Just got some kfc got a salad box chicken was small there was not tomatoes or salad dressing and had a sweet chili twister wrap but the was no sauce and some chips but they had no seasoning at all tasted like a potato

In my opinion The cleanest of the KFC in basildon fast service

I enjoy eating here as staff are so friendly and helpful. A lovely member of staff showed me how to use the ordering machines

Food good and what you’d expect from KFC, quite often get order wrong though, wether it be missing items or ignoring requests for no sauce/lettuce etc

I like KFC, this branch is fine. Very efficient service. Problem with KFC, especially these days, is it's expensive. Nice to have occasionally though.

Never received the order, got a delivery notification at 21.26 telling me my order was delivered at 21.40, not sure how that works? Absolute shambles on just eats part, if you can’t assign drivers don’t take peoples money!

I was watching the delivery time on the app and it kept moving backwards, when the delivery driver finally got here the driver asked for the last 4 numbers of phone number, it took him about 8 times to put the right number and in, all the time blaming me saying that the number was wrong if it wasn’t for the grandson dinner I would have told him to take it away, therefore I will NEVER be ordered again from just eat

Would have got 5 stars but once again order incomplete - how can you order the basic 2 wrap 2 fries deal for £10 and only get one wrap - don't think I've ever received my entire order from kfc laindon - delivery man was lovely even apologised for being late

Really chilled place great service time and the quality was amazing

the gravy had been kept on its side so one whole tub emptied into the bag. Was sent BBQ bites instead of buffalo bites

I prefer to drive through as its quick and easy. Always enjoy my orders when i want a cheeky takeaway. Havent sat in the restaurant butpretty standard and nothing above and beyond. Using the Koisk was fine and wait time wasn't long.

Food arrived quickly and hot but o ordered a family bucket of chicken and received only two breasts. This was disappointing.

food didn't travel well. soggy chips, chicken greasy and flavourless and wrap smaller then when bought in store. wings were ok. popcorn chicken was cold.

One of the best kfcs I been to all because of Noah. We were struggling to find one of the meals in the kiosk and he came and helped us find it with a smile on his face. He definitely needs a raise or a promotion as he was on point with the cleaning and with all customers. As a manager myself I would give him a promotion myself. Well done Noah for making our day.

Fast delivery, food hot and very tasty

Ordered KFC takeaway arrived promptly but when I Opened the bag again the drink was missing So I called the local number and the member of staff I spoke to was most unhelpful and just kept saying they didn't have a driver to deliver my drink This is about the fourth time this has happened and I am not impressed

KFC Laindon - High Road has never disappointed me. The food is consistently good and the service is quick. A bonus is that they serve coffee, a rarity in this area. It's a reliable option for a quick meal or caffeine fix.

1h25min for a basic delivery. It's just appalling. I would expect that from a London branch, not from a quite local Essex County KFC. I am afraid I will not be ordering fron KFC again. The HQ should look into. Sorry for my review, but I cannot help myself as this is not forst time.

Went to KFC Langdon Hill and was served by a very respectful and polite man named Joe, he made sure our service was very stress free and that all of our food was hot and fresh and did not leave us with one bad thought. This is the ideal level of service I expect all crew members to be trained to and I hope Joe gets some praise for his performance and level of professionalism. It was late at night and he still looked like he loved what he was doing and was very good at his job

Nice outlet to dine with family. Enough parking spaces. Takeaway and dine in available. Drive thru also. Enough chairs to dine in. Fast service. One person is always there to help customers place orders, clean tables and mop the floor. Easy to reach. Situated opposite the laindon train station.

Useless and really unprofessional business with no customer support number. Even though my KFC order was never delivered, the Just Eat app shows that it has.

The burger was great but the chicken coating was a bit sparse and it was very cold whereas the burger was hot.

Really bad delivery because I never received my order I called Laindon Basildon kfc not good at all they don’t ever know there drivers not happy at all so bad .

Order Status said delivered but we haven't received the order. Called KFC to advise & they told me to call just eat, which I did to have an automated msg telling me they only support customers with orders via the app or online. Went online, typed in my msg & sent it to just eat to get a msg back saying they'll respond with an update within a few days. We've waited over an hour for our order & spent over £40 for it to just not turn up. My partner is now driving to the restaurant to order this again so our kids KFC treat has ended up costing us £80! Won't be ordering again, disgusting

Food wasn’t on time, there was too much food for the driver to deliver so therefore they had to deliver food and drinks all in 2 deliveries. The second driver came 15 mins after the first so not only was the second delivery late & cold, people had to eat parts of their meals at different times where we wanted to eat it all together. I would personally like a refund on this order the quality of the food that arrived was appalling. I won’t be ordering from there for delivery again. One of the pots of beans given was also half full as though they had been half eaten.

Nice big sign "cash only" until you tell them l only have a card. But not happy. The chicken was full of oil.

Not ordering from this KFC again, had 7 phone calls with the driver who kept failing to find our address despite being very clear on the address order and phone. Food came stone cold and the time it came it was past midnight and we had to throw it away. Absolutely disappointed.

I must say Tony is amazing! That restaurant would honestly fall apart without him. What a professional customer focused member of staff goes over and above to for every customer. Unlike the manager in there! I am a regular in there and any issue Tony sorts it out has a can do attitude and in my opinion should be running that restaurant. Have to mention an outstanding member of staff as no one mentions the good only the bad. Thank you Tony

Ordered food and didn't turn up. When I called the store the guy just laughed and said the driver must have ate it. Are you joking this is so messed up. Can't believe this blame just eat all you want but this is unacceptable.

The unfortunate thing was the freebie popcorn chicken was over spicy and very very chewy so threw it away. All other aspects were spot on, thankyou!

The chicken was lovely, as usually, but the chips were cold, mostly soggy, with a few undercooked, and the sweetcorn was over cooked and far too soft. The can of Pepsi Max was warm.
