KFC Leicester - Waterside Road in Leicester

This is twice in have nit recieved full order using uber eats. If the missing cant be re delivered then they should stop using uber eats. A refund isn't good enough if your expecting what you have ordered and paid for. Use a delivery because I'm ol and don't drive

Can be busy at lunchtime service seems a little slow.

Very poor customer service on this visit (regular customer every 1-2 weeks for years and never had a problem), which resulted in over an hour of stress trying to get our order corrected. Drive through operator did not clarify order which resulted in wrong food which wasnt realised until at home. Had to drive back and the store refused to accept responsibility even though they accept that they have 2 meals with almost identical names- wrong meal was put through by operator! Had to pay ++ to add food which should have been included in original order! Food is lovely but we won't be going to this store again!!

Delivered a bottle of water instead of Fanta but this is hardly a problem with all that is going on in the world.

The worst drive-through ever I have been of KFC we had order something they give something else and after telling them the order is not correct they still don’t give the item which they suppose to change and give it worst service ever please double check yours orders in front of them

only reason to visit the place is handy where I live ordered two separate not told by the till staff one item is run out can't be given same time or have to wait another 15 min when I asked staff throwing each other how to deal then started questioning me is it my fault that chiken is not ready when i asked where is another order ?yet seriously what kind of customer service or management instead apologies for not managing food to be given on time hey who's fault 😀 having many staff probably working for years and still don't know how to give a normal service

Kept us waiting for 30 mins in the drive through and would not let me use the toilet at 11:30. Always forget to complete the order and always missing itsms. Utsav was very rude, totally disgusted with this KFC.

one big piece of chicken looked unhealthy, brown, underneath the skin. Didnt smell correct. Surely the original cooks would have seen, noticed that 😳

50 minutes for delivery. Two orders placed, this, the first order arrived 35 minutes after the second order was placed. food barely warm

I requested that the coleslaw be placed in a bag with the drinks - so it wasn’t spoiled by being with the hot food. This was not done and so the coleslaw was warm and inedible! Not only that but I’m sure two pieces of chicken had been refried they had the look like when you reheat the chicken.

Since eating here yesterday me and my wife have been suffering with sickness. Avoid eating here

Food tastes amazing but not entirely sure about the health aspect and amount of ingredients in everything . Service is just your average service nothing too great and atmosphere is alright . Had a good time there and ate some good tasting food

I ordered a salad from KFC, which was my first mistake. I should’ve known better than to expect crisp, fresh greens from a place famous for deep frying everything in sight. What I got looked like the lettuce had been in a committed relationship with the bottom of the fridge drawer for two weeks. The chicken was dry, the dressing was suspiciously watery, and the croutons could double as throwing stars. Honestly, the only thing “fresh” about it was my regret. Stick to the chicken, KFC—leave the salads to people who know what vegetables are supposed to taste like.

Went to this kfc in waterside and it was the worst thing ever disgusting open vents and everything and I eat half of my burger and suddenly open it and see a fly in it I am so disappointed if I could give 0 stars I would never going back

I’m not sure what it is but every kfc I go to the chicken is way bigger than the Hamilton one. The chicken pieces are minute here and it’s always so oily compared to everywhere else I’ve been. Too expensive for what it is now

THE MANAGER LUKSHI - Would not serve my meal wanted me me wait 1 hour 30 mins refused me and made fun of me at the till even after I said I’ll wait for them to make my order I was laughed at in the face will never return to this kfc as I was told 30 mins until manager LUKSHI came over to refuse me and said she would hold my order back to 1 hour 30 mins her excuse saying this KFC is halal do not use this KFC !!!

This is the 2nd time I have received extra spicy wings from kfc. At first i thought it was just a mistake but now I think the recipe is no longer the same. All of them ended up in the bin, no one could handle that amount of heat. Definitely won't be ordering again

Low quality food. Very salty and looked like they have mixed fresh and stale together. The quantity of fries was so small that you could put all 4 bags in two. We had to wait long in the queue, looked like just one person was serving the drive through.

Regular KFC near a busy junction in Leicester. As with all KFCs food took a long time to arrive. When it did, the chicken filet was luke warm, but overall everything was tasty and fresh. Restaurant was clean and modern - typical of a KFC. Does what it does!

Driver amazing but food went wrong

Staff were having a massive argument amongst themselves in the kitchen to the point someone had to step in all while customers stood and watched unserved. Part of my order was missing, one burger and chips missing and part of another burger. Took ages to rectify as staff were still busy arguing with each other and not helping customers. Can’t fault the food though when it was finally sorted, very tasty.

I come here now and again with my children. The service here can be quite slow, but overall, everything is okay on the whole. Dining in is nice, but sometimes there is nobody cleaning the tables, and it can be quite dirty at times.

Food is always on point, staff is also good, but a lot of times items are missing from the drive thru orders.

My meal was not delivered and yet it shows it was delivered very inconveniencing.

They said they had everything we wanted till we got the food and they said they had no drinks for us and no corn. So we went back and they brought out so much corn and filled up some cups with our drink. And the warp I ordered had brown lettuce

He forgot 2 expensive items the mash and the meal for one I am so unhappy and would like it to be delivered or have a refund

We had to go to the till as chips can only been ordered they not on machine as they are spicy ones that ant the prob we ordered 3 times boneless chicken and normal chips we keep on ordered it as he would not listen when it turn up you guess wright boneless chicken and wong chips we wear not the only ones with wrong orders they had the nerve to say we wear the ones ordered wrong and not they staff not a good experience at all will not be going Back to that KFC again if you do eg useing the drive through check your order before leveing it will be wrong put your money on it

Could not do zero stars… BUT Yet again another missing meal from my order on the drive through! Really KFC? Sort it out! You are loosing customers! It’s meant to be fast food not visit us twice every time you go through the drive thru to complete your order. Waste to time and fuel not to mention the screening kids! Managers are not the best either! Don’t think there are much customer satisfaction surveys going on at this site! Whilst at the drive thru window could hear a customer inside complaining also about missing food in their order…. I think KFC going down hill, roll on Maccy’s! At least the orders are always correct an not too far away either.

Ended up ordering and eating 4 hot wings and now I have food poisoning not even 12 hours later, I’ve been spewing up my guts and literally shitting myself for the past day, also I’ve been told apparently they drop their chicken on the floor and are not sanitary with all of their chicken products

This is one of the best KFC restaurants I have been to. The staff were friendly and actually smiled when taking my order. The food arrived quickly even though they were quite busy. The chicken was fresh and tasty; the coating was crisp without being greasy. The daredevil bites had good size pieces too. I would definitely recommend this KFC if you are in the area. It would have been nice if they served hot drinks though.

The food was lukewarm. The restaurant didn't have the right sized lid for the bucket so they cut open a larger lid and folded it. The fries were floppy and under cooked and the restaurant didn't send my bottle of Pepsi Max.

I'd like to make a complaint the food wasn't only an hour late which the delivery guy apologied for and I excepted food was missing and two south rice was missing which I put had the one of the two sides orders a gravey on top charging me 3.99 which I put as extra the gravy came as one of the sides and instead of the rice and the rice was missing. I ordered the finger kicking double bucket 8 hot wings 6 chicken regular pop corn 2 x southern rice gravey I paid for not happy been over charged,

We as a family had come to this KFC to order food when they had given us our food,2 portions of chips were missing.When we had told the manager and the workers that we were missing the two portions of chips they accused us for stealing them when they could clearly see that they never had given it to us.After complaining to the manager,the manager took the food away and started throwing it in the bin.Rubbish customer service was in complete shock.

A busy KFC. Popular with kids and drive thru. Food was ok. Service was fast but it wasn't very busy on a weekday at 4pm.

For years this place can't get the orders right. Most times they miss at least something off the order. So check your order before accepting. You can't do anything when delivered so I suggests collection only & check before you leave.
