KFC Porth - Cymer Road in Rhondda Cynon Taf

I am disabled and found the Staff to be very helpful Service is good especially for a KFC The tables are very really clean, Luckily I carry alcohol wipes and have to clean the tables and find them very dirty Toilets are not much better

Seems to be less staff working than last time, could only order on the screens Tiny .pieces of chicken?? Order was ready quicker than usual and also correct

Waited nearly 20 minutes for 2 box meals. Tables, chairs and floor were dirty. Toilet had a terrible smell of damp

Vile place, toilets are rancid. Toddler couldn’t even use them they were that bad.

We ordered from kfc and McDonald’s food from kfc and just ice cream and drinks from McDonald’s since kfc don’t deliver ice cream. KFC driver was here from porth to ystrad same time as it took Mcdonalds that was really impressive since it was further away and we ordered more well done.

£6 for two small pots of beans, that's a rip off to start and I got send gravy. I'm not happy.

I have never ever been to such a disgusting fast food outlet. I've eaten in 3rd world countries that are kept cleaner than this place . Dirt every where . Floors .tables. outside filthy. I could go on but don't want to waste my time . Avoid this place if you don't want to catch something . Disgusting place. Have some pride.

The food was cold in both meals , there were very few soggy chips and the popcorn chicken were too dry to eat .

3 items were missing. And the chicken is very dark. You guys keep messing uo my order, always leaving stuff out. If you don't have it there, don't put it on the site!!!! Will bot be ordering again. The one job is to give me what I laid for if it's not available, I should be made aware. I understand it could be bussy and mistakes happen but I've let the last 3 order slip because of things missing and haven't said anything. Do your job!

Food is usually fantastic, but this time the chicken was a little overcooked. Was still enjoyable but I think it may have been a busy day. Still enjoyed and would definitely order again as I’ve ordered from here regularly and this is the only negative (minor) issue I’ve had. Delivery is always early, drivers always polite.

Food was cold and paid for extras and didn’t have it

Delivery driver was very rude and made my boyfriend walk across the road to collect the food from her car.

Had a good experience. Ordering was easy . Delivery was quick. The driver was polite. Would definitely order again.

Over hour half late and come cold

Got a notification that it was delivered, but got nothing. £30 down and the delivery driver gets paid to eat my food.

nothing wrong with the quality and flavour of the food. sadly it arrived cold. had to heat it up in the oven. That's fine if it's the next day but I do expect my food to be delivered at an edible temperature. Having said that I think this is the first time it's been delivered too cold to eat.

driver was very rude, went to wrong address and tried to make it my problem despite admitting he used google maps meaning he entered the wrong address, then argued when I informed him there are two adresses woth the same details but different post codes

No drink not being funny cost enough and didn't have the bottle of drink

Nearly 2hrs late arriving when ringing the store there was no answer. The driver also told me he was waiting 50mins so clearly an issue at the restaurant. Really disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.

Placed order at 5pm, initial delivery was 5:25pm plus 20 minutes. Delivery arrived at 6:20pm

First time ordering, arrived on time. Only thing we did not receive our BBQ dip as ordered, slightly disappointed. Otherwise very tasty. Well impressed.

he left my food outside on the floor my neighbour came across to knock my door and show me her video doorbell footage he tapped my door once with his knuckle and put my food on the floor and left I heard nothing until my neighbour said oh I better go over they have left her food outsise on the concrete im so angry.

everytime i order from this restaurant they miss out some of the food. I have been charged five pounds for four cookies and I've only received one. This isn't the first time this has happened and I get no refund

Both meals were missing chicken fillets and dips and also the bbq chicken bites. The food tastes nice, but the order is NEVER right. If I could give less than one star, I would. You shouldn't be allowed to keep giving customers incomplete orders. This doesn't happen with any other fast food restaurant.

This place is bloody terrible! We paid £19 for half a salad box and a boneless banquet that had clearly been downsized since last time. There were no customers whatsoever (no surprise) yet we were asked to park up. Terrible service, terrible value. Terrible KFC. What a letdown. Shame there is no McDonald's in Porth! I recommend a change of ownership!

Best KFC i have ever visited, most friendly staff i have ever encountered and absolutely love bringing the kids to see the rats all around the car park. will be coming back again soon !!!!!

The lady behind the counter was very polite and started preparing my takeaway order quickly. She even opened the door to assist me when leaving as I had no free hands. It's possibly the best experience of this KFC that I have had.

Food was ordered at 7:18pm & was delivered at 9:40. It arrived stone cold and had obviously been sitting around for a long while. Attempted to call the restaurant to check on my order & see if it would be quicker to collect it myself but the phone rang & rang with no answer. order was missing pack of 4 cookies which they told me to request refund from the app and then they also didn't include the large popcorn chicken which was included in the 12 piece boneless bucket combo

Last 3 times I've been there they don't have the food you ordered & paid for & try give alternatives without even acknowledgement that they don't have what you've paid for. Once ok maybe, but not every time

I had to go and collect the food as I ordered at 5:10pm and by 7:10pm it was still saying 8:30pm and waiting for delivery driver.

I ordered a chocolate chip cookie. Half of a white chocolate chip cookie arrived when I had ordered a milk chocolate chip. Very disappointing.

my name is jesse majors, i am pleasantly surprised with this store i nicked free food from them and got away with it. 5 stars definitely will come again as im fat and love free KFC!!!

Had a bad stomach about half an hour after consuming one of their meals. I won't be coming back ever again. Staff are rude and very slow even though it was a quiet period. 5 people standing staring at me while I waited to be seen, one person who I thought was talking to me proceeded to talk over my shoulder to another member of staff about how they got a pay rise. Good for them I suppose.

Even after specifically asking the restaurant to check they'd got our order correct, it arrived with missing items AGAIN. This has happened every single time we've ordered, completely unacceptable--Eve
