KFC Hull - The Mount Retail Park in Kingston upon Hull, City of

Had to ask if drive through being used. Mighty bucket for one is now a paper bag for one. False advertising. Why do I need 8 bags of salt?

The only kfc I have been to where ive found 3 pieces of hair in 3 separate bits of chicken. Made me feel sick... at least the chicken was piping hot though.. did complain to HO who gave us a good will voucher however you'd have to pay me to eat here again.. staff were kind however!

They don’t let you order at the till anymore just the stupid kiosks what no one likes! Asked for help because I couldn’t find something and they looked at me like I was stupid for them then to take me to the till to ring it through because they couldn’t find it them selves absolutely disappointing!

Dreadful! Wet chicken that tasted of fish. Crispy coating was a floury texture. Plus two long hairs. Will not be returning!

Forgot the mash and gave extra beans when we didn’t order 3 tubs of beans we ordered 2 , a tub of mash and a tub of gravy but didn’t get the mash

Delivery guy was happy and genuine, great service

My food was NOT delivered!!! The driver has marked the delivery as delivered on the app even though it suggests I am meant to give him a code and hasn’t delivered! This is THEFT just eat!!! And the app won’t let me put a decent complaint. Sickening!!

Took just over 2.5 hours to arrive, every piece of chicken was cold, including the chips, gravy & beans!! Absolutely shocking.

Tina on drive thru was amazing really polite and friendly best customer service experience in Hull

we spend £60 on food for our family and yet again they don't send a part of the order and don't send the correct drinks ordered. this is getting beyond a joke

Delivery was great. Nice courier but the quality of food served by KFC is poor. Fries were very oily, same with the chicken and you can smell that it was not made on fresh oil. I tried KFC in different countries and it’s lot better elsewhere.

Me and my daughter came in one night and used tge self service machine and it came up with technical error when i paid by card then went to the counter and paid for a bargain bucket there, 2 days later i got charged twice , so went to see the manager and he gave me a phone number (customer care team) rang the number loads of times no answer and it gave me email address to complain, no reply, sent letter to head office no reply! Just seen manager, he said cant do anything as it was 3 weeks ago so not just give me voucher or something? I had proof they took it out if my bank twice!! So becareful when you use the self service machines and i wont be buying out grom kfc again.

I had to go to the delivery guy because he was complaining he couldn't find me, so i had to get in my car because of this food arrived cold no apology and he was very rude

If you not bothered of waiting or people serving you attitude of anger then it's pretty ok . Most of the times waiting is the killer especially when I choose to use one lunch break and loose time and have next to nothing for eating

We haven't been in for a while. However, we are here now. I can't tell you how stressless Tina makes our whole experience. Tina is efficient, friendly and 100% customer focused. I hope Tina gets the recognition she so deserves. Tina is KFC's superstar. The welcome, the smile she welcomes everyone with.

Food was stone cold. Delivery changed from 1pm 4 time till it came an hour later.

Had the Wrap box meal, plus some extra chicken bites. Fairly reasonable and good choice on the menus, easy to customise the options on the screen where you order. Quick service too

The courier was fast. However, the restaurant took a very long time to "prepare" my food. it was nearly 2 hours between ordering and delivery and when I sat to eat they had forgotten items and all the food was cold.

Order was "Ready" for 15 minutes before we actually got it.

I absolutely love KFC, but this one can be a bit hit or miss to be completely honest. One day you'll go and the food is great, another day it's rough greasy mess that's obviously been sat around a while. What is consistently good is the service, and one of the ladies that works there adds her own flair to the drive through and it's hilarious. Not a fan of eating in, crowded and loads of deliveroo riders But I suppose that's the way it is everwhere now!

Visited here today mid afternoon, we ate in. The food was hot and fresh, tasted excellent. The staff were all friendly and cheerful. The place was spotless. Excellent value for money.

Crappy service...cold crappy food....have always enjoyed kfc but twice this particular branch has been less than impressive....took my zinger back because it was cold...girl serving had a bad attitude and asked for my receipt before taking the burger back and bringing me another r....which was also cold

I always order to take home. Tina is always so helpful and friendly. She goes above and beyond in her customer service and always double wraps the food to keep it warm for the 5 mile drive I have home.

ordered 2 meals shown on outside boards got the order through the drive through....got home to find both orders not complete no extra gravy we orderd then rang to tell them but was told you dont get whats on the picture order...and we was mistaken ... has usual lot of money paid for crap service and all reviews say the same ....KFC dont bother replying with the bullshit you dont care , But you offer nothing back just keeping taking money and not checking orders

Very slow to serve customers i was waiting over 30 minutes to get my food when i recieved my food they would rather deal with the drive thru customers than the people in store the chicken was was very greasey and my chips were cold and not seasoned.

WASNT DELIVERED AT ALL THE DRIVER REFUSED AND DROVE OFF HE STOLE THE FOOD AS IT SAID IT WAS DELIVERED

Food was really nice but I don’t think you should do promotions saying you’re getting free food because you’ve spent over so much money when you don’t bother even sending the free promotional food very sloppy kfc and disappointing starting to get fed up with kfc carelessness towards their customers

Unhappy the one thing I was most looking forward too they missed out of my order. I would have liked them to return with them but that isn’t an option on this site

said delivered paid £5 for delivery aswell didn't show up now have to wait 7 days for it to sort, couriers are the worst 3 times now

I'm posting this the night after we had this kfc, as we all had upset stomachs after, won't lie it was nice and we only had a box meal each four of us, yesterday tea time 01/10/24. My four year old lad has been sick all day today, luckily he's drinking juice and perking up but this is a straight 15 hours of vomiting, lots this morning then gradually getting less (food poisoning) I had to post this as it was chicken he'd thrown up early ours this morning, it's now 7:46 pm 2nd ) we rarely have kfc, then to be told by others neighbours, friends and colleagues that their children experience similar conditions. Not good, obviously we won't be having kfc unless it's life or death.

Appalling customer service. Ordered a party bucket at the drive thru, took it home to realise the chips were missing. Rang the store to tell them this and the response I got was “I’m not sure what you want me to do”.

To sum it up in three words WHAT A JOKE!

The food is always fresh and hot always ready under 5 minutes now that’s fast food, best kfc in Hull.

Ive ordered food from just eat way further away then this is to me, and it came hotter. My order came freezing cold; the chicken was rock hard, the chips were all over the bottom of the box not even in the bag, the tub of mash was barely a quater of the tub was also hard and cold, the only thing that actually came warm that looked semi fresh was the singular side chicken piece. Everything was still edible, but a cold mess.

food was ice cold, inedible and im not happy with the whole service. i want a full refund on how bad it was.

Chicken was like rubber and the batter was so pale that I'm not convinced it was cooked properly.
