Ordered for the first time ever and must say wasn’t a disappointment has to be the best pizza iv had in a long time even my mother enjoyed it and my mother is very fussy chips were stunning and not crispy wich usually fries are these were lovely and soft usually I don’t order fries for the reason that they are crispy and the food was piping hot I would recommend this shop to anyone who likes there pizzas thanks for the food will be back

Large kebab? Ordered a small for my daughter and had the same amount of meat. How can you justify the extra money taken for a large???

Called in this evening and had a Cheeseburger meal. Came with chips and a drink. It was freshly prepared while I waited. It was very reasonably priced and I have to say it was very tasty.

Ordered food from here tonight and both me and my girlfriend both have food poisoning would avoid at all costs and won’t be re-ordering

For me, it’s the best place to get a delivery from, just because they don’t over charge (free over £10 on Foodhub) whereas the shops down the road charge £3! It only takes a minute in the car. Whenever I order I use crust and grill. Kebabs come in a naan bread which is a nice touch. The gourmet burgers are good! Kebab meat is nice. Chips aren’t the best but I’ll let that slide!

this was an absolute pleasure to dine at. the service was incredible and the staff are lovely. and most of all, the food was absolutely outstanding. Also halal which allows it to be accessible to a wide audience. Would definitely come here again 😃😃

The grill burgers, I mean real burgers, are lovely how ever I'm so sorry I had to make parts down I've had the late I mean 1 and half hour after I've had the wrong food a couple of times bad is also I didn't even like 2 of them. But I have to be honest the real burgers are lovely but don't forget the chips and please pick the right burgers to haha

Great food, very quick delivery

What can I say but what terrible cold and bland food I had today. The burgee was burnt and over cooked chicken shish.. the rice was terrible . No flavour and it tasted off like its been cooked days ago and left. Very greasy ans dirty . When called to explain , the cook came on the phone and was rude and did not want to except the food was awful. Didn't even offer a replacement or refund. It's a shame to act this way to someone who is local and works for the environmental health.

Please alert: they overpriced you guys and they even sell food at different prices . They are doing some middle east robbery here. Absolutely terrible customer service and food . They priced you a lot . It was pure robbery. Never go to that shop again.

invest in better quality meat as the chicken kebab we just received was not only small in size but dry and more like pork crackling than chicken - could literally cut throat upon swallowing. gone off cucumber. The doner meat was bulletproof that apparently gets hard whilst delivery is in process. Jalapeno Cream Cheese poppers were all empty from overcooking. Pizza was good and the chips. We wont order from here again unfortunately - theres a chance i could order pizza for the kids again but wont chance anything else again. food standard agency is a 1. lesson learned

Edit: after having Shogun Kebab, this isn't even worth it. Ok. Good first and second delivery. Tasty and orders were correct. Third delivery was bigger as family were staying over. Messed up a couple of items by including chips and not wraps. Strange as no chips were on the side in the large meal which were included with the large meal in my first order made. If they didn't mess up the order the third time, it would be 4 stars, however can only give 3.

Very Bad Customer Service ever I seen..Very Worst Guys at Counter, Especially that Middle age guy. They charging more prices than in Menu and showed a small notice about price hike (not specifically mentioned hike %) which posted in Corner 🤣

I ordered from here for the first time tonight. Order was missing chips from 2 kids meals and to top it off my eldest found hair in his kebab! When I first rung about the chips I was told they wouldn't send any more due to the time it would take them to deliver it but they would include 2 free chips next time (not free when I've paid tonight) then when I rung about the hair they did offer to send the order again if I wanted to wait for it but when I asked if she would want food off me again if she found hair in it she agreed she wouldn't! I won't be back here even

Watch out they over charge you. Even though they have told the prices have gone up on the menu they have written for some items but not for all. Staffs have no idea how much it costs. They charge the amount they want.

Ordered from here the other day and the service was extremely bad, the food got here and wasn’t even warm, the chicken wings were dried and burnt with no sauce at all, the chicken shish was very small for £6.99 and the extra naan bread was what they use for the chicken wrap too so very poor.

Don’t even deserve a star at all. Absolutely poor customer service. First of all the delivery driver couldn’t find us, then the food was mostly burnt and hardy anything in there. The nan bread was all cold and crusty.

Not recommended ! I ordered pizza there was hair in and when i complain about that they said just eat it or go from here very bad taste and experience

Well where do I start, after travelling up from Manchester (almost 4 hours) for an event in Cardiff me and a friend decided to go and find something to eat… after coming across this place we entered and were abruptly greeted by a man and told us they close at a certain time, after looking at a some fried chicken the man abruptly told us to look and not touch… we didn’t touch anything can I just add… we told him we are just having a look and the man then proceeded to call us mother***** and told us to leave ?!?! As we left he then started shouting outside his shop whilst we walked away… I don’t know if he was having a bad day or what but never have we been spoken to like that … avoid this place at all costs unless you like your mother being sworn to.

The chicken kebab meat tasted disgusting like it was gone off a bit.The kebab went straight in the bin never ordering from here again.

The people were so lovely and friendly Open until 1am which is great. Going again on weekend. My pizza was amazing

I have had plenty of experience with this restaurant, somehow the quality has gone. Not recieving half the order and also getting made up order to compensate for missing items.. someone left out a meal wasn't a great thing and refused any type of refund for the unnecessary issues. I stated my phone number in comments and still no phone call.

Just bought a lamb shiesh Kebab, had large for £10.. Absolute biggest P!$$ take ever.. give you about 50p worth.. god knows what the regular size would be.. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.. RIP OFF MERCHANTS

Very disappointed in the food for what you pay for the wraps didn't have hardly any lamb in them not worth what we payed for. The chicken was way over cooked nearly burnt . We were in the free delivery distance so when they brought the food tryed to charge us extra £4 the delivery driver did . I Said it was free for the area we are in. So Want be buying from there again a not worth the prices they charge

Just ordered from crust and grill tonight first time food was OK not much chips with the chicken meal it states on the menu free delivery within 2 miles and £2 over 2 miles delivery guy tried to charge us £4.50 on top of our order when we complained about it to the shop he said £4.50 is because we ordered off the food hub app we didn't it was ordered on phone to the shop won't be having food from here again 😡😡

Super-friendly staff and amazing food! Have tried BBQ chicken, fried chicken and Doner, everything was super!!
