i ordered through just eat, and my order never arrived. disgusting service, applied for refund. edit: i has arrived 40 minutes later than should.yes, i am still not happy

Ordered food at 7.30pm- at 9pm still hadnt arrived. Called the restaurant he was rude and unhelpful. Food arrived and it was ALL the wrong food. Called up to complain and again very rude, said would be here by 9.30pm it’s now nearly an hour later and still NOTHING. It’s a 10min drive.. the guy on the phone was extremely rude, didn’t try and provide a solution and refused to give me my money back or even speak to a manager. The food is always cold here and would absolutely not recommend getting from here.DISGRACEFUL ALL AROUND. Wonder how long the food will take to get here..

Best place to buy chicken wings, pizza and everything in liverpool. Customer service is awesome especially with a guy called sammy. The environment is clean and prices are very reasonable. Will definitely recommend it.

Swift Service, Worth calling up instead of going through the Food Apps. Their self-delivery is better and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The food is sound for the cliche takeaway and will help revive you when you need it, good selection but I tend to try stick to the Pizzas.

Ordered food from uber eats came after 1 and half hour late recieved the food but dead cold. Call in resturant but the response was rude and told me find another take away … brilliant ..

Just received cold and raw food after over an hour wait..

I ordered a pizza from there, and they indicated it would be delivered in about 40 minutes. However, I waited for a long time, and after 50 minutes, I still hadn’t received my order. I called the restaurant, and they informed me it would take an additional 20 minutes. In the end, I received my pizza after 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Don’t ever order from here if u want food unhelpful full people I ordered food and it didn’t come we kept getting told it’s coming in 10 mins then we called again 40 mins later didn’t arrive kept going into this same scyle till 2 HOURS passed by and still no food and haven’t gotten my food and have been scammed never order from here ur never gonna get ur food on time and the worst unhelpful people

Ordered a smoke house pizza with added pepperoni an mushrooms. The pizza came with pepperoni an mushrooms and onions. It had no chicken or peppers and didn't even have the barbecue base. It had tomato.. fined up to complain and they just left me on the fone while arguing in the background. Joke of a gaff

Let's be completely honest with the food quality from Chester Smithdown. I've had fried chicken from top places, we're they use fresh chicken from butchers, however the meals here are sub standard 1.Chicken Wings are undercooked and raw red inside. The wings are cheap chicken, as the bone in the middle is black,chewy and slimy. This indicates older chickens of age 🥵 (pre frozen ready made in bag from dibs) 2.chips were old cold mixed with fresh cooked. 3.pizza had funky smell and taste,chicken was off as we all suffered severe volatile diarrhea all night. The premises needs good clean from top to bottom including the rear garden where they leave raw food out😶‍🌫️. We raised these concerns to health safety and food standards agency,as it's the correct moral thing to do. Serving rubbish like this can cause death to person. Better fried chicken is available just across the road and good quality and bigger portions.

Asme gave us the best clucking chicken surpriese ive ever tatsed in my entire life. It was divine, the chesters team outdid themselves and I will be back IMMEDIATELY. You jsut need to taste this for yourself!

The Peri Peri meal was lovely and it took a little while as I assumed it was cooked from fresh.Although there was no explanation when everybody else was being served with their food after they arrived and ordered later than me. There was a female who took the order and her face and demeanour left a lot to be desired> I think she is in the wrong game if she has to communicate with the general public.

Spoke to Khan who apologised after a minor delivery problem and he sent a full replacement meal which was excellent all round showing good service and quality. Thanks

Chesters Smithdiwn Road Liverpool. Will never ever order from them again, the salad looked out of date, the chicken looked reheated from days ago, the chips okay but tasteless and all cold felt a bit rubbery. Everything went straight into the bin. Waste of money. Goodluck if yours was good.

I frequently order from Chester's for pickup and delivery through Uber Eats. They truly have the most delicious pizzas, chicken nuggets, and chicken wings. I must mention that the Indian gentleman working there is incredibly helpful and accommodating.
