The food was so cold I can’t believe how bad it was .

I didn’t receive my order! Trying to get a refund for this is IMPOSSIBLE! No way of communicating with just eat about it

from time of pick message till I had food delivered was 40 mins for a 1.5 mile journey. food totally cold outrageous

Overpriced for what it is and the bucket falling to bits as chicken was overly greasing to norm.

Missing items from the food and waited an hour longer than expected delivery time.

Waited about 30 mins for a 3 piece

Delivery driver left food on top of wheelie bin outside in the freezing cold and did not bother to ring to inform us that he had delivered it. It was only when I checked the app for an update and it said that it had been delivered 10 mins prior that I knew to go downstairs and look for it, only to find it outside in minus temperatures. Food was therefore left to go cold.

I sent a message to company via the link that our drink didn’t come and chips were soggy and cold I was meant to get an email within 24 hour time frame nothing happened? Please can I have a refund for my drink at least not happy that it wasn’t delivered with our food.

It's beyond expensive for the size of food you get now and it's always cold or dry. Just don't bother.

As expected of KFC. Too busy at the counter with uber drivers collecting and drive through orders .waited ages to just be served

Food was honestly disgusting, greasy! Cold! and thankfully only a few chips in the bag as they were so greasy and soggy. It all went in the bin! Didn’t realise I could have added a picture as would have loved to share with the public. AVOID at all costs.

Was quoted a delivery time of 35-55mins, but the time kept changing on the app, so by the time our food arrived we had waited 1hr 40mins and the food was luke warm, which is really unacceptable.

no fault of the driver, I am guessing restaurant was busy. other than being late (delivery time kept getting changed) food was hot and tasty

Wouldn’t go as far to say 1 star waited 3 hours and the food was stone cold I contacted kfc they told me my food was sat there for a hour waiting for the delivery driver

The food was cold when it got here and the gravy was an extremely watery substance.

Freezing cold inside, it's October and air con on. Did complain but did nothing to sort it. Kids was freezing and I was blue x

Never had an issue with this restaurant, I tend to order ahead on the app and when I arrive, the restaurant is clean, staff are friendly, they put the fast in fast food when I arrive and the food always comes out hot and well presented.

Sent wrong food refused to exchange

This time I’ve been really disappointed. I had a large gravy missing, the whole reason for me ordering this was because of that gravy. The chips were cold and wet.. I know they get steamy in transit but they were worst this time. The chicken felt very low quality this time, wings were full of blood, the thighs had some weird grown round stuff under the skin, and loads of hanging fat, really weird, very disappointing

Chips missing from order and didn’t send beans

The food was so greasy that the fat leaked through the bucket and into the bag which then split at the bottom and pure grease was pouring out. Obviously, the food was put straight into the bucket from the fryer without being drained first. The food tasted ok, but was really put off by the amount of grease. Also we ordered popcorn chicken, but this was missing. Very poor altogether really. We normally love KFC, but this was certainly not good experience - has really put us off.

Chicken portion was burnt, very small portion which consisted of the chicken spine , all bone and tiny amount of meat. Coating was burnt and not edible. Very disappointed and will not be using KFC again

Always come here was quite busy and they looked very understaffed was a bit of a wait for my food but the tall man with the glasses and the lady with the scarf and glasses helped I didn’t catch there names but they were apologetic and got my food to me as fast as they could Lovely staff big up Shirley!!! Amazing food also (ps some of the other customers were quite unfair so good on the staff)

Delivery came without chips. How hard is it to pack a simple order?!

Always forgetting items, like today they forgot to send a can of tango, last time they forgot one of the burgers, not so happy being always surprised that something from my order is missing.

Came away with a £60 parking fine for the privilege having lunch with an old friend. Not a sign in sight. You have been warned. Shout out to M! (KFC Employee that i dont want to get in trouble) Rang and spoke to M and M sorted the fine for me. Thanks M

Went there at 10.40pm on a Sunday night. Couldn't order a mega grave box as no chicken !. Offered burgers of chicken strips. No offer to do some and wait. So KFC with no finger licking chicken available. Staff clearly didn't give a toss.

Disappointing!Food delivered cold. Burger, fries &beans(beans usually are so hot they burn).Ordered a few times from here recently & have no complaints.Moist chicken & tasty, what youd expect from a takeaway that prides themselves with chicken. However, zinger burgers rock hard (brittle) obviously been sitting around hence overcooked.Paid extra for supercharger sauce..was non existent.Overall, disgusting burgers £30 down the drain. Apparently as delivery on time JE implied couldnt be cold??

If you're going to eat in, expect to wait!!!! Online orders such as uber, etc, are given priority. Shocking! They don't take orders at the till. You can only order via a kiosk rather than talk to a human being!

Staff did not want to serve. Standing around chatting. Chips were cold burger was disappointed. The toilets was filthy. Will not go again.

Usual KFC menu just found the chips although they tasted nice the portion size was very small so mot value for money.

Yet again, missing items in my order. They're as bad as McDonald's. Talking of which, the food from McDonald's is better and that's saying something. Those KFC Soggy skin on chips end up in the bin.. dreadful! And have you noticed how all the portions are getting smaller while the prices are going through the roof? Remember the days that there used to be long queues in the drive through? Not anymore.....telling you something KFC.....days are numbered!

Requested no salad on tower burger but when it was received there was salad on the burger

There were 2 items missing from my order (2 x sweetcorn). I followed the instructions on the receipt, but when I dialled the number outlined on the receipt, my house phone rang. (The number on the receipt was not my house phone number). I am so fed up with items continually being missing when ordering KFC and McDonald's. This must be a deliberate strategy.

Poor service, went up to the counter and was faced by 2 female staff members who completely ignored me and continued doing their own things, acting like I was not there! I waited patiently for a number of minutes before I had to forcibly ask for help! Unacceptable.

Give up with KFC Shirley. Last 3 visits have consisted of being given completely the wrong food and having to drive back again. Cold food. And paying for a box meal yet only being given the basic meal. Absolute joke when now paying £10 for some fast food. Feels like a scam at this point, won't be returning.

I've been ill for 2 days after having a chicken fillet burger from KFC in shirley on bank holiday Monday, as well as loosing 2 days pay from work! the chicken wasn't very nice (as well as being tough) I threw half of it in the bin! I won't be using KFC in shirley again!
