The worst Burger king ever. Best thing do to is to AVOID it.

My wife and I live near Lincoln and had been to see James Martin at Connexin. We stopped at this Burger King on our way home at about 2 minutes before closing. The staff were getting ready to close but were willing to serve us. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left they could not have been more helpful. I'm sure all they wanted to do was go home but assured us that we weren't an inconvenience. We would just like to say a VERY BIG thank you to all three girls who made our night in Hull even more enjoyable. Thank you girls, you are all stars and deserve recognition. Please accept a massive pat on the back.

Walked in and had to wait at least 5 minutes to be served because they "had to do all of the drive through orders first". After taking my order, we had to wait another 15 minutes before it was ready. The fries were cold, the burger buns were so cold that they must have been refrigerated, and they gave us an incorrect burger. We decided not to complain about the wrong burger because we did not have the time to wait for another. While eating, the staff seemed quite agitated and had trouble clearing orders. One of the lads even said "it's not my fault if I pack an order wrong because there's like 7 orders here". Avoid this Burger King if you plan on dining in or collecting an order. They prioritise drive through above everything else.

food was cold soggy andb missing ingredients so was not enjoyable in any way possible totally disappointed and at £37 + totally was a bad choice 💔

Absolutely shocking!! Avoid avoid avoid! £45 worth of food and received only half of the order. Phoned Burger King and got told to go through just eat nothing they can do!

I had to walk to meet my driver as he claimed to not be able to get to my house baring in mind he had a sat nav. awful delivery, food was less than satisfactory but I don't blame burger king for that, it went cold due to the driver

Got there after over 10 years not being at burger kind. Skye and the fam are smashing customer service here. Got here after 9pm so we were able to meet 3 generations all together having a banter and giving good vibes. We had Doritos chicken melts and nuggets and cheese melts and enjoyed every bit. Plus got a whopper for signing in to app first time. Despite the fact we had to let 4 trains get through before we made it home food was still warm and delicious!

my order said its delivered but its not, I don't have my food and its not letting me get my money back. its obviously been delivered to the wrong place and I have no idea how to get my money back and there's no contact number

0 stars has I have not received my order the driver rang me to tell me he is at the wrong address so can not deliver to my address now how ridiculous.

Order had missing a item but when I clicked get help only the burgers were listed so I couldnt add the missing lot of fries. The rest of the order was ok

no kids meal only burger and drink no fries for child no box or game.

The burger buns was hard and dry and un toasted there was very little mayo or sauce on them if any at all on I didn’t get my dip I will not be ordering again not worth the money I paid

What a dodgy place to go. Staff just ignore you. Guessing they didn't want our business. Don't even have hot drinks in the middle of winty Luckily MacDonalds is nearby

Don’t bother, the food arrived cold because they kept putting delivery time back and I only got 4 and not 6 chilli cheese bites

The store manager favours customers, lets some use deals more than once, but is stricter on others. Horrible attitude and really lets the store down, says a lot when your staff are apologetic for your behaviour. Go to a different store

cold i spent 39 on this and it was all cold

The map the courier was using is out of date, showing he could get to my house through the gated off garage access. Due to this the delivery was late, and the food cold.

delivery great, food not so good. dry burger, very few chips for price. only good thing was the onion rings.

Was waiting for 2 hours and Did not deliver the food.

Visited today not been for a while. Very quiet which was nice. Ordered off the APP for the first time which was so easy to use. Food was more or less ready when we walked in. The staff where very good and friendly. Thank you and merry Christmas

Unfortunately it was all stone cold, even had the delivery guy waiting for ages at the shop. Never again at nearly £17 for just a deal, burger, chips & drink, i know i have to delivery fee but for freezing food, no thanks. Why did the Burger King in town stop taking orders?

delivery was great unfortunately the food was cold I believe it was made well in advance of the courier so no blame with him he was polite and courteous

Wrong food delivered (no drinks) Altho on time it was stone cold. Apparently according to just eat, thats ok then. Wont be ordering again. Worst takeaway we have ever had.

One chesburger and 2 portion of fries missing. The bag was open, food cold. You either refund the money or deliver the missing items. I work for the police and it's not first time when you messed with my order. I await for the confirmation asap

Los precios son extremos teniendo en cuenta lo que se obtiene mi comida estaba fría y no era agradable de comer pedí hablar con el gerente y no tenía ni idea o simplemente no parecía interesado en lo que tenía que decir. Además de todo esto, la zona de comedor era repugnante que era comida sobre las mesas y el piso parecía que no se había limpiado en un tiempo, lo que es decepcionante de ver. La última vez que estuve aquí había un pesebre encendido y ella era encantadora el extrañado algunas fichas que entiendo ya que estaban bastante ocupados en ese momento y ella se disculpó y me pasó patatas frescas ¿qué ha pasado? El personal parece que no se puede molestar y lo mismo con la dirección las cosas tienen que cambiar volver a ser como era.

One burger was missing and the double bacon burgers that were delivered were tiny. I haven’t ordered from Burger King for a while and fancied trying it. I definitely won’t be ordering ever again after this!! Terrible value for money!

Order was missing drinks. The cheesey loaded fries were just a small portion if fries with a tiny amount of cheese lightly melted on it. The steakhouse burger was ridiculous, crushed and flat. Way overpriced for what we received.

My order says it’s been delivered but my food that I ordered has not come to the address I put down at all and also how has it been delivered when they didn’t call me and I have the code for the order to tell the delivery person and that’s the only bit of money I had left and now I’m starving

Young girl serving, didn’t admit but presumably her first day. Very confused about what she was doing. Asked about products (chilli jam) and had to ask a colleague what it was.

Easily the best BK in Hull, hands down. The Stoneferry one is aiite, the St Stephens one is a cesspit, but this one? Premium, S Tier stuff. Maybe it's because it's harder for little cretin teenagers to get to it, so you're not sat there in a red mist as you tuck into your XL Bacon Cheese. Maybe this is the real reason Jamie Oliver wanted kids to stop eating fast food?

Always a pleasure to eat at this Burger King branch. The shift manager Eiris is always very welcoming and accommodating, more often than not the staff recognise us and know our order. The food is always fresh and cooked well thanks to Andrew and presented well at the counter. Great meal, great atmosphere, will be back next week for more.

Nice clean restaurant, lots of seating, Clean toilets and uncluttered clean counters. Fabulous, friendly service and good option suggestions from our server Skye, it's nice to have a smiling face serve us. Very hot day, no air conditioning so very humid, strobing light above the tills and cosmetically starting to look a little tired with peeling trims
