Dino's Pizza in Broxtowe

Had fish it was all salted taste less and disgusting, totally waste of money. I throw that meal…can’t even take more than 2 bites.

Margherita pizza is good. Don't get any toppings, bad quality. Chips are awful, oily and dry at the same time. Burger is decent, salad is trash. I order from here regularly but only the burger and margherita pizza. Play it safe. Don't order anything that demands quality. Just Eat menu isn't listed correctly. Delivery drivers are usually incompetent.

Staff are friendly , and food was excellent , pizzas were very nice , recommend the masala fish 👌🏾🔥

Absolutely shocking!! Bunch of thieving idiots,, do not order online this muppet thinks he’s clever by accepting your online order not delivering it and then telling just eat they have,,, now have 2 children hungry and no money to reorder, Now just eat only refund you a percentage of what you spent so the spaz at dinos keeps the rest not bad for doing nothing 🐖💩

Took food nearly 2 hours to arrive. The food was cold and chips were solid and dry. I rang after the first 1 hour and 15 mins of waiting to check where the food is, they told me it will arrive any minute, it took another 30 mins to arrive. I called the restaurant to let them know the food was cold, to which they first told me the food was not cold and if it is then i should microwave the food! They would not accept any responsibility and then they hung up the phone!!! Ive never been told by any food service to microwave the food I paid for. So rude! Never ordering from them again!!

Very disappointed. Ordered two kebabs and large chips. The large chips were soggy and defiantly a small portion and the kebabs were ok but not worth the price. Expensive for what it was!

worst food ever gave me food poisoning but i tried it again and i ordered a no beef pizza because i am a strict hindu but the added beef and refused doing that even though i send proof we didn’t get a refund either but then when they were denying the decided to say it was actually turkey worst food worst service and astronomically bad attitudes

i ordered my pizza at quarter past nine it was meant to come at 10:05-10:25 it came at 11 and i had to call multiple times and the person on the phone didnt know where there driver was. the food was horrible and not worth £40 the employee on the phone told me at 10:33 that the pizza was 5 minutes away yet it took another half an hour and i had to get him to call the driver.RIDICULOUS!

It's a good job I only order when I visit my mum and dad otherwise I'd be something else obsesity-wise. Kebabs in naan done properly. Magnificent.

Poor overall. Ordered 2 pizzas, each with an extra topping. One pizza was correct but very stingy amount of toppings and although no olives present, could clearly taste that they were incorrectly put on it rather than the other pizza, then removed. Pizza that should've had olives had none.

Will never order again from here got the order completely wrong then when we rang to say they had the order wrong they argued with my mother its not like we spend a small amount either paid 53 pound for it to come cold burnt and totally wrong

Waited 2 hours for my food to arrive only to receive 2 pizza that was meant to be 16” but were 12”. Rang the restaurant before arrival and all I got was it’s on the way. Rang back 30 minutes later and got the same response. Absolute shambles. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS JOKE.

OMG!!! What's happen to this place! I was a regular every Fridays for a long time. Been here a while, so thought I'll swing buy. £11 for a 9" pizza. The same one I use to pay £5.50. My local sells it £6. Not only has the more then doubled in the past few years, the food standard has dropped massively. The most talked about pizza place is now one of the worst and over priced. NEVER COMING BACK!!!!

Had two kebabs delivered from just before Christmas and then on new year's day phoned for a delivery 1 kebab and 2 pizzas menu delivered before Christmas says two pizzas for £17.99 plus £11.99 for the kebab today prices over the phone lad says while driving that the pizzas had gone up to £20 for two been a regular customer since 2005 why deliver a menu that's out of date very unhappy customer won't ever get my trade again just ripping of locals till students come back then they will rip them off my advice is to stay away from this shop price's change when they feel like it

Ordered takeaway from here on deliveroo at around 1am. They are claiming it was delivered at 2am and was handed directly to a resident at my address. I was home the entire time and did not receive this delivery. Tried calling them a little after the expected delivery time of 2:05am and they were closed. "Out for delivery" timed out on the app at 3:05am and still no delivery! They are refusing to allow a refund on deliveroo and they are insisting it was delivered. They either delivered it to the wrong house or they are lying. They cannot provide any photos of the delivery. Will not be using this takeaway again. Would give zero stars if I could based on this experience.

Used to be a really nice place to order from, now it's all just over-priced and comes either cold or burnt, it's just not worth it anymore

asked for a jalfrezi curry but they didn’t have on the menu but they made me one and it is one of the best curries i’ve had

Once upon a time was one of the best pizza delivery shops in Notts but fell off over last few years with bad quality ingredients and using old meat and cheap cheese and microwaved chicken tikka.

Just tried to order on the phone .... phone call was 7 seconds long before I put the phone down PURE RUDE , ABRUPT AND HOSTILE.

Great food friendly staff had a good laugh

If I could of gave nothing I would pizza a joke asked for extras on it and I didn't get it what a waste of money never again

We ordered food last night, chips were cold the burgers were just disgusting which I can still taste now nearly 12hrs on. Thier idea of salad is a bit of onion, cucumber and a tiny bit of tomato with salad cream that didn't taste like salad cream, just made me feel sick on each mouth full hence I never finished I, waste of money, will never use again, not even worth one star to be fair, onion rings looked like they came out of the bin and reheated just totally disgusting, trading standards and food hygiene will be made aware 🤢🤢🤢💯💯🥇

Waited an hour and 20 min for my food and when I rang up all the person wanted to do is speak over me and not let me talk, as a paying customer I never expect to be treated like that, won’t be coming back.

The kebabs are atrocious, the hygiene is awful and they made me have chest pains for a week, I had to go hospital to get checked out and now on antibiotics. Also got food poisoning. Will never order from here again.

Ordered online and it didn't arrive, they claimed that they couldn't find the address on Google maps but no other delivery drivers have ever had any issues. Customer service was bad and the staff were rude when I rang up. Definitely avoid

Reasonably priced and reasonably quick. Pizzas are very tasty, but cheesy chips disappointing. Just a portion of chips with a lot of grated cheese dumped on top. In other places nearby the cheese is baked on top so lovely and melted.

Take your money dont deliever, blame uber,uber blames them. Dont get anything.

Been a customer of Dino's for years but won't be using them ever again. The prices have shot up and it seems the food quality has gone down. Had a 'beano' pizza from them on Saturday and it's given me food poisoning. The sausage must have been out of date or undercooked. Not happy. Will be telling others not to go there either

My boyfriend orders from here all the time cos he works near by and he is getting really fat! Thats probably the horse kebabs. However he says the masala fish when they actually cook it is absolooty lovely. highly recommend the fish. the pizzas are made of a fine grade plastic and taste good he says. The chicken wings are definatley chicken. The staff are really nice - he likes them. But he couldnt eat a whole one.

Found the staff to be rude if there are any problems. In my case the order was incorrect and Dino's were adamant that was the order we gave them. In the past they have been pretty good, but in my recent experience, not up to scratch.

Ordered for delivery when arrived order was wrong when I rang them they tried telling me they didn't get it wrong it was me 🤨 bad customer service or what!!

Sent us separate portions in the same boxes and skimped out on salad and chips with the kebab. We called up to check if they'd sent us the right amount of everything/ the right order and we were basically accused of lying and met with a lot of hostility. We've had a good order before so order at your own risk, it's very hit and miss & don't expect good customer service. Rude and disappointing.

Ordered to collect and was turned away at the door. Wasted my time walking and now have to find somewhere else to eat. Never coming again

Lovely pizzas and awesome chicken

We have been using this place regularly now for 4 years and always been impressed, last week we were sent freezing cold cheesy chips, when we called about it the person on the other end of the phone basically accused us of lying but did send out some new chips, we ordered again this week giving them the benefit of the doubt and yet again the cheesy chips are freezing cold, forcing us to microwave them which spoils the chips. Afraid to say we won’t be using Dino’s again.

Had a couple of pizzas from here recently and they have all been excellen t and very tasty. Would recommend ordering directly from dinos website rather than via just eat as is cheaper. 29 sept..had a pizza 2nte and what a difference, burnt underneeth and cold on top !

Would never go there again such bad food had To call them and complain and they said they would bring us some new food it took 50 minutes to get to us and was still horrible the chicken burgers were burnt and tasted bad. Do not recommend!!

Was a long time customer here but they've really gone downhill this last year. Food used to be banging and now it's awful. Do NOT order burgers from here. Tastes like horse meat and falls apart in the bun. Regularly get salad/sauce orders wrong and food is often cold. It's a shame because this place used to be great.

Food was cold asked for salad they put it in a sandwich bag looked like someone had sat on it and the mayo looked like some think eles garlic bread was hard and over cooked food was really bad did like this place at one poite not no more

Don't buy! Both me and Husband got Food Poisoning from eating their pizza!

Although I had raw potato given to me and then again when redelivered, they did come out to me 3 times to put this right and to also give me a cake I ordered and forgot and were polite all 3 times, also all the other food was fine and very nice so I can’t fault them really, thank you for being patient!
