Same old chicken nothing special

Not delivered I never recieved this order

Took 30mins to get the food the chicken is very grease but the kids love it

Order yesterday evening -Party bucket 14 peace , didint receive full order : chicken popcorn was missing, I swap side for rice but apparently was not even 1/4 box filled , one peace of fillet also was missing !! Was to tired to back to shop to put complain there

took 1 and a half hours and dissatisfied as the can was warm and put in with the food

don’t usually complain but food was cold and was missing my beans and chicken bites

The slowest kfc I have ever visited im sure they wait for the chickens to reach maturity and then cook them!! 30 mins wait ps it was not busy!!!

Received the wrong order! Received 3 chicken goujons instead of zinger burger - chicken leg instead of mini fillet - no extra gravy - no garlic dip - Tango drink instead of Pepsi - shocking!

Bad management, staff don’t seem to care, food was good but bad service in general and non existing housekeeping. Rubbish everywhere with dirty tables, no air conditioning in hot weather…

Large beans was 99 percent tomato sauce and about 10beans in whole tub. Chicken fillets were rubbery.

Missing food again!!! Missing popcorn chicken, chips and chicken, only used again because thought things might have changed...clearly they haven't. I have a poor opinion of just eat buy continuing to use these

Delivery was fine….. unfortunately food was cold…. Partly recovered by reheating in microwave…. Due to coldness of food…. Impact to overall score…but realistically.. impact was greater… so am now reluctant on effectiveness of overall scoring…. Scores overall should be lower… and now doubt reordering kfc in the future .. sorry wording is too nice to reflect actual feeling moving forward

I specifically asked for no mayo and lettuce on the chicken fillet and if came covered in mayo so went in the bin also no drink in the box and short 1 fries - I rang kfc queensferry and they said it was nothing to do with them and that you do the refund - please confirm what action I take

Missing fries and drink from the “meal” - not much of a meal that is it? Not the first time this has happened either. Applied for refund but I never got anything from the last time this happened so I’m expecting to be compensated this time.

Stone cold, had to put it all in the air fryer, the warmest item was the Pepsi max! Was being prepared at 6pm… delivered at 6:10pm! Driver must of had it on his roof

Won't be going again ,last 3 time our food has been cold, over cooked very dark in colour. very dry ,service very slow even when the shop was dead . We use to love KFC but no more it's disgusting .

Bad just bad. Firstly we went in for tables with no chairs. Then we wait 25-30 just for our food to get taken by a group of people and the staff couldn't care less nothing said .Then we get another order and only get one drink after ordering two took 5 mins to get a drink .

Food is OK. Wouldn't go unless a child requests for a special treat. Would recommend checking your order before you leave as the twice we have been both times items missing and no answer or abuse from the staff over the phone.

No problems with the delivery service at all - but I discourage anyone ordering from KFC, food was awful and cold. No salad on the wrap or burger. No care taken at all. When I raised an issue - their answer to this was fries don’t travel well. Just shocking… especially when you’re paying £50+ on a takeaway!

Absolute stone cold, and I mean stone cold. 2nd and last time we order thru just eat. Last time it was cold as well. If I spend over £30 in a restaurant I'd expect it to be at least warm. Never again.

Multiple items missing from order

Staff including the manager are vile. Was charged twice and refused a refund and made to order again. Having then gone through the bank and also being refused i wont go to a KFC again. Absolutely vile compared to most others. Place really dirty. Messy but dirty too. Customer service is some of the worst I've experienced. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
