They sent a wrong drink diet pepsi instead of pepsi max

I’m really confused as no food had been delivered I attempted to tell him he wasn’t at my house and he didn’t come to it

Food was hot on delivery, driver friendly, delivery and timings were accurate.

Very quick delivery. Good quality food. Incredibly tiny portion which was disappointing. 2 unbelievably small drumsticks and really small thigh. Extra gravy was very expensive and only amounted to a couple of spoonfuls. Poor value for money. Had I have bought it at the restaurant I'd have complained.

Chicken was cold chips were soggy

0 cantact with us telling us he is outside. Location wasnt working and he sent us no message. We did not get our food and he has left saying he delivered the food

I rang restaurant to say no season on chips and no salad on wrap. Everything was spot on 👍 and stil hot when food arrived.

The whole delivery was freezing cold with 2 pices of chicken misding out of one box and chips and hot wings missing out ot the other box and NO Gravy !!! Absolute disgrace

The streets are all named the same and GPS takes everyone to the wrong place so not the delivery persons fault.

My kids had no tea from kfc no pop corn chicken and food was freezing

I did not receive my order, the driver never delivered my food. He called me and said he is at the Blackstock Street, I don't live there, I live at the London Road L3 8JD.

Food was only slightly warm and there was a item missing

the driver was on a multi drop which meant we got our delivery stone cold

Poor service, ordered 4 meals. Two meals was completely wrong zinger stacker box meal, and got a boneless banquet for 1. 4 piece meal got a boneless for one. Missed off a snack wrap. Staff not bothered couldn't be bothered and moaned about getting the snack wrap, rest wasn't noticed until home

4 minute walk 2 min drive for delivery and the food wad freezing cold, not the couriers fault, I watched on the app and he came straight here, Macdonalds have a habit of preparing the food too early and leave it sitting there before a courier arrives

never even got my order 2hrs 30mind later it came up delivered after the courier was offline for the whole time. always ordered from here but never again! just eat customer service is non existent and the restaurant was no use either.

Overall meal was ok. The chicken had been reheated so didnt have that nice crispness to it and chicken was very dry. The gravy was so runny it was like water!!! It was still edible just about so sorry i csnt give it 5 stars today. The delivery driver was very polite with a smile so he gets 5 stars x

Didn’t receive my order and it was marked as delivered

Charged for a car breakdown while the KFC was shut. If you’re car breaks down don’t go near the place, in fact, drive on and endanger other road users or be charged £60 for the car that breaks down and £60 for anyone that helps get the car back on the road. No parking between the hours of 01:30 and 10:00 without a barrier or clear signage to show that the car park is part of KFC and not Sainsbury’s or McDonald’s (even though there are signs for both in this section of car park) is simply a ploy to extort money from people and make KFc money while the KFC is closed. You think you’re doing the right thing by going somewhere quiet to fix an overheating engine so as not to disrupt traffic or endanger other road users but these people couldn’t care less as long as their pockets are filled with your hard earned cash. I was there less than half an hour and didn’t cause any issues for kfc or their customers while I quietly sorted out another persons car to make sure the spaces were free when the business re-opened but I should have just left another person stranded and allowed for business to be disrupted as it cost me more than what I earned. KFC couldn’t care less and gave me a generic response and my appeals were rejected by UKPC even with evidence of the issues and an invoice of repairs to the other car. What a joke!!! Avoid this money grabbing place like the plague KFC: if you’d like to contact me and have me remove this review then reply with some details so we can get these unfair parking charges quashed. I will be writing to multiple other places about this as this seems like blatant entrapment of anyone that is unfortunate enough to mistake the car park for being a part of the wider retail park UPDATE: sent the details on 30th October no reply from the store just yet

I ordered 44 pounds worth of food when it arrived it was freezing cold and I made a complaint and was giving £9.74 refunded to my just eat account and never even ate the food so now I have credit which am not going to use which I found appealing

Ordered bucket to receive 5 drumsticks and 1thigh chilli bites were all over the bag so everything was sticky. For a £50 order and the quality of food was terrible. Really shocking for kfc

Well, this was the fastest KFC I have visited in a long time. We have waited up to 40 minutes in others. The only thing I would say was they didn't put straws or a fork on the tray. The security guard who kept watching me eat was a bit off-putting, but overall, a good meal.

When was the last time the oil was changed in your fryers frys are advertised as crispy not floppy opened gravy pot was watery and stunk of grease it was swimming on the top of the gravy was so disappointed for the price there charging come lads n girls pull your socks up and be proud in what you do I know it's fast food and not gourmet dinning but take pride in what you produce

Again this keeps happening! Get a call asking for address then can't understand what I'm saying, result no food ordered but says delivered!! Then asks do I want a refund for the food but nothing about delivery cost included. Very poor service..

Worst KFC i ever had!! ordering online here for delivery, the chicken insanely salty!! chips soggy and no taste at all, gravy sauce very bland😂😂😂 They even didn’t know how to cook, i’m expecting too much cause starving at night after a long journey thinking KFC was the good option, my bad… spend £30 for nothing, throw everything to bin, reported to uber they just refund £1 for delivery totally funny🙃
