KFC Plymouth - Old Town Street in Plymouth

Want to extend my gratitude to Sam and the team for swiftly resolving an issue I had with Just Eat. They were nothing but understanding and helpful where they could be. Will definitely return for when I fancy some KFC again but will not be using Just Eat to collect it. Please be vigilant!

Best KFC I’ve had in Plymouth, crispy non greasy chicken, how it should be, requested rib instead of leg meat and they did what I requested so thank you. It’s the little things that make us customer’s happy 😊

I normally have a good experience at KFC. Recently, I went there and there was a girl named Charlotte. She was very rude. I tried to get her attention but she was ignoring me the whole time. Luckily, there was another member of staff to help me out.

Good arrived an hour after original stated time food was stone cold and had to be reheated the driver dropped the can of coke on the floor so it couldn’t be opened without going everywhere

food was terrible. the 4 pieces of chicken were burnt. the fries were cold. why would you put an icy cold can of pepsi max, right next to the warm food. very disappointed.

I can IMAGINE myself coming him everyday. This is why Japanese NINJA likes it. I like this kfc because it is MASSIVE. Personally, I like the Grilled chicken wings because it is LOW in calories and they TAPER the chicken really well. The seasoning on it doesn't make the flavour FADE off the food.

Terrible delivery time, stuck on ‘being prepared’ for a very long time which means I could not cancel. Food finally arrived cold and damaged.

Literally watched my food drive around Plymouth getting cold and clammy! They had also packed a cold can right on top of the packaging rather than separate, not helping. Not surprisingly cold and soggy

Nice friendly courier, rang me so l could be outside of hotel. All food was fresh and hot, only moan was no forks or serviettes which made a struggle with the rice

Pretty alright as KFCs go, but there's not really enough space inside. Food is a little hit or miss but usually up to my KFC standards. Let down a bit by the location.

If I could put zero stars I would I have had the worst experience I ordered takeaway of just eat and when it arrived there was popcorn chicken missing and I only had 5 chicken in my bucket rather then 6 chips were freezing cold so I called up the shop explained to them that I would like my missing part of my order delivered to me then he said that it’s not there problem it’s just eats when it came from KFC it’s self I then said to the so called manager who you could tell was not a manager cause he knew nothing to do with the place he works at and couldn’t answer any of the questions we had I was fuming with the service I had and he then even shouted and swore at my partner absolutely disgusting I best get my money back oh and also the REAL manager should think who he is actually hiring because the staff member we had deal with us tonight should not be in a job like that if he doesn’t even understand basic customer service

Wrong order arrived. Sent off pictures and heard nothing back. £24 short now and no food as the one delivered wasn’t what I wanted ! In the bin it went!such a waste !!!

I am very happy with the attention and service that KFC Old Town Street has provided me. Always friendly and attentive to my requests... I hope it is always the same and that they never change the good service they offer.

Spent £25 on a meal and no sauce which ruins the whole experience. What a waste of money. Never buying from KFC again. Overpriced, low quality, small portions and they forget the sauce which ruins the whole meal!

I got a take away order from kfc old town street tonight , staff is very careless coz i returned home and opened my order I didn't get my full order . I ordered triology box when i opened my order at home 1 thing was missing this has happend with me 2 nd time and it shows us staff is very careless who never checked the order before giving us ,i am very unsatisified with the service if i pay for full meal why i got meal with missing items.

I've reviewed a few KFC and they have been up and down in the last few years. Previously you could rely on a chain to deliver on their brand but seemingly not so much anymore. I popped in today just fancying a quick burger to go in a hurry. When I approached the person at the front, I was asked to just wait at the till. This seems another branch where the staff seem confused when people approach them instead of using the touch screens. I clearly wasn't being very observant as the person I'd approached was seemingly busy and not on serving duty. I noticed the till at the other end of the counter so walked over to the empty till. The person I'd originally approached made the effort to shout back and ask where the server was. A moment or two later, that person did come out and ask how they could help. When I asked for a zinger tower I was a bit shocked by the price. £6.99! Not a meal, just the burger. I asked how much for the meal and this was about 2.50 more. I said I'd stick with the burger. When it came it was ok but nothing special. They seem to have swapped out the old zinger salsa for their "super charger" sauce. I preferred the old burger to be honest. I'll include some pics of the new menu and prices. I don't know if this is across all KFCs but it definitely won't be somewhere I'll think of going again in a hurry now. As it was, when I thought the prices were reasonable, I was no longer that keen on their offering. Now their prices seem to have taken a massive leap, I'll almost certainly be giving their mediocre offering a miss.

Not allowed to claim free food without paying for other items, absolutely outrageous

Staff had an attitude problem and definitely no customer skills whatsoever. Was stood at tge counter for 5 mins before theu decided to finished there conversation about who had the best fake eyelashes. Ordered my meal sat down they called my number I waved where I was as disabled and they eventually brought my food over. Chicken burger was so dry and not nice. Coffee was luke warm and very bitter.in taste. Won't be using them again

Me and my partner visit regularly. Staff absolutely fine. I'm disabled and on a mobility scooter .I go to the till to order .partner grab a table .never had a problem with the staff .one staff member called matt know what we have now lol .I don't have to say anything. Only fault is ,I wish it was just a bit bigger .

can't fault the delivery guy or the time it took to get to me. I just wish the burger wasn't so messily assembled and I really wish that I didn't receive drumsticks for every piece of original chicken I ordered. I hate drumsticks. I'll accept one, I'm reasonable, but every piece? Come on!

Lovely chicken chips and beans my friend and I had the £4-49 offer it was freshly cooked and was delicious had not been to kfc for a while staff were friendly and it was clean and tidy will go again next time I am in town.

It was disgusting. I had a 3 piece meal which was 2 drumsticks and a thigh. It was over cooked as the coating was hard. What do you put on your fries now? It was awful. All went in the bin. I will never have KFC ever again. Absolutely disgusted

Review of Kentucky Fried Chicken: The portion of fries was disappointingly small, and they arrived lukewarm and soggy. The sandwich was passable, and while most chicken pieces were acceptable, one was exceptionally dry. General feedback to KFC: The flavor of the chicken has evolved significantly from its original taste when it first arrived in Plymouth in the 70s. The once iconic "secret blend of herbs and spices" appears to be so well-kept that it's no longer shared with the cooks, resulting in a noticeable departure from the original authentic taste.

Food is freezing cold not helped by cold drinks being tapped inside the food boxes. the driver said he stood the wrong place for 30 mins (doubt 30mins ) because that where the sat nav said. Why didn’t he read the delivery instructions or at least look at door numbers and follow them to the right place. He said he called. I had no calls and he showed me a number nothing like my number.

Ordered Wicked Veriety Bucket - 6 pc, 4 mini fillets, 8 hot wings, 4 fries, popcorn. We were delivered 3 fillets, 1 fries, popcorn, gravey, mayo dip and a bottle of water. Ticket on bag was correct, store must have put wrong food in bag. Still had to contact Just Eat as store wouldn't do anything, so had to email and wait 2 days. Had to make another order. First time I've had KFC in 10 years and first time using Just Eat. Delivery was quicker than indicated, so I guess that's good. Just don't understand why Just Eat Had to sort out KFC putting the wrong food in the bag - that's not Just Eats fault!

Poor service, the server very rude, ordered takeaways and not put in inside paper bag, after I asked for the paper bag she gave me slide it very rude, and I told here she needs to get proper customer service and more hospitality training, still can't accept this.
