Amazing service staff were very friendly especially man at drive thru food was great as always

If you're going to eat in, expect to wait!!!! Online orders such as uber, etc, are given priority. Shocking! They don't take orders at the till. You can only order via a kiosk rather than talk to a human being!

ordered food and half of it was missing my whole meal was missing and then when i called kfc they were not answering i rang about 15 times i’ve had night of them they need to sort them selves out.

I ordered the food for 5:30, it came at 6:15. But it was hot and delicious so worth the wait

Staff did not want to serve. Standing around chatting. Chips were cold burger was disappointed. The toilets was filthy. Will not go again.

Usual KFC menu just found the chips although they tasted nice the portion size was very small so mot value for money.

Yet again, missing items in my order. They're as bad as McDonald's. Talking of which, the food from McDonald's is better and that's saying something. Those KFC Soggy skin on chips end up in the bin.. dreadful! And have you noticed how all the portions are getting smaller while the prices are going through the roof? Remember the days that there used to be long queues in the drive through? Not anymore.....telling you something KFC.....days are numbered!

There were 2 items missing from my order (2 x sweetcorn). I followed the instructions on the receipt, but when I dialled the number outlined on the receipt, my house phone rang. (The number on the receipt was not my house phone number). I am so fed up with items continually being missing when ordering KFC and McDonald's. This must be a deliberate strategy.

Poor service, went up to the counter and was faced by 2 female staff members who completely ignored me and continued doing their own things, acting like I was not there! I waited patiently for a number of minutes before I had to forcibly ask for help! Unacceptable.

Give up with KFC Shirley. Last 3 visits have consisted of being given completely the wrong food and having to drive back again. Cold food. And paying for a box meal yet only being given the basic meal. Absolute joke when now paying £10 for some fast food. Feels like a scam at this point, won't be returning.

I've been ill for 2 days after having a chicken fillet burger from KFC in shirley on bank holiday Monday, as well as loosing 2 days pay from work! the chicken wasn't very nice (as well as being tough) I threw half of it in the bin! I won't be using KFC in shirley again!

Haven't been to this KFC for a while. God,it was uttery revolting. My chips were very nice,but the chicken was borderline raw,covered in soggy coating. The worst KFC that i've ever had ! Never again

Delicious food, still hot and delivered to my door, what's not to love!

Food is really hit and miss. Sometimes it's nice and fresh, other times it's stringy and quite cold. Other than that it's very modern and service is quick.

My order took 90 minutes to arrive the food was cold. I ordered a 3 piece chicken meal and all three pieces were cold soggy drumsticks. The chips we’re either hard or mushed up with bruised bad potatoes I would never order from there or use just eat again if this is the usual service

Got there not long after opening and yet the food still looked like it had been sat under a heat lamp for 3 calendar months. Toilets seemingly not cleaned since Boris was in Downing Street.

Staff are too busy to take order correctly if they take it in the first place. That's not worse, the staff are in their own world laughing and faffing around instead of trying to help customers. There is a long & slow queue ALWAYS ..suggesting the staff are inefficient and damaging customer experience. Appalling experience when compared to McDonalds drive thru.

My last two orders on the KFC app I've had missing items from the Shirley chain. First time was 2 sides of coleslaw that I didn't bother to follow up on. This evening ordered 2 items, 6pc wicked variety bucket and 4 cookies. The cookies were missing and had to contact Uber delivery services operating on behalf of KFC. So, I get a refund for the missing items in 15 days! If the refund doesn't turn up, then I have to contact KFC. Spoken with the manager at KFC Shirley whom was apologetic but come on, 2 items on the order and got it wrong. Poor show.

You didn’t give us 2 meals which we paid and ordered. You say you will give us a refund however we are still without our meals. If we reorder we have to pay for the delivery and we can’t guarantee what we ordered with me delivered

This KFC is off the main road so if you hit the island at either end of the road you have gone too far. It's just off the same layby for the BP garage. It's a nice little KFC and the staff are nice but beware the cookie stand as it's right next to the till so definitely a temptation to have. I ordered food to take out. Was packed fine and the food was hot so all good.

Nice large clean restaurant. Great onside parking. Also has a drive through here. Staff friendly and efficient. Close proximity yo a large Sainsburys superstore, Flannels and Sports Direct

My orders always go for party box either 10 or 14 plus hot wings. Each time I am getting 5 to 6 drum sticks in which I don't like it that much. Although I requested.

This has been my go to shop for snacking, lunch and anytime in a day. Supportive shop and neatly maintained. However, toilets are not at their best in hygiene.

There should be a large beans with the bucket but there wasn’t.

I only used the drive through, and I was in a cab. The service was super slow, the communication was poor, but the food was great.

Always missing items anytime I visit here. The food is generally alright but not great. Have seen on a few occasions dead rats in the drive thru, but the worst thing about this KFC is the staff. Some of the WORST service I have ever received. Extremely rude, massive attitudes, absolutely 0 customer service skills and just a generally shocking approach when dealing with good paying customers.

As always something missing. It may only be the dip but I can't eat the chicken without the dip. VERY ANGRY!!
