KFC Pontefract - Cornmarket in Wakefield

Second time we’ve ordered now and it’s been marked delivered and never arrived!

I am yet to receive the order I have placed with them. Ordered a few times and it’s always half missing or the complete wrong order and it takes hours to sort

Chicken was cold and the chips

Delivered to wrong house, never got the food

My order was not even delivered after waiting for 2hours it just indicated that it was delivered but I never got the food

The food was not nice, very dry, cold and not edible. Even the gravy was cold, all food had to be thrown into the bin. Complete waste of money!

I was disappointed with the driver he didn't bring my order up to my flat I had to go down 2 lots of stairs and I have had operation on my foot 😭😭

Food wasn’t what I ordered and was a waste as my kids won’t eat food off bone. Hence ordering BONELESS. Delivery times changed to add an extra 40mins

The delivery driver was vary nice and polite. The best part was that he wouldn't pass the food till we gave him the code vary happy about the sevice we recived

ordered 12 piece boneless banqueting and it was 12 piece chicken with bones, 1 gravy missing, my zinger meal was a fillet meal without gravy or pop..... absoloutely incompetent.

Worse service.. good never arrived.. ordered for my son 17th birthday and was left without any food.. no update no response and nothing.. ended up ordering from somewhere else hours later just not good enough!!!!

At first was handed the wrong order entirely. A subway order instead of a KFC. After chasing down the driver and finally being handed the correct order I opened up my rice box to find it was missing the additional zinger fillet. Quite frankly appalled with my overall experience.

Time changed 3 times, that makes it late not on time,! My 4 piece chicken meal was all drumsticks which is not good value for miney

Ordered 3 pieces of chicken to eat in, they were the smallest, scragliest bits of chicken. We ate in, the ladies was out of order. The men's smelt of wee and there was no running water. The staff were not interested. Won't be back!

Sorry to say but the food was rubbish, dont eat here!, I ordered a megabox and got 1 scroney chicken leg , 2 half done hot wings and a half done chrispy strip, the gravy tasted vile so I couldn't say it, really if I was that way out I would have asked for my money back!, it was disgusting, it really was, the chicken leg tasted of chicken with salt on, and the crispy strip was caked in salt, so.much so.it burnt my lips, please see photo, all this for £5.75 when they used to cost £3.99, Kentucky have gone down down hill and this is the worst one in terms of good taste, they definitely was no secret recipe in what I had, just salt and chicken, and a tiny portion.

my order has just arrive and we have noticed that we have items missing. we are missing a portion of fries and 2 cookies also 1 reg gravy

Service is so slow at this branch, staff seemed more interested in talking about partt they were all going to than working faster

Extremely disappointed as the chips were soggy aswell as the coating on the chicken. The burger buns also seemed to be stale and all the food was cold. We spent £36 on food and did not enjoy it. The last time we order we had the same experience but we thought it was a one off time and didn't conplain. We will not be ordering from KFC again as its a lot of money to spend on poor quality food.

Four pieces of chicken missing from a 12pc bucket. Cooked well, decent sides, chips weren’t soggy. But missing chicken

Was meant to be here at 2:30 delivery driver was stood still for 15 mins didn’t come to our address till 2:45 was rude when delivery the order and food was cold

A shocking experience, every single thing was stone cold, in fact the drinks were warmer, everything looked like it was thrown into the boxes, to which 1 box wasn’t even put together correctly and everything fell out the bottom, to say it was in time, well 5 minutes kept been added onto the delivery time, so about 30 mins more than it initially said. It’s a shame as I had one a few days ago and it was faultless, KFC are extremely inconsistent.

Food was awful. Popcorn chicken was very old, hard and dry. Twister wrap had no sauce, wasn't wrapped properly, chicken was all old and dry. These food items should be on timers and disposed of when passed the time, not served to customers. Disgusting, won't be ordering again.

The lady did apologise to about 15 people that they were understaffed and working as quick as they could but waited 30 mins for order to come from time of ordering
