag that was on the side as she didnt even bother to call my number and so the food was just sitting there getting cold for no reason, even while handing me the bag she didnt say a word. I would understand if this had been a busy day and so forth but there were 4 of us in the restaurant and she did the same with 2 other customers before me. I was not able to get her name as she wasnt even wearing a name badge. Terrible staff member with a terrible attitude, not one person out of the 4 in there were rude to her yet she had an attitude as if everybody was. I will not be visiting this KFC again.
