Ordered: Finger-Kickin' Double Bucket: 6 PC And didn't get any hot wings, Just Eat's customer support helpline is useless as I can't do anything on my side. Meaning I'm paying for stuff I didn't get. Thanks JustEat

Order placed at 6pm. The fries were cold and had the appearance of being old and overcooked. They had a fun taste as if they had a spicy type coating. The chicken was good. Staff ok. This was a drive thru order so only noticed poor quality food once at home

I haven’t been to KFC in a long time due to the one in Wythenshawe giving me a frozen burger (lol), anyways today I visited the one in hulme, and firstly my food was lovely, but what I’m actually here to say, and to compliment was the customer service from Peter. He was an absolute delight. He was running around serving lots of customers all with a smile and a lovely aura. I wish more people were like him. Thanks Peter :)

Terrible Staff. Asked for a spoon simply looked at me with disgust and pointed to them. I have never met a ruder worker. Screaming the numbers out not even providing any spoons or anything. Guess they expect us to find everything now. Not coming here next time this KFC is an absolute disaster.

Most slow staff and slow people in the world... Litrally if one order something has to wait for atleast 30 minutes to get a small order as well.. very bad service ... no professionalism .. I've seen how they treat the delivery people..If someone has free time full then come here and order and wait for ages...

The chicken wings were absolutely delicious and amazing. I ordered 10 and ate them all. The Romanian and Jamaican ladies were very kind and funny. They made me laugh so loud they both made my day.

Impossible to eat for anyone who is not used to pepper. Even the "no pepper" snack was very spicy. They didn't let us use the bathroom because they had already cleaned it for the next day and the tables were very dirty.

Sweetcorn is so much fresher than my local KFC in Perry Barr, Birmingham. It's yellow and pop-fresh, not grey and soggy. However there were too many dirty tables. Staff not very helpful when a senior citizen asked for help to order. Iced drink given when the request for no ice was repeated three times. First visit will be our last, unless someone else is buying or drive-thru

Visited KFC Hulme, Moss Side few days back (friday) on in an evening with my family. Food was good, but service was terrible. Absolutely terrible. Witnessed a team leader, a woman in her late 30s, shouting at a customer (mother with kids). And later when I tried to order using a free meal code, she rudely yelled, “Cash only!” and accused me of having an attitude. Despite my exhaustion from a long work week, her behavior was unacceptable and upsetting. She left without helping, and other staff refused to give her name. I waited 30 minutes while others who came later were served even a lot before me. Her inconsistent treatment of customers hinted at possible bias. Very disappointing experience, unprofessional staff.

Well what can I say we have just popped in the kfc Hulme for tea and the lady that served was us called (Shirley) was a breath of fresh air so polite,really helpful and couldn't do enough to make our visit quicker my wife struggled on the order your self interface and she was on hand to make her feel better and get our food to us this lady deserves recognition 5 stars to her

Having spent nearly 25 minutes waiting for a simple burger meal when it tuned up it was cold the fries cold when I sent it back the head fryer said it was fresh but it could be picked up with your hands not in the bun so instead of replacing it refunded my money and that was that well done to the girls very helpful but your boss I’m certain if the colonel was here he’d of shot him where he stood

Very sub par. The meals ordered came out completely wrong and had to go back 3 times in order to get it right. It wasn't busy so it's not as if there was a staff shortage, just unorganised chaos

Chicken and drink good but one star off as no substitute for people like myself who do not like seasoned fries.

It's a very nice eatery to be very honest one can enjoy best cooked meal here.

Delivery was perfect, driver made sure to ring instead of knocking, as requested (my office is far away from the door so i wouldnt usually hear it, but i happened to be near the front door already to feed the cats. still, appreciated!). Food was decent, but the fries didnt seem to have as much seasoning as usual and the Zinger sauce wasnt evenly spread (was only on about a quarter of the burger, the rest seemed to have dripped over the side). Both were still good though

Very disappointed - the kfc staff prepared a wrong format of zinger burger for me. They gave me two burger bun bottoms instead of a top and a bottom bun.

This is the best kfc. You can order any selection any piece of chicken you want. Not like most, just throw any piece into your box. Great promotions, that other's dont have. Well worth checking it out.

Worse place ever!!! Floors is dirty, tables dirty, when we asked to clean the table, they give us towel to clean by self. Staff is rude. Rubish everywhere. Toilets not cleaned at all. When you ordering table service, they not bring it to your table, you have to wait till they shout your order number. So whats the point order table service with table number if anyway you have to pick up your food. Horrible place!

If you ever want a KFC this is definitely the branch to go for. Listened to order notes and gave me a rib piece, fresh and hot. Banging 👍🏻

I made 2 orders today at KFC. One was a 10 piece family feast and ones getting home I realised a box on beans was missing. I called the branch and spoke to someone called JC. He apologised and has communicated very nicely and said when I come in next next I will get an extra beans and accomodated us.

Ordered table service. They shouted over and said there's no table service. Ordered corn on the cob and mash. They told us they didn't have any after we ordered. Asked for a refund. They refunded for a small and not large. The toilet floor was like a swimming pool Disgraceful service

It’s a standard KFC out as you would expect it to be. With all the bells and whistles. The only negative, I found in this place is you have to ask the staff to unlock the washroom door for you, which is a bummer for me personally.

Improvements in service efficiency and customer communication are essential to ensure a positive dining experience for patrons. Until meaningful changes are implemented, I am hesitant to return to the KFC Hume location and will consider alternative dining options where my time and patronage are valued.

Order was missing gravy and popcorn chicken and food that did come was freezing cold

The food that was delivered was a disgrace the drink and gravy was put in the kfc paper bag it was freezing cold as the driver didn’t put food in a bag warmer to keep food warm handed it to us in a kfc paper bag not happy with this delivery and want a refund spoke to kfc and they said they had no drivers to deliver so I got a cold meal and missing items

I have visited this kfc on 3 : 45 pm n drive way and i ordered Gravy mega box deal but unfortunately after payment he said order in not ready you have to wait front gate of recption when i reached at front no body there only one black range u recognized this he was relevant to this kfc staff .after view this situation i been inside for collection and asked to relcant guy he lied again and said order is not ready then i raised question what mean of through drive and why you took payment if your chef is not ready then he took my deal frob cabin i said sorry i didn't know that is ready . i check meal was cold. Then i noticed he is pissing intentionally to kfc customers under conspiracy along with that grooming group which already wanted to.CID and agencies . However here big pissing group which they organized under grooming group which i will be found through agency and i am informed to relvant audit staff of kfc please see cctv and find this group which is really risk for public around this kfc because this kfc is situated near girls college .
