Actually the best I’ve had in years all the chicken was perfect

They can never get an order right, it’s always missing something or wrong item sent.

The time kept changing & my food that originally said would be 15 minutes finally arrived after 45 minutes! It kept stating it was being prepared but KFC does not take that long to cook. That is an excuse as there was no delivery driver. When my food finally arrived it was cold.

Good but forgot my mini fillet didn’t read order properly!

My vegan burger was missing, the food I received was poorly made, bag broken. Really disappointed, the person who ordered vegan is stranded while everyone else is eating. Tried to call restaurant 3 times but apparently no one answered the call.Amazing service

I was very disappointed with my kfc. The food did not seem very fresh and worst of all was Luke warm on arrival. It’s not cheap and I would expect better. Please look into this.

Ordered chicken popcorn for orders over £21, changed a regular order because of this - and no chicken popcorn.

The delivery did not take long but the food The delivery time good and the quality of the food but the food itself was cold and the drink was warm. There was no napkin or sauce given.

Bottom of the box meal was left open, so the food fell everywhere inside the bag. KFCs fault for not closing the box properly

Driver drove the wrong way and stayed still for about 15 minutes before delivering the food really late and now can’t even complain and request a refund. The food was literally freezing cold and was inedible and there’s no help offered by just eat. Awful

The food was cold, both fries and chicken. Having tracked him from the beginning the rider went in completely opposite direction. Furthermore, the delivery time shown on the app kept changing, 3 times during the delivery period clearly to fudge whether the delivery was on time, or not. So, compared with your movable eta time, it was less than 5 minutes. However, given the delay due to heading in the opposite direction, it was approx 10 mins late in reality.

Just had an order delivered and entire meal is missing. Called the restaurant and no answer. Reported it to just eat and was told I’ll hear back in 7 days. Absolute joke

I think they use less ingredients, as the food does not taste as authentic as other kFC in the area.

The chicken sizes were extremely small and food was cold. Not worth the price.

We ordered 6 pieces of chicken and chips. We were extremely disappointed when we received 4 drumsticks and only 2 side breasts of chicken. This is not cheap and we expect better. Will have to seriously think about reordering

The portions of fries were cold and tiny - more like a kids meal. Although i gave the driver the code I'd been sent, he said it was wrong and wouldn't hand the food over . This is despite showing him that the order number on my phone matched the one on the receipt on the food bag. The free pop corn chicken as promised because of what we'd spent wasnt delivered and KFC don't answer the phone when I rang to complain. Avoid and go to other stores if you want better food and service.
