KFC Liverpool - Litherland in Sefton

We ordered 6 pieces of chicken to take away. We could hear plenty of laughter and banter in the background and we had to repeat our order request several times. No customer service at all. The order was literally thrown towards us in our car. When we got home the chicken was so overcooked it was inedible Awful food and awful service.

I just wish there chips where like McDonald's and I would eat there more,

Chips were freezing cold, burger was warm and could have been hotter. Not impressed !!

Absolutely VILE… delivery driver was sitting outside my house in his car eating my burger and had the audacity to leave the rest of what i ordered outside my door with the empty burger box inside the bag i will be filing a complaint and contacting just eat and getting him fired MINGING!

I put a note in with my order that said no legs and I got 3 legs in my 3 piece meal. I was not pleased as I do not like legs of chicken, nor do I like the flavour of the fries, so after spending £26 I only got to eat the chicken wings. Not worth it.

when we got the meal popcorn & fries . so when the Colonels meal 4 PC I thought the fries would have been with it I didn't think I would have to order fries again.

Nothing wrong with the food. As per usual the delivery driver decides to take a detour. I asked him where he was going and he said he was on his way and turned his gps off. Sort it out.

the chicken was slightly tainted also since when if I ordered a 4 piece meal I get 4 drumsticks. So chickens not have breasts or thighs anymore.And a small handful of cold chips awful. I took pictures straight away I hope there's a way to send my photos.All in all to receive 4 drumsticks is just wrong

Worst kfc by far theres always something missing, staff are slow to say the least, foods never hot when you get it, strips are soggy as anythin, just avoid an go somewhere else dont know how this place is still open tbh its possibly the worst kfc iv been to.

It arrived early - it was hot, fresh and delicious. The chicken wings were 10/10, so juicy and delicious. I have ordered many times from KFC but this time was too good that I could not not leave a review! The fries - perfectly soggy and perfectly crispy. The burger - wow, the hash brown had the most amazing crunch. I could say more and more, but overall, best KFC I have ever had!! Thank you

Ordered meal with a drink got 5 cans delivered no meal. Noone answers the phone rang 60 times it was permanently user busy. Absolute disgrace that a member of staff can not put the meal into a brown paper bag that says what is meant to be delivered. a blind person can tell the difference between a can of coke and a bucket you need to sort out your staff.

The manager of the store is a disgrace the way she speaks to the staff like there stupid or not there. Was swearing at her son who also work there about him having a break. Then went back later for kids tea and again she was still there, rude women order was shout 3 times but was not complete when went to counter, when got home the food was missing the kids fries. Not going back due to her and her attitude. Never going here again

My review is about the restaurant, not about the delivery or Just Eat. It was overcooked and dry, also considering I ordered 4 pieces, 3 of them were the same. very poor for what you pay for.

All kinds of food missing again

went in on a weekday afternoon. It was quiet with only a few other customers. Used the instore screens to order food and only waited a few minutes to collect food but after sitting down realised two portions of fries were missing ! Went to the counter to explain the order was incomplete , and a chicken burger bap slid from the serving area onto the floor. The waitress picked it up off the floor and popped it back onto the chicken burger to be offered later. Found out she was on her first day so didnt make too much of a fuss but considering there was only a handful of customers it felt really poor service to get a short order and see poor hygiene practice. One of the other customers sitting nearby had two barking dogs at their table so atmosphere wasnt the best either

Staff member could not correctly take order and gave 4pcs Boneless Chicken, rather than the 4pcs boneless meal with regular fries, drink and sauce. Service could improve, food is decent. Staff taking selfies in restaurant area instead of serving people when they are waiting.

Missing 2 meals for for £12 ordered 4 meals missing 2 not first time this has e, bag looked small so questioned the driver and open in front of him on door bell to be told message just eat who do absolutely nothing. Won’t be ordering from here again.

My order wasn’t correct when it arrived. I was missing a large gravy, 2x creamy mash and some fries. Got a coleslaw and a beans instead which is not what I ordered. Who likes coleslaw. Very disappointed. And it was late which ain’t fun.

We always go here for order and pickups and never had any missing items - food usually always fresh but sometimes gravy is too watery Recently the food has been amazing so no complaints and theyve been refurbished Went to dine in the other day and the 10 piece chicken bucket was piping hot and the new self service kiosks are working just fine however toilets could do with some cleaning

Everything fine but no drink in my order

The only thing that was wrong is that the order was missing a bottle of Tango that we ordered. We were disappointed about that.

This place used to be very nice but it’s disgusting nowadays, the boneless fillets have this awful, old sweaty feet taste and smell every single time now since about a year ago, I had to throw the entire bucket away after two bites last time. Gravy is also inconsistent, sometimes nice but I received the thickest tub of it I’d ever seen not long ago, completely inedible and you could tell instantly by looking at it, it was a joke. Popcorn chicken is the only thing that’s usually nice every time. The reviews here are awful on every single website and app you can find, you’d think they’d finally learn and hire some competent staff and make some changes. Haven’t ordered from here in months since the last time, and won’t be for a long time to come unless things change.

Listen if you wanted all the things you ordered and paid for then you should of gone somewhere else. It's KFC. Be thankful for what you get. Updated review. June 2024. This is a response to the reply I got from the Owner. Don't bother. According to other reviews these are the possible outcomes I could have had. If I had checked before I left. The server would of shouted 'i know what I packed' and I wouldn't have had a receipt. If I'd gone through the drive in. I'd still have items missing and cold food. And if I check I'd be shouted at and told to "clear the drive through' If I'd ordered on Just Eat. I'd have items missing and you'd blame the driver. (How dare you). It I'd eaten inside. I'd have to be over 15. I'd have to be over 18. I'd still have items missing and even if I show you what I'd ordered, you'd be rude and finally give me what I paid for begrudgingly. You have a problem at this branch and your reply is proof that you don't care. Money still comes in eh? You have, had and are still stealing people's money through incomplete food orders and it's been going on for years. Your response is as lacking as your service. Take that onboard.

A bottle of pop missing no sauce and was cold

Food is fine when the order is right and they actually have it in. Ask for boneless and get drums and wings thrown in, and they often forget to put gravy in when you ask for it purposely as a side. You can get a medium sized van through comfortably but the drive-through is clearly not wide enough for some drivers looking at the walls and barriers, so if in doubt of your driving ability, then the carpark is huge. Please park there and save the repair costs. There needs to be slightly higher barriers on the dual carriage way side, so when HGVs go by, you can still hear and give your order. Despite its flaws, I like it being local and practical.

I've paid for 3 regular gravy and none every time something missing its like staff cannot be bothered reading full order but us as customers pay in advance for these items

still waiting for a refund for the undercooked chicken pieces times two , I have sent several photos as proof yet you are ignoring me, I haven't used just eat since and i won't be returning unless this is satisfactory resolved , Uber eats are now receiving my minimum four or five orders a week

I might as well have not ordered anything. My food I ordered the chicken and chips where cold and to add to that I ordered x1 gravy and x3 creamy mash and they sent me x4 gravy. All that for £27. Totally unhappy customer!

This was a shocking experience the young lady who served me on the till on the 07/06/24 @ about 8pm was rude impersonal & behaved like she did not want to be there & acted like l was bothering her & blanked me when l tried asking questions. Rija a young Asian lady was very helpful & apologised for her colleagues behaviour. I would not recommend this place to anyone after the service l received from the first lady.
