Terrible food, staff were nice but the food isn’t good at all, chicken burger was like a flat overcooked crispy shell, chips were horrid, popcorn chicken taste like two days old. Will not be going here again, considering the views this place needs to shut down.

Ordered a few times. This will be last time...order is never correct. Every order has had somthing missing. Always. ... went in store, checked order whilst people smoking/vaping inside, staff doing absolutely nothing just looking. And still they get the order incorrect. Try calling by phone and never get a reply.

Staff always helpful and polite

Extremely slow service like they focus on one order at a time, no multitasking. For example I ordered just 2 pieces of chicken but it took them 15 mins to put it in a bag and hand it to me, not going back that's for sure. The staff seem lazy and have no spark in them to move quickly, just move around like snails.

When I said 111 they copied and been very rude

Second time I've been here they never get it right last time I asked for a large salad, I get a small..this time I get no sauces no salt no serviettes and I'm paying for a huge family bucket costing £30 or more !!

Absolutely awful. Dirty and seeing staff wiping bin and then using same cloth to wipe the tables. Staff not helpful at all. Filthy uniform and with backside hanging out. Won't even be coming back. Just awful

Honestly the food wasn’t too great but I was there Tuesday I believe and this member of staff was very good helped me with all my problems. This kfc staff are normally useless great too see they have better employees now

I don't eat meat, or poultry. KFC added a vegetarian option to their menu but, for some reason, not the TVP one.

Had a lovely meal at this restaurant, everything was clean and tidy. Had a take away meal so atmosphere was hard to decide. Everyone in the restaurant looked to be comfortable and relaxed.

To long waiting time. Food sometimes is overcooked and dry.

Order Sunday for collection Tuesday, this is the slowest KFC ever! Would have been better to dig up the colonel, wait for a cure for death and get him to hand cook it! AVOID!

Popped in today with my daughter, service was very very slow, staff were obviously from a different planet to earth, waited for an age for a very small order, 1x wrap and 1x 3piece meal, with a Pepsi and a coffee, when we sat to eat, the 3 piece meal was 3 x chicken drumsticks that were so oily/ greasy they were pretty much inedible, stone cold chips, cold coffee.All in all a pretty horrible experience, certainly will not be visiting this establishment again unless they get their act together. A shame but Bexhill and Hastings branch are 10 times better.

Occasionally you have to wait a while even if not busy. Sometimes chicken meal very oily. Staff good

Serving the smallest chicken on earth! They served my chicken fillet like a size of my pinky finger! I ask for them to change it but they decline. Got the wrong fizzy drink and forgot my fries to serve 🤦🏻‍♂️

So I work in kfc so know how orders and stuff are packed and stuff I decied to let my mum try a different kfc because she not really a big fan of kfc as it is and she wanted to try somewhere new but it was disappointing and I’m not happy half of the stuff was missing from order no drinks where in the bag it’s not how it should be and when you try contacting Uber about your order they just ignore you least to say I’ve had issues inside store as well but we won’t post that online cause it’s a personal issue I just wanted something nice for my mum

Waited an hour for food that we ordered of just eat just for KFC to tell us they've no stock why they open on just eat if they've no product also been in there few times the dirtiest KFC I've ever walked into it was dead and the stuff where messing around out the back do not recommend this KFC to anyone

friday night I got a family feast I did ask for no drum sticks and was told he would see what he could do. when I got home not only did I get drum sticks I got 5 of them. no chicken breast pieces and all the skins came off all of the chicken when taking out of the box. I do think the service you get depends on the manager who is on at the time. we had a family feast about 3 weeks again and it was the best we had had in a long time and no drum sticks.

Does not matter how simple your order is, these lot will find a way to get it wrong. Never leave here without checking your order first !

Food arrived from Just eat delivery cold with soggy fries god knows what the hell they had been fried in and also was meant to be a 4 pc meal it contained 4 over fried cold chicken legs . The driver on the app sitting in one position probably on his phone for over 15 minutes so no wonder food was cold . All ended up in the bin !! Never Again !! First time this has happened could it be because I used Just eat ( app deleted now) instead of deliveroo but the quality of food was 100% unacceptable.. stay clear

Thursday 12th October we did a click and collect, made the order 17:50, checked in on route 18:15, arrived after parking 18:25. Order was not ready. I waited 40min and watched on screen for my turn. This is where I observed the worst service I have ever experienced or witnessed for all the KFCs I have been in, the woman of age (not discriminating) was the slowest I have ever seen to work on a shoot to pack food for eat in and take out, there was no order from latest to newest order she was working off from the screen except she prioritised the Uber/just eat drivers. When challenged by a custumer to make a compliment her response was totally unprofessional. 2 people cancelled there order as they were waiting over an hour. I cancelled my order once it was clear I was not going to receive my food within good time after waiting 40mins. I am all for equal opportunities but you need to make sure your staff are fit and capable of carrying out the job, either she lied or she is a friend of the manager? She clearly is not fit to work for fast food chains. Once I cancelled my order I went to a local fried chicken take out and only waited 5mins and was cheaper not to mention tasted just like KfC. Clearly KFC brand is not what is used to be and regional managers not pulling there weight carrying out inspections, what ever happened to mystery shoppers? If you want me to employ me to inspect your branders please I'd be more then happy to get your name back again. I will not be making a purchase from this store again and have told many people to do that same.

Unbelievable! The owner/manager must be delusional to this it's okay to have one staff packing orders on a Friday night, as a Delivery driver I'm missing out so much money waiting for a child to prepare the order with no care about anything going on around them. Ordered on the app, husband went to collect, order disappeared off the board, the girl was not bothered, we ordered a family feast 6 bloody drumsticks and no other chicken pieces, I phoned them and they said there was a shortage and they had only been sent drumsticks! The food was ok what we had. Bloody useless kfc brunch

I will never eat or order food from here ever again! dirty tables everywhere, staff come across like it's too much bother to serve, they throw 4 of the smallest overcooked drumsticks in a bag along with a half empty bag of undercooked chips and a drink and that's my 4 pc chicken meal for £9.99 and when you complain they reply with "chicken served is based on availability"...Really? Cook more then!!! 🤷

I would give these zero points if I could. Chips cold. Staff have poor attitudes. Even when you get a delivery and pay extra for sauces none arrive in the order. I will ensure I never get a meal from this place ever again. 4 times and everytime had an issue with the order. Turn the place back into a cafe like it was before and fire this lot.

Chicken was practically fossilised presumably after being allowed to dry out all afternoon under hot lights. Surly and lazy staff who are more interested in talking to each other than serve customers. Appalling quality. An utter disgrace.

What a shambles, waited nearly an hour and then fillet burgers had no filling or mayo, shop was disgusting, bin was full, rubbish on floor, tables full of debris and unwiped, saw staff give a burger that had been in warmer since I'd arrived, the lid was open the whole time, it had sat 45 minutes and was then given as part of an order. If staff had moved any slower with service the shop would have been closed. Absolutely dire.

Worst service I've ever had in a takeaway. Staff have no idea what they are doing, they couldn't work any slower if they tried. Turning cash customers away as they were "too busy to serve". Deliveries were taking priority over shop customers. When my order was finally ready it was incomplete and there were no big bags so all squashed into small bags and not easy to carry. Only use this restaurant if there is no other alternative.

I've been In KFC all round the world and finally found the worst one ever...really this is so bad it made me laugh.....no till service...serving staff have absolutely no idea what they are doing..I think the chickens could do a better job....to my advantage they screwed up my simple order ...the tables are full of rubbish, no one clearing, customers coming back in due to order errors...it was like watching a theatre show called "the fast food restaurant that went wrong.".. the one star is for the food which tasted good...an embarrassment for the KFC brand...next time I'm gonna go for the entertainment only, pull up a chair and enjoy...🤣

Got my gravy mega box that I paid 4.99 for and they cant even fill it properly with chips chicken Thai was dry and its not worth the 4.99 I would not recommend eating there. It is like they are running short on fries this is unbelievable.The only things that are good are the drinks nothing else STAY AWAY !!!!

Recently started a job close by and quite frankly I was scared i'd gain a few pounds of timber! No such problems as I won't be going there again. I have been there 3 times now as I thought i'd give them a chance but every time something is just so so wrong. Never has an asda ham sarnie seemed like a better idea! Previously ive had dry, old looking chicken at like 12! HOW?! They never put ice in your drink and give you a filthy look if you ask for it. The card machines weren't working which in iteself isn't a massive issue but with one person on the till and that person only able to do one thing at a time I spent most of my lunch hour waiting to be served. Them im handed HOT but uncooked meat... My stomach has felt like there is a rave going on... not looking forward to the toilet in the slightest! Def a home jobby! With all the reviews on here I do hope Asda/KFC are listening.

Rude staff esp girl serving. Got order wrong. Missed some out, liferally threw it in the bag it all spilled out and sje threw the chips that had fallen out in the bin n gave me it....no food was cooked waited ages to be served wierd tasting mess all upside down and half filled with rude moody kids serving! Waited 30 minutes........ 4) in a filthy seating area, tables not cleared of rubbish, left over chicken on the floor. 5) food.. LOL.. all chicken luke warm, chips stone cold, gravy, nuclear. 6) only ate it becauce we had a long day and we were starving. 7) ID RATHER STARVE. 8) To add insult to injury, toilets were filthy, DO NOT ENTER 😝

It's KFC! So the food is fantastic. Who doesn't like fried chicken! Unfortunately their delivery service regularly males mistakes and misses items completely, not just dips but sides as well. Unacceptable and easily avoided if they took their time to check each order. Hence only 3 stars. Sort the service out and ill review this.

If you want to spend a day in your toilet at home screaming with pain and dripping with sweat this is the place for you! Grab yourself a bargain of a lifetime with uncooked food and a side of poor customer service and order screw ups. If you couldn’t be bothered to cook chips at home then it’s good news this KFC can’t be bothered to. At this point how this KFC hasn’t been obliterated by the corporate office is beyond me. I assume it’s kept afloat by the funds from deliveroo! Serious improvements need to be made, before someone needs their stomach pumped!

Just came back from their kfc food and im so annoyed !!!!!!!! their food is cold and the staff is ignoring me. i saw another woman also being ignored and I'm just so enraged! please don't go heere and waste money and time and bring back the old cafe'

This kfc is the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever visited. Absolutely ridiculous 45 minutes for a bloody burger they had 4 customers so not even busy

Had a positive experience today picking up a delivery here! Many thanks to the Jaz for the positive attitude. Offered a drink and to come inside due to there being a little wait before my delivery was ready.

I literally cant believe how bad this was! Worst kfc i have ever had by far !!! Uneatable and the fried chicken wasn’t even the same spices or fried the same its like they had just got the chicken from the asda next door. Shocking

Went in today, ordered two gravy mega boxes and two dipped bites. The place was dead, but the order still took 15-20mins to prepare. Got home, there's next to no sauce on the dipped bites, the original chicken had been burnt?! All chicken had been under prepared, probably only dipped once as well. Lastly, the GRAVY boxes had no gravy. Total waste of time and money. I don't usually leave poor reviews but the food quality was the worst I've ever had from a KFC

Visiting from the States and this was my first time having KFC in Great Britain and it will definitely be my last. My British cousins and I went to get some take out after doing grocery shopping in the superstore and the rude and poor service by one young lady in there was so bad I’ve made an official complaint. The food is nothing like the fried chicken we enjoy back in the States. It was over cooked, greasy and just tasted of oil. I think the franchisees need to have a big rethink on their serving staff and chefs and get people in who want the jobs and paychecks. Never experienced service anywhere in the world like in this place.

Awful! This place needs to be closed down. My food turned up and to try and express just how bad it was is going to be difficult but I'll give it a go. Most of my order was missing so I had very little in the way of pictures. The burgers that turned up were not edible at all. They had burnt overcooked chicken, soggy buns, sloppy and the spicy sauce was just everywhere. I ordered rice, didn't turn up. They even got the quantity of my drinks wrong. My daughter's meal was completely missing. It looked like they had just picked up the nearest piece of food and chucked it in a box. How do these companies get away with these standards. The driver had to wait ages and there was no one else in there. He said they are trying to prove a point about needing more staff. Well, can you not ruin my night but trying to prove your point. Leave your job if your not happy, but don't ruin other people's evening with your lack of quality and no standards at all. The thoughtlessness is unbelievable. Won't be eating from here ever again. I wouldn't recommend this place The picture below was supposed to be a zinger tower burger, I have no idea what it is but the bin liked it 🙈 what a waste!

Was looking forward to this but Chicken was very salty made us feel sick

Ordered on machine no receipt given, waited for 15 minutes food that had displayed ready to collect for 10 minutes. Lady on front counter who served me was unenthusiastic, slow working and seemed to have to re read the order multiple times while placing it on to the tray. Lots of staff in the kitchen pushing all the food down but counter staff were uable to keep up with dishing it all out resulting in around 10-12 orders waiting to be done.

Not impressed I have to give one star to write a review. Ordered snack wraps and chips. Chips were cold and the wraps looked like they were put together by a toddler and were also cold. The sauce was everywhere. One wrap had more sauce then chicken and lettuce! It was beyond awful. Will never use this kfc again.

absolutely disgusting. i’ve ordered a couple of times from this branch and every time it’s been throughly disappointing. we ordered a sharing bucket and the only thing that was decent were the chips. the strips were so dry and tough we had to rip them apart with our fingers, the popcorn chicken was exactly the same with only a little flavour. we ordered 2 “creamy mash” as our side and there’s nothing creamy about it, just oily and gross. i absolutely will NOT be making the mistake of ordering again and giving them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe this time will be different because low and behold nothing has changed what so ever.

The guy on front counter (not management) was friendly, made sure all the food was there and correct. Just a shame the food wasn't nice, it was overly greasy and yet dry at the same time. Will not be returning as ravenside is better quality, all be it further away, worth the travel to all be able to enjoy our treat.

2nd visit, last time there was nobody capable of taking my order beside a machine so I left. This time mqchines are broke so massive queue for 1 till amd nobody knows what they want until they get to the till as there are no menus to view as you queue. So twice I've visited and twice now I've walked away without even achieving the goal of being fed. Complete waste of time

I feel so sorry for the staff in here understaffed when shop is clearly busy customers waiting for half hour or more for small orders, get more staff stop cutting corners you make enough out if this place and give them extra training or a pay rise bring back the Asda cafe !!!!

Ordered via Just Eat; terrible quality. Not only were two items missing but the food that did arrive was cold, overcooked, burnt skin and felt like it had sat there for an age before being sent. Given how long it did take to arrive I'm amazed it wasn't at least tasting freshly cooked. All in all a very disappointing experience with KFC which seems to have become the norm.

Food missing I rang and they honestly couldn't care less refused to bring me the food that was missing told me if I want a refund I must contact Uber which have said I won't get it for 3 to 10 days and kfs said if I re order the missing food they still want their delivery fee again absolutely appalling service strongly advise to never ever ever use this takeaway !!!

DISGUSTING...I ordered food, I was the only customer in the restaurant, still had to wait over 15 mins for food, got to work to eat it,was over cooked, rubbery and covered in grease, also tasted like the oil it was cooked in was burnt. Not going in this branch again.

I was not impressed with this KFC, especially with the service in the Hastings branch being much better. Got our order toally wrong, Corporate gave us a voucher. I was amazed that they had somehow undercooked the chips (Which were weird, like they had a film on them) and overcooked the chicken (Dark brown batter rather than the lighter colour it should have been) with a horrible burnt flavour. I have not been back since and it totally turned me off of KFC. I suppose I should be thanking them for saving me lots of money!
