Rude! And wait time is shocking. Dirty and no attempt to even provide napkins or accommodate customers. Try employing people over the age of 12!

Fries delicious and well seasoned. Chicken crispy and juicy. I look forward to returning to this establishment as the McDonald's across the road is appalling.

Food was decent, but not very well run. Messing up and forgetting drive thru orders.

Low quality food served by staff doing their best under enormous pressure, but who are unable to muster any genuine enthusiasm. Who can blame them. Fast food? Well it's not fast and it's only just food.

Visited here this evening at 6:30,so obviously during the rush! Many unhappy faces were crowded around the counter as they awaited their tasty “finger licking good” chicken for about 30 mins. Customers countlessly storming back in as they had forgotten something from their order. Staff were all young and useless except from one sweet blonde girl who seemed to be doing everything (didn’t catch her name!) I honestly think she deserves a raise and a hug after what I just witnessed! Also our food was hot and 10/10! Hope she has a lovely Christmas 🎄

After a couple of bad experiences where my order was incorrect / missing items, I wasn’t sure how this would go. However, was delivered on time, my food was fresh and hot. Order was correct and whole meal was great. Seems that portions are getting smaller and prices are getting bigger though! All in all - happy customer

Food is hit and miss. Ordered a large drink, they gave me a small can so I asked and they said the machine was broken, asked to just be charged for a small drink instead then and they refused. They didn’t even apologise. Been here a few times where they just forget to give us half the meal.

Absolutely the worst KFC the slowest service ever sat in grille bay for over 20mins and then when I went in my order was sitting there getting cold. Luke warm food put together with no care. Will never use this KFC again

I went into KFC tonight and was served by Jamey and Dawsen, they were so helpful and very friendly. The food was hot despite missing some beans from our order, but both workers were helpful. The dining area was clean and I couldn't not fault the staff

Asked for breasts and thighs, got legs. Took them back, got legs again! Ordered Lipton tea, got coke. If the staff spent more time listening to customers instead of the awful loud booming noise pulsing out of the speakers maybe things would be better?

missing 1 piece original chicken and bites were bbq not sweet chilli. wont be ordering from this kfc again! it's a one meal order. really not that difficult to get right....

I had a horrible experience today! I chose the option to get my food delivered to my table , it was waiting on the side and I had said ‘ I did click table service’ the staff replied with we are busy. And now we have been waiting for 30mins for my friends order I had asked a staff member they replied with I’m not sure. THATS IT! Absolutely horrible customer service very rude and not helpful at all!

Chicken is always dry, and customer service is not great !! I guess it's expected when you have young people running it !! 🤷

Went Drive Through .. was told to park out front & they would bring it out no explanation as to why!! There were at least 6 cars waiting with engines running . A young person came out with a couple of bags no idea what car had ordered what. Bags were opened & screwed up again (it was dark & minus 1deg) A second person then came out 5 mins later, same thing again opening bags looking inside, food getting cold young lad didn’t know if he was coming or going.. dreadful way for management to treat young staff… needless to say my order wasn’t there I along with another fed up customer went into the shop & unbelievably there were 4 staff standing about doing absolutely nothing a 5th one ,a young girl was the only one helpful, no explanation again as to why orders weren’t getting made up.. I was eventually handed a creased screwed up bag after waiting 15mins outside … dreadful service, staff that looked vacant & management should be ashamed..

Disappointing festive stack meal. Burger was dry to the taste, cheese not melted, stuffing lacked flavour. Had to send back 2 Pepsi max drinks which staff agreed smelt awful. Drinks replaced. Good seasoned chips, but could have been hotter.

Never again. This particular KFC at Martlesham is completely incapable of serving warm food. I didn't go there for over a year due to repeatedly being served dry cold chicken, but this was definitely the last time. Its no wonder the drive through and restaurant were empty while the McDonald's across the road was packed.

Weird how they make you wait in the car park when there are no cars behind you. Almost as though they’re tricking the motion sensors which monitor the drive thru speed….

This place is a disaster. Food is often overcooked, dry and horrible. Everyone needs to go on a training course to learn how to run a KFC. Kept on trying the place but have given up now

Staff are too busy talking about their social to care about customer service and playing what sounds like their own music loudly on the speakers.

This KFC is easily accessible eat in or drive through. I use it regularly and am yet to get what I have ordered first time round. Today I sat and watched while eating my correct order 2nd time round, every person had an issue from no chicken in their rice box to large elements of the order missing or completely wrong.

It would be nice to at least have big and small chicken wings , than almost all microscopic ones as has been every time the last five times....I'm very regular here...love the hot wings but very disappointed with the picking.

It’s disgusting! The whole place has food all over the floor, filthy tables and staff that just ignore the uncleanliness. You literally have to ask the staff to clean a table for you! It’s gross

Only 3 cars in the drive through at 16:30 waited over 20mins. Shockingly slow service. To top it off the chicken was very poor quality and chewy. Would not recommend this outlet

The sticky packaging was opened, I am not going to eat it. Automatic one star, because now I cant know if the driver touched it or the restaurant failed to secure it.

Chicken was pretty good, but even for a KFC this location gives a VERY modest portion of chips. Two portions here roughly equals what you would expect from a normal chips portion.

Ordered on the KFC app. Food arrived very cold. There were missing items. Called them to be told,go to app and complain. Really not worth the price and service.

I mention about the gravy i just leave a note double check the gravy and still no gravy i paid for that

This is by far the worst kfc Iv had, the food is so poor that the chips don’t even have patato inside and it’s rock solid, My boyfriend has chipped his teeth because of it. Never go there!

Oh deer. Tried to order on the drive through and sun and scratched screen don’t work. Not sure if there was suppose to be someone at the first scene but no one there. Gave up on drive through and went in. Screen not working well and ordered from the till. Very frustrating experience and not one I’d look to repeat. Needs a visit from the big bosses to shack it up

Utterly filthy, staff simply don't care. The restaurant was empty but still food on the floor and waste bins overflowing. Staff could have cleaned but too preoccupied with their mates. Food had sat for a long time. Chicken was so dry it was inedible. Order eat in, still got food in a bag.

Another order that didn't contain what was ordered. Pepsi max, no pepsi max. 6 pieces of regular chicken, chicken missing just more hot wings. On the plus side at least it had the 2 extra pieces of chicken I ordered.

Absolutely useless service. The last couple of times I've been through the drive through been asked to park up to wait and ended up waiting over 30mins! Gave up waiting had to go in to find my order just waiting on the side. Just had a delivery from them and order went in an hour before they closed but they couldn't be bothered to cook the order and just chucked whatever they had left in a bag and sent it with the driver!

Beans were missing from the order

This is hands down the worst KFC I have ever been to. I’m not the biggest lover of KFC, it’s over priced and low quality, however at times it’s an easy fix. Not once have I been to this KFC and received the correct order. There’s ALWAYS food missing. Today a whole meal was missing. Last time my parents were visiting from Belgium their food took forever and the chicken had NO seasoning/batter on it at all. It was deep fried plain chicken, how does that even happen? I have no doubts at all that I’ll give the place the benefit of the doubt for the millionth time and find myself in there when the rare blue moon occurs, but again I will be met with sheer disappointment. I don’t know how this place is still open. Also, screw the nut, when it’s raining and cold outside there’s absolutely no reason to have the freezing cold air conditioning on in there.

Chicken sandwich very good but shortage of staff meant tables not cleared and food on floor. With a new McDonald’s opening up virtually opposite very soon the owners of this KFC need to up their game considerably.

The customers were polite. The service despite being empty took an ages. After 10 mins we were told they had no gravy then after 15 were told there was a bit of a wait on the chicken as they still had to cook it. The tables were dirty and there was rubbish on the floor. When the food arrived the order wasn't right. Honestly don't bother. If you really want chicken go into ipswich.

Waited 30 minutes in car park for my order, went to counter to find out where my order was when another customer brought my order back as it wasn't his ,staff then tried to give me that order which had been opened by someone else, I refused the order and got a refund will never use KFC martlesham ever again always a problem with the orders, I wasn't the only person getting a refund

Well, where do I even start...As we entered KFC of martlsham we were greeted with a lot of flustered staff members shouting at each other and using some shall we say 'fragrant' words to describe their experience as employees and to describe their fellow employees. And I will tell you something I would not want to work with them! I think some team building exercises might be overdue. The food whilst being good (for KFC) it took a rather long time and personally i just don't think it can be classed as fast food, it should be labelled slow food with those times. Average.

Every time I go something is either missing or wrong with my order.

Dreadful. Every time I go here there's an issue. Went today with my dad and niece, ordered 3 Krushems at the drive though. After paying, go round to the window to collect where we are told they don't have any Krushems. We request a refund and the young girl with an attitude at the window tries to tell us that we have to go all the way round and re-enter the drive through queue to get the refund. We have obviously said we weren't willing to do that. She then said that my disabled father would have to get out and walk inside to get the refund. Obviously, we refused again... After some more ''life is too hard'' attitude from the girl, the supervisor comes and instead of talking to us or anything, passes a cash refund to us through the window and goes on her way... No apology, no Krushems... Dreadful! I can't wait for McDonald's to open around the corner so that I can see the country's worst KFC close for good.

KFC completely forgot half my order. Ordered 3 corn on the cobs and didn’t get a single one. Ordered two beans and only one appeared. Absolutely ridiculous DO NOT USE THIS RESTAURANT.

Had several visits with mixed reviews but the last one has put me off KFC all together. Services was incredibly slow and had to wait 25 minutes for our order, we can't figure out why because all the food was cold when we did get it. On top of all this the I have been up all night with rivers of lava pouring out of my backside and stomach cramps that would suggest I am carrying some kind of demon inside my intestines.

Well this was an experience, ordered on the self serve thing. Chicken fillet for my husband no cheese or mayo and a banquet box for me. Sat at our table patiently and waited. Husband's meal arrived all correct along with a second fillet in a bun complete with cheese and mayo. First problem not what I ordered, 2nd problem I am allergic to mayo and loath cheese. Return my meal to the counter to arrange for my correct meal, only to be told this was what I ordered, don't think so. A young lady checked the order history and confirmed this was what my order was. Definitely not. Asked for the order number but I wasn't given an order number but told her the table number we assigned the meal to. Apparently there was no order assigned to that table. Worrying as my husband was sitting at the table enjoying his meal. Ok so after much deliberation and insistence I was wrong, the very helpful young man who originally delivered our meals suggested she looked at the history on the monitor above the cooked food rather than on the till display, and guess what there was my order for 2 Meals one of them my box. The young man was very nice and apologetic the young lady needs to work on her customer service skills.

The way the managers are treating the staff and customers is horrible. Overworking them and swearing at them and making do far too much things for one person it’s appalling.

Every visit is a disappointment. There are always items missing from my orders, I have to ASK for napkins, spoons and straws when they should be automatically includedbin your order. Tables are always dirty and bins are fill and staff just chatting amongst themselves rather than cleaning. Beans are usually tepid at best. AVOID!!!

Nothing to eat the beans with, and I am too old to drink them out of a plastic cup. No serviettes either and no curtains to wipe my hands on! Altogether, a poor experience. No stars.
