KFC Leeds - Guisley Retail Park in Leeds

The popcorn chicken - a couple were burnt and the packing used was two mini pigs to equal 1 large.

Second time I've recieved cold chips! Not good enough at this level.

Dry and soggy food but delivery guy was so lovely

Never very full. But to be honest, I prefer that.

Ok KFC. Food is generally good, tastes ok and fairly fresh. The restraint and toilets are basic. Seems like a place for chavs to hang out as well. Service can be slow. Often queues and takes time to get your food.

ricebox was put on end in the bag, so it was all slop. the drink I ordered was given to another order, so I was more or less forced into having water. wasn't happy at all with this order.

Ordered take out , ordered plain chicken fillet burger, got home opened order it was a zinger burger, knowone answers phone, bad customer service in store , everyone shouting behind cash desk. Rubbish!!!!!!!!!!

Absoloutly shocking. Older fella serving unbelievably rude. Ignored us and othwr customers for quite a while. Had to ask to order. Was served drings from the machine which were flat and horrible. Asked if they could be changed to have the bloke say thwre was nothing wrong and he would swap them for water. After making abit of a scene agreed to give me a bottle in exchange. Food was dry. Wont even waste time gping again.

Not happy the can not get order right

The time changed three times but finally arrived and the driver wouldn't bring the food up to my flat due to thinking it was the wrong one.

The food arrived cold , and I got the wrong drink that I ordered , I ordered orange tango , I got Pepsis max . Very poor

order was placed at 11 45 but didn't arrive until 1pm. When the order arrived the free dips weren't in the bag

Was left on door step the delivery driver didn’t even knock on door, food was cold

Cold poor food unfriendly staff

Food arrived and was lukewarm. The pathetic number of fries/chips in the portions could be counted on my fingers. Not even a child's serving. Shocking value for money, not cheap and still left hungry.

The chicken fillet on the one of the two burgers was hard to bite like concrete. Apart from that, nothing was missing from the order, the rest of the food was just fine and the order arrived on time!

We thought Chris took salty ,no serviettes.table not clean.just poor customer service.

A customer should not have to put their oven on to heat and crisp up the chicken and chips and microwave the gravy. Very poor quality. How can a takeaway be so inconsistent, my last 2 orders from this restaurant were spot on, HOT and ready to eat. More attention to detail is required. Not happy.

Very impressed. Delivered hot and fresh to the far side of Otley, even the chips were crispy not soggy and the gravy was red hot. Will definitely order again.

They can just about cope with 1 customer at a time, leaving anyone else to queue whilst they faff in the back. They also rarely have any sauce but ketchup. More than once in a month seems like a policy rather than a shortage.

The food was luke warm and not enjoyable. The chips were soggy and inedible. I will not be ordering from KFC again.

The fries were delivered loose and out of the wrapping.the burger had come out of it’s bun.If you are paying the delivery charge you don’t expect some of it loose.

Arrived hot even on a really cold day and on time by a very polite driver, lovely food. Well done to Guiesely KFC.

🥵 Tried numerous times to complain to KFC but this appears to be my only option. First visit to this branch around 4.15 pm 10/1/24. Never ever will I step foot in there again….. what a horrible man serving 😪 absolutely NO customer service skills whatsoever, appeared to dismiss the girl serving me originally. When I got home for yummy KFC 🤦‍♀️ it was the worst dried up chicken ever!!!!

Just been in to get bargain bucket chips were fine the chicken was luke warm and very dry it looked as if had been stood a long time very disappointed

I come regularly to this restaurant. The restaurant is clean, the food is very tasty and the stuff is friendly and helpful. I'm very pleased.

4 fries missing from order not enough food delivered

Meal was as I hoped. Nothing was missing. The food wasn't scattered all over the place. Nobody ran out of chicken (which was my last experience ordering KFC.. Long time ago). Delivery man was nice and the delivery was perfect. No kids cried and the Wife didn't blame me. All-in-all - perfect

Food was exactly as you would expect. Toilets were grimey, hadn't been cleaned properly for ages.

Put a note In the comment and asked not to send the thigh pieces, they ignored the note. All the food was cold. Chips were salted and inedible. Ordered gravy, was sent sweetcorn and was told they had run out of gravy (they should have called me and given me the option of different sides). Ordered diet pepsi was sent pepsi max. Spent £30 on food & delivery that majority of it went in the bin. Won't be ordering again.

After waiting over an hour after the alleged delivery approximate delivery time. I phoned the restaurant directly to be told that no delivery drivers were available. My order eventually arrived and the packaging was wet throughout because of the food sweating and was totally cold. Really disappointed with the experience of ordering from just eat.

packaging is rubbish. the bag split and all food fell straight onto the floor in front of the driver who just said this happens often with kfc bags. cant eat the food off the floor

Went to order some food for takeaway, only to be ignored by rude staff and be left waiting while they sorted out ‘just eat’ and ‘Uber eats’ orders. We were in the shop for over 20 minutes and weren’t served or even acknowledged by any of the staff. I found this to be ironic for a so called ‘Fast food’ chain!

Came to dine in with my mum, very nice pleasant staff, hot fresh food, we always love the food in Guiseley!

Food was good. Staff were fine, however no salt no coffee or hot drinks. Its difficult to review because it's obviously the fault of the company, not the staff.

I just moved into the area and came to store with my daughter, the food was hot and fresh. The fries 🍟 are delicious with new seasoning. The staff are friendly 🥰 very knowledgeable and helpful. Will come again soon ❤️

Staff are friendly, Food was hot and fresh with good service. The store was busy on sunday night, I had to wait 5 mins, but it was worth it.

I came on Saturday with my husband for a quick lunch, store was busy, once food came, after waiting for 10mins, Staff apologised for the wait, the food was hot fresh, the fries are sooooo much better with the seasoning 👍 Overall friendly staff and lovely food, the seating area was cold, manager explained the system was broken. Will come again, when in the area ,💕

The whole place is very grotty and service is poor, slow and argumentative with each other. Hygiene rating 4 is unrealistically high.

Zero customer service....5 mins tons of staff and not one person acknowledge the que.....reminder to staff the custom pays the wages. Up there with the worst service ever provided. Epic fail!

Order was wrong. Called the restaurant who were very rude and told us if we wanted the missing items we paid for we would have to collect the food.

A 10 piece bucket, 8 hot wings, 2 large gravy delivered from Guiseley to the far side of Otley was very fresh, Hot crispy, Juicy chicken. The gravy was also very fresh. It was easy to tell that it had NOT been sat in a warmer for hours. Very impressed with the quality and delivered bang on time. Delivery driver was very polite, the food was in hot box to keep it warm. Will be using this service again, for sure.

Driver rang to say he was here but was 3 streets away, tried to direct him to the address provided and he couldn’t understand. All other drivers we have had managed it fine. Ended up having to run around trying to find him and ran 2 streets away

Always good food never had any problem

All the food was ok and thankfully double packed as the driver took 35minutes to deliver from somewhere a 10min drive away....due to the fact he went 15mins the opposite way to come back! The food was lukewarm when I finally got it, this however is not the restaurants fault but the driver/justeat!

Didn't think you could get chicken and chips wrong... how I was mistaken. I don't think I've ever had an order from this restaurant that included everything I ordered. Never ordering from them again.
