KFC Nottingham - Langley Mill in Amber Valley

A very poor effort. Ordered the bargain bucket. Only to receive 8 drumsticks & 2 thighs........again. A VERY POOR EFFORT INDEED. .....second visit........placed order through a 3rd party............only to be massively disappointed again..........yet another bag full of drumsticks.......definitely going elsewhere in future......don't bother replying.........blocked.......

Waited 20 mins in car park even tho the place was empty and my food was cold 👎

Items was missing, when I called the store to ask them she told me to drive myself to collect them and was very rude

driver sat outside house for ages. this type of food goes cold quickly. demanded a code even though partner was putting toddler to bed

Ordered box meal from this place, staff working at snails pace eventhough it's lunch time they have one person working at front serving..not friendly and could do with some training on how to talk to customers. Take 20mins to get order.

Usually order from this KFC no problem, but the delivery time was well over an hour later than it should have been the estimate was way off. Both chicken fillet burgers were dry!

Ordered meal through just eat, order. Zinger meal and this was the size of the piece of chicken, about a bite. Mostly bone on the back. They even mixed up my burger with my mates who ordered with me and put his burger with my sides. Ridiculous bad for how much we paid..

Sorry is this KFC or KFB (Kentucky Fried budgie) look at the size of these pieces of chicken, it's embarrassing and poor value for money

We ordered a gravy triple bucket. It arrived cold. The chips were fine, a bit soggy. But the chicken strips were too salty. The regular chicken was not properly coated and was soggy. The chicken wings were good, just spicy. But overall, I am really disappointed, the price was too expensive for such a disappointing meal. I just can't understand how the main thing you guys sell is chicken. And it's always crap. I always regret ordering from KFC.

The food was fresh and hot fast and friendly service. better than Ilkeston Kfc, its always rubbish there.

the chicken pieces weren't crispy and were all greasy and looked like they had been left under the hotplate for hours. I tried abit and it wasn't good. not risking eating it. horrible for early on a Saturday evening. for the price you charge we should get served edible food. very disappointed

This is the second time that I have ordered KFC from Langley Mill, and the second time I have had items missing from my order. I will not use Langley Mill KFC again through Just Eat.

Finger licking good great friendly service like the refitted hopefully does not mean delivery take priority

Rice box! Why don’t you guys put the salsa in your rice boxes? 4th time no salsa. Very stingy with the dressing also, so it was left dry. The rice was also half the amount I usually get & I ordered a double zinger in this rice box, tell me why I got 1 and a half zingers? & no it wasn’t just a small piece, it was clearly half a zinger!! I was thankful the little one left a mini fillet as I was left still feeling hungry. Guys come on… if I have this anywhere else it’s spot on.

Really not happy. Took my child to the toilet as she had messed herself to discover no soap to clean my hands. Staff have a very abrupt manner. I’d already asked for a child’s meal and within seconds another person came from a different till with an annoyed face asking if I wanted kids or normal menu. Already stated what I want. Then only half the food placed on the tray the rest was left on the counter so I had to deal with it myself. Many times they get my order wrong here. Got very expensive with a disgusting service

One of the cleaner KFC's that I have visited. I was shocked on one visit to find a member of staff in tears as they were so short staffed. Watch your collections and deliveries too as there can be stuff missing from your order. But all of that said we still pop back from time to time

Changing my rating from 5* to 1*. I always chose Langley Mill over my 2 local KFCs as the service is abysmal locally. Visited Langley Mill KFC last weekend - the food took so long to arrive that I ended up with a £100 parking ticket for exceeding the time limit!! The food honestly took over half an hour to be handed over (ordered on the app, after 20 mins or so of waiting, I went up to the desk to check that they definitely had my order - they didn't. Even though the app said that the order was ready to collect). Then after spending another half an hour eating the food with my mum, this took me over the 1 hour parking allowance. Very annoyed. Its basically completely ruled KFC out as any option for fast food.

I asked for more drumsticks than chicken breasts I didn't get one not happy

the sealed bag was open items had been touched , a popcorn chicken was missing / stolen, had to bin the meal , could not trust the sanitation of the hands of the rider who deliverd my food and touched it all .....

NO Coffee AGAIN. Not everyone wants a cold drink, people should have a choice. The chicken nuggets were barely edible, tasted like cardboard. Very poor. Will not be visiting again. If this is the best you can do, you might as well close the place. Or sell it to Mac Donald's. At least they do hot drinks!!!

This has turned out to be one expensive KFC with the £100 fine we got for spending longer than 60mins parked in the car park. After a day trip to Ikea we stopped to get our 4 children (under 7) some food before driving over an hour home. The food took forever to come out and I had to breastfeed the baby so we went over the 60mins allowed time in the carpark. Absolutely disgusted with this fine all because we chose to eat in with our small children! Service was slow if it was faster we would have been out in the 60mins!

Come on KFC sort yourselves out! Ordered a dipping boneless feast which arrived with no fries. Also ordered a mighty bucket for one which came with plain wings instead of hot wings. Considering I've just spent almost 50 pound the least you can do is get the order right!

Absolutely shocking. How does anyone miss not just one item, not even 2, not even 3 but 4 items ordered and paid for were not delivered. Reported 2 hours ago and still await a reply

driver delivered the order for somebody else not my order, waste of time! got basically 2 mini fillet burgers instead of 3 meals! absolute joke when the order clearly says the customers name and address! learn to read the correct customer and address seeing that's your only job to deliver items

Saddest burgers ever. Looks like the price of lettuce skyrocketed, otherwise I cannot understand why they put only a tiny piece into the burgers. Soft drinks are watery without any fizziness. The quality just doesn’t represent the price. Other Kfc’s are superior to this one.

I had the ultimate bbq burger but came with no onions or BBQ sauce or bbq dip my mum had tower box meal asked for no mayo but came with mayo meant to be a side of beans came with gravy, both STONE COLD I know it’s a Saturday night but that’s no excuse for especially cold food didn’t even fill a bit warm!!!! Normally so good here, poor service tonight!!….

Amazing service best food I've had in a while, delivered so quickly and everything was hot and fresh and included all the dips.

Bargain bucket was full of overcooked bone dry pieces of chicken, this is the second or third time we’ve had a bucket filled with nothing but breast pieces. Not worth the extortionate amount of money charged, won’t order again
