Ordered through just eat at 20.30 order cancelled by the store nearly 2 hours after order placed

The food is always piping hot and tasty

Assistant advised me they don't sell hot drinks,so I left,,,,

Great food staff try hard shame it's not open later miles better than McDonald's. It would sell loads more if it was a little lower priced and lite up a bit more looks empty 80% of the time .shame as foods great but expensive .

I ordered boneless feast and as an add 4 Hot wings ,they added 4 dips for my main by default but how can you choose 5 flavours and give the customer exactly what he don't like for example my family doesn't like bbq sauce instead of it I can accept sweet chilli,spicy majo, garlic majo or ketchup but no they give me bbq sose cost me 40p , I understand if some times flavors runs out and after wa manage out.

Chicken was dry and taste different also no possibilities to pay card where you have info you can pay… branch don’t have even terminal in till what is really weird. This branch KFC every day going down…

Wife likes boneless bucket. But stuff missing from order for the third time

Got the trilogy box meal wrong, got a cold meal, soggy fries, raw chicken after coming back from work, went to the store to complaint the next day, Shanna was very helpful with dealing it, but the others just did not bother when she was asking a question to the colleague, just standing and showing unnecessary attitude.

absolutely appalling customer service i walked in tried to order a zinger stacker box meal but its not on the kiosks. simply went to the till to order because its advertised on the menu screens but told it was cash only. who carries cash in todays day and age? told him i didnt have cash but still wanted the stacker box meal he then told me it was on the kiosk only to find out it actually wasn’t (like i said all along) i asked for the gaffer because speaking to this guy was like trying to draw blood from a stone. he wouldn’t know good customer service if it jumped up and stroked his johnson. the guy waddled off to get the gaffer and 10 mins later shows up with no gaffer and just told me tough luck basically. i then ordered the exact same stuff you get in the box meal (cost me an extra fiver to order it separate) took 15 mins and i left feeling like jimmy S’s grandchild. absolutely spanked. im still reeling over this experience however after reading some of the other reviews on here seems im not alone. colonel sanders did not die for this he would be turning in his grave if he ever had the displeasure of visiting this establishment

Been put off my food by seeing a hair in one of the bonless chicken!

Not enough disabled parking may be another space would be better as the two spaces are close to the drive-through

Terrible! This is the second time they've left me waiting in the car park for over 30 minutes. This time they said they couldn't find my car. The lazy idiot didn't look because I was parked right in front. Then they proceeded to give me the cold food that had been sat there for Gid knows how long. I hateee the service here. Skem doesn't have much choice and that's why I go there every now and again.

Order if you don't want your full order.. absolute joke of a place. Want you to order again to get the meals sent out then wait for a refund.

Staff seem more interested in the delivery drivers who take priority over regular customers.i was in tonight and 4 staff concentrating on Just Eat orders and 1 staff member dealing with everything else...it's a joke.....and the po4ions are getting smaller.

It's what you expect from a KFC,

Went just after 9 to drive through. Was asked what I wanted and gave the order - 6 piece family feast. Silence for about 90 seconds until I was told “sorry we can’t do that we haven’t got enough chicken”. KFC. Didn’t have any chicken left. An hour before close. Offered to wait for more to be cooked. No, they weren’t cooking any more chicken. I could have a burger or more expensive boneless pieces. Was then told to go and wait at the front out of the drive through because they had no fried cooked either.

Not the best K.F.C I've been to , not enough care put into the presentation of the food rotten brown lettuce bits in the Burger but the Chicken burgers and stuffing were spot on not a patch on the Mill Farm K.F.C ( best by far )

Constantly getting small pieces in family pack. In piece of 10 giving 6 leg pieces and 4 small pieces. My humble request to make sure the staff are not doing it properly. Always they miss gravy or some sides. Disappointed. Staff was really rude (not all)specially senior lady. At the same time Southport branch was excellent, staff was very kind and polite.Very satisfied with the food.

My experiences at KFC Skelmersdale have been consistently disappointing. The staff frequently make mistakes on orders, often leaving out items, and condiments are never provided. I can’t understand how they can get 2 orders wrong every time you order there are things missing or wrong meals are they actually that thick or are they saving the products that have been paid for by the consumer and taking it home either way it’s robbery. I do not recommend using this KFC there are far better ones .

The staff are very good. And the food is very good.

Chicken is getting smaller and the flavours are so hit and miss. Definitely not like KFC used to be.

I'm giving 1 because there is not under 0, the chicken was disgusting, soggy they did use a dirty oil to fry i it. The fries are also soggy and old. I would not recommend it even to my worst enemy.

Nice pleasant staff but whereas you used to receive two different pieces of chicken in a meal for one, I have had just drumsticks in each box several times...Sorry, but KFC is just not as good as it used to be

Do not have a non-standard order Long queue at drive through so went in store to order big mistake. Can't order through in store machine as I only wanted 3 pieces chicken. So waited to give my order at till. Totally ignored until I had to stop one of the members of staff. All they do is stare at the screens for orders made by just eat etc and orders made from in store machines. Whatever happened that people think nobody needs personal service. And to cap it all the response I got was "I have to serve from the screen". Seriously wake up and look around. Not the best KFC I've had either. Won't go again.

As kfc's go. I'll be honest this really is not the best. If you get your food late in the day its dry and over cooked. The most infuriating thing which happens almost every time however is items are forgotten on orders. Gravy , sauces small items but none the less vital to meal regularly forgotten

Oh my goodness will never go there again! Actually ordered in the shop, waited 15 minutes, whilst waiting, witnessed the rudest staff assistant shouting at the delivery drivers. Eventually received my order (which if you do decide to go there be it at your peril) check your order as when I got home half of the order was missing and the food was cold and overcooked. Wish I could have put no stars!!!

Today was especially slow. Waiting 20 minutes for a "fast food" service is not acceptable. It seemed like they care a lot more about the deliveries than the actual people who are in the shop. Also had to remind the staff about what we ordered because they would have forgotten to give us 1 kids meal, a drink and some sauces.

Always really nice food but they garentee always forget something and when you've driven 15 minutes home.. there's no point in returning or everything will be cold! The Krushems machine is always magically broken aswel!

Dont bother - With Ubereats and Just eat getting priority now, then there is no point going there in person - Self order machines where off, they where serving 1 customer every 20 minutes, and the queue for the drive through just doesnt move. Plenty of staff walking round doing nothing. Ended up going elsewhere.

Have used this place occasionally but our most recent experience using the drive-through (early Saturday evening) left a lot to be desired. Despite only four vehicles ahead of us in the queue we waited a total of 35 minutes (including 15 at the window) which is totally unacceptable.

Staff here are more interested in vaping in the kitchen than they are getting customer orders right. If you do go here, absolutely make sure to check your order before driving away, because it's highly likely the simpleton staff will have got it wrong.

Chilli Chicken wrap was lovely and hot, 3 piece chicken meal with drink was enjoyed by family member.

Staff run off their feet, all working very hard, just not enough of them. Long wait for food as was busy and had quite a few delivery drivers waiting. Our order was correct but heard 3 customers go up to the counter as their order wasn't right.

Once you have mastered the menu and what is included in each offering then I suppose the visit is OK.

Husband went last night, huge queue, waited in drive through,, gave in his order, paid, picked up and drove home, only to get home to find totally wrong order, nothing he ordered, if we didn't live so far away it would have gone back, fries were awful and chicken over cooked, was totally dissatisfied

The Drive Thru is alright, don't know why it needs a separate listing to KFC itself

We went tonight and was in the drive throw for 30min to be ask can you wait at the front we did and that was another 10min, lots of staff in chatting away, and all we got when are order came out was a very unfelt sorry from a young girl. It takes 2min to get home from KFC to sit down to cold food, we will not be going back

Just terrible order machines don't work properly and not giving order number. 40 minutes wait for food plenty of grumpy staff but nobody qualified to clean tables Walking in thinking about going back to the car and getting my overalls on to stay clean and dred to think of what to toilets would be like In a nut shell don't go here and wast time and cash will not go back by any means just wow not in a good way

Edit 25.03.22 First time back in almost 6 months and these jokers got my order wrong again!! AND they don't even do table service even though they have the tavle aervice markers at the order points. Of this wasn't the closest KFC for 10 miles, I'd never go here. ------------- Got my order wrong twice. Went to the toilet and came back to my table having been partially cleaned, with my gravy and BBQ sauce poured over my food.

Waited 20 mins for my order (inside) to then realise the order had been cancelled due to Uber eats. They compensated with 4 cookies but when I got home they only put 8 chicken and not the 12 peice I ordered. My friend got hers and had to wait so her food was cold. Do not go, order as they put the online orders first. ABSOLUTE JOKE!

Waited over 30 mins for my food it was manic. There were so many people waiting for food then you had all the uber eats etc waiting.

Ordered a one person order due to pneumonia........waited from 6.15pm.......it is now 7.40..... Just eat are either slow or KFC cannot be bothered to work quicker.......sooner have toast in future.

AVOID!! My wife just went here and was waiting for 10 minutes whilst the staff talked about I'm a Celebrity. No face masks. Bearded man cooking chicken, no hair net. Kids using vapes inside the "restaurant" with no one saying anything. My wife is a nurse so has a blue light card to get a discount. Someone from the back had to be called and she tutted whilst saying we will have to take that offer down. Tutting at an NHS nurse for a nation wide KFC discount. Shocking. Only went in as half way into the drive thru noticed they had a sheet of A4 paper with size 14 font saying there were no card payments at the drive thru. In the dark. So no one can see it. Pathetic staff and establishment.

Half the menu missing, drink lid not applied correctly so it went all over my car and I didn't order dog hairs with my fries. Six quid straight into a bin, and a mental note to never come back

I pull up to the drive-thru, turn down my music to help enhance my thought process as to what I want. I see that they have some Kansas BBQ bites that look kinda tasty. So I creep up to the speaker/microphone thingy to process my order. Me - "Can I have a boneless banquet meal for one please?" KFC Lady - "Sure what drink and side?" Me - "Pepsi with no ice and sweetcorn please" KFC Lady - "Sorry we don't have any sweetcorn" Me - "Ok no problem I'll have beans, can I also have some of those Kansas BB-" KFC Lady before I could even finish my sentence - "We don't have any of of those either" also laughing as she said it, as even she knew KFC was a joke for having half a menu. So I complete my order and drive forward to the window to pay and collect my order. I tap my card, it beeps, I then get handed a pepsi with ice in it. Asked for no ice. Whatever I'll let it slide. I get home and plate up. I open the popcorn chicken and pour it onto my plate.... the box isn't even half full. I counted the pieces. 10 little tiny pieces of popcorn chicken. I could fit them all in my mouth and still have room to sing along to a Robbie Williams song. What an experience.

Drive through was VERY slow, I ended up parking and going to the counter. The order was not right as it was short of a side, a bottle of pepsi and contained a substitute I wasn't even told about. I didn't complain as the staff were clearly already stressed and already in a bad mood, I just took the food they decided to throw at me and left. Not very impressed and won't be going again.
