Ordered a smoke house pizza with added pepperoni an mushrooms. The pizza came with pepperoni an mushrooms and onions. It had no chicken or peppers and didn't even have the barbecue base. It had tomato.. fined up to complain and they just left me on the fone while arguing in the background. Joke of a gaff

Best place to buy chicken wings, pizza and everything in liverpool. Customer service is awesome especially with a guy called sammy. The environment is clean and prices are very reasonable. Will definitely recommend it.

Let's be completely honest with the food quality from Chester Smithdown. I've had fried chicken from top places, we're they use fresh chicken from butchers, however the meals here are sub standard 1.Chicken Wings are undercooked and raw red inside. The wings are cheap chicken, as the bone in the middle is black,chewy and slimy. This indicates older chickens of age 🥵 (pre frozen ready made in bag from dibs) 2.chips were old cold mixed with fresh cooked. 3.pizza had funky smell and taste,chicken was off as we all suffered severe volatile diarrhea all night. The premises needs good clean from top to bottom including the rear garden where they leave raw food out😶‍🌫️. We raised these concerns to health safety and food standards agency,as it's the correct moral thing to do. Serving rubbish like this can cause death to person. Better fried chicken is available just across the road and good quality and bigger portions.

Unfortunate to have to review such low stars , as mainly iam disappointed with the food and atmosphere, the value meal which I have ordered was half/ improperly cooked and was by far with low standards which I have tasted in Chester’s in the past, the dine in tables very not clean or hygienic , though the chef / person who was serving was ok

Asme gave us the best clucking chicken surpriese ive ever tatsed in my entire life. It was divine, the chesters team outdid themselves and I will be back IMMEDIATELY. You jsut need to taste this for yourself!

Ordered food on just eat which never came. Staff were very rude over the phone when I tried to speak to them about this and told me that they had given my delivery to someone else and would not come back.

The Peri Peri meal was lovely and it took a little while as I assumed it was cooked from fresh.Although there was no explanation when everybody else was being served with their food after they arrived and ordered later than me. There was a female who took the order and her face and demeanour left a lot to be desired> I think she is in the wrong game if she has to communicate with the general public.

Spoke to Khan who apologised after a minor delivery problem and he sent a full replacement meal which was excellent all round showing good service and quality. Thanks

Chesters Smithdiwn Road Liverpool. Will never ever order from them again, the salad looked out of date, the chicken looked reheated from days ago, the chips okay but tasteless and all cold felt a bit rubbery. Everything went straight into the bin. Waste of money. Goodluck if yours was good.

Worst place to order from in Liverpool. The so called manager is so rude. The staff are uneducated and can’t even hear you down the phone. The delivery takes so long even if it’s local and when you ring up they start screaming. I really don’t recommend don’t waste you time and money on a place like that

I frequently order from Chester's for pickup and delivery through Uber Eats. They truly have the most delicious pizzas, chicken nuggets, and chicken wings. I must mention that the Indian gentleman working there is incredibly helpful and accommodating.

No idea why there are less stars on this ons but this food is banging, always tastes the same and crispy. Service on point and for price defo can’t go wrong

Very poor quality, I ordered chicken wings and burgers. All is very disappointing and the delivery driver took 25 minutes to deliver food.

Absolutely shocking dead coacorach on the floor, pigeon flying around the back of the kitchen, dead rat in the kitchen, touch food with dirty hands, shocking.

Order was late again. First time I ordered from here they was 1hr 30mins late and this time over 2hrs. Their selection of pizzas isn’t that good as almost all pizzas (even their PEPPERONI) have mushrooms on. Their food is nice but delivery is appalling and they should start taking mushrooms off their pizza menus as over 80% have them on.

Food was late. Had red hairs in the chicken (I’m bald so not mine), no hash brown on the burger, red salt on the fries despite me asking them not to put red salt on. I asled for 7up but got Pepsi. Fair enough if they’d ran out but they’ve got my phone number, it doesn’t take long to ask what replacement I want. Absolutely useless. Avoid at all costs otherwise you’ll get a meal completely different to what you ordered.

Hi, I ordered at 1.30am it’s now 4am. The food hasn’t arrived and the restaurant are claiming it has, i ordered through deliveroo and it still hasn’t came. Avoid this place at all costs, they lie to delivery workers and hang up on phone calls. Despicable restaurant.

kept calling over and over and they kept saying food was 10 mins away, yet they said this for about 3 hours, they have done this a few times. I came here and turns out they do this to other people. I will never order from here again
