KFC Laindon - High Road in Basildon

Perfect delivery and all food items delivered 👍

It was without doubt the worst kfc I have had in my life, the batter on the chicken was thick and hard and tasteless. I will never order from this place again. Also on top of all this they forgot my corn on the cob. Avoid this place at all costs, Awful

Delivery person very polite and friendly. KFC didnt put chips in order, both canned drinks were warm.

I received only part of the order, I called them, they said to go and get the rest of the order, when I got there, the manager behaved very badly, spoke very badly, and I didn't receive the rest of the order either

Dead rude tbh, offer zero compensation for their incompetent delivery packing. Try to make you feel special by offering you a code to use in the restaurant whenever you come back (not very tempting), and they claim they’re giving you a cheeky one by doing this. Nah g I’m sorry that’s just basic customer service to compensate for an ignorant error. Do better babes.

Mighty bucket for one. Had to put it in the microwave first a couple of minutes. Tenders were nice but chicken joints were very dry.

They took long time to serve, even though we were waited for longer than expected, the manager Tony was so rude by serving, also we have requested specific chicken pieces however they have agreed then gave me bucket of full of unwanted chicken pieces, ask them to change it initially said can’t then asked us to wait over 13 or 15 minutes, awful treated by restaurant manager Tony, very bad experience

Store messed up our order blaming the delivery driver when in fact it was the stores fault for not reading the order probably. Store manager Chris poor customer service and so rude refused to do nothing about it. Delivery driver was a fantastic

I like KFC, this branch is fine. Very efficient service. Problem with KFC, especially these days, is it's expensive. Nice to have occasionally though. Update: been a few times to this branch, and while the above still holds true, the staff here deserve extra acknowledgement as, they're not only efficient, but also nice, friendly and considerate - all the things that should go without mention, but can often be lacking.

Paid for tomato sauce, but it was missing from the order. The chicken was quite burnt. On a positive note, the delivery was prompt, and the delivery person was friendly.

No issues with food as it's as nice as other KFCs but this particular store always seems to miss something off the order and annoyingly just eat won't always refund what's missing

The food was inedible, because the chicken tasted off. Additionally, I received the wrong cookie that I ordered. I order white Cookie but they sent milk cookie instead. Unacceptable as we spend a lot of money to order the food and its send to customers in a poorly.

New ordering system is overly complicated to redeem student offers. You need to order at the self service and then pay at the till. It was explained very badly initially and then I was told there was nothing they could do.

Cold food wet bags delivery driver used a normal bag instead of a delivery bag ruined the food the driver fault

unfortunately only 2 small chicken legs of regular kfc chicken was delivered. there's usually a large chicken breast and a leg in a 2 piece order. very disappointing for a regular customer.

Just got some kfc got a salad box chicken was small there was not tomatoes or salad dressing and had a sweet chili twister wrap but the was no sauce and some chips but they had no seasoning at all tasted like a potato

The delivery person wanted a number we couldn't understand him and eventually after a long debate we eventually found what number he wanted and we have never been asked for a number code before as the food was just delivered is this a new thing?

I placed my order 7.24pm and didn’t arrive until 9.33pm. That is over 2 hours which is absolutely ridiculous and poor service.

Never received the order, got a delivery notification at 21.26 telling me my order was delivered at 21.40, not sure how that works? Absolute shambles on just eats part, if you can’t assign drivers don’t take peoples money!

I was watching the delivery time on the app and it kept moving backwards, when the delivery driver finally got here the driver asked for the last 4 numbers of phone number, it took him about 8 times to put the right number and in, all the time blaming me saying that the number was wrong if it wasn’t for the grandson dinner I would have told him to take it away, therefore I will NEVER be ordered again from just eat
