KFC Linwood in Renfrewshire

The girl on the window was lovely...that is where the happy experience ended. My order - 2 x 3 pcs original chicken, 2 x chips, 1 x coleslaw at about £18 ! As usual 2 x bits of chicken were succulent, but the third was that dry my wife could have used it periodically. Both our meals were the same The chips were made by an alien who had never come across a potato - and didn't know how to produce hot chips. The chips (as I've noticed recently) are stinking of stale cooking fat that lingers on your fingers longer than the smell of fish on your first date ! I've had it with this place - my God, to be in charge of a World renowned franchise and decide to produce crap - bizarre ! Please let the owners be covered in Finger Lickin' coating and have the middle finger planted somewhere that tastes like their product ! AWFUL, DISGUSTING FOOD - BYE, BYE !

I have not been to any KCF in many years, t thought i would pop in at linwood store. but what a let down . the food was not a tasty as from my last visit . over cooked nearly broke my tooth trying to eat the chicken , chips cold , got corn on the cob but i never asked for it . tables not very clean and food spilled over the floor, not a place i would recommend sorry Linwood

We visited today with our wee grandson, after painstakingly ordering everything in the electronic board only to discover table service does not exist now. After waiting for our food (priorities are deliveries) I couldn’t believe there was no free ketchup etc. My husbands chicken was filled with bones, fat a totally over cooked and unappetising. There was no atmosphere in the place which was pretty empty with only us and one other table occupied which says a lot. We were all unhappy with the quality of food and cost, fair to say we will not be returning.

Very disappointed, although the delivery time was very good the food was anything but, the popcorn chicken was not worth getting as the size o the chicken and the portion size was not worth getting, the chicken pieces were overcooked, dry and the coating was so hard that I could not even get my teeth into it presuming it was either overcooked or had been lying under heat lamps for a good while. The only edible food was the sweetcorn, the coleslaw and the can of juice the rest went into the food bin. The packaging was also not recyclable

Missing salad and gravy. I did get dome extra chicken. Kids ate it. Was appreciated. We will miss u when prices increase

Went for a drive through but the girl taking our order seemed to be in a rush so, sure enough, our order was wrong when we picked it up. The boy giving out the meals also seemed confused by what order his colleague had taken as some items were wrong and some were missing. He was helpful and eventually sorted the mess out. However, our food was cold and disgusting. No salt, no napkins, no use. Avoid this KFC.

Staff were rude, threw drinks out the window - drinks unable to tell apart diet from full fat and when asked boy stated it was too long ago for him to remember. Food was freezing, standard extremely poor, customer service shocking! Meal given was short on what was ordered, won’t be back. Place has went severely downhill, unrecognisable since last visit.

Zinger tower meal Burger was cold and unappealing cheese hadn’t even slightly melted toppings were limp and not very fresh salsa and mayo used sparingly. Fries were pretty good could have been hotter and more of them there was about 10 in the half empty pouch. When I received my order I was handed a coffee cup of Pepsi max with my meal so I asked “is that it” to be told we’ve no cups. No sorry about that no refund on the drink no have a free popcorn chicken just a take it or leave it shrug of the shoulders. I wouldn't even give it 1/10 more like -1 , the customer service in this place is shocking was in the other day and there was a staff member shouting at customers because they didn't have a mask and someone said they didn't have to wear one and she started making cheeky remarks never seen service quite like it absolutely disgusting speaking to customers like this .

This place is absolutely terrible. 3 just eat orders and they have missed out full meals every time . Please do not order from here it is terrible service. When you phone them they just say take it up with just eat. It isn’t just eats fault that the kfc staff can’t quality check an order before they go out. I will never order from here again due to the terrible customer service and to the incompetence of the staff employed here. Staff training wouldn’t go a miss.

Went in tonight to pick up some cookies. They are amazing. Unfortunatley they had run out of milk chocolate ones, but offered to put some on if I was ok to wait, Hell yes, These cookies are well worth the wait. I regularly visit this KFC and lots of others. and can honeslty say the staff here are the friendliest bunch I've come across. yes they get really busy sometimes and I feel for them when other customers are being impatient. All it takes is a smile and a thankyou to make someone's day

Was in there today about 12.30 16 piece bargain bucket large bottle of coke,there was a bleach kind of taste from chicken went back in too long a que to wait to complain,here’s the interesting bit the seagulls outside wouldent eat either they are not daft,the place needs a complete clean up manky place that’s why we took ours out to car don’t eat here under any circumstances.

Disgusting meal. 6 pieces of cold tasteless chicken. Chips were cheap frozen type. No forks for Coldslaw, forgot to put drink in bag had to go back and jump the queue twice. As a result both my wife and myself have upset stomachs sending us running to the loo.The serving window was very dirty and the staff seemed confused. £14 down the drain. Never again

Dropped in here for zinger meal at around £6.50 it's not cheap, it wasn't busy either but never is, although the chicken was tasty we had no straw no napkins and the chips were overdone, prob due to being kept warm waiting on customers

Near phoenix KFC had a notion for fried chicken and wasnt disappointed! Server very helpful and friendly, polite as well.. Recipe seems to changed for the better. Really good. Floor and tables. Could have been a wee bit tidier and cleaner. Maybe we got in after a rush, Thanks again..

Hubby picked up a meal to take away, guy was a bit obtuse and a bit useless. Once home half the order was missing, we couldn't go back as hubs wasn't given a receipt!

Chicken pieces cold, chips lukewarm terrible food, most of food went into bin -- Take away. Only redeeming quality was polite staff. Second visit as bad as the first sorry will not be back.
