KFC London - Edgware Road in City of London, Westminster

the drive doesn't know the address. it takes more than 20 mins to deliver my food. he doesn't understand English properly. my food came so cold and the chicken. I was with him on the phone helping him l. he went to ring in another apartment to someone else building. this is not the first time with this delivery issues. I am not hungry anymore. I even went downstairs to look for him. I didn't find him. so useless. I am not happy with the delivery system

food was a bit cold tho the location was not far at all.

Absolutely shocking experience. I went in just a few minutes before 11 PM Saturday the 17th of May and was using the self-service kiosk when the lady at the counter informed me they were only doing takeaway as she was closing, it was okay . I could do take away live locally. When I tried to place my order and pay, the kiosk was already shut down. I then approached the counter, but she didn’t respond, which I took to mean she was no longer serving, so upseting I could tell she was ignoring me. This is incredibly disappointing, especially since your website states that you’re open until 1 AM. It’s so disheartening to be treated this way as a customer. I won't consider coming back.

Today food was disappointing and very cold and hard. Staff very rude. Never coming back here

Very friendly delivery driver loved it

Would like a refund because the order took much longer than it needed to take and the food arrived cold. The delivery driver also made me leave my house to collect it.

The chicken had too much salt in it

Made an order at a kiosk the other day but the machine cancelled the order despite it taking the money from my card. Spoke to one of the workers showing that the machine took the payment but didn’t give a receipt. I could clearly see the order on their screen yet they cancel the order and say nothings come through their system. Spent 30 minutes going back and forth explaining that the money has gone through and we just want our order. Came to an agreement that if the money doesn’t come back to our account by next week they’d make our order no questions asked, with a written statement and signature from the manager. Next week comes, money hasn’t been refunded. Go back and show the proof of written statement and valid purchase from my bank app. For 5 minutes they tell us they can’t do anything and they supposedly didn’t receive our payment; insinuating that we’re “scamming” them. Manager is called to explain the situation. Thankfully they make our order. However, the workers at the front clearly state their thoughts out loud saying “so we’re just giving out free food now.” I’m not one for confrontation but seeing that we’re paying customers, it makes no sense to be spouting such comments. Don’t recommend. Rude staff and very unprofessional.

Order was cold, and missing the main items.

Food arrived hot and on time, the courier was very polite and friendly. The BBQ Bites were amazing. Thanks KFC 🙏

chicken was dry and small biut the zinger tower box meal was amazing

I got home and noticed only 1 piece of chicken in the saver box! The smallest piece imagined with some lukewarm chips. Awful! In the picture there is at least 2, my darlings you've lost me as a customer here no more Edgware Road kentucky for me 👎

Got a wicket variety bucket and family feast . One guy name ahmad was on the till. Was not giving me the preferred chicken pieces and being arrogant while taking the order. After taking my half order he told me to go on the kiosk and place there. As this was very disrespectful. One slim spects guy came from back and politely spoke with me and took my order. And gave me my desired order.

Had a take out, service was not very quick, but they communicated to customers.

The food was delivered to the wrong place. We had to go on a wild goose chase after receiving the message that the order had been delivered. But to who? Alas to next building. Surprisingly I was supposed to receive the order by issuing out a code sent to me. So how was the order released without the code? By the time we got the order the food was already cold. To cap it all the 8 Hot wings extra paid for was never delivered. It is really a shame

Kfc edgware road never disappoints. Their service, is always on point and their staff is very professional and happy to help.

Was in London for the day with my son and his friends. They decided they wanted a KFC this was the nearest one. To start with the place looks dirty. only a couple of tables inside that was not an issue. The issue was they looked like they hadn't been cleaned for days The food was on the floor underneath the tables so when I went to sit down I was standing in old food. 2 out of the 4 of us ordered and after a couple of bites we left I tried the fries and the taste was horrible. The two that ordered said the food was not nice and they noticed that there was only one cook on and it was busy when we arrived. I did not feel welcome the staff seemed a bit arrogant unless their friends and regulars came in and then their attitude changed. Will not visit this KFC again

I usually don’t write reviews for KFC, but this branch definitely deserves one. I think this was my worst KFC experience ever. Let’s put aside the fact that the place is small; the chicken was extremely dry. I’m giving this branch 2 stars, and now I’m going to write a review for the branch I always visit and give them 5 stars.

Restaurant didn't read notes added. Food delivered cold and wrong. Had stuff which was asked to be removed. Rang restaurant and told I need to pay another delivery fee and make a new order for replacement food to be added to the new order

The chicken is black in color and tastes terrible. The taste is different from other stores and the smell is strange because they use curry powder. I paid 18 pounds...it was a waste of money. I ate 2/12 pieces and threw it away.

Food was delivered over an hour late original driver did not pick up restaurant did not inform. Received food cold. Had to call restaurant to chase up my order and blamed it on just eat. Awful experience. The driver himself even said it’s good I chased because he was called last minute to deliver my food, my order was just sitting there until I told them they haven’t delivered. I ordered 20 mins before my family members and they got their order before me by 30 mins. So disappointing.

We didn't wait long for the food, they had different types of food than we are used to here, it doesn't matter that we tried something new, we ordered 2x chicken popcorn and got it in two different sized boxes, but for the same price. That's not good.

Apart from the side (gravy) being in the same bag with the chicken and chips, everything else including the delivery went smoothly well.

Nearly 1/2 hour late and the food is freezing. The driver did not read his notes regarding delivery. Then he had the cheek to have a go at us for not being able to find the entrance. He did apologise after but I am very upset.
