I actually had a nice meal very enjoyable

Chips where cold and not cooked enough

It kept coming later because the driver went the wrong way at the start and then missed our turning and had to do another round of the a127 to get back to us! Lucky the food was warm but wasn’t impressed.

Absolutely atrocious. £17 for a meal I wouldn’t give to a dog. Chicken was the size of a goldfish and was so hard it was impossible to bite into it. Chips were soggy and cold. Never again.

Sadly chips were soggy and chicken was not all that and sauces were missed out

Driver didn’t know where the hospital was and I had to give directions. I am missing most of the order and what I do have is cold

My daughter and I visited Friday night as she is fussy and wanted unseasoned fries and a custom wrap. Young very tall man on the drive order window was so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Really lovely guy. Then at the second window the lady was lovely too, I expected to wait due it being a busy evening and a different order but to our delight it was ready with pin 2 mins and was hot and fresh! Great experience will definitely be back thank you

Wrap could be Toasted a bit more

it was a large order but the food still arrived on time and hot. tasted great and was well recieved. keep up the amazing work

I’m forced to order extra fries because you now get a pathetic amount, There were only 3 things in the Order but not my extra fries! How hard is it. Got a refund for them but that’s not the point. Food is now ridiculously expensive you can’t keep making the portions smaller and charging more, don’t suppose anyone will read this but I’ve had enough of being screwed!

Not convinced the order was even correct. Pretty sure they sauces on the rice boxes were wrong and not sure we we given the additional chicken fillet ordered as part of the meals. If local id highly recommend Wing Tingz as a much better alternative.

Last week the food was superb, this week 26/04/25 the food was wrong , I returned to get sorted and then wrong again, looked like had been run over by a bus, the tables were dirty and food and rubbish on the floor , sort it out KFC YOUR PRICES ARE EXPENSIVE AND YOUR FOOD HAS GONE CRAP!

Been coming to this branch for 5years, and it only just changed my opinion about this branch. I hope the management recognises her hard work and dedication. Can't praise her enough! Thank you Sahra!! 🫶 Old review: foreign woman on the check out is extremely rude. Shouldn't work with people ! Than another toothless staff member female also rude and not got no manners. Try and avoid this branch, unless you like all chicken drumsticks to be in your bucket

Siarhia served me tonight, first time in years someone at kfc sounded positive and attentive! It’s very nice to see this in an employee and I fed back her enthusiasm at 8pm was good! She even helped with the type of pieces I wanted! Keep up the enthusiasm! From the BMW guy

None of the meals we order came we got sent 4 snack wraps and a box of boneless chickens

Food was cold when it arrived. Driver said he couldnt find house and that he had spent half an hour in the next road. He said he tried to call me but i had my phone on waiting and no-one called. Very disappointed.

Lib served us at the tills. Absolutely wonderful. Happy to bring the desserts over after we had finished the mains. Toilets smelled abit as we were stood at the tills but couldn't smell it once sat down

Ordered this to be delivered at 7pm order was placed at 5:45. Arrived at 8.01 cold. Won’t be ordering again

The delivery time kept changing. When I first ordered at 16:35 it said delivery was at 17:05 then about 2 mins after order was placed it changed to 17:15-17:45 so it changed a few times before it was delivered. So I wasn’t sure what time it would be delivered

Missing multiple items on the order.

Ate in restaurant on Sunday 17th November and since had the worst food poisoning of my life, been in an awful state for the last 48 hours.. absolutely shocking

For the second week in a row there has been mistakes with my orders. I ordered 2 beans but got delivered 1 beans 1 mash. Last week I was short of chicken and 1 beans. Just be careful when receiving your orders and make sure everything is correct before the delivery driver goes. Surely the orders should be double checked before being sent out for delivery

I ordered a 20 hot wings bucket. Received a burger, chips, 2 hot wings, piece of chicken and tub of sauce - WHY? would appreciate getting what i ordered rather than what you have leftover. very disappointed

I payed £30 including delivery for a bucket of chicken n chips that came late n cold won’t eat cold reheated chicken so it went in the bin and I went to chip shop and walked there and back cost me another £20 but food was hot still and edible (sad)

The place is full of bugs ( fruit flies ) to be accurate , get yourself an infestation team in fast before it escalates further , mighty bucket for one , yeah right what happened to my chips , shocking 😲 , I know chickens 🐔 have two legs , but why do they both have to be in my bucket ?

When I first ordered the delivery time was 15-30 minutes when I checked again it was 25-40. I ordered at 6 pm I actually received my order at 6:53. So technically I had to wait 53 minutes for my order but I still have to pay for a service charge and a delivery charge. If just eat gave a delivery charge and hasn’t delivered by the time on the website surely they should refund for the delivery charge and service charge because they haven’t delivered between the first or second delivery times.

Got a deal online but couldn’t access the internet on my phone and the nice lady, cashier Karen P was helping me to get back online than came the manager very unprofessional with an attitude rudely told Karen off for helping us which I find very annoying, the fact that the place was not even busy and the only meal was my one I’ve ordered. I know dealing with food and customers are not easy but as well the good staff are very important and it a shame when you disregard and disrespect a grownup woman just for doing her job was out of order but in all the food was good

Came here previously, and it was great. Service was quick and food was really good, however, We went as a family of four a few days ago and it was a totally different experience! There was no reception, so it was really difficult as we had ordered via our app, and it failed to come through. Had to order all over again at the counter. Chicken came out underdone, which I was told "it's supposed to be that texture"! If it's under cooked, I'm telling you it's under cooked. They finally changed the chicken, and it was fine. Probably wouldn't go again now.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience I had at KFC Mayflower Retail Park on 21st Sept 2024. which I believe could have been handled more considerately. During my visit, I accidentally missed the drive-through ordering kiosk. As there was no crowd at the time, I hoped that the staff could assist me in placing an order directly at the window. Unfortunately, I was instructed to drive all the way back to the kiosk to place my order. This seemed unnecessary and inconvenient, especially given the lack of other customers. I understand that procedures are in place for a reason, but in situations where flexibility is possible without disrupting service, it would be greatly appreciated if staff could exercise discretion to enhance customer satisfaction. I have always enjoyed visiting KFC and have appreciated the quality of service in the past. This experience, I Hope is an exception and not what I have come to expect from your establishment. I hope this feedback can help improve future customer experiences. I look forward to your response and a resolution to this matter. Warm regards,
