The portions of fries were cold and tiny - more like a kids meal. Although i gave the driver the code I'd been sent, he said it was wrong and wouldn't hand the food over . This is despite showing him that the order number on my phone matched the one on the receipt on the food bag. The free pop corn chicken as promised because of what we'd spent wasnt delivered and KFC don't answer the phone when I rang to complain. Avoid and go to other stores if you want better food and service.

Worth Going!! Popped in late last night - food was fresh!! Service was very quick and the young lady serving me was excellent… What can I say other than “Finger Licking Good”

They don't like to give receipts, and they try toske out that cards transaction don't go through when they do and you end up paying twice

Cold chips, poor presentaion, dry chicken

We frequently order from here. But recently they have been dropping in quality. Today we recieved 3 fries in our meal the colonels meal. a few fries, it was absolutely appalling to see.

Tango and Pepsi ordered with the meals. Two bottles of water delivered instead. One box meal had the mini fillet missing, the other box meal had hot wings missing. Absolute disgrace.

I was requested to purchase an item I was unaware that KFC served. Though I received this item when I was asking regarding the spicy chips item I was not acknowledged.

Disappointed, disheartened and dismayed. Being a lover of fried chicken, I was looking forward to trying my local KFC. Whilst I do understand that franchises vary in quality, I wasn't expecting the food to be this poor. I ordered chicken pieces, wings, fillets, a wrap, chips and corn. I will now elaborate on my experiences with each. The chips. These were seasoned well, but undercooked and stale. They were dry, and not pleasurable to eat. Getting chips wrong is quite remarkable. The chicken pieces. Boring, bland and bleak. Despite the coating appearing to be seasoned with lots of black pepper granules, this was an illusion. I really couldn't taste any flavour. When you think Colonel Saunders had an 11 herb original recipe, I am struggling to taste one. Furthermore the batter was not binded well to the chicken, resulting in it just coming off the meat. Chicken was also overcooked, with each piece being dry. The wings. Similar to the pieces, but just in a crunchier coating. Lack of flavour, dry and stale. The fillets. These had the most flavouring, and the batter wasn't easily peeling off, but again were dry. The wrap. Imagine the fillet served in a tortilla with salad. The corn. The star of the show, by far the best food from KFC. All in all this was tremendously disappointing. When you take the cost into account as well, it becomes clear that this is a place that MUST BE AVOIDED.

The driver was lost and I had to go out and find him ,as on the map he was due 20 minutes before I found him, and of course therefore the food was cold .

Very friendly girl at the counter. helpful and attentive. however the chicken was dry.. like dry dry. the fillet burger was very thin to the point only ate half. shame because the service was on point.

need to stop ordering from KFC, they always give you the worst piece of chicken that nobody wants, so this is how they get rid of them.

The chicken was not fresh, it smelled weird and it upset my stomach. The last 3 times have been poor, it used to be good but now it's not. The food came on time and was hot, so the problem must be that either they are using old chicken to cook or they are reheating the food in the microwave.

Chicken and chips were not hot enough. Chip’s rather soggy. I always put down on ordering to deliver to ground floor flat at front of apartment but every time the driver gets lost.and goes to back of apartment’s. Obviously my request isn’t read.

Food was delivered on time but it was cold when it arrived. Kids meal was really bad. I would avoid this branch cause they are consistently bad but unfortunately I accidently ordered from there this time.

Bad communication as the restaurant doesn't answer the phone

Avoid KFC North Holt road always sending incomplete order everytime something is missing today in my order 5 hot wings were missing. Staff is care less there , just wasting time in chit chat and negligence in packing orders.

Driver was 2 minutes from my address, but he did two other deliveries and then went half an hour away to drop off someone else’s food. By the time I got my order, everything was stone cold apart from the stuff which should have been cold! I asked him why he went to the other side of town with my order and he said it wasn’t him, it was Just Eats fault. He would have seen the address was practically next door to the delivery he was just doing.

The best KFC chips I have had in years, whatever you did today, keep it up.

I think it’s shocking that large companies, such as yourself and KFC force delivery drivers to pick up more than one delivery and deliver them at the same time. In this instance, mine was the ‘second stop’ so my food arrived cold and this disappointed me. Stupid system that needs to be looked into.

Our food was freezing cold, we have never experienced this service before it’s normally so good but for some reason the courier was showing stationary for about 25 minutes in a random location and then turns up stating it was due to a bad accident in Northolt!!! Mmmmm not at lime trees estate there wasn’t

Terrible. Food arrive cold. Driver was 30 minutes late. I have screenshots of him driving around for 30 minutes with our order in the car we haven’t been able to eat it and we expect a full refund. This is terrible customer service.

Food came an hour late driver went to ruslip first with an order but left my Oder untill after when I live in Northolt and the kfc is in Northolt so not good enough to end up with cold food which was disappointing and disgusting cos cold would not order from here again

First time in a while I’ve got a good decent KFC takeaway. Usually they miss something or give poor quality food. Today was excellent all around apart from warm Pepsi cans. Very nice food today.
