KFC Southampton - Portswood Road in Southampton

Workers are rude, literally waited for 5 mins because they didn’t take my order. (Paid with cash so couldn’t use kiosk) They literally looked at my about 10 times and wouldn’t serve me. Place was dirty with trash everywhere

Health hazard. Stay away (unless you after food poisoning).

delivery times just kept changing and changing and changing eventually 2 and half hours later I got my food....surprise surprise food is cold. either the driver just sat in restaurant for hours or the restaurant left the food not under a hot hold for hours

Ordered the food Sunday 15:15, received it Monday 11:20. Courier didn't knock on the door, he just did a U-turn and walked away. We had to call him back. Worst service ever!

Order confirmed at 18:54 and deliver at 21:05, over two hours.

Order was placed at 18:02 - arrived at 19:31. It was cold and soggy. So shocking. Dinner ruined.

It did not turn up this the second time this has happened with kfc I would like a full refund

I did not receive a regular gravy and also a can of tango which was on my order.

The driver went the wrong way on the map but took longer to deliver the food so pretty much all the food was lukewarm or cold by the time we ate. The only thing that was relatively warm was the rice because they have lids. Very disappointing as it was quite expensive but poor service in the end. I reported it on the map but it’s so disappointing to pay a lot for food that arrives cold.

Food was cold and missing items for a £50 order it’s quite poor to be honest

The wrong delivery address was put on the order so I called the driver and he was very rude and did not give us our food to the right address

The food was very late and on the maps it seemed the driver got very lost a lot of times. The food was very cold when we go it and very disappointed in the service.

So close to shop but guy on bike didn’t zip up warm box so I told him it was cold, so not nice cold soggy chop cold chicken

Awful. Fries were terrible, no drink, everything tossed into the bag and loose, huge cross-contamination risk. Massive disappointment.

the delivery time was pushed back several times. I thought it's being delivered by a pushbike as the route did not make sense. so you can imagine my surprise when the chap turned up in a car. he was perfectly pleasant but could've been here 20 min earlier

First time travelling into town, we were hungry as a family after such a long journey we decided to stop here for food. We ordered 10 pieces of family feast with extra 8 wings, to be honest the quality of the food did not look up to standard already and after tasting one chicken me and my partner said the food served was very cold! I came to tell them with the buckets if chicken the staffs or managers who was not even there was trying to argue with me how it's not cold its fresh, when I blatantly stood there seen how the food was put together. The manager then tried forcing a refund for me through when I repeatedly said I don't wish for a refund I just want fresh chicken. She then took the buckets and asked how many pieces inside I said its complete the two at the tops been bitten by us but you're more than welcomed to count it. She then proceeded to throw them in bin and then went on to give me some from the stands, I tried requesting for thighs and drum pieces she declined it. Then after receiving the buckets, I went to sit back down at this time as a family we were not happy the way it was handled given the circumstances. We started eating food but then we've lost appetite and decided to take it away with us. I thought I didn't want to make a scene, but I will be contacting their customer services. In general, we've discovered the quality of the food was horrible, including the appearance and the taste. We didn't eat the food at all! We came to the conclusion the quality of the food was very poor! I don't know whether it's because of it being a smaller town but either way due to my experiences it's as if the oil used has not been cleaned. I didn't expect it.

All food arrived hot and on time. Everything was well cooked and tasty. My only complaint would be the size of the portion of fries. Come on KFC, chuck a few more in the bag, they're cheap as chips!

My order was given away to someone else and the driver just shrugged it off and left and told me to sort it with just eat

we asked for a bucket even though our order did not come with one and they gave us one anyway. Thanks whoever did that, made our day :)

have ordered here before and been fine. tonight the original chicken was dry like it had been sat on a hot plate for hours. the skin was crunchy, burned and inedible. really poor

Ordered a 6 piece bucket today and got 3 Drumsticks, without a single piece of chicken being the breast piece. With photos to prove. This isn't the first time it's happened here with the lady at the till explaining "it comes out like that". Surely she's realises if 1 of the 6 pieces isn't a breast and 3 of them are drumsticks to sort it? Nope. No effort to fix or correct it. The WORST KFC in Southampton by a mile.

Do Not use Just Eat they never give you a refund when there’s missing food they are a joke and so are kfc Your driver is a miserable human

service from KFC is really shocking missing items so I found them up and say about my missing items they say to me I've not got a driver to deliver your order again so put a complaint in get a refund or come to the store and I give you free food and extra it's not very good how the services run for them to say I've got no other drivers to bring the missing order out to you it's really shocking

Delivered through uber eats. the food was delivered really fast. but too bad the quality of food was not as good as it used to be. fries were too cold and was like boiled potatoes instead of fries. no seasoning at all. chicken was too salty and over-fried. Spend a lot of money and not worth it at all.

We ordered the food at 16:25 for delivery at 17:30. The food didn’t turn up until 18:10, also missing a can of drink. Food was good, just the amount of time it took to get to us was terrible.

the delivery driver didn't knock my door or ring my ring door bell my order was left on the doorstep didn't know it was there until my neighbour walked past and knocked my door to let me know so when I did get it it was all cold I am not impressed I spent 37.00 for cold food

This is the worst meal I have ever had from a KFC. I am absolutely fuming tbf!..My fries were stone cold, my Gravy was luke warm and normally, you get 1 chicken drumstick and a thigh, with a mighty bucket for 1, but I somehow managed to get 2 drumsticks!...Rubbish experience and just going to chuck the lot in the bin and order from somewhere else!..Not a happy, as you can imagine and was charged over £17 for the experience!👍🏿I am more than happy to return the food, drink and get a refund.

Driver turned up on time locked his keys in his car with the food , told me he locked the keys in the car then walked off down the road not telling me what was going on so after 10 minutes I re-ordered the same meal , 25 minutes later he comes back unlocks the car and tries to give me the sweaty food that had been stuck in his car

first time trying the bbq boneless feast. Was very nice.
