None of the meals we order came we got sent 4 snack wraps and a box of boneless chickens

Food was cold when it arrived. Driver said he couldnt find house and that he had spent half an hour in the next road. He said he tried to call me but i had my phone on waiting and no-one called. Very disappointed.

was still warm but missing my 1.5 litre pepsi max

Lib served us at the tills. Absolutely wonderful. Happy to bring the desserts over after we had finished the mains. Toilets smelled abit as we were stood at the tills but couldn't smell it once sat down

Driver was very friendly and polite. Food was still warm and was tasty

very expensive for what we got. only chicken drumsticks and boneless which I didn't order. won't be ordering again

chicken burger cold chips cold

Ordered this to be delivered at 7pm order was placed at 5:45. Arrived at 8.01 cold. Won’t be ordering again

I don’t even receive my food and the driver had his location turnt off which clearly indicates he took it

What is wrong with your toilets, the smell is horrendous put me off going here ever again. Your poor staff having to work with such an awful smell all day

the gravey had split and covered the whole lot so if you didn't like gravy you had no dinner. will not order again. I have photos!

Not delivered in front of my door .

The delivery time kept changing. When I first ordered at 16:35 it said delivery was at 17:05 then about 2 mins after order was placed it changed to 17:15-17:45 so it changed a few times before it was delivered. So I wasn’t sure what time it would be delivered

ordered a rice box and large chicken popcorn. neither box was fastened. opened the bag to find all the contents of the rice box and the popcorn chicken in the bottom of the bag. it's time to stop using just eat.

Mayflower Retail Park, Unit 7 Delivery girl from KFC Basildon LIED stating dinner delivered when it had not, delivery photo shows photo of a road.KFC SAID contact UBER EATS Uber states refund will be back 5 to 10 days . Then it states no refund after 2 days. Taking further action to get a refund

Missing multiple items on the order.

Ate in restaurant on Sunday 17th November and since had the worst food poisoning of my life, been in an awful state for the last 48 hours.. absolutely shocking

For the second week in a row there has been mistakes with my orders. I ordered 2 beans but got delivered 1 beans 1 mash. Last week I was short of chicken and 1 beans. Just be careful when receiving your orders and make sure everything is correct before the delivery driver goes. Surely the orders should be double checked before being sent out for delivery

I ordered a 20 hot wings bucket. Received a burger, chips, 2 hot wings, piece of chicken and tub of sauce - WHY? would appreciate getting what i ordered rather than what you have leftover. very disappointed

I payed £30 including delivery for a bucket of chicken n chips that came late n cold won’t eat cold reheated chicken so it went in the bin and I went to chip shop and walked there and back cost me another £20 but food was hot still and edible (sad)

The place is full of bugs ( fruit flies ) to be accurate , get yourself an infestation team in fast before it escalates further , mighty bucket for one , yeah right what happened to my chips , shocking 😲 , I know chickens 🐔 have two legs , but why do they both have to be in my bucket ?

Chips were cold and not delightful to eat. Requested fresh hot ones and was given without a problem indicating staff member knew there were cold and not appetising. Chicken seemed overcooked/re cooked as it was dark in colour and did not taste fresh or nice at all. Food and service could have been better as the food was cold. Disappointed as i usually enjoy KFC

When I first ordered the delivery time was 15-30 minutes when I checked again it was 25-40. I ordered at 6 pm I actually received my order at 6:53. So technically I had to wait 53 minutes for my order but I still have to pay for a service charge and a delivery charge. If just eat gave a delivery charge and hasn’t delivered by the time on the website surely they should refund for the delivery charge and service charge because they haven’t delivered between the first or second delivery times.

Came here previously, and it was great. Service was quick and food was really good, however, We went as a family of four a few days ago and it was a totally different experience! There was no reception, so it was really difficult as we had ordered via our app, and it failed to come through. Had to order all over again at the counter. Chicken came out underdone, which I was told "it's supposed to be that texture"! If it's under cooked, I'm telling you it's under cooked. They finally changed the chicken, and it was fine. Probably wouldn't go again now.

Got a deal online but couldn’t access the internet on my phone and the nice lady, cashier Karen P was helping me to get back online than came the manager very unprofessional with an attitude rudely told Karen off for helping us which I find very annoying, the fact that the place was not even busy and the only meal was my one I’ve ordered. I know dealing with food and customers are not easy but as well the good staff are very important and it a shame when you disregard and disrespect a grownup woman just for doing her job was out of order but in all the food was good

called to get an update after 55 mins late or time changes on the apo agreed to collect from store !! must admit the lady was lovely when I arrived but still a huge inconvenience wasn't how I planned our family event. eating after 9pm when the original orderd stated 7.30pm I feel is unacceptable!

Dear Team I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience I had at KFC Mayflower Retail Park on 21st Sept 2024. which I believe could have been handled more considerately. During my visit, I accidentally missed the drive-through ordering kiosk. As there was no crowd at the time, I hoped that the staff could assist me in placing an order directly at the window. Unfortunately, I was instructed to drive all the way back to the kiosk to place my order. This seemed unnecessary and inconvenient, especially given the lack of other customers. I understand that procedures are in place for a reason, but in situations where flexibility is possible without disrupting service, it would be greatly appreciated if staff could exercise discretion to enhance customer satisfaction. I have always enjoyed visiting KFC and have appreciated the quality of service in the past. This experience, I Hope is an exception and not what I have come to expect from your establishment. I hope this feedback can help improve future customer experiences. I look forward to your response and a resolution to this matter. Warm regards,

The crispy coating on both the hot wings and the chicken inside the wrap were burnt, you could tell by the look of it and the taste and texture. Really disappointed and made the food not edible as didn’t taste nice at all

I ordered a chicken burger with ketchup and mayo. Not a ketchup and mayo burger with chicken. Could have filled my nearly empty bottle of ketchup at Home with how much was in there. Ridiculous.

To be honest, I have been turned off KFC for a while now. Anyhow, gave them the benefit of doubt. Whether I was uber hungry or not. i dunno, but it was fab!

Big shout out to Mike the assistant manager and the staff for the way they resolved our problem with a food order. Helpful and polite and solved a problem which wasn't their responsibility to resolve.

quite literally one of the worst delivery orders ive ever had. uber driver had no idea what order was mine & chips were missing from my £18 order of 8 wings meal. to top it off there was a long strand of hair fried into the wing, will not be ordering here again.

Drive through fast food request by our son on the way home. The Lady who served us was very pleasant and friendly and the food came quickly as expected. We parked up and enjoyed the food in the car. Boneless chicken was tender and juicy. Fries were a little on the light side portion wise but tasty. Good for a fast food meal.

Chips were very dry and did not seem fresh at all, floors were being cleaned , food was OK but could have been a lot better

Order is completely messed up. 4x fries and 2x corns are missing, ordered 1 gravy and got 4 (I guess that’s a win), I ordered mash and got given a tub of beans instead!!

my food says delivered but nothing has been delivered to me. pretty unhappy that I provided a £1.00 tip for a delivery I didn't receive. Have requested a refund, if drivers have trouble finding you, why don't they get in touch instead of letting you down. Awful service.

Sadly I received the wrong order the first time but after reordering the delivery was perfect. I even got a little sorry note and some free bits and the cookies were beautiful. Excellent service and lovely staff.
