Was ordering for a family, they sent a 6 piece instead of a 10. Since I told them my code, that means I accepted the fault, ridiculous

Half of the order wasn’t in the bag and KFC just left a note in it saying they’d run out!

they should have taken the extra minutes to make sure my order was all there. they sent the pop and 2 burger meals, but forgot the variety bucket with all the chicken. every time I order they get it wrong, will not be ordering from kfc anymore, they are useless

Food was hot on arrival but one item was missing - no beans

for a change the food was right but they kept moving the time slot, time slots are for a reason some people have busy lives.

ordered it. and it said latest time 12:15. it said it was delivered at 3:40am. i put on the note leave outside. it wasn’t even left at all. it wouldn’t let me cancel the order either

Great food and speedy delivery

order was late and then the driver speed past my house marked it as delivered and drove off. I want a full refund £30.03 now

Usually love this place, but they have cancelled my order on Uber eats twice just now. First was on my sister’s phone, I called to ask if it was something on the order they didn’t have so I could place another different order. The woman on the phone said they can’t cancel orders which I know is a lie because we do it at my work when we can’t contact the customer. She said I was fine to place the order again, so I did it on my phone in case it was an issue with my sisters banking. Just got cancelled again after waiting five minutes. Horrible service, could’ve just explained what the reason is for cancelling the order and I’d order from somewhere else instead of leaving me hungry for twenty minutes.

The chicken was really over cooked. And the skin wasn’t nice

we paid for pineapple sticks and fruit juice as part of kids' meal which didn't arrive. The rice portions were patheticly small

Overpriced for the amount of food and quality of food. Vegan burger rock hard on the sides, corn on the cob notntasy and extremely watery. Do not recommend.

waited an extra half hour, arrived cold. only 10mins away from Pontefract. definitely not worth £21.80 popcorn chicken was such a small box for the price. KFC isn't the same as it used to be. Also was very dry and the delivery driver was a big rude about the gate being closed when he should know how to open a gate surely and I was being polite to him. won't be ordering from KFC again.

The food was the worst KFC we’ve ever had. All 6 pieces were like they have been reheated. It was really dry and skin was welded to the chicken. Kids are disappointed. Popeyes from now on.

Unfortunately the food was not very warm and the boxed meal was disappointing. There were three pieces of original recipe and two hot wings. The hot wings were okay but the other three pieces were very small. Not good value for money.

Get home to find half of both box meals are missing chicken and gravy! Won’t be going back and looking at other reviews it won’t be there long! Shocking service!

Placed order at 5:50, estimated delivery time originally 6:30-6:50, kept getting later each time I checked. Arrived at 7:20. The delivery driver apologised as they kept him waiting. When this did arrive all the chicken was soggy. Disappointing!

Went and was ignored for 5 mins while staff changed over, heard all about shit shift and going out drinking etc. Food was dry and pretty tasteless, worst ever has from here.

Missing fries, poor chicken fillets, missing gravy

The delivery time was an hour and half after I placed my order. I wasn't waiting that long so I drove and collected my food myself in the end.

Disgustingly small portions for the price. Look like small portion of fries instead of regular. Food is all cold which I can't understand when they arrived within the delivery time slot. Disappointed

The festive burger was absolutely gorgeous, very tasty. It came piping hot and early. Going to order this burger again.

It was all freezing cold when it arrived and had to go in the air fryer. Ordered at 18.18, it arrived at 20.24 after the driver then couldn’t find us.

Not a KFC! All the banquet meals come with 2lt bottles of pop. The food was for grown adults who don't drink pop & I'm not paying for something that I don't want. Also, there's NO original recipe chicken! Nothing on the bone except hot wings. How can somewhere be a KFC if it doesn't sell original recipe chicken!

My order was not even delivered after waiting for 2hours it just indicated that it was delivered but I never got the food
