This has got to be the slowest KFC I've ever been to. They also lock the doors at 9pm forcing you to use the even slower drive through

The Staff were extremely professional regarding my order that I had an issue with last week, Special Mention to FAISAL and his colleague may have been his supervisor (apologies I did not get his name) they both showed GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! dealt and resolved the issue in hand, Thank you once again, from a very satisfied customer!

Food was cold because they put the cold drinks in the same bag as the hot food! Why not separate them?

Delivery times were confusing - went from 7:15 to 7:50 and ended up arriving at 7:25. Food was good but all drinks were incorrect. 3 x fantas and 1 sparkling water but got 3 x 7up and 1 still water. No major problem but annoying that none of them were right. Also only received 2 dips when we’d ordered 4.

Lovely visit for family meal. Clean, looked after store. Parking available. I think it's expensive, especially the 'large' popcorn chicken as shown in the picture. £5.99 which my grandchildren only have. So it's quite a costly visit each time.

They threw the cold drink ontop of the cooked food in the little paper bag so I got a hot greasy can and almost lukewarm and slightly mushy chips and breaded chicken. A little more thought would be nice next time please

The staff were very helpful lead by faisal he is always very patient with his customer's I travel from London to eat at this restaurant always good food which is always fresh. Keep up the good work.

The delivery time was between 15-30 minutes and kept changing till i waited for 1 hours 30 minutes which is ridiculous for kfc. Then the food was freezing cold once it arrived. Terrible service.

Oh, mate, let me tell you about this KFC joint. The food was top-notch, mate, really finger-lickin' good! But here's the kicker, it was colder than a polar bear's toenails in there! Who needs AC in the UK, right? Overall, the grub was smashing, but they definitely need to crank up the heat a bit!

My food never came have cctv footage to prove this plus I didn’t give anyone my code. Now had to waste petrol and sitting outside kfc who say they are calling you but probably not. You owe my the full refund now

Was a little cold. For anyone like me who reads reviews to see whats good from the menu. The salad was pretty good, not very big but also fairly well priced so 🤷🏻‍♀️

Here is an updated KFC times because online has the wrong times when the restaurant is opening close and and every time I order the food becomes sloppy in the burgers because the burgers are never put together right they always fall in the part when you get them

Frustrating that the time always changes a lot from original estimate, and I mean always! Not just 10 mins here and there but 20-30 minutes at least. Food wasn’t the best tonight either. Can’t fault the driver though

Did not receive order was told it was delivered at 20:25 when requested 20:45/21:00 as was not home. Tried to call the branch and no answer. Requested refund as not the first time Maylands kfc have messed up.

chips cold on arrival, 1 person bucket had 2 leg pieces, I am sure another piece could have made it a variety.

Great food, but their poor souls gave me a fistful of light mayo to presumably make up for the fact they had no buttermilk. I appreciate the gesture but it doesn't make up for the real thing that you charge 60p for, so have requested. refund for that

In the comments they ask you to leave any issues about allergies or anything else. I asked for unseasoned chips. And they came seasoned. I tried to complain that I am allergic to the herbs and I left a message but according to KFC help chat, The restaurant don’t look at the comments. They asked if I had a reaction? when I said no I always checked before hand. Their reply was… well then there was no reaction why are you complaining. And ended the chat. Good job it’s not another Costa coffee issue

Food was late and was disgusting! Food was barely warm, the box meal looked like it had been scraped off the floor and thrown in a box and the burger buns were stale. Never again from the kfc at Maylands!

Popped in for a late lunch, food was as expected but starting to becoming a little overpriced. Only one annoyance, they were advertising an Oreo Milkshake on the menu and on exterior advertising boards but they don’t actually serve it at this location when trying to order.

I wish I could have given Minus or zero star .. the quality and services they provided was not deserving any star but thats the software fault but KFC Hemel Hempstead food quality is worse and support team from Just Eat is more worse then that.. hope people might agree who went through bad experience like mine but I am not a happy customer .. only the person who delivered the food i will appreciate that he delivered on time but food quality was poor and support team from Just Eat was worse.

As usual they got the order wrong, they always miss something, even in the drive through. the only way to use this place is to go in and make sure everything is included.

Mostly used as a drive thru, it serves it's purpose. My 3* review mostly stems from the fact that if you are delivering from here they always forget something, like I can count more times the order is wrong or incomplete, and one time we got someone else's order entirely. But if you go to the restaurant they seem to be more on the ball. I understand it can be busy, but the saying "speed not haste" is applicable here.

Hard to understand staff. Language barrier on their part, hence order wrong and cold by the time I went back to store to complain.

A great place, the drive through is a fantastic addition and I have always had fast simple service and great food.

The employees are not helpful, they do not wear gloves or masks, they do not wear hair ties, and the food is not good. The branch needs improvement

I ordered 20 wings as well as x2 salad. The wings arrived dry and cold. There was no salad, but instead they sent two mash potatoes, 1 baked beans, x2 gravy (I dislike gravy), and I received no apology. Finally, when my food was delivered, although I gave a £3 tip at the point of ordering, my food was put down on the ground outside my door as soon as they rang the bell. Unlike other companies who ask for a code, Just Eat does not require this.

The best KFC branch in the area. Food always tastes fresh and the service is good. Kids meal comes with Ice Cream as an option in-store which is great compared to other KFC branches which seem to only offer pineapple.

The delivery driver said that my order has been delivered but my order has definitely not been delivered.

Firstly please put someone on the microphone that speaks understandable English. Then please greet the customer in a friendly way at the window. Don't pack the food so all the fries fall out of their packets, don't put the chicken in the bucket until the fat is drained or the bottom of the bucket goes soggy and falls out. Remember to give the customer the salt packets, the finger wipes and the spoons for the baked beans. And oh by the way how come your baked beans have a June 2009 date on them?
