Food was cold, and the order was wrong this reastraunt can never get food orders correct

Went here today got served by a lovely friendly girl called Blessi very happy to do her job

After spending £42 on three meals and waiting nearly 15 minutes, I only discovered when I got home that they had given me the completely wrong meal, I was concerned about them missing out the gravy which they always seem to do, but I couldn’t of been more wrong. I then had to drive the round trip of 35 minutes and didn’t even get an apology. But the real salt in the wound was that our meal didn’t wow me, it didn’t even taste like a kfc, there magical spices were missing a herb or spice. Rude, non apologetic and slap dash, I won’t be using the Queensferry kfc again.

Worst KFC I have ever had the misfortune to use. Avoid at all cost. If you can visit the one in Chester or Mold do this instead (even if it means extra wait time for delivery or extra travel time to pickup/eat in) neither one has ever messed up my order, charged me too much for the wrong item, lost my order in the system, accepted my order for delivery and never delivering it (Deliveroo) and most recently delivered me the wrong order resulting in me losing out on over £40 (UberEats). I'm done, will never visit this KFC again, just glad there are other options. UPDATE: I did get a refund from UberEats, but still lost out on £10 of admin and delivery fees which they will not refund, so thank you for giving the driver the wrong order Queensferry KFC, well done for mistaking a small bag consisting of a salad, fries and gravy for a large bag with a 10 piece family feast in it. Hope who ever got my order enjoyed it at least, wasn't the salad they wanted but certainly a bargain considering for what they paid. They lucked out thought, the salad didn't look very appetizing anyway.

Very slow service even when its not busy. They have got my order wrong, I've got home and hot wings missing. Eating in house I had to ask for my drink twice and it wasn't busy. Staff seem flustered and don't know what they are doing, they seem to be prioritising JustEat orders there! Also food is not very good.

I have been to kfc today, the food is up to mark and fresh, staff were very friendly helped me throught out ordering. I recommend this place for a nice meal

Ordered a 3 piece fillet meal and a 2 piece colonels meal a dip and gravy.over £20 spent. Order was delivered and NO gravy or dip with order. The regular gravy is 2.99 so not cheap. Had 2 lots of fries but portion sizes only enough for 1 person and they were soggy.my 2 piece meal the chicken was really overdone.WHY CANT YOU JUST GET EVERYTHING YOUVE ORDERED FOR GOODNESS SAKE! Would have given 5 * but cannot as the gents toilets looked like the flush had been broken for weeks. And also filthy dirty and I mean by that not just left for a hour or to to be checked and cleaned these toilets looked like the cleaner had not been in there for weeks if so they need sacking the inner door handle was sticky with grime like the airborne vapour if urine utterly disgusting .If i had used the toilets before I had ordered the food i would have walked out and not put mine or my grandchildren to the risk of getting ill

Just paid £18 via uber for approx 8 chips, two tiny wings, two small pieces of chicken ( one a small wing the other was mostly bone and no chicken) two of the smallest chicken fillets? This restaurant is a joke !!

My advice is to give this particular outlet a very wide berth - in my 40+ years of using fast food outlets, this absolutely goes down as my worst meal - by the looks of the Zinger Double Down, it must have been thrown into the bag from across the other side of the kitchen - fries/chips or whatever they were meant to be, were soggy & tasteless (paid for large & was given regular that shouldn't have even passed for a small portion) - the staff must have a 'couldn't give a single toss' attitude towards their job!

Accurate timely delivery, with food still hot. Can’t beat KFC if you want fried chicken, all others are pale imitations. Don’t like their fries however.

After poor service about a year ago I finally decided to take the plunge again, only for yet again items to be missing from the order. In this case a portion of fries and a dip. What arrived was fine, just not everything that was ordered

I paid extra for dip that I didn't receive.

Food is tasty and delivered on time. However there is a issue where items are often missed from delivery, even when shown on receipt. This has happened multiple times. Dips to go with sides are often forgotten. Often if ordering more than one sub only one is delivered. This is a serious error that needs addressing as any missing items are always refunded by Just Eat, so will be a financial cost to restaurant. I like ordering from this restaurant but I do find them unreliable.

My child is allergic to oranges and recieved an orange drink, even though I ordered a blackberry drink! DO NOT ORDER, health could be at risk!

Driver rang for code and didn’t deliver food. This has happened so many times now it’s ridiculous. Why I’m so hesitant to order from kfc from just eat, it’s never resolved

first time in over 3 years it was hotter than I could hold I had to wait for my chicken to cool a little bit before I could eat it. so it proves you can do once so you should be able to do it all the time. I look forward to getting all my just eat orders the same as tonight's

food was cold, Driver handed over food and wanted last 4 digits of my phone number, I KNOW MY NUMBER, he said not right, showed him my order but he iinsisted on the 4 ddigit code ...my food was getting colder whilst I found it. He was at the correct address and I could show him my order.........SO OF COURSE IT WAS CORRECT......WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN from just eat, I nearly gave it him back

misleading order/advert, was expecting the 6piece bargain bucket plus 8hot wings but it's craftily worded to mislead or KFC Queensferry messed up, either way for £27.07 delivered all my girls fancied was the chips and popcorn chicken as the bucket was too spicy

Totally incorrect order. Someone else’s name on it. Driver even took the code but clearly paid no attention to it. Have had to reorder whilst awaiting a refund as the store do not care!

This is the worst experience I've ever had in any KFC outlet. The staffs were unprofessional, rude and severely untrained. When I asked for my wife's student discount they firstly said that there none, to which I replied by saying I've actually worked in KFC for a few months and they do provide one for 15 pound order after which they immediately changed their tone and said that there is one. Besides that, we were there 20-25 mins before closing time and they kept trying to drive us away by saying there is nothing available. Horrible horrible staff. Would not recommend.

Always missing something which ruins the night if only half of u have food, they are not interested in sending u out a replacement order they just refund u for the missing items, absolutely useless will never use them again

Far from disabled friendly with a large step to get in! Staff were efficient but lacked the customer service oriented behaviour. This store lacks sufficient parking for anyone wanting to go inside. But the redeeming quality was the food was perfectly cooked!

I’ve ordered from this KFC several times and meals and quality of the food has been good. Meal just ordered however was disappointing. I paid over £17 for my meal and chicken pieces were tiny and overcooked, I left most of this meal.

My fries were missing, which basically is 1/4 of my order. I’m not sure why I’m surprised, this place has been utterly pathetic for ~25y that I can remember, at least they’re consistent I suppose.

There was not a lot of rice. Had these in the past love them but this portion was 1/3 less with what I normally get at any other KFC.

The staff are so slow. We waited 20 minutes for a preorder! The order was ready on the board for 15 mins and we had to keep telling them. The order was then wrong & cold. Most of the delays were caused by staff dealing with other complaints because their orders were also wrong or cold! Avoid So much for Fast Food

Driver went to the wrong street with a completely different name so I had to go find them and when I eventually found them they said it was my fault that they got lost even with a map showing where I live.

Disgusting! Half the food missing. Called restaurant to resolve the matter and the manager didn’t give a toss! Full refund requested from JE. How hard is it to read an order?! Absolutely abysmal service.

Missing the burger from our kids meal, and the lid wasnt on the beans firmly so the sauce was drying up.
