Very very busy with online orders. Didn't have exactly what I wanted without a wait but the young nan assistant was extremely helpful and sorted me a good alternative meal within a few minutes

The food was not up to KFC standards the burger was thrown together the chips were all over the place and cold in all the presentation which you would expect to be nice lookingjust was not. I don’t think I would return to this KFC chain location again.

Chicken is always lovely and crunchy, which I prefer. However, the staff could be a bit more welcoming and friendly!

Came in absolutely wrecked after a metal festival and the staff were super accomodating and lovely, made sure that we had everything we needed and the food was exactly what we needed! Cheers for that!

Bought 12 pieces boneless feast and received only 9... and its not the first time something like this happened. They are closed already so can't complain...

Never really been a huge fan of KFC till I went to this one. Nice and clean, really friendly atmosphere and service. Love the LED neon style light (wish I had one lol). And the best food I’ve ever had from a KFC. 10/10 love it.

Terrible, worst KFC by far, over cooked chicken and tastes like a different fat used to cook the chicken.

Currently experiencing the worst food poisoning of my life a day or so after eating here - partner ate the same foods as me except the KFC, so know it's this, as he's fine. This has put me off eating KFC for life. Fairly certain the Food Standards Agency should swing by going off the other reviews as well.

Worst KFC ever. Needs new staff and proper training

A bad visit unfortunately as we were shortchanged and paid for less than we got. The server explained that drinks were not available so offered a side in it's place but then we didn't get the right amount. Also ordered a burger combo but didn't get the side of chicken. Check your bags when they serve them is my advice.

This KFC has put me off for life, I've ordered here twice and gave them a 2nd chance but both times were equally shocking, the first order had items missing, tasted rancid and was cold, but the second order a few months later was also missing items, poor quality food, small fillets in burgers (item pictured was meant to be a zinger burger) and had a hair in the burger box. Each time I called the service wasn't good and they couldn't replace or bring missing items due to being through deliveroo. Avoid at all costs.

This has surely got to be the worst kfc i have ever been to... shocking and rude customer service... food was cold and boring. The shop is also in a pretty nasty state. Floor was unclean and was freezing almost asif they dont have any heating. Crazy place, stay away.

Come on, £25 for dry chicken!!!! Surely kfc should know how to cook chicken!!!! We also got soggy cold chips and warm drinks because they were put in the same bag. The wrap was so dry and stale it was crumbling. Everything was just awful. This was supposed to be a treat and we threw most away. It’s really not fair when people pay so much money, ( especially when things are so tough for people financially at the moment ) to deliver them this standard of food. We would like a full refund please

Sad that there's no machines to order on, but at least the staff are really on it, even if that's sometimes at the expense of hot food - one of the better KFCs

We had 12 pieces of chicken missing so we brought our food to the kfc that was only 10 peices of chicken as they requested and when we came to the store we was treated disrespectfully and wasn’t even able to talk to the manager as he was hiding behind the ovens. Horrible service and sarcastic comments from all the staff at beeston kfc store. I will never come back again.

I recently had another disappointing experience with KFC, and I felt compelled to share my thoughts about it. It was the second time in a row that I ordered food from them and received less quantity than I had ordered. The first time this happened, I thought it might have been an isolated incident, but unfortunately, it seems to be a recurring problem. I placed my order with high hopes, craving some delicious fried chicken, but when I received my bag of food, it was immediately apparent that something was off.

Very worst staff not even answering the questions what we asked, the staff is with full attitude. Regarding food, the fries were so bad and chicken popcorn were cold, they will cheat you in quantity if your new to this place. We ordered crushers last time and the quantity was good we thought the same and ordered the crushers today but the quantity was too low I never expected this service from KFC. Too bad too bad.

Quick and efficient service and hot food

I bought food there yesterday, first, the woman seving couldn't speak English. Then she got my order wrong. Luckily I could see her putting the chicken in the bucket and could tell. When I confronted her, she said they had ran out of wings! She also doesn't know the difference between thighs and drumsticks. I wonder if new staff are given any training at KFC. I doubt it

Not at all pleased. It's the first time we've visited in a few years. It wasn't until we were home we realised that we were missing part of our order!! The chips were lump and soggy and the chicken tasted stale and dry, not crispy and moist as expected. It's pointless complaining about the missing part of our order, but suffice to say that we shan't be returning.

Under £5 for a gravy box I was served a very large meal with gravy to boot. You can eat hard parts of the chicken also. Highly delightful, I got my cigarettes from next door and energy drink parking space around the back which I've only just noticed. Very happy with my experience and I am now full.

Staff un-interested, I suspect over worked and probably underpaid , I placed my order and double checked with the server, as she gave my bag to me to be told "it's! all in the bag! ,YES I had to return as I hadn't been given the meal I asked for as the server thought I'd said something different 🤔 now I'm no expert but how do you get 1 Zinger tower box meal ,gravy & diet coke ,no ice , 2 hot wings ,pluss 2 extra wings , (wrong) I received 1 zinger burger ,no tower, and dipped in mayo, no salsa, no side of gravy! ( unforgivable) no hot wings , no extra wings , half a bag of cold fries , and ice in a drink I clearly asked for no ice , I returned and very politely asked for it to be put right ,a other customer said " God not yours was well? I was told I'd asked for it wrong!!??? Apparently the fries are measured using a thimble, when I showed her mine and asker her to compair with a bag on the fry station there was obviously a difference, her solution was to top up hot fires on now very cold fries ,I pointed out the mistake and I received a "TUT" 2 wings were now thrown into a bag until i pointed out id asked for 2 extra then another bag and 2( things ),of I think chicken they werent wings but i did find chicken ,under 1 unch of greasy boiled to death batter very poor KFC very poor indeed

The best kfc in Nottingham they provide the best costmer service it's clean fast and food is always fresh I ordered few times for home delivery by uber eats I would really want to praise one particular driver his name is Jan he drives a gold Mercedes e class he's always on time or early he delivers the food piping hot this man is always looking clean and he's very polite and kind and the food is always well packed when he brings it. Not like other drivers that just drop off the food with dirty hands 😤 and the food is all messed-up. I always leave a £10 tip for jan my favourite uber driver when you happen to to get your food delivered by this gentleman tip him if you can

The staff gave my order incomplete. I had to warn the staff to get the order I paid for right, it was not pleasant for anyone.

I had a uber eats. And they forgot to put my chicken in (was a big order) so I rang the branch they taken my name address etc and like normal I Fort nothing will happen. Then next minute there's a knock on my door staff taken it on there self to bring me the chicken. To me that's 100% Customer satisfaction. Thank you so much. Much respect 🙏 you two staff are a credit to kfc.

The food tasted great however wasn't very hot (which was great for my youngest just not everyone else). The restaurant would be a lot better if it had chairs to sit on whilst waiting for the food especially for elderly/disabled people.

They constantly forget the gravy on orders for delivery. Have had four separate orders now where this has happened, with no notice or reason given. Be wary they do not seem to care.

Don't get a delivery. Unhygienic, delivery driver vehicles are dirty I side. Smoking in the cars, the food is in a bag that is not sealed getting covered in smoke. They don't wash their hands and then handle your food. Never get a delivery.

Ordered via Uber eats, boneless banquet 8 pc. We payed for priority so it would arrive hot as past experience it’s arrived lukewarm. Delivery shows up… on a bike. One gravy pot had fallen and leaked all out of the bag, so we had an empty gravy pot and the other goods packaging covered in it. Luckily we’d ordered two so wasn’t too disappointed. We poured out the food into bowls and started to eat, all of the food was cold & stale. Chicken was hard, cold & tasteless, almost like it’s been sat there all day. rice was stodgy, chips inedible as they were cold. We had a couple of bites and decided it wasn’t worth the ‘treat’ so binned it. At this point we also realised we weren’t given our drink which is part of the banquet! £26 in the bin. As we put it in the bins we noticed that the driver had left the gravy remnants all over the path(he poured it off his bag into the pavement rather than down the drain) and discarded the gravy packaging in the road. Nice littering from them. Incredibly disappointed and saddened as now we have nothing to eat & money down the drain! Have complained to Uber eats in the hope to get our money back. Don’t bother ordering, try somewhere else.

Recently moved to Beeston and decided to try the local KFC. I wish we never did. 50% of the order was wrong. The other 50% was just poor quality. My company ordered a Trilogy box. Instead of a zinger burger they replaced it with a normal fillet burger, the fillet was replaced with wings (he doesn’t eat wings), the baked beans was a tub of gravy (which I will point out was the warmest part of the meal!), then the biggest joke of all; he ordered a mini fillet burger on the side and received a standard breast piece clearly cut in half!!!! What a joke! I ordered a three piece meal. One piece was drier than a desert, one piece was essentially a sponge that’s absorbed oil to its fullest capacity. Then finally the drumstick was stupidly salty and dry. It was crunchy but it was on the same level of crunchy as If I made crispy chicken skins!!! UberEats refunded most of the order which was half satisfactory since if we were to order a replacement, it would cost more than the refund. Not that we would! That and we were still hungry from the amount that we couldn’t eat. Then as if to cover up their obvious tactics, they’ve stuck the sealing sticker right over the receipt!!! Appalling experience! Never again! Store was closed so we couldn’t ring in to complain. Over an abysmal display of food service, cold, mostly dry, overcooked and mostly just wrong!

Extremely rude staff, they were having trouble understanding basic terms aswell. Apparently, they found a way to throw the customers away with such ill mannered behavior. Coming to the food, it's above average with a bit of extra oil .

I have been to Beeston KFC a few times now and the food has always disappointed. It has never been freshly cooked and is often cold. I will not be going back in a hurry!

We ordered online…. Shocking. W lour order came completely wrong I rang the store and they spoke to head office and said there was nothing they could do about it after k said I’ll come to the store and get it myself and they said there was nothing they could do. Absolutely appalling. They’ve lost a customer and the service was SHOCKING too. Never order from here it has 3 stars for a reason. So somewhere else!!! If I could give it less that one star I would. Kfc sort it out !!!

Had a rice box meal with the extra piece of chicken, nice fresh salad, plenty of rice, chicken slightly over done but thoroughly enjoyed the meal.

The food's pretty average as far as KFC goes. A lot better than it used to be at any rate. Almost always missing items from the order though, which really drags it down. Occasionally they'll replace missing items or give you something else instead, but that's pretty rare. Do yourself a favour and provide your own dips and drinks.

Gravy was cold but chicken was lush staff was friendly 😋

Went today got a bucket £15.99 never again ten bits of chicken three of them was bits of wing, it was cold and tasteless bad for a KFC the chips was disgusting cold and double cooked by the look and taste, like rubber. Real tihs

I ordered through Uber eats and was delivered the wrong food. I phoned up and they said they would replace within 15 mins. An hour later nothing. I kept ringing and no one answered. Not only did I get the wrong food but paid extra for nothing. Do not recommend

Order was received early but that was its only redeeming feature. It was cold, burnt and this is not the first time we have been desperately disappointed. The main thing was the cookies 4 for £3.99 were missing - when I rang to complain the woman said ‘Oh that’s because we don’t have any’ as if it then became acceptable. It was just as if they really didn’t care that we’d had bad food, had been cheated out of £3.99 and awful customer service. She couldn’t get rid of me fast enough.

Absolutely disgusting, seen staff drop the chicken on the floor he then picked it up & put it back on the tray ready to be served to a customer. I notified other staff members who did nothing so I cancelled my order & sat outside for about 10 mins & not one of the staff removed the chicken from the warming oven to disregard, so somebody was served that dirty floor chicken, will never eat from here again 🤢🤮

Poor online ordering, could not get my phone online in the shop at first did finally manage to get it on and my order was processed. Surely it would make sense for the order to be issued to the outlet and just give your name and order reference. Won't order online again. Staff were courteous and did start to sort the problem out before I got back online, but as we were ordering from other takeaways as well we wanted a coordinated pick up to take to a family gathering.

Worst KFC I've ever been to. Always make mistakes with orders.

It’s funny how we only remember to rate a place when they have done something wrong, not when they have done good, this kfc branch has done me Sri much good and sneaky so their best for me. They only made a mistake today and I remembered how to rate with a rage 😅. But after reading an the rage I will say this guess are doing great work. They are always making a perfect chicken and I don’t even leave the bones.

As I walked in, I was pleased to see the cleanliness of the restaurant and was greeted with a warm welcome by the front counter staff. I placed my order, which was quick and efficient and shortly after received my food. I ordered a 3 piece meal. The pieces of chicken had a crispy skin yet very succulent. With every bite I took, the more I enjoyed eating here. I would recommend this place for any people looking for a place to eat.

Last night, just before closing, I ordered a large boneless chicken banquet from this branch of KFC. I waited 20 minute for it but afterwards when I got home I discovered that the chicken strips were badly burnt, almost burnt beyond recognition. It tasted awful, it made my boyfriend ill. I dumped most of it in the bin. Please check your order before leaving the store.

Shoddy, none of the menu TVs were working so had to guess what to eat. Food is dead and no hand wipes with food. Had to ask for the usual cutlery and salt etc. These things should be standard

KFC restaurants can vary quite a lot in how well they serve chicken. This one is excellent! Highly recommended.

Good chicken. However there has been some issues with the tv so I cannot see the menu making it hard to see what I want to order. Sometimes they give us chicken that has been made a while back so it is cold meaning we have to put it in the oven again. There was this one time they had given us our chicken and all of the skin had come off and it was all slimy and definitely not very appetising . We personally do not like wings in our family buckets and when asking to not put any wings in they still put wings in. Sometimes after asking we are greeted by a bucket filled pretty much with wings! The serving of chips they give us is very varied sometimes, as sometimes they give us a generous amount and fill it over the packets, and sometimes they end up giving us a tiny amount of chips. And with the taste of the chips they are sometimes quite dry and take a sip of a drink to get them down. Personally I preferred the thin French fries.
