Drive through is a waste of time, took ages to take our order, then all cars directed to park up as no food ready to go. What’s the point of fast food drive through if food isn’t ready. Waited 15 minutes for 2 box meals, what a joke

Can be overtaken by kids around usual times but can’t fault the food nor service. People working there are great and foods always consistently good.

Food always good and staff are good

Got drive-through twice, including a total of 3 orders of the sweet chilli bites, which is supposed to be 4 pieces of chicken. 2 of those orders only had 3 pieces. I mean it's really not hard to count to 4, so I presume it was done deliberately. Won't be going back again.

We have had KFC from many of their shops and have always been reasonably happy with the food, but the food at the Sinfin outlet leaves a lot to be desired, the coating on the chicken is almost tasteless, the beans are cheap, sweetcorn has a wiered taste, and the chips are absolutely disgusting, however the bottle of Fanta was lovely, we will not be back.

Wife and daughter brought a 10-pieces family feast and 8 hot wings. Got home and found only 8 pieces of chicken, what a conn! Check your order before you leave the restaurant.

Last review on Google for store opening times claims to have contact the store in the last 7 about opening Ive Been trying to contact the store for two weeks by phone just answering Machine

Came around after 1pm on Sunday. Service was quick from ordering and receiving my food all within 5 minutes. Tables was cleaned Toilets was very messy and the handle of the door was very sticky Not really the best but everything else was perfect

The restaurant is located in the ASDA parking lot. As it's a chain store, the taste is more or less consistent. However, the breast piece is a bit dry.

Not worth one star allways out of stock or machines not working... Mobile ordering offers never work ... Better shut it down

Order food and tried to use app promotion only to be told there app isn’t working and cannot get promotion, staff was rude and said it should be working in a couple of weeks! If you want to get robbed for over priced chicken and want someone to serve you that don’t want to be there, come to this place!

Absolutely useless. Place needs shutting down. Always ran out off stuff when it's not even busy. Always something going wrong. Machines broken. App can not be used . NHS discount can not be used. Boycott this Place.

Quick midnight stop for chicken. Never disappoints

Wanted to get some food for the family to bring in the new year. The staff decided to not only close an hour earlier then advertised. but, the management lacked the intelligence to atleast turn their outside lights off and just allowed cars to Que in the drive through. They decided to just ignore the car que for about 5min before letting us all know that they had closed early.

After today's experience, with the staff in there only bothered about the drive thru and been ignored like your transparent, I'll never ever return to KFC Sinfin. This place needs a secret shopper to experience what I've had to experience today. Food was OK but chips were cold.

If you want to give up fried food please visit kfc at derby sinfin. I can promise you that it will be your last kfc.

Worst KFC I have ever used, its the closest one too me, but I will be going further to get my fix, I dont think I can gave some for a while, I have been really put off it from this place, I have tried them 3 times and it's been terrible, I can't give them another chance now

Been to this 3 times now , service tbh is below standard . First time they had run out of chicken on the night , after queuing in the one way system you had to wait for all vehicles in front to go before getting out . ( no other option ) you stuck with cars in front and behind . Total time there 45 minutes to get nothing . 2nd time , served at the drive thru , nothing to wipe hands on , most places provide a napkin or clean wipe on take away items . After all it is greasy chicken . Thought maybe they just forgot to drop one in . Today same , bought some chicken as was passing by . Stopped off to eat . Nothing to wipe hands on . It’s just poor service . Will not be going there again . Maybe you thinking it’s nothing , but when you in vehicle , hands covered in grease , you think different then . Sinfin drive thru , 5 minutes away . No issues there .

This place is new. It is clean and appears to be well run most of the time. However,I have had to wait 10 or more minutes or longer for chicken to be cooked.

Had order to take away. All orders correct. No napkins and small popcorn was over held. Great service.

Given that KFC on the A50 can never get an order right, we thought we would give this a go. The first time we went we were told there was no chicken and were redirected to Burton on Trent. This time, despite asking us to repeat our side order choices, they forgot to include them. Coating on the chicken was also soggy. Not impressed.

Sabrina, gave really good customer service at the drive thru. Was so enthusiastic and cheerful, normally when I go to drive thru’s, the workers are never nice or understanding.However, Sabrina had a lovely smile and was full of joy. Definitely, will be coming be returning to this specific kfc.

Went in Saturday 12 of March 3.30 p.m. ordered fillet burger two piece of chicken and ice cream but was told after 10-minutes ice cream machine was not working and the chicken was going to be 6 minutes late. So ask for a refund. Team leader came out and was totally unprofessional .Yes I was angry but did not give her right to call me stupid.

I absolutely loved my experience at this KFC, 10000% better than the KFC down the road near Pizza Hut. The staff were very friendly and you could even have a bit of a joke with them. Food was amazing, cooked to absolutely perfection. So good in fact I went back later in the day for another!! Would 100% recommend this KFC to anyone in any county. Best KFC EVER!!

One of the slowest serving restaurants that I have ever used. It was almost empty with sit in customers but there were 8 orders waiting to be prepared and there seemed no urgency at all from the staff to get them ready. We then had to remind a staff member that they had forgotten the drinks! 2 stars because the order was correct and hot (still no excuse for the time taken).

CHECK YOUR ORDER. Visited twice and twice the order has been wrong.

Did wait ages at drive thru but to be honest it was the best KFC I've ever had. The boneless banquet meal I've just devoured was absolutely delicious. Would defo try again, I've had way longer waits at other KFC's for worse food so the wait at Sinfin wouldnt stop me from going again for that lovely food.

Just purchased a 6 piece wicked variety bucket. But only received 4 original pieces of chicken . £16.99 I won’t use you guys again . It’s not like I can bring it back when you have 3 kids waiting to eat and 1 has to go without . Go back to school and learn maths

Really rubbish staff is rubbish it takes so long I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

If you want to wait half an hour in the drive thru, do not go. Two cars in front of me and a small rush in the store and it takes half an hour just for the first car to move. When I recieved my food I was given the entirely wrong order, I had to go back into the drive thru to get it resolved and I got my food after 10 more minutes and then they forgot another item that I paid extra for so I had to go back yet again but into the store this time to get the item. When I was there, an employee slammed the door leaving the kitchen area and the manager had to explain to be careful! The staff have no respect for the equipment and yes I get that these are new workers but it is not hard to get this stuff right. I have gone two time previously and both times, I did not recieve one of the items I ordered. They have a list in front of them, how is it that hard to follow? When I got home, the chicken was dripping of oil and the fries were dry and hard. Everyone that I know that has ordered from here has complained a lot. Also, why do you need to use the massive bags for just two items? each in smaller separate brown bags? Suggestion, if you don't have items on the menu then make a list and stick it on the drive thru screen so we know before waiting for so long.

Extremely slow service. There was a 3 minute gap between each car's order being taken. After queuing behind 4 cars for 15 minutes, we get to the order point and they close. Most food is out of stock. You would be quicker driving to the Foresters. Normally these places are overstaffed and/or overstocked when they first launch a new restaurant. Dear oh dear.

Staff didn't know what they were doing 3 or 4 trying to do the same order we ordered the boneless dipping meals one 12 piece and a 8piece when we got home there was 4 lots of French fries missing the gravy were small pots and like water and the fries were soggy

Understandable that you have only been open less than a week, that is the reason you are still getting 3 stars. Asked for a vegan burger, that’s not coming till January 🤷🏽‍♂️ Asked for a mighty box, you don’t have any boxes or something, I could not understand the gentleman via the intercom so ordered something else. Positive side was the chicken and hot wings were nice, good size and not drowned in oil and were crispy, the fries were a bit cold and I only traveled 3 minutes down the road.

Now I went for some pieces of chicken to the recently opened restaurant in Asda and I am ashamed of the pieces of chicken that they have given me. They are the size of an egg and to this more than I asked for some french fries and they do not appear ...
