Wait 22 minutes for the order and it was wrong, items missing. Very bad service.

As always really slow service her despite preordering on the app and then having to wait for chips. All after they tried to give me the wrong order

Had a breakfast this morning, first they lost our order then when the food came it was cold and dry. Usually ok in this place but not today.

I had a great experience at this McDonald's! The service was fast, the staff were friendly and efficient and the food was fresh and hot. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to sit and enjoy my meal. Even during busy times, the team handled everything smoothly, and I didn't have to wait long for my order. Overall, a really positive visit - I'll definitely be coming back!

So first off the ordering system would not give me a receipt. I got this sorted at the counter. Now onto the so called food - The chips were cold. Burger was average. Very expensive. Over £8 for a chicken burger and chips. Very Salty and when you read the ingredients list it is not good news. Would have been much better value at the local chippy. It's been about 10 years since my last mcdonalds and it will probably be another 10 until the next one.

The food arrived cold and the delivery guy had the McDonalds bags just sitting in the boot of his car, not in a bag to retain the meal hot, was stone cold by the time it arrived, annoyed that you only get 2 quid back for a complaint of a cold meal.

The worst McDonald's for delivery drivers. They are extremely very rude up to the managers. NEVER EVER ORGANISED. They keep customers food while drivers are waiting, and if you dare call their attention, you get the rudeness and at the end they give you cold customer food

Time of arrival kept changing. Took forever to leave restaurant and was cold which effects the quality so was horrible to eat

half the order was missing and everything that dod arrived was shoved into the happy meal box squishing the kids burger. Abysmal.

if you don't mind paying more for delivery from this restaurant and only half the food you pay for arrives then this is the mcdonalds for you. I genuinely would have had a better experience stabbing myself in the eyes

food arrived on time, however the milkshake was completely melted, and the chips were stone cold. nuggets were warm. not the best, should have just gone and picked it up myself.

Went to drive through and after a ridiculous wait finally got to the kiosk to order. 2 cars ordered before me in the second lane before I was served. Already not happy, after confirming my order and paying £14 for double quarter pounder meal and chicken sandwich meal, I got home and too my lovely surprise in my bag was a double cheese burger, chicken mayo and 1 chips. Absolute PISSTAKE!! Even worse this food was cold too. Third time this has happened to me on their late service. Avoid!!!

Ordered my food, the chicken burger was flat and the bun was broken and bent, the chips was cold. We also ordered a chicken and bacon wrap this arrived cold I told the assistance manager who snatched this from me, she changed the wrap but no apology. The replacement wrap arrived still cold, the young lady who brought it to me that is was warm and thought this was funny. I went to get my money back. Service terrible, attitude disgusting and food shocking

Absolute shambles. Stopped here late on a long drive with an app order. Was told the systems were down for 30 mins so no food. I was annoyed but happy to wait 30 mins for food to feed my hungry family and continue my 4 hour drive. I was told that with the system update my order would not be fulfilled and I would be refunded. It was likely they did not want my business there?

I had placed an order wanting a sweet chilli chicken wrap with no Mayo and I received a wrap with ONLY mayonnaise

Ordered my food at 5:30 waited till 8 had some where to be at 8:30 thought 2 and a half hours be long enough for a Big Mac meal and BBQ & bacon chicken meal to arrive. Clearly not had to leave home without eating. Severely poor service as they did not answer any of my 6 phone calls

Restaurant kept extending the time so it didn’t show as late, when it arrived 90 minutes later it was so cold it was not edible! Unbelievably bad service and now I have to fight just eat for a refund!

Old chips sent they were not hot and not salty and no dip was sent with the chicken selection meal

Popped in for lunch. Food was quick and warm. The store was clean and tidy. Would recommend this branch to others.

Awful. Over an hour for a 20min quoted delivery. Food all stone cold, raised a cold food issue and was given £8 from a £39 order!! Waste of money, horrible food.

0 out of 5 stars for the management here. Waited just over an hour for cold food in the drive-thru cos you let your staff sink by being understaffed after losing out on their NYE to work for you. Terrible way to manage for both customers and staff

not all of the order was delivered, the driver said he would return with the missing order and never did.

Bit slow but the galaxy hot chocolate (christmas special) was lovely. Car park was very full despite not many people inside.

Couldnt find the address, Even though it is a massive care home. The driver said "Next time put the number" there is no number, Its the massive building as you turn in.

Rubbish, our order was taken at the till. Hubby waited for it at the food counter. Eventually bought it over to our table where i was sitting, out hot chocolate was a cold drink. Hubby took back and told the girl, and she said that what was on our receipt.hubby replied he didn't order that. So while this was going on our food was getting cold. Through my experience of eating indifferent McDonald's the staff seem to have the same attitude.Another lady was waiting ages. Big discussion who was right or who was wrong. Ordered Mc Delivery through the Mc Donald's app, missing all the hash browns, now I gotta wait 15 days for a refund, I asked for delivery off the hash browns, didn't get to finish typing the question on the support before being cut off.

Stop employing kids who don’t know basic life skills like replying to simple yes or no questions & stop putting them on the drive through intercom. Always an issue here. Waited ages for 1 happy meal? Rude staff.

Unhygienic staff , I shared my concerns with the manager (jack) after at member of staff put there hand in the bin multiple times without gloves then went and started preparing food without gloves or washing hes hand , this prompted me to get a refund as they was dealing with the order I just placed , very disappointed and certainly won’t go back

Ok so the muffin was lovely but the fruit was 2 days out of date. There was hardly any customers in there so it’s not good enough

The JustEat/delivery side of things was fine but the order was incomplete and that’s not their fault. I can’t believe I’m saying this but it’s happened far too many times, you get charged for dips with your food and when the food arrives, they’re either missing or you’ve got other dips you didn’t order. It’s clearly says on the order what ones have been requested. I’ve now paid for food, and dips, I don’t really want cause I didn’t get what I ordered

The driver was so rude my drink spilt everywhere he took it out the bag and said no it’s not leaking , I then check my and it was stone cold the driver then said it was because my food was waiting ages I store for the drink it took ages to make tried to call just eat and the store no answer got to the store and after I describe the driver he who delivered to me the account he was using is a lady’s account

Ordered at 17:30 waited for hours until the app finally said it was delivered at 20:00. Nothing showed up. I want a refund and real one not playing around with this website credit sheet.
