KFC Hatfield - Comet Way in Welwyn Hatfield

Very quiet when we visited, so service was quick. Food was ok, hot, and very good value. Sadly, though, the chips were very salty. This branch always has friendly staff.

Uber eats drivers are waiting too long you guys put us through the drive through lane customers and took so long to collect and deliver fresh food to customers and its affecting uber drivers time as well as rating. Very un professional way to deliver food

I'M NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE,WE JUST HAD SOME FOOD ORDERED FROM THIS PLACE AND IN ABOUTH 30 MIN MY SON THROW UP 2 TIMES,HE'S JUST 11 YEARS OLD AND HE STARTED TO CRY DUE TO PAIN,THIS IS ALSO A SHOUT OUT TO EVERYONE, NOT TO ORDER ANYMORE FROM THESE GUYS!!!

Ive ordered food from uber eats and on live location I am seeing my rider is waiting for more than 40 mins to receive the food while the staff working inside is highly unprofessional eating rooming around treating delivery riders non seriously. Kindly kfc management teach your staff some professional manners please. Would be highly appreciated

Do not order here from just eat after hours, been waiting for and hour, called no answer.

Only food that is eatable is 20 hot wings bucket. Unluckily the price is rising from £4.99 two years ago to £7.99 this year.

The best fast food in town and great customer service . I love the spices on their fries too.

Got a parking ticket after a long wait for my food.

Order from KFC Hatfield..order took over a hour to deliver even though I live 10 mins away, food was not labelled and no receipt drinks were missing and the supercharger wrap was broken mushy and inedible called to complain and was told by an rude Indian woman that it’s not their fault but the delivery drivers?? No label on my order bag open drinks missing and can of food how is this the delivery drivers fault when I can track them on the app and it was 7 mins from pick up to delivery!! The manager and staff should be ashamed at the poor level of service and care for the customer DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT THEY DONT CARE

Always check the order before leaving the drive through. Often items are missing

Ordered food and it didn’t arrive!

Placed an order for a sundae at the kiosk and I literally waited for more than 20 mins for my order even though it was not busy.

Had a Order delivered with half the chicken missing and also half the soggy batter not even on the chicken and when I went to KFC to confront them about this, they said this was acceptable. Never order from this KFC. The Manager did not accept blame and kept blames the delivery service when it's KFC who prepared the food. What a joke!!!! Absolutely disgusting attitude from this KFC

the delivery time was quite good but the burger had way too much sauce on it. it came warm witch i’m happy about and they gave me an extra chicken strip 😄

Today I made the same order like yesterday and I liked the salad is fresh and good taste. Today I receive a salad incomplet they almost put nothing. I really disappoint with quality and quantity this time

Would have been great if cold drinks were not put in hot food bag. Resulted in food packages being soaked in condensation and drinks being warm. Other than that all good thanks

Food was delivered late, time of arrival kept going up and up. Tracked driver to food deliveries at 2 other locations before getting to us. Food was cold, half inedible and the boneless banquet looked lijed the box had been tipped upside down. It also had half of two other parts of the order shoved inside. Totally unsatisfactory and would like a refund considering it cost over £40.

Disgusting! Waited 2 and half hours whilst app said “preparing”.. to have nothing delivered! The restaurant didn’t rejected order or keep it updated even though they closed an hour ago! Now it’s saying delivered when I got no food. Ridiculous

Seventeen pounds and forty five pence of food was missing, and the refund request was refused for no good reason.

Standard KFC fare. No better or worse than many others,which is a good thing I suppose as it demonstrates consistency. Nice 1920s building.

The food arrived on time but cold the chicken in the zinger burger was very small piece lucky I have an air fryer to warm the food up. This is not really acceptable as it’s only five minutes down the road next time I might choose a different vendor for my food.

It's KFC and it's the usual. Given pathetic tiny little pieces of chicken despite forming out over £50 for a group of us. Staff are rude and bossy. Asked for mayonnaise and was given 2 sachets for 6 people, when asked for enough for 6 people I was given a rude look, a tut and sachets thrown on my tray.

Disgusting! Spent £45 and only enjoyed the corn on the cob! Very salty and we left most of it.

Food was good, warm and tasty, not greasy. Service was slow. Hardly anyone in the place put still had to wait 15 minutes for chicken that I could see was I the cabinet. They give priority to delivroo drivers over shop customers.

Food cold on delivery! 9 out 10pieces of chicken were drumsticks. I ordered 10 piece family bucket expecting a variety of chicken pieces yet 9 out of 10 pieces were drumsticks. If I wanted just drum sticks I would have just ordered pieces of drumsticks. This is very poor aand demonstrates lack of care for customer satisfaction as this does not represent good value for money! £36 spent on 9 pieces of drum sticks is ridiculous!

At check out told 20 minute delivery time - took 1h 20 mins. Food stone cold, boxes crushed and some food had emptied into the carrying container

If you use the drive thru to get multiple pieces of chicken, they'll give you the cheap pieces knowing you won't look until you've got home. 5 x drum sticks and 1 x thigh. Not a breast piece in sight! Stop playing these money saving games at the expense of customers; you're giving KFC a bad name.

Unfortunately, none of the drinks arrived with this order.

It’s not the late delivery it’s the lack of supervision when staff put the order in the bags. I ordered 3 chicken fillets fries & Pepsi max. I only got 2 fillets and no Pepsi max. I paid for those items and I couldn’t get through to the shop. I tried 3 times but no one answered. This is not the first time this has happened. We are not ordering from KFC Hatfield ever again.
