The food was lovely and fresh! The best KFC I’ve had in years, the chicken was perfectly crispy and the service was efficient and friendly, can’t think of any faults except for the lack of seating in the Extra.

17.32 02/09/2024 - DISGUSTED WITH SME TRADING LTD ( KFC J17 A1) After receiving my bucket meal for 1 I asked for some sauces I received 2 small sachet of ketchup I asked politely for 1 x barbecue sachet but was asked for 50p ??? So I refused as just spent on the meal !!!! SME TRADING LTD NEED TO GET A GRIP as there KFC franchise is very very very under the standard for sure. So touch screen was unclean then did not have recite paper for a simple recite asked at counter to be given a puzzled face ask am I sure you want a recite ?? He did get another member of staff ( possibly the manager) to print one but then put it in the food bag so was covered in grease from the fried chicken that I now have to keep in my books for the accountant I have took pictures of everything to document the crap customer experience which are available also for there camera records and staff rotate I have supplied time and date at the top

Awful service, ordered using the interactive screen only to be told, after paying, they didn't have it. Instead of refunding me the money, the lady charged my card again!!! Then she had to refund it twice.

Not happy at all, service was good but the bad side of my experience was the food I ordered, 2 chickens chips and fillet tower box meal, I mistakenly ordered gravy but left it. I started tucking into my food and it was not nice at all, the food tasted undercooked and no flavourings, same for the hash brown in the burger, very disappointed as KFC is one of my favourites, pretty busy but the food is what let me down on my experience plus in the burger pieces of the chicken was missing and was messy, very disappointing experience - Zach

Order screen printer out of paper for at least 5 days. Gravy missed out on first order, only received 2.5 chicken pieces on second order. Apart from that not bad.

Good food but slow service. Went back to the counter when my order number appeared on the ready screen but it was not ready. Waited a good 5 minutes during which the order number disappeared completely. I think there was a problem with one of the items but no one explained or apologised. Suspect the staff are cheating the system so that they keep to their target times. I can see now why most people were going to Macdonald's instead.

Had a zinger burger and 4 hot wings, cooked well and still juicy.

Called off on my way home north. Boneless Banquet worst I've ever had. Soggy crumbs the chicken didn't taste right plus 1 piece of chicken must hear must have had my yearly allowance of salt on it. The coating/crumbs were soggy but when you bit into it was very powdery. I had a couple of pieces then left the rest due my health concerns over food poisoning. If I'm dead tomorrow please use this as evidence for my wife's claim against the kfc outlet mentioned

Without a doubt the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Food was undercooked, they delivered the wrong items and refused to correct it. Avoid.

Tried to order chicken (16 pieces) without fries or sides or drink. Don't do it! Can only order with fries etc - as a result we didn't bother. Must be doing really well if they can turn down business!!

Ordered a diet Pepsi, they gave me Pepsi Max, I asked that to be changed and they gave me Pepsi Cherry. Guess the lady wasn't smart enough or she did it on purpose.

I have ordered food from here twice now and on both occasions the order has been wrong. Tonight 30/8/23 the food was not only wrong but freezing and stale. It most certainly wasnt fresh. I will no long be ordering from here again. I've tried to contact them but no response

HEALTH HAZARD! Mine and my partner’s chicken was covered in shards of metal. The manager tried to pass it off as seasoning and said he couldn’t see the metal even though it was clearly glistening under the light. If they are okay with this, what else are they okay with? Disgusting people.

I've been there a couple of times. They often forget to add something to your order. Remember to double check. :)

When i got to the service station , it was quiet , because we stopped quite late. We went into KFC as we were coming back from London Gatwick. The food was hot , and quickly served , which was great! 🫶Even the extra things we bought weren't forgotten. Although , they looked like they were in a hurry and didnt look like they verified peoples purchases , my dad got half a cup of 7up from one of the guys?? i think they forgot they did our drink LOL. The atmosphere wasnt that great though , they looked tired and like they really wanted to quit..🥲

Waited 20 minutes to get served the wrong order given to me very rude staff was told to just eat it and don't worry about it no hygiene used the lady wiped sweat from her head and playing with her hair in-between serving without washing her hands

Rubbish. Service calling me after 30mins from ordering just to offer me bone cold chicken and salmonella. These guys should be peeling potatoes with plastic scrapers because they're not competent enough to feed people. Avoid

Stopped off during a trip up to Leeds. Food came out quick. There was a delay in the chicken as it was not ready yet, so the customer service assistant kindly asked if I wanted wings instead which I agreed because I was in a bit of a rush. Nothing wrong with the atmosphere as there was plenty of space to sit, however nothing special

The chips were OK. Tye popcorn chicken is weird. I didn't get a straw with my drink and they gave me no ketchup.

I was avoiding this kfc for long time due to previous bad experience, bad service and burnt-oil smelly overcooked stunky chicken. Tried again today. Still not good. Original pieces not of good quality, either not fresh or not cooked as per the guidelines smelly in parts. Not tasting like other outlets. I suspect some bad quality practices. Wings and fillets good. Thanks for that. Nb: I had same issue last year and returned straightaway and got refund. Now decided to try again expecting that was a one off. But clearly not ☹️ Not able to return today as it was take away😡

Ordered a family bucket with 8 chicken tenders and they put 7 in. Is it really that hard? Male staff too busy taking what he wanted for his meal and the girl too distracted. Hate having to check my food in front of them but if I go back why is this what I have to now do. Sort it out!

The worst KFC I have ever visited. staff: rude and uninterested but I guess they are not very well looked after. Food: chicken x3 n chips- at best it was warm but still over cooked. I would suggest food from one of the other retailers within the services or drive to the next one. captive audience one off people calling to eat so I would guess the owner of the franchise does not care about the reviews.

I ordered a delivery from this take away and half of what I ordered did not arrive. Some things I did not order seem to have substituted instead. If you don't have what a customer ordered you should refund what you don't have, not replace it with something that may be harmful to the customer. Not happy at all with this service. They wouldn't even answer the phone to correct the issue even though we rang them 14 times. This really is not good enough.

Arrived as a coachload very late and the service was excellent and the orders were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Food was hot and orders correct what more would you want from a McDonalds?

It’s an absolute joke of a restaurant! The slowest service I’ve ever seen. It took 20+ minutes to get my snack wrap and chips ready. All employees walk around like zombies and don’t know how to do their job. Kfc are really paying them to stand around.

No wonder there is no where to put a complaint in going by these reviews .. just been in and tried to get served at the . . till .. this place is ran by very rude staff that have no customer service whatsoever they all need sacked .. and place needs closed down and turned into a mcclunkies they are a complete farce !!! The most shambolic experience ever. Ordered a 6 piece bargain bucket, garlic mayo, small side coleslaw and two drinks easy right? The order arrived, no drinks. Sat down to eat found large coleslaw in the bag no garlic mayo no fork for the mayo.Went back up and asked for the mayo I paid for only to be told they had run out no offer or a refund. Asked for the smaller coleslaw I paid for again they ran out. Sat down to eat pulled out a chip to dip in the sachet mayo the chip was so soggy it flopped over. Must of only are six chips.The entire experience was appalling. The lack of communication on items missing from your order that you paid for is non existent. I would never eat there again.
