DO NOT GO HERE WE ALL HAD FOOD POISONING ! I have reached out to KFC to let them know that my family all suffered from eating food at their restaurant.

Very clean tables, floors and rest rooms, exceptional for an eating establishment and as it should be to make the experience pleasant! Food was tasty and fresh, not dry. Service with a smile and polite. Music far tool loud to hear the staff to order which the they turned down nicely!

Slow and inefficient service - getting worse. The app for collection via shop or drive thru is meant to speed things up. So I order via the app - and when I get to drive through am asked to order at the window and wait whilst the whole process of order, and collection is processed . . The idea of drive thru of course is to order and it’s ready or nearly ready when you get to the window. And once you are in the drive thru queue there is no turning back - you are stuck - even though when you finally get to the window the counter has no customers. Get your service sorted KFC raunds.

The whole family except my youngest has really chronic food poisoning. it’s absolutely horrendous, just can’t stop being ill from every end, I’ve had no sleep, it’s really bad food poisoning from KFC the youngest did not eat any chicken….. he is the only one that is not ill, do not underestimate how bad food poisoning can be.. I have never felt so ill. Everything about this restaurant is a disaster, 50% of the you get the wrong order or have things missing, the service is so slow, and now food poisoning.

Ordered our food via the app, selected drive through, got a wheel of death and no confirmation number, checked bank money had been taken, attended the restaurant, drive through closed, joined the queue inside and waited 45 minutes to get to a till whilst delivero pushed to the front and everyone else had to wait! Noticed 3 staff on duty manager, back kitchen and front serving, when we got to the order point the manager just shrugged, no apology, we then re-ordered and as my wife is rice intolerant we asked for a salad box, the server said to the manager "can we have a rice box" I said "no, a salad box" he then said to the manager "that's a salad box not rice" he then went around the back to the salad station and returned, we arrived home to find that all the chicken was terribly dry, we had been given a rice box and the chips were like cold cardboard, so it all went in the food recycling bin, this store is so bad consistently? 3 staff on a friday night!! No contingency for staff off? Deliveroo push to the front!! We saw 10 people leave the queue and many cars drive away to the nearby McDonalds.

My grandson accidentally threw his cards he got in his happy meal in the bin and the manager refused to give him some more, so we had to go through the bin to get them out. She was so very rude and laughed at us whist moaning at her staff about us. Was actually a seriel experience. Will never be returning! The young lad working on the floor was so appoligetic! This woman should certainly not work with the public! But being a manager is unbelievable.... This is how to bring a business into the ground by hiring egotistical people.

Ordered tonight for a birthday tea for half 7 delivery, said delivery was about 20 to 8 ,rang at quarter past 8 to be told another 10 minutes waiting for a driver ,got to 10 to 9 ,rang again to be told they had no driver it wouldn't be coming no contact to tell us this ,no updates through just eat or restaurant, absolutely disgusting service ,won't be using them again .

If I order on JustEat or go in person I always seem to end up with the dry and rough bits of chicken. When my fiancé goes he manages to collect fabulous pieces which are juicy and fresh-tasting... so when he gets it the food is great no complaints but I can never order on my own because the food is never worth it when I do

The best fish and chips I’ve had in a long time! The customer service from the gentleman who delivered my food was outstanding, such a lovely man. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a great place for fish and chips.

Nice friendly staff but food isn't the best. The chicken kebab turned out to be tikka which I think should be advertised as chicken tikka. It's not advertised anywhere that a chicken kebab is spiced like this. Kebab was full of salad more than anything which is disappointing. And the salad was all mixed in small chunks. donner meat not great quality. Their fish is nice but again its not the best I've had. Chips are OK. Chicken nuggets are really poor quality and taste. Not sure how they have been voted the best in Nottinghamshire
