Food didn’t arrive been waiting for hours still hasn’t come can I js have a refund

The food took around 1.5 hours to arrive, and the chicken wings were missed out of the order

Zinger burger - tiniest chicken fillet, hardly any sauce and about 6 shreds of lettuce - really poor!

We ordered garlic mayo and there was none in it

missing 14 pc chicken from the party bucket

wraps were lovely chicken was great an beans are tiptop as per✨

It was over an hour late it was cold and 2 items were missing

chips are very small not worth having should at least give a normal portion

Cookies and drink missing. Wouldn’t mind if it could be rectified but you can’t even get through to the store.

The food was and I checked it in the bin this is the second time this has happened and they won’t be using it again

The only down fall on tonight’s order everything was cold to the point I had to reheat for my children. Never had an issue with the heat of the food in thae past.

Delivery time kept going up. But food arrived hot when it was delivered

Have ordered lots of times from here with no issues but today the food was cold and there was a cobweb on the bbq chicken wrap as well as a piece of plastic inside. Will not be ordering from here again in future.

Didn’t receive my bottle of pop

Sent us the wrong food and refused to send the right order. Told we could pick up the chicken that was missing, but delivery fee has already been paid. If you get an order wrong, you should correct it.

i was handed someone else’s order after giving my deliverer the code to confirm the order. i have always had many little hiccups but having someone else’s order handed to me is beyond unbelievable.

Neighbour had to message me to tell me my food was out side. The driver had been there for 10 mins and didn’t call me. App did not tell me they was out side. My food is cold

Spent £27.00 tonight on a variety bucket and a add on of 4 mini fillets, what a waste of money, in the bucket was 7 drummers and 3 other chicken, no breast of chicken at all variety bucket I may aswell bought a bucket of drummers, the mini fillets was so thin and one peice had no chicken in it at all, it was just the coating what they put over the chicken. The gravy was really thin and the chips were cold. The only thing that was ok was the corn on a cob and the bottle of Pepsi. What a waste of £27.00. Really not happy with the food here, it has gone awful.

KFC wad probably quick to prepare, the driver decided to take me food on a trek to do other deliveries bringing me my food cold. If I want to use my microwave, I wouldn't have ordered.

Everything else ok 👍 The toilet is appalling, with a foul stench coming from what appears to be an 'open drain' black water service waste pipe in the middle of the floor, it does have a properly fitted cover plate, but it is not a sealed type so all foul smells come back into toilet area.. also maybe adding to it, the flush mechanism on the toilet was intermittent and maybe there's a possible leak adding to the smell on the waste pan connector, who knows but something is definitely not right with these public hygiene services at this establishment in Porth Rhondda.. In fact it put me off eating my food there & ordering from there in the future.. If there was a Rating facility for Cleanliness & Hygiene on here also, i'd give it '0' for the toilets..

Ordered through the app which is meant to be “quicker”. Waited 25 minutes after being told to park up to wait for my food. After noticing 4-5 people outside having a smoke/vape at the same time, I went in, spoke to a young girl, (which didn’t seem bothered at all and didn't apologise once) she only then decided to start prepping my order. Need better staffing and work on being quick and efficient. Also, need to stop your colleagues from smoking/vaping outside the entrance of the door (especially when customers are waiting for their food), surely there can’t be 4-5 people on break at the same time.

Ordered a KFC bucket, but the hot wings and coleslaw were missing. Called the restaurant, and they told me to come pick it up—defeating the purpose of ordering delivery in the first place. Very disappointing service.

Absolutely disgusting! Had a late night “treat” only to find a hair in my chips and in my boneless trilogy burger a bone. Won’t be ordering from this place again. 25 pound wasted.

The delivery drivers keep not finding our address. We are not always appropriately addressed and we’ve had to walk to the end of our street three times now to show the delivery driver where we live. This is unacceptable

had a few issues with missing or wrong items in recent orders but this time order was right, fresh and lovely

KFC porth used to be the worst one I have ever been too , but I have had 2 deliveries lately and wow what a change , food was hot , crispy and absolute stunning , something had changed and for the good 👍 will return

I am disabled and found the Staff to be very helpful Service is good especially for a KFC The tables are very really clean, Luckily I carry alcohol wipes and have to clean the tables and find them very dirty Toilets are not much better

We ordered from kfc and McDonald’s food from kfc and just ice cream and drinks from McDonald’s since kfc don’t deliver ice cream. KFC driver was here from porth to ystrad same time as it took Mcdonalds that was really impressive since it was further away and we ordered more well done.

what we had is not the worth of £27
