I was one of tye first customers in. Customer service was good but the chicken was cold and tasted off as if it was cooked the day before and reheated. This is absolutely disgusting.

The manager named fabiha, is very unprofessional and not at all up to the mark, not at all keeping the word that she is saying. When you make an order for food she says something and later she lay.very bad place to go for lunch.

Tower burger was very dry it was so hard must be very old wings was ok

First and last time visit, unorganised, no communication, won't be returning. Take the rest of the bad reviews as a sign to not go! You've been warned :D try your luck!

Doesn’t take a card payment and it causes error

Chicken is always overcooked, dry and burnt here. Avoid. You're better off walking to the Camden branch.

Don't order delivery from here, they give you the overcooked dry pieces they can't give otc knowing uou can't do anything about it.

Definitely not a flagship KFC (trust me, they have some palaces out there), but passable with a tiny seating area alongside the window (literally one four-seater, plus a two-seater) which is available surprisingly often, along with reasonably quick service. They literally gave me a mini fillet with half a mini fillet perfect cut in half inside. How ridiculous to think I wouldn't notice I was getting half a burger. Just cook more.

Was horrible! Didn't get one item off my order (which was the most expensive) and was substituted for double chips and double gravy, lost half the chicken. When asking for a refund or a quick delivery if they were possible, the lady talking to me was rude, and loud and hung up on me mid-conversation but the delivery driver was such a lovely man tipped him more money on top.

Small branch. Rarely visit but its a kfc. Know what to expect. Service is pretty good. Not much seating so gets busy with the standing around and waiting of customers. Its a quick stop wait times are a bit of a pain. But guess they're busy. Enjoy

— HONEST REVIEW — 3/10 ⭐️ A very slow service KFC that forgets items in the order, pretends they can’t hear you and makes you wait very long for your order. When items are out of stock, they replace it with whatever item they feel like without informing you and hope you don’t realise. Numerous times the chicken wasn’t cooked properly, nor served correctly. All the staff do after errors is apologise and move on, disregarding customer service. You can hear the cooks complaining in stress & swearing in their language whilst the front staff are talking amongst each other whilst numerous customers are waiting for their food for a long time. Very poor service level.

Visited this outlet on the 14/11/22 Appalling quality, order came short (items missing). Last time I ordered via an app, and this was also very disappointing for the same reasons. Much better quality available elsewhere. I would recommend avoiding this branch. Over priced, Over rated, under par quality.

Worst kfc ever, they alway mess up the delivery and there’s missing items or the wrong items, but the worst case is my girlfriend is vegan and we just ordered a vegan burger for her, and we are sitting just starting to eat and she bites into a chicken burger! Seriously she hasn’t eaten meat in 8 years and kfcs mistake force fed her chicken! Unbelievable! And disgraceful, I understand forgetting the gravy or one portion of chips like they usually do, but serving chicken to a vegan is ridiculous and unforgivable I hope you follow my advice and never eat or order from this kfc!! Food was ok. It is nothing special but it is what we needed at the time. However, customer service was horrendously bad. They forgot parts of our order 3 TIMES! And each time took about 5 mins. Go to the markets nearby - would not recommend.

Chips were a little under cooked

I order a zinger one piece box meal with corn and a pot of gravy to eat in using the kios. The kios didn't provide a ticket, not sure why. When my food arrived I saw that it was packaged for takeout, I asked for BBQ sauce from the woman serving; she responded by quickly grabbing a handful of sachets and tossing it into the bag. She seemed to be in a rush to get back to her colleagues. The store is small so there was few seats, the seating exposed to the window was a mess of crumbs from the table top to the floor so I took the seat by the bin. The zinger burger was nice as well as the corn and gravy, but the single piece chicken had an odd after taste that could have come from unclean oil. The workforce in this KFC is lacking in diligence.

I have purchased many times here, most of time it was good, but I did meet some unhappy experiences. 1. Ordered 6 pairs of chicken wings, the order machine is not working so I didn't have the receipt, cannot collect the stamps on KFC app and they only gave me 6 pieces of wings. 2. I have witnessed they refry the chips and then mixed with the fresh ones. That's why some of the reviews say some items are very dry. Hope this shop can improve the quality of the food and don't make guest feel disappointed any more.

Such a lovely staff at camden high street KFC. I was served by an indian girl and another indian boy staff who went out of his way to provide extraordinary customer service. Good luck both. This was the sunday 15th nov 2021.

No bad as far a KFC is. Chicken can be dry, but the chips were very hot and fresh. Popcorn chicken was quite dry, but the Zinger burger was fresh.

As far as the food goes, its pretty much the same as any other kfc. This branch however is a fairly small one, with very poor service. There aren't many workers which makes it slow enough, but to make it worse, all their attention is on preparing orders for delivery. Your items will just be sat there behind them while they fumble about trying to figure out which order goes to what courier. When they finally remember that they have customers, they will forget your drink.

I ordered the boneless box and paid for large. When I got back in the office, it found that I got small portion which was very annoying. Hence the 1 star.

Ordered party bucket for £27.99 14 chicken ask them to give good size one. But when I reach home open the box . My god chicken size are smaller then wings . Don’t go there if you’re go check your orders before leave the shop.. not happy at all

Halal KFC in Camden High Street. Really recommend.

Absolutely shocking placed an order with them and my food never arrived I went to the store to be told someone else had my food I stood in there for half and hour to be told u was not getting my food while there a drunk women was outside causing a disturbance and the store was giving her food terrible service avoid at all costs
