KFC London - Edgware Road in City of London, Westminster

I usually don’t write reviews for KFC, but this branch definitely deserves one. I think this was my worst KFC experience ever. Let’s put aside the fact that the place is small; the chicken was extremely dry. I’m giving this branch 2 stars, and now I’m going to write a review for the branch I always visit and give them 5 stars.

I ordered chicken bucket From KFC Edgeware Road I found a feather still on my wing a blue tissue on my drumstick and the potatoes taste so old made me so sick so I called KFC But the employees were so rude and they couldn’t believe it, but have proof KFC I feel sorry for my kids, cause they couldn’t eat this food and my money went to waste I would like a full refund

chicken was very dark brown in colour ,dry and tasted very oily. looks like it was reheated in a deep fat fryer.

Restaurant didn't read notes added. Food delivered cold and wrong. Had stuff which was asked to be removed. Rang restaurant and told I need to pay another delivery fee and make a new order for replacement food to be added to the new order

The chicken is black in color and tastes terrible. The taste is different from other stores and the smell is strange because they use curry powder. I paid 18 pounds...it was a waste of money. I ate 2/12 pieces and threw it away.

The most worse KFC in the world is here. I've been waiting my order for more than 20 minutes. They supposed to put 13 hot wings into the bucket, but instead i got it on the paper. When I asked for bucket, they just ignored. I never seen such service. BTW: Chicken wings were over fried. They look dark

When to pick up delivery . The most lazy and unwelcome kfc of london. Noone interested to hear that i have delivery

I ordered 5 wings and a portion of fries I was not satisfied at all it came freezing cold chicken wasn’t cooked properly fries were still chewy and hard not cooked to perfection at all

Ordered a tower burger meal... burger was dry and lacked taste. Wings were poor. Best thing about the meal was chips (not enough) and cherry Pepsi... Staff were confused and lost with orders... Won't be coming back here anytime soon

Blue light card discounts of 9% are active & and have been declined by staff members Staff needed retraining, so no one gets robbed from their discount..as a PCO, i have FELT humiliated for nothing.

The line in the kiosk took lot of time.some college students were vaping .idk why managers don’t look into this matter.

Food was delivered over an hour late original driver did not pick up restaurant did not inform. Received food cold. Had to call restaurant to chase up my order and blamed it on just eat. Awful experience. The driver himself even said it’s good I chased because he was called last minute to deliver my food, my order was just sitting there until I told them they haven’t delivered. I ordered 20 mins before my family members and they got their order before me by 30 mins. So disappointing.

The order was fine. I'm just missing a Popcorn chicken. I was supposed to have three (1 large and 2 regular) and only got two (1 large and 1 regular). I don't know if it's because the third was an offer?

Worst KFC in the world. 5 south Asian male staff in the shop sitting idle, asking a long queue to order from one e-kiosk. Ridiculous

Big name like this we went . They didn't have any ketchup or mayonnaise. The place was dirty .

Food was still hot and the delivery guy was very polite

My last few orders from KFC Edgware road, I have come to realise that they keep re-frying the chicken with the same old oil. I ordered from kfc through your app from earls court branch is nothing like the one from edgeware road. thank you

Burgers Dry, old and cold. I could get better chicken burger from other chicken shops.

The staff is rude and even if you go 23:00 clock they will say that it’s closed… I recommend don’t go there.

Ordered 3 burgers and they forgot 2 to add two of my burgers in the bag. lucky i checked my bag and they gave me the two burgers boxes but one didn’t even have a burger in it was just chips in a box. Mugs

We didn't wait long for the food, they had different types of food than we are used to here, it doesn't matter that we tried something new, we ordered 2x chicken popcorn and got it in two different sized boxes, but for the same price. That's not good.

It stands to reason that the recipe should be consistent, equipment, oil, and personnel training. . . The taste shouldn't be too different, but it still smells bad. In addition to fast food, it depends on luck.

Busy street, small place, amazing staff and service and most importantly Halal edgware road KFC

after waiting more than 2 hours my order has never been delivered and I need a refund. is disgusting service go and find out where the driver has delivered the food. I sent you last night same comment but no one had the decency to reply to me. Now I need my refund by any means, I will go to social media and destroy your reputation as a business. Apart from the side (gravy) being in the same bag with the chicken and chips, everything else including the delivery went smoothly well.

Nearly 1/2 hour late and the food is freezing. The driver did not read his notes regarding delivery. Then he had the cheek to have a go at us for not being able to find the entrance. He did apologise after but I am very upset.

Got the wrong drink but luckily I don’t mind it, everything else from both services are well done.

Although you cannot expect to much of a fastfood restaurant, we still were disappointed with this one. They made mistakes with literary every order. Restaurant was also dirty. We will not go back here.

Once again cold food if it early or late

Paid for 2 twister wrap meals and was sent 2 snack wraps that was made by a 4 year old. Wraps consisted of a small bit of scrap chicken and 2 small pieces of lettuce, non of the salad trimmings was included and no sauce. Threw them in the bin. Not impressed as the prices have gone up but then sent substandard food.

There where no sauce in the sandwiches

The food didn’t arrive the driver was on the way and then vanished and it said delivered.

Everything this is freezing cold as well as being late, I spend a lot with just eat and don’t complain often but the whole meal is freezing cold

I ordered burger with four wings, chips, corn and a drink. burger very dry, the wings were cold The chips were cold as well, instead of the corn I got the coleslaw and no drink. Absolutely terrible, never again will I order from this shop.

This shop should shut there is hygiene problem with the worker and the food iwill raise it to health and safttey standrad that staff looks like seating at home talking deferent language front of customer it's shame to go kfc and see this situation I'm sure I'd this branch inspected by health and safftey for sure they will be shut and also the staff looks wearing dirty clothes atleast no kfc uniform but atleast should wear clean clothes as they are serving food it's hygiene

DO NOT EAT FROM HERE. There was a HAIR INSIDE my burger (delivered) and the staff tried to blame the uber driver (thought the delivered good arrived SEALED). The staff didn't seem to understand what I was initially trying to tell them and then finally when they did, they claimed this couldn't possibly happen at their location. They couldn't even put their hands up and admit fault which was throughly disappointing. This branch needs a food hygiene safety check ASAP.

Very quick delivery and friendly delivery man. Food was hot and tasty.

The burgers were not in the boxes and in the bottom of the paper bag, completely opened and all over the place. The last thing anyone wants to do is reconstruction a product that has been mangled. This is an error by not only the delivery driver, but by KFC - Where's the boxes?!

My order still hasn’t come it has been several hours and no sign off my food as well as the fact that no refund was given 0/10 do not order from this restaurant horrible service.

An awful experience!! It was raining outside which is something that happens all the time in London, but what isn’t expected is for the KFC to flood and for water to be leaked through the centre the ceiling and onto the tables and chairs - soaking the customers and their food!! Unacceptable and shouldn’t happen anywhere. Customers were slipping as there were literally puddles of water all over. The food itself was bad. Fries were tasteless, chicken was cold and dry. And what made all this worse is that the staff were very rude.

Not so good! Ordered Two piece meal, the only good thing in the order was my drink "Pepsi" which was not made by KFC! Chicken pieces were over-cooked dark brown coloured, looked like it was cooked long time before serving, gone cold, and put in the fryer again to warm them up! French fries were even worse... The view of crowded, dirty pavements of Edgware Rd, full of beggars chasing people for a small change! Doesn't feel like you are in London.

Ambiente um pouco pequeno para sentar e comer. O frango bem mais oleoso que o normal e e atendimento deixa a desejar também. Mas um bom lugar pra passar rapidamente e pegar a comida para comer em outro lugar.

Tiny store, lack of staff and resources. Snack box is tiny. - 11pcs of popcorn chicken and 15 strands of fries (small bag fries, not medium) too easy to count them and she told me 11pcs is the standard. Spoken to KFC CS online and confirmed it's not the 'standard' for the box. They dont use the proper box for snack box like others store do.

Cold food, driver not paying attention to where he was going even tho I was on the balcony directing him, to busy on phone chatting

All the burgers in this order was not fresh. All was rock hard and burnt. The lettuce was not fresh it was almost black. Everything else was fine .

Most probably the worst KFC in all of UK.
