I ordered on Ubereats, I ordered the Colonel’s Meal, corn on the cob and Boneless Banquet. I did not receive my fries, my drink nor my corn. I received only chicken for my Colonel’s Meal and the Boneless Banquet. Horrible service. Avoid ordering from here!

Oily tasteless chicken that makes you want to puke

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a deeply upsetting experience I had at your restaurant during a recent collection order. Two members of your staff—a male manager and a female staff member—acted in an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Both of them used offensive language, which I found completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the manager even went so far as to threaten me in front of other customers. This behavior is absolutely disgraceful and far from the standard of service I expect from a professional establishment. As a customer, I believe I deserve respect and proper treatment, and this incident left me feeling humiliated and distressed. I strongly urge you to investigate this matter seriously and ensure such behavior is not tolerated in the future. I would appreciate it if you could inform me about the steps you plan to take to address this situation.

Great service very friendly and clean!

Average food, staff and location. Unfortunately this store is prevalent for phone thieves. As someone who has experienced this first hand in this store and returning to find the same lady attempting the same scam. This is ridiculous, not only did they not help me at all when my phone was stolen but obviously have done nothing to stop people from begging or scamming inside there seating area.

I needed a KFC fix. As a Kentucky Colonel myself… yes, they do exist. It’s an honor bestowed at the Governor’s disgression. I had just returned from India where I had experienced so much mediocre food that I needed a taste of KENTUCKY. The young lady at the counter was very helpful in assisting what would be the best purchase for me at the best price. She was very sweet.

It was good but a little cold. The service is OK, normal atmosphere.

We order to be yelled at, we ask for table service but they call us (while yelling) to come and collect at the counter. On top of that, the food doesn't look like much, we've had much better KFCs. The staff is insolent and disrespectful to tourists. No understanding on that.

It’s a KFC, what can I say? Service was speedy and the food was good for what it is. Only note: I didn’t particularly like the watermelon lime drink, so if you don’t generally like really sweet sodas, would not get that. The fries were well seasoned.

I recently visited a KFC location with a friend and ordered the chicken wings menu. Unfortunately, the wings were served completely raw, which is absolutely unacceptable. For a well-known brand like KFC, which should guarantee consistent and high-quality standards across all its outlets, this was a major letdown. Until this incident, KFC was my favorite fast-food chain. I immediately reported the issue to a staff member, showing her the untouched wings, except for three that I had opened to check but not consumed. She told me she would notify the manager. Later, she came back to ask if I was done eating and took the tray with the raw wings (the evidence of the issue) and threw it away. When I asked her if she had reported the problem, she replied that she had, but she never returned, and I didn’t receive a replacement for the wings. I left the restaurant after paying £30, having eaten nothing and feeling completely disappointed. This level of service is unacceptable. I will never return to this location and will seriously reconsider visiting KFC altogether. Please, avoid this location at all costs!

Small location on street level but plenty of seating downstairs. It's fairly clean and the service was adequate, even though the touch screens for ordering were out of service when we arrived, but the food itself was not great. The "zinger" chicken burger was quite bland with toppings in meager amounts. Fries are the typical British variety, more like potato sticks than what I'd consider actual French fries. Only Pepsi available, no Coke. If you're a big fan of British KFC I'm sure you'll be happy with your visit, but otherwise there are also other fast food options nearby.

The food quality (meaning the chicken itself) was very poor. The dark meat wasn’t dark which implies very poorly treated animals. Chicken meat is only dark if they are allowed to walk around.

Very dirty and Concept of "do it yourself" is fully applied for customers

Worst experience in a fast food restaurant. Signs in the restaurant ask us not to order from the counter but from the kiosk. First observation: These kiosks did not provide receipt. Not a big problem. The staff erased our orders from their screen, then forgot about it. When we asked where our food was after waiting for a while, they did not only ask for our order numbers but also for the content of the order. This felt very strange as we had never experienced this at any other fast food chain. When serving us, several items were sold out/not available. The manager took the liberty to replace some of our items without giving us any other option. When asked for a refund of the missing items, the manager refused to do so and "offered" us to choose something else, knowing full well that the equivalents were cheaper. We didn't want something else, we wanted what we paid for. In the end, we had to settle for something that we did not want on top of having to pay for something that was not available. It is fine to run out of items. What was not normal was that there were no warnings and that we were forced to accept the choices that were imposed on us. In the end, we paid for something that we never had, and no receipt to show for it. A very unpleasant experience with KFC. The lack of respect and consideration for customers is astounding. Alas, that was quite a spectacular show of dishonesty and incompetence.

Popped in because everything else was closed and kids wanted a quick meal. Nothings better than ordering on a touch screen and just waiting for your order. Food came out fast and fresh.

Was impressed by the manager, Viral. Despite the rush of customers, he stayed calm, friendly, and kept everything running smoothly. His leadership and dedication are outstanding. Viral definitely deserves a raise!

Avoid in the summer, no air conditioning at all, downstairs was boiling hot and I was not able to relax. Very annoying considering there does seem to be air conditioning vents, someone in management do something!

Burger quality is at level of Mc Donald's. Poor ingredients and meat is not completely cooked.
