Big name like this we went . They didn't have any ketchup or mayonnaise. The place was dirty .

Burgers Dry, old and cold. I could get better chicken burger from other chicken shops.

The staff is rude and even if you go 23:00 clock they will say that it’s closed… I recommend don’t go there.

Ordered 3 burgers and they forgot 2 to add two of my burgers in the bag. lucky i checked my bag and they gave me the two burgers boxes but one didn’t even have a burger in it was just chips in a box. Mugs

We didn't wait long for the food, they had different types of food than we are used to here, it doesn't matter that we tried something new, we ordered 2x chicken popcorn and got it in two different sized boxes, but for the same price. That's not good.

It stands to reason that the recipe should be consistent, equipment, oil, and personnel training. . . The taste shouldn't be too different, but it still smells bad. In addition to fast food, it depends on luck.

Although you cannot expect to much of a fastfood restaurant, we still were disappointed with this one. They made mistakes with literary every order. Restaurant was also dirty. We will not go back here.

This shop should shut there is hygiene problem with the worker and the food iwill raise it to health and safttey standrad that staff looks like seating at home talking deferent language front of customer it's shame to go kfc and see this situation I'm sure I'd this branch inspected by health and safftey for sure they will be shut and also the staff looks wearing dirty clothes atleast no kfc uniform but atleast should wear clean clothes as they are serving food it's hygiene

DO NOT EAT FROM HERE. There was a HAIR INSIDE my burger (delivered) and the staff tried to blame the uber driver (thought the delivered good arrived SEALED). The staff didn't seem to understand what I was initially trying to tell them and then finally when they did, they claimed this couldn't possibly happen at their location. They couldn't even put their hands up and admit fault which was throughly disappointing. This branch needs a food hygiene safety check ASAP.

Every time Toilet facility closed and they said its out of order

An awful experience!! It was raining outside which is something that happens all the time in London, but what isn’t expected is for the KFC to flood and for water to be leaked through the centre the ceiling and onto the tables and chairs - soaking the customers and their food!! Unacceptable and shouldn’t happen anywhere. Customers were slipping as there were literally puddles of water all over. The food itself was bad. Fries were tasteless, chicken was cold and dry. And what made all this worse is that the staff were very rude.

Not so good! Ordered Two piece meal, the only good thing in the order was my drink "Pepsi" which was not made by KFC! Chicken pieces were over-cooked dark brown coloured, looked like it was cooked long time before serving, gone cold, and put in the fryer again to warm them up! French fries were even worse... The view of crowded, dirty pavements of Edgware Rd, full of beggars chasing people for a small change! Doesn't feel like you are in London.

Ambiente um pouco pequeno para sentar e comer. O frango bem mais oleoso que o normal e e atendimento deixa a desejar também. Mas um bom lugar pra passar rapidamente e pegar a comida para comer em outro lugar.

Very unprofessional and rude stuff the food not will cooked

Tiny store, lack of staff and resources. Snack box is tiny. - 11pcs of popcorn chicken and 15 strands of fries (small bag fries, not medium) too easy to count them and she told me 11pcs is the standard. Spoken to KFC CS online and confirmed it's not the 'standard' for the box. They dont use the proper box for snack box like others store do.

Thief's , did put the coleslaw in my order, put the half cut piece in the box meal and charged me extra drink and gave me the wrong and normal drink. Very bad , beware

I was there ones with children. We ordered fried chicken, which is one who's KFC famous for and pommel fries. The family size with big cola. Price was reasonable. Service was good of kind people. The place inside is very, very small, if I remember it good. It was three or four tables no more. So the restaurant mostly takes away restaurant. The food was good. The children liked it but it was cold or not warm enough. And it is a Halal restaurant!

Washroom is working however they closed it and customer can't wait for sometime especially for girls. It's not good place for eating so please denied it to come here

Fast and cheaper prices in store than online

Not sure how a franchise store can be so bad compared to others. The chicken here is always left in the warmers for too long so ends up being completely dry and shrinking in size. Plus one of the older members of staff never gets anyone's orders right. Make sure you always double check your order from this store. Would recommend going to the KFC in Baker Street. Update: They also don't seem to take part in advertised, limited-time KFC deals like 20 hot wings for £5.99 etc.

I live near this area, whenever you go there you won’t have mayonnaise or ketchup, or they will give you 2 sachet regardless how big the order is, you will get the chicken which is smaller than a wing with a single napkin, staff doesn’t look like they care about customer service,worst kfc I’ve ever seen

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! Half our our order was missing. I asked the delivery lady to bring back the missing items and she refused and just told me to contact JustEat as she's only a delivery driver! Luckily, I managed to get her registration number. I then called them and they were extremely unhelpful. After providing them with my order number and details, the KFC worker told me that they had delivered the whole order and that it is totally untrue. He also told me to place a "small order" through them so that they can bring us our lost food!? It makes no sense, whatsoever. We are looking into taking this matter further.

Bad KFC in the London.I dont know why the manegmant didnt chek all bad review and didnt sort it.I was there today and bought 3 box chicken and several times I told the lady in the shop as well. thy are always missimg items with rude and unfriendly. their should be a hygine inspector there. I had missingitems even though i made sure to remind them two times. i called them and instead of apologising and sorting it, they asked me to go back even though i live far away. Will NEVER buy from there again.

I Thought that the quality of their product are not top, and is not healty to have it often ,but for a personal opinion their fried chicken is Paradisiac.

The food here is above average, the service is fast when compared to other KFC’s and staff are friendly. However, eat-in seating space is limited, and the self service checkout machine is out of service quite often. Other than that, this franchise fairs well.

They didn't give me much fries, less than half the fries bag, and saw the employees just grabbing the fries from up top. The chicken wasn't all that nice compared to others I've had. Update: Stomach didn't feel too good after eating there.

Very bad No wipes no way to wash hands plus no service

Very bad experience. I bought 12 pieces combo and with sides. I got a wrong sides and 3 leg pieces and 4 wings. It was my birthday and I got ashamed of my friends. Worst experience I had ever. You guys spoiled my year😤🤬

A bad KFC, corporate should check this place. The chicken is too salty, too hard to bite, and the taste is so different with other KFC around the world. The price is good, the service is fast, but the food is just bad. Fix the food and this would be a very good place.

Don’t come here, save your money , dominoes is next door so you Mainswell go there. Service is bad and staff are unfriendly, I ordered a mighty bucket for one and I didn’t even get a bucket to eat it in ; they gave me the smallest pieces of chicken I have ever seen just so they could put it in a bag. They didn’t have any krushems that I ordered and offered me cold drinks as a replacement which aren’t even the same price. They didn’t have any buttermilk mayo and didn’t even bother to tell me they swapped it for more supercharger . Don’t come to this kfc 😂

Tried their "Twister of the day" and Waterlemom/Lime Juice.. Wasn't quiet happy abt the taste.. not sure why the price brought down.. when you offer cheaper price.. pls make sure the product is still the same.. quality is bad.. especially when you compare between the twister of the day and the original twister.. the former has no filling in it.. itsnjust sauce and chicken.. disappointed.. If I was new to Kfc l, and tried Twister of the day.. I would nvr be buying the original twister thinking its the same :(..

Ordered some food because it was really late and no where else was open so got home the food was stone cold plus they gave us some stuff I think they wanted to get rid of like mashed potato in a tub with gravy in another tub which taste weird waste of money.

Worst kfc I've been to. We were a group of six, and ordered a variety of meals. They asked if I wanted to add an extra chicken fillet to the rice box meal I ordered, I said yes and paid the extra, however they conveniently didn't add it to the box, which I realised when I got home. They also forgot to add extra fries for my friend. Also another friend's VEGAN burger was added in the same box as her partners chicken! They need extra checks before bagging the food, so they're not short changing customers, and definitely need staff with common sense!

Me and my work colleague grabbed a box meal consisting of chicken burger, fries, small popcorn and a chicken strip with beans. The chicken strip was well overcooked, almost baked. Lids on drinks was not proper lids and we see a few people come out and the lids popping off spilling their drinks over there hands. Rest of meal seemed fine. Sadly, in the morning we both suffered severe diarrhoea and vomiting, to the point where I've had to take 2 nights off work so far. NEEDLESS to say, I won't be using this place again. Can't remember ever being this ill !!!!

Very bad example of KFC. Chips are awful! Undercooked, tasteless. No condiments offered. The staff also take advantage by upselling - charging you for a bigger meal, including things you don't want and telling you it's the same price and you get the extra things 'free'. Chicken was poor. Avoid if possible.

The worst KFC branch I've ever been. I've tried this branch months ago and was really bad and now even worst , just tried it at late night as I found it open to try some since I didnt have an option. Nothing changed, The food cooked badly and without care, I also wished that I took a picture to the chips before I throw it up... Its like cooked 7 years ago.. Im just wondering where is the KFC head office and the inspectors from this place and where is the owner who just throw his money like that and left the place in this messy condition .... And Finally, I will never eat at KFC again just save the reputation of this name.

Service was below par on this visit

Not good at all. It's been a few days now and they still haven't got Lipton even though the drink is on the menu, and when I pointed this out they laughed and joked about it being lost in the months or something. Which brings me to the attitude of those employed here, casual, flippant and unapologetically careless. After the previous point the guy just left me there without asking if I want another drink, I had to raise my voice for them to take notice that I didn't get ANY drink with the menu I ordered. Finally, after getting a drink I discovered that the lid was broken and easily slid off, could barely get home without spiling it.

Always unclean, coffee machine has been broken for over two years, serve cold food, soggy chips. I have tried many tine as it's near my work place and they have always disappointed me a little more
