KFC Plymouth - Old Town Street in Plymouth

Didn't put my 1 piece of chicken in my box meal, and asked for no lettuce on tower burger but came with lettuce

Didn’t receive my tango which I paid £3.50 for the food it’s cold I want a refund for my items ??

order was 25 minutes late. it was stone cold and inedible. the delivery driver clearly didn't know where he was going. if I hadn't stood on my doorstep he was about 15 houses past my house. the bag the food was in was very wet and ripped completely down the side of the bad. be a long time before I even think about ordering again

most of it was cold. rice bowl looked as if someone had eaten half of it and chicken was rubbery as if undercooked. missing sides as well. really disappointed after spending £50

Orderd a large delivery for my family, waited over an hour and kfc had accidentally given my order to someone else. Took me calling in to get the food remade. When the food arrived I was missing several portions of chips. Leaving me out of pocket £60 with hungry dissapointed children. Do better👍

Could have been much cheaper. Would be nice to upgrade meal sizes. Mayhaps this is something to look into.

Late. Gave very simple instructions and couldn’t follow them. Had to get help from a stranger and still couldn’t follow the instructions. Even stood on the road so they could see me, cycled past me and still couldn’t find me.

Paid for gravy and you missed it off. I want a refund

The order arrived very quickly but it came just the rice bowl with cutleries. Am I suppose to eat with my fingers? No tissue or anything like that….very disappointing

Cleaner and better than the Cornwall stores. Which might be why staff stand around waiting for orders. I’d recommend the oreo shake.

Ride driver, I asked for it to be brought up over the phone to him and he was snappy about it, I unlocked the main door (I can hear when it unlocks from my door) and he didn’t open it n instead called me again, I told him the door was unlocked and again he was snappy, I had to go down the stairs (the stairs make me dizzy so I try to avoid them as much as I can) only to find the main door was in fact unlocked n was buzzing (indicating it was unlocked)

Food was still piping hot. Much better the Union Street Branch

Never heard a knock on the door, only knew the delivery was made after an email and found the food left on the doorstep

The food was still hot and nothing was missing, which is the main moan I have about KFC. Will be ordering from Old Town KFC again.

Want to extend my gratitude to Sam and the team for swiftly resolving an issue I had with Just Eat. They were nothing but understanding and helpful where they could be. Will definitely return for when I fancy some KFC again but will not be using Just Eat to collect it. Please be vigilant!

Missing 1.5 litre of Tango. Chicken wasn’t bad. Just doesn’t taste like it used to.

Best KFC I’ve had in Plymouth, crispy non greasy chicken, how it should be, requested rib instead of leg meat and they did what I requested so thank you. It’s the little things that make us customer’s happy 😊

I normally have a good experience at KFC. Recently, I went there and there was a girl named Charlotte. She was very rude. I tried to get her attention but she was ignoring me the whole time. Luckily, there was another member of staff to help me out.

Good arrived an hour after original stated time food was stone cold and had to be reheated the driver dropped the can of coke on the floor so it couldn’t be opened without going everywhere

I can IMAGINE myself coming him everyday. This is why Japanese NINJA likes it. I like this kfc because it is MASSIVE. Personally, I like the Grilled chicken wings because it is LOW in calories and they TAPER the chicken really well. The seasoning on it doesn't make the flavour FADE off the food.

food was terrible. the 4 pieces of chicken were burnt. the fries were cold. why would you put an icy cold can of pepsi max, right next to the warm food. very disappointed.

Terrible delivery time, stuck on ‘being prepared’ for a very long time which means I could not cancel. Food finally arrived cold and damaged.

If I could put zero stars I would I have had the worst experience I ordered takeaway of just eat and when it arrived there was popcorn chicken missing and I only had 5 chicken in my bucket rather then 6 chips were freezing cold so I called up the shop explained to them that I would like my missing part of my order delivered to me then he said that it’s not there problem it’s just eats when it came from KFC it’s self I then said to the so called manager who you could tell was not a manager cause he knew nothing to do with the place he works at and couldn’t answer any of the questions we had I was fuming with the service I had and he then even shouted and swore at my partner absolutely disgusting I best get my money back oh and also the REAL manager should think who he is actually hiring because the staff member we had deal with us tonight should not be in a job like that if he doesn’t even understand basic customer service

I am very happy with the attention and service that KFC Old Town Street has provided me. Always friendly and attentive to my requests... I hope it is always the same and that they never change the good service they offer.

Spent £25 on a meal and no sauce which ruins the whole experience. What a waste of money. Never buying from KFC again. Overpriced, low quality, small portions and they forget the sauce which ruins the whole meal!

I got a take away order from kfc old town street tonight , staff is very careless coz i returned home and opened my order I didn't get my full order . I ordered triology box when i opened my order at home 1 thing was missing this has happend with me 2 nd time and it shows us staff is very careless who never checked the order before giving us ,i am very unsatisified with the service if i pay for full meal why i got meal with missing items.

I've reviewed a few KFC and they have been up and down in the last few years. Previously you could rely on a chain to deliver on their brand but seemingly not so much anymore. I popped in today just fancying a quick burger to go in a hurry. When I approached the person at the front, I was asked to just wait at the till. This seems another branch where the staff seem confused when people approach them instead of using the touch screens. I clearly wasn't being very observant as the person I'd approached was seemingly busy and not on serving duty. I noticed the till at the other end of the counter so walked over to the empty till. The person I'd originally approached made the effort to shout back and ask where the server was. A moment or two later, that person did come out and ask how they could help. When I asked for a zinger tower I was a bit shocked by the price. £6.99! Not a meal, just the burger. I asked how much for the meal and this was about 2.50 more. I said I'd stick with the burger. When it came it was ok but nothing special. They seem to have swapped out the old zinger salsa for their "super charger" sauce. I preferred the old burger to be honest. I'll include some pics of the new menu and prices. I don't know if this is across all KFCs but it definitely won't be somewhere I'll think of going again in a hurry now. As it was, when I thought the prices were reasonable, I was no longer that keen on their offering. Now their prices seem to have taken a massive leap, I'll almost certainly be giving their mediocre offering a miss.

Staff had an attitude problem and definitely no customer skills whatsoever. Was stood at tge counter for 5 mins before theu decided to finished there conversation about who had the best fake eyelashes. Ordered my meal sat down they called my number I waved where I was as disabled and they eventually brought my food over. Chicken burger was so dry and not nice. Coffee was luke warm and very bitter.in taste. Won't be using them again

Me and my partner visit regularly. Staff absolutely fine. I'm disabled and on a mobility scooter .I go to the till to order .partner grab a table .never had a problem with the staff .one staff member called matt know what we have now lol .I don't have to say anything. Only fault is ,I wish it was just a bit bigger .

can't fault the delivery guy or the time it took to get to me. I just wish the burger wasn't so messily assembled and I really wish that I didn't receive drumsticks for every piece of original chicken I ordered. I hate drumsticks. I'll accept one, I'm reasonable, but every piece? Come on!
