I went to this place and let me say that this is the worst KFC ever. My friend ordered a snack box which was £3.99 and they said it was £5.98. They made him pay more than the food was priced at. Then was repeatedly asked multiple times by workers if he had paid. He had already paid and they had scammed him and he wants a REFUND. I am completely thrown off by going here now because of this experience.

Absolutely terrible service charged me £5.98 for a snack box which was £3.99 they also asked me multiple times if I have paid Which I did (cash) also very tight parking spaces could not park anywhere if u do consider visiting here make sure to check your order properly thank you hope they fix there service. 🫡

A clean and modern KFC. Fantastic decor and food

I ordered it at 1am, but the food quality is very poor. All food is cold and there is no sauce in burgers. Chicken is also cold. Buns are stale. I destroyed it in the bin. Kindly Return our money back.

I ordered food through Uber today and my order came wrong. I ordered mash and regular beans but I got 2 beans instead of mash and beans. I phoned the store but was told multiple times that I’m lying and that she packed the order herself. She wasn’t be very accommodating and just kept saying that I’m wrong. Terrible customer service

Have visited this restaurant number of times as I live in Hamilton... I cannot remember a single time I had good experience.. food quality is always been poor (cold, poorly dressed, chicken patty looks dark sign of old oil).. service is questionable as I feel like they are so busy and don't have time to give to customers In store as they mostly have their backs turned to customers preparing the orders taken. it took them 5 mins before someone acknowledged and served us.I have had KFC at other restaurant and definitely much better then this one... today we visited and order 2 tower meals.. the burgers arrived but stone cold, the chicken patty was dark as it must have been fried in old oil and one of the chicken party was a size of a chicken nugget it was that small.. had to return the burgers and asked for fresh ones... all they did was replaced the patty for larger ones which again was cold ... my burger was just thrown in the box .. lettucenot in the burger and the sauce was out of the burger had to scoop it all up and dress the burger myself before i could eat it..... its not nice to leave such reviews but today it was just too bad... will not be visiting this restaurant again and will be putting in a complaint...

Waited an awfully long time to swing by and get a pair of those thickshakes they do. Sadly it took an awfully long time in the drive through.. I wasn't clock watching but it felt like atleast 20 minutes in-and-out. Funnily enough I waited so long with my engine idling and my lights on that my rear registration lamp melted its housing and fell out..! I imagine this is owed to the heat of the halogen bulb and exhaust gasses after excessive standing... amused me

haven't received my zinger burger. chicken piece was overcooked. absolutely disgusting

food was cold and hard, never had such a poor experience with kfc. the chips were hard and soggy, the chicken was soggy and very bland.

I always try and give KFC benefit of the doubt to improve, but it just fails every time. Chips were cold burnt and greasy, gravy was cold, chicken was clearly old. Very disappointed and won’t order again now.

Worst customer service.. no responsibility whatsoever.. waited 15 minutes to pickup my uber order and still they are purposely delaying the order. I was forced to cancel the order because it was taking very long. Even the manager responded indifferent...

Not sure what has happened but the food and service has improved drastically! The chicken was nice juicy and fresh, service was great, most of all it tasted amazing and was way better than its ever been, not salty at all! Great quality this time :) Thank you! Keep it up!

Received our order from KFC via just eat and was disappointed as the chips were cold were not cooked it was not very nice bitting into raw potatoes put me off my food as am scared the chicken was not cooked avoid this place at all cost

Service was fast but I think it was because my meal had been sitting around chicken driest I've ever tasted KFC was very disappointed in this as I normally love the burgers! Came with no napkins or wipes and more importantly no salt! Was quite disappointed with this probably won't use this KFC again.

I should of received a 40% discount off the finger lickin double bucket but discount was not applied this is false advertising

The food was still hot upon arrival, and the delivery time was exceptional, a lot faster than anticipated, very friendly driver too

Never again, small extremely tiny and very SALTY chicken, GRAVY AND COLESLAW MISSING. Upon calling Kfc they said to call just eat. I miss the days of normal take away orders via phone. Chicken was so salty we threw up. You know the chicken is bad when the dog even refuses it.

It is very poor that in today's current situation a paying customer still cannot get his/her choice of what they want to consume. For example I don't like spicy chicken, 😞 and they were unwilling to swap it for a none spicy chicken.

This is the 2nd time that I have ordered KFC and the 2nd time I haven't received the bottle of pop that comes with the meal that I have ordered, not sure if delivery driver is nicking it, or the KFC restaurant isn't giving the driver but I find it disgusting that this has happened a 2nd time

I bought a fillet burger meal for mt son. When the burger came out I could not see the chicken. 8 asked the manager why they have put in a fillet for a mini fillet burger sge told me that's how they cone. I was horrified and showed the image advertitesed. She did not answer me. I have after this been to other kfc where this is not the case. They have no idea how to resolve customer complaints.mistly food is dry cold,and always a long wait. Shame this is the closest kfc as quality and service is very poor

Just about creeps into 3 stars. Quick service with relatively friendly staff. Not convinced on food quality compared to other KFCs and cleanliness throughout the restaurant was questionable in a lot of places. Friend ordered a meal which took a disproportionately long time compared to the rest of the group without real reasoning. Layout is quite cramped.

I had to physically go and collect my order as the driver stated it was delivered, when on the app it was stating the driver was at the restaurant! I rang kfc and they said it had been delivered 8 minutes after i had placed the order! I was very vexed as my order was nearly £40 and no food! It wasn't until nearly 1 and a half hours later that it had been resolved at the restaurant along with them phoning yourselves before i was on my way home, I unfortunately wont be ordering for future orders!

Didn’t pack everything on our drive thru order. Instead of refunding on the phone etc, they expect you to drive back and get a refund to your card. Disgraceful attitude to customers - we have to drive back over half an hour round trip for a £4 refund for their mistake!!!! Going to charge back from credit card company. Been here before when salt levels were dangerously high too.

Never get the order right, no customer service. Staff does not know how to speak with customers or resolve issues efficiently. There is no point going through the drive-through if you have to walk in to collect missing items. Food is not prepared nicely or is sometimes cold. Why pay for dips when they won't add them in the order 💀
