Best KFC I've had in years! 🫶 beans never arrived but it can be forgiven

The good is epic and the staff are nice

Tasty hot food. Only downside was too much seasoning on fries for my taste.

I apologize for my upcoming debate. Eat ass, never had such bad chicken. Even in Germany there is much better chicken with a much larger selection and no portions that are too small. Throwing away half a bucket is not part of the experience. This KFC has nothing to do with the other restaurants.

Don’t often get a KFC as live 20 miles away. After paying £25.99 for a dipping boneless box order number: 11083 Returned home really looking forward to our dipping box: NO CHIPS! (Note other reviews state things were missing. The reply is “sorry will do better next time.) Don’t think that is acceptable a voucher should be given as recompense for the missing food items. Alternatively a good will gesture a token for another dipping boneless feast 12PC.

It was pretty good i think tge atmosphere was great and i liked the food its a decent fast food place i am probs gonna come back eventually i know all kfcs do this but i like how you can install tge app and get those chicken popcorn i like it overall: 8/10

Staff were ignorant and food was deplorable

When Using the drive through, make sure you ask for a spoon, as there are never any in the bag, also there always seem to be more drumsticks than thigh or breast, but the worst thing is the beans, as a side, when you order large they never have the large pots 250 gms, so they give you 2 small @ 105gms each we are getting ripped off it, happens every time. Even been given that god awful gravy once when near closing time. Even my dogs won't touch it. However the chicken is always freshly cooked and tasty and the staff are nice and friendly.

Soggy cold chips, missing items, the chicken looked pink and the krushem had a funny aftertaste. So disappointing! Do not go here!

Really fast service and hot food available, if you order through app your food will be ready within 5-7 minutes

We visited kfc today we got a party bucket and a zinger burger, we took it home which is 25 minutes away chicken still hot we all enjoyed it. We will definitely be back.

Shocking its like when you go to the counter you are invisible. I asked for help after 5 minutes of being stood there. For a you lad to ask other members to come and help. No one did. Can't comment on food as I never got any

The food was very poor quality they didn't give me my chicken gravy but charged me, the chicken was below standards the gave me rib bits tasteless and went in bin

Never get an order correct, always missing items. Self service kiosks, usually only 1 out of the 4 working resulting in long waits. Also, it tends to be cash only which they don't advertise until you want to place an order. Also, doors are normally jarred open meaning a bitterly cold restaurant. The worst KFC in Scotland by far!

Didn't get all my order which didn't realise until I was home. They half-arsed the rice box, only modification was no tomato's, which there was some, but there was no buttermilk dressing or bean salsa which is stated on the menu. Ordered and paid for popcorn chicken, never got this again didn't know until we got home. The staff on drive-thru (female) was beyond unprofessional. Was at the speaker and could here her saying to a colleague "what did you say, say it again." She didn't not respond once I asked for a bag, however could hear her saying to her colleagues, "say it louder" before showing me the next screen, not saying anything about my total or to go to next window. Have to say that the quality of food was no much better with the chicken looking rather pink. Ruing our appetites. The whole place has degraded both in staffs professional behaviour/attention to orders but also the experience was not at all pleasant, customer service terrible and would be very hesitant to returning and choosing this particular branch again. Inverness staff need to step up their game.

Food was good and they brought it to our table. Milk shake was enjoyable. But the continuous music (rap and r&b) was not enjoyable. And we were given 1 straw for 2 cold drinks. Also, we ordered coffees - latte and mocha but they were not marked / identified and they tasted exactly the same.

Ordered food, nothing showed up in over an hour. Chased it up and got told it would be at least another 30 minutes on top. Never ordering from here again

Manager decided that the store didn't need to open until 1 hour after the opening time. This has happened for the last 2 days. Food was spot on but after being told to wait 20 more minutes multiple times, it really lost its appeal. Disappointed to say the least.

On this occasion (29-11-24), an extremely disappointing visit. Chicken was on it's way to becoming Cajun, with the coating being a darkish brown, dry inside, and the chips soft and cold. The redeeming feature of the barbecue bites was the sauce which managed to mask the flavour. The best part of the meal was the Aero Crushems drink. Beware people - £16 down the drain! Avoid Friday evenings between 4:30-6pm. They aee clearly unable to cope. Other visits have been better, but there seems to be no consistency. Ditched the meal and went for fish'n'chips insread. Expensive Friday :(

Has to be one of the worst KFCs in the whole of the Scotland 😂 everything is falling apart, the doors don't work, the toilets are disgusting with no hand drying facilities - it's so bad lol

Absolutely avoid at all costs if you actually give a shit about your car and don’t want to leave with a damaged front bumper/wheel. The massive crater right as you go in is so easily hidden and will cost you a pretty penny.

Absolute outrageous lack of competence and sheer forgetfulness of the staff. Placing an order at the drive thru at this venue is like gambling money. Unbelievable lack of efficiency or effort in any way to at least try to get it right. Very laughable and very frustrating.

The food is genuinely horrendous. The "large" chips were soggy & barely warm after driving 4 minutes home. The chicken was anything but "crispy", and the burger was just all together disappointing. No surprise KFC have a spicy mayo, it's the only enjoyable part.

Very tasty and crispy, but a bit pricy. Would still recommend tho, 4 stars from me🍗

Long waiting times, but the food was good.

Surprisingly good, hot, tasty and fresh. One star knocked off for the uninterested girl who served us. Place was clean and we didn't wait long for our food.

The food was good but the service is hopeless , sign on counter ordering customers to use kiosks ..... their online order systems are pathetic , slow and if you know what you want they are a huge waste of time . Staff refused to take order until we insisted , they called manager and eventually very grudgingly took an order at the counter which isnt exactly ddifficult. Head office say this is not company policy but inverness seem to arrogantly ignore that . I will NOT use those crap machines so no order at counter = lost customer ...... very clever kfc no one can afford to lose trade for the sake of an arrogant policy. While we were there other people were struggling with the hopeless system and not happy .... others walked out . Avoid untill the arrogance stops!

I had an awful experience at KFC Inverness. The staff took an unacceptably long time to prepare my order, with both walk-in customers and delivery drivers left waiting for 40 minutes to an hour. It was clear that the team was working very slowly, and no one seemed to take responsibility for the delays. The lack of urgency and care was frustrating, and the overall service was far below expectations. Definitely disappointing, and I won’t be coming back!

Am I cursed by KFC devil? :D Had a break from kfc for almost a year due to service- wrong order, charged (contactless) double etc.. Went back tonight Drive through for a zinger box and couple extra wings. Made order, paid, got the box. From previous experience checked the box on a spot- extra wings missing :D Got these wings, drove away. Stopped in different spot to eat it. No fork or spoon or anything for coleslaw- they must expect me to scoop it with my fingers. Started eating the burger- it was just tasteless fillet burger (not zinger) :D Nobody bothers asking if you want any sauce or anything, no napkins in the box. Charging premium for a little burger and 20x fries, some stuff missing, other stuff incorrect.. Is that new generation of young workers and that's norm these days? I know everyone makes mistakes, but common, so many in one little order.

Queueing for 45 minutes today for dirty tables, poor service, a toilet that smells like an open sewer..... today was 100% the last straw..... this place is disgusting, under staffed and over rated. Don't ever expect to see us back in this utter sewer. I have lost count of how many times I have queued and watched everyone be frustrated at how long it takes while drive through and online orders fly past. One woman today who was waiting when I arrived and was still waiting when we left and we were almost 45 minutes waiting. And a week later you were forced to close and sort your act out hahahahahahah karma eh..... Seems like I wasn't the o ly one disgusted by this swamp

Missing half items. Inedible waste of money. Staff rude and absolutely unhelpful. Good place to go if you're bunged up and laxatives ain't helping. Couple of pieces of their anorexic chicken and the next day you'll finally be reunited with that bit of Lego you ate as a kid.

Took 45 mins to get our food and there was another 14 people waiting. No sweetcorn but no cheaper, Chicken had so much pepper in the batter that I couldn't eat it

Bathrooms filthy, no toilet rolls in any of the toilets and none when I asked, got napkins, staff were as miserable as sin and the wait was 45 mins for our order, it wasn't just us, some people were still waiting on their orders while their company had finished theirs, 25/8/24 .@ 8.50pm. If there was a manager present, they should be ashamed.

Good food but starting to get far to expensive for a family of 4 and 2 being kids you don't get much change of £40 most times and if you go to the drive through be prepared to wait it's painfully slow, restaurant is not the cleanest

Stopped here for refuel after Bagging The Saddle & Forcan Ridge. Service was super fast and the bucket of various chicken delights was delicious 😋

Unclean restaurant, majority of staff don't seem to have any customer service skills. Food is ok, never the same twice though.

Food wasn’t fresh. Me and my family were sick short after finished our meals. Stuff not helpful when my husband was struggling on the kiosk. They was swearing at the front of house. Strongly not recommend that KFC.

Never used a drive through before, gave order ok but didn't know how to pay. Eventually found out had to drive around the building to pay however the window was closed, a bit further along cracked it. Need a bit of signage, not everyone uses a drive through. Food was great. Staff tolerant 🙂. Parking a bit limited but ok. Called again, July 24. Will NOT be going again, you can no longer order at the counter, you have to queue to order at the machines then queue again to pay. What a farce.

Please don't buy into the cruel chicken industry

Staff are absolutely hopeless here. Everytime I come here they always manage to get my order wrong or there are items missing from my order.

KFC don’t make it obvious that there are no more tills just kiosks and look at you like you’re worthless when you ask for genuine help. They left me standing around staring at me for several minutes and were more concerned with chatting with each other and complaining about working rather than doing their job. When they actually acknowledged me, they looked at me with disdain because I had the nerve to interrupt them being lazy. Food was an absolute rip off and a tiny portion. Avoid like the plague!

Forces you to use self service and you also have to clean up after yourself. Won't be long before you have to cook your own food. Any place forcing self service can go suck a hairy one.

Explained I can't use machine due to difuclties and was told I had to and I can't order at till tbh the manager had no people skills at all I hope they improve before they loose more custom have a great day !!!!

Cant beat a KFC when you a starving! Decor could do with a refresh.

Tables and toilets need to be cleaned. We went in and struggled to find a table that didn't need cleared or wiped clean and it wasn't busy at all .

We just jump in for a fast lunch during the the long drive. The food was good, the staff average. Unfortunately the toilet for gents was very small. If you want to wash your hand you need to protect yourself with your leg, because the entrance door opens on you. It is very unsafe.

Made use of the drive thru as usual. Quick, efficient and fairly friendly at the checkout. Chicken was delicious, rice and salad sides were good too. So good. Always go back for more!

Food was good, I had the fillet box meal for 2 and my wife had the Boneless Banquet, we both opted for large. I feel this was an absolute lie, the 28 day old chickens they use for the wings are no where near big enough, I'm not a vegan but you need to start using suppliers that supply wings from chickens that have lived longer than a month, and the Boneless Banquet was an absolute joke the popcorn chicken was absolutely tiny, it came in a box I thought was a kids meal toy and then 5 tiny little crumbs of chicken rolled out of it. £28.50 I spent for 2 meals and an extra gravy, I'm not a large person and neither is my wife and neither of us were over full, I think you need to prioritise quality over your shareholders and directors profits.

Why is this set not here in Inverness ? Why is there generally no set with only hot wings or fillets in the menu? 😕

The food was burnt and not fresh it was re-heated up, the chicken smelt bad and old it tasted horrible had to argue for 10 minutes and I didn't get my order fresh not to mention that I got my order in less than 5 minutes and it should ussualy be about 10 minutes

Food is always great... the staff are really nice. The only thing that is unpleasant is the male toilet, it smells really bad all the times.

Careful with kiosk payments. As soon as I made a payment on the kiosk the screen gone blank, but the payment was succesful on my apple pay debit card. The supervisor asked me to ring a no for a refund, which is unfair altogether. I have shown my bank statement and payment towards KFC. Eventually I got my order delivered after 5-10minutes of argument. Chicken was only warm not hot and not cooked well

Staff weren't all that nice felt we were rushed to place an order, ordered a zinger meal the piece of chicken was quite small also instead of being spicy it tasted more like a normal fillet, did complain to a member of staff but was told it was a zinger and couldn't be changed just because it didn't taste spicy, KFC has always been a favourite place for me but have to be honest not impressed at all and don't think I will be going back anytime soon

Ordered 6 flamin hot wraps. Went to eat them with my family. They didn't taste nice at all, unedable after a couple of bites. Soggy wrap, no lettuce or cheese, barely any sauce and the chicken tasted like it had be soaked in kitchen spray/ almost bleach like🤮. All binned! Disgusting,waste of money 😡. The filet burgers were ok, but didn't cone with the cheese and lettuce as requested.I was served by a young man who was very polite and curteous

Usually OK, sometimes though, they give you the watery fouls. Requested tins of juice (which they have) as I was on a motorcycle, only to be told they are fir deliveries only si I had to have water. That's just daft, staff are friendly and efficient, it the silly rules that make them look bad at times.

Food is excellent, it was ready in seconds and was hot, fresh and very tasty.

Ordered through the app, but the app crashed and I got nothing. Although they still charged my bank card. 2 weeks on and no sign of refund. Not good enough really ------------ Update. Finally received refund after several emails to head office. I'd like to give them another go but wary of a repeat of last time experience.

It took us more than 10 minutes to place our order as two of the machines weren't working but nobody bothered to put up a sign to say they weren't working.

I like this place most of all the fast food Restaurants.

Today 28/01/2024 night 7.30 pm I ordered a mighty bucket chicken and unfortunately the original recipe Chicken was with burned smell and I couldn't eat it. I just throw the entire bucket.

Must faster to get you food through the drive thru then take it inside

Absolute joke of a KFC, stood for between 5 and 10 minutes waiting to be served. Then the employee didn't help as they all started basically arguing about who was on the till to then hear "Craig's on the till and he's out having a smoke", then got my order wrong 3 times, made my order all meals when I didn't ask for meals, asked for a 12 piece bucket but got a party bucket, then forgot my drinks. Never been so frustrated, place seemed to be run by school kids on work experience. Worst experience in any fast food restaurant I've ever had.

Last couple of meals have been awful. Food missing. Refusing to change a hot wing for a fillet... can't really see the issue with that kind of request. We don't go here all the time just every so often but probably not again.

Great place. We often either sit in or take away. The restaurant is nice and clean however not the toilets. They quite often have a strong offensive smell.

Food is delicious, but tonight not Happy, with just chicken legs in my order & I never got the bit of chicken I ordered on top 😔

This is the second time I paid for food that I have not received. Instead of triple gravy bucket I’ve received double. Drive through is highly not recommended otherwise you check your bag in the dark in car.
