delivery fantastic, the food was honestly not up to scratch. surprised as we have ordered a few times and really enjoyed it

The food I ordered was completely mixed up and didn't come in any bags.

Yesterday afternoon meal was superb 👌🏽

I ordered 2 mini fillet burgers and they never came i didnt realise untill i read the order again this morning

My food is cold when it arrived and some of my food is not in the order that I recived

This is the 2nd time I have received extra spicy wings from kfc. At first i thought it was just a mistake but now I think the recipe is no longer the same. All of them ended up in the bin, no one could handle that amount of heat. Definitely won't be ordering again

The food was cold. On a very cold -2 evening like today, was it double bagged for delivery?

Estimated 15 mins, turned into 1.5 hours. No apology when called, food arrived stone cold. This is the 2nd and last time.

Could not do zero stars… BUT Yet again another missing meal from my order on the drive through! Really KFC? Sort it out! You are loosing customers! It’s meant to be fast food not visit us twice every time you go through the drive thru to complete your order. Waste to time and fuel not to mention the screening kids! Managers are not the best either! Don’t think there are much customer satisfaction surveys going on at this site! Whilst at the drive thru window could hear a customer inside complaining also about missing food in their order…. I think KFC going down hill, roll on Maccy’s! At least the orders are always correct an not too far away either.

Ended up ordering and eating 4 hot wings and now I have food poisoning not even 12 hours later, I’ve been spewing up my guts and literally shitting myself for the past day, also I’ve been told apparently they drop their chicken on the floor and are not sanitary with all of their chicken products

This is one of the best KFC restaurants I have been to. The staff were friendly and actually smiled when taking my order. The food arrived quickly even though they were quite busy. The chicken was fresh and tasty; the coating was crisp without being greasy. The daredevil bites had good size pieces too. I would definitely recommend this KFC if you are in the area. It would have been nice if they served hot drinks though.

The food was lukewarm. The restaurant didn't have the right sized lid for the bucket so they cut open a larger lid and folded it. The fries were floppy and under cooked and the restaurant didn't send my bottle of Pepsi Max.

Cold food and chicken was so hard it broke my tooth. I ask just eat for a refund and they refused, I told them I wasn’t happy about the decision and they said they would look in to it and haven’t heard anything back from them

I'd like to make a complaint the food wasn't only an hour late which the delivery guy apologied for and I excepted food was missing and two south rice was missing which I put had the one of the two sides orders a gravey on top charging me 3.99 which I put as extra the gravy came as one of the sides and instead of the rice and the rice was missing. I ordered the finger kicking double bucket 8 hot wings 6 chicken regular pop corn 2 x southern rice gravey I paid for not happy been over charged,

Driver would not let me check food before giving code. Driver was very aggressive and argumentative. Will not order from here again.

We as a family had come to this KFC to order food when they had given us our food,2 portions of chips were missing.When we had told the manager and the workers that we were missing the two portions of chips they accused us for stealing them when they could clearly see that they never had given it to us.After complaining to the manager,the manager took the food away and started throwing it in the bin.Rubbish customer service was in complete shock.

A busy KFC. Popular with kids and drive thru. Food was ok. Service was fast but it wasn't very busy on a weekday at 4pm.

For years this place can't get the orders right. Most times they miss at least something off the order. So check your order before accepting. You can't do anything when delivered so I suggests collection only & check before you leave.

Bought a 6 piece wicked variety bucket. They gave 3 pieces of chicken wings and call it a proper piece of chicken. Complete joke for £19.99. You can see the size of the ''chicken piece'' compared to the sachet of mayonnaise...

Absolutely terrible service charged me £5.98 for a snack box which was £3.99 they also asked me multiple times if I have paid Which I did (cash) also very tight parking spaces could not park anywhere if u do consider visiting here make sure to check your order properly thank you hope they fix there service. 🫡

I went to this place and let me say that this is the worst KFC ever. My friend ordered a snack box which was £3.99 and they said it was £5.98. They made him pay more than the food was priced at. Then was repeatedly asked multiple times by workers if he had paid. He had already paid and they had scammed him and he wants a REFUND. I am completely thrown off by going here now because of this experience.

I ordered it at 1am, but the food quality is very poor. All food is cold and there is no sauce in burgers. Chicken is also cold. Buns are stale. I destroyed it in the bin. Kindly Return our money back.

I ordered food through Uber today and my order came wrong. I ordered mash and regular beans but I got 2 beans instead of mash and beans. I phoned the store but was told multiple times that I’m lying and that she packed the order herself. She wasn’t be very accommodating and just kept saying that I’m wrong. Terrible customer service

Have visited this restaurant number of times as I live in Hamilton... I cannot remember a single time I had good experience.. food quality is always been poor (cold, poorly dressed, chicken patty looks dark sign of old oil).. service is questionable as I feel like they are so busy and don't have time to give to customers In store as they mostly have their backs turned to customers preparing the orders taken. it took them 5 mins before someone acknowledged and served us.I have had KFC at other restaurant and definitely much better then this one... today we visited and order 2 tower meals.. the burgers arrived but stone cold, the chicken patty was dark as it must have been fried in old oil and one of the chicken party was a size of a chicken nugget it was that small.. had to return the burgers and asked for fresh ones... all they did was replaced the patty for larger ones which again was cold ... my burger was just thrown in the box .. lettucenot in the burger and the sauce was out of the burger had to scoop it all up and dress the burger myself before i could eat it..... its not nice to leave such reviews but today it was just too bad... will not be visiting this restaurant again and will be putting in a complaint...

The food arrived in a bag that was crushed. On opening the bag both boxes of popcorn chicken were empty and the contents were at the bottom of the bag and were now lukewarm to cool. Both of the chicken burgers had been shaken quite hard and were disassembled with all of the lettuce in the bottom of it's burger box. I had to reheat the food and reassemble the burgers.

Waited an awfully long time to swing by and get a pair of those thickshakes they do. Sadly it took an awfully long time in the drive through.. I wasn't clock watching but it felt like atleast 20 minutes in-and-out. Funnily enough I waited so long with my engine idling and my lights on that my rear registration lamp melted its housing and fell out..! I imagine this is owed to the heat of the halogen bulb and exhaust gasses after excessive standing... amused me

I always try and give KFC benefit of the doubt to improve, but it just fails every time. Chips were cold burnt and greasy, gravy was cold, chicken was clearly old. Very disappointed and won’t order again now.

Worst customer service.. no responsibility whatsoever.. waited 15 minutes to pickup my uber order and still they are purposely delaying the order. I was forced to cancel the order because it was taking very long. Even the manager responded indifferent...
