we ordered the food but we didn’t get the main item, only some ketchups this is horrible yr delivery team didn’t place our food we lost our miney around £25 who will take the responsibility

Service was good the food wasn't the best but it was fine I think gegagedigedagedago likes but doesn't approve

We visited here with a group of 16 people. The staff were very accommodating and we highly appreciate that. However the manager or shift leader gseemed to get very annoyed at their staff for helping us out amd showing excellent customer service. Going so far as to get annoyed st the crew member in front of customers.

Worst of the worst. Put of filth. No ice cream so we bought a krushems. Just chocolate floating in water. Also no sweetener for the coffee. The staff were also playing music with swearing far too loud.

Chicken piece had blood inside looked pretty much raw I took it up to the counter for some to replace it was met with unprofessional, rude staff who shook their heads and gave attitude will never go here again.

Not bad. I cleaned the tables we sat at myself. As they weren't clean. But we came for food and we all enjoyed it. Also sorting the toilet out would be great I'm disabled and need to use medical equipment to go to the toilet. Obviously couldn't be done here so I struggled. 🤷

This was the worst KFC I have ever had, the chicken looked like it had been cooked at 10AM and left all day it’s was all very dry and the mini fillet burger was also terrible the best thing about the whole meal was the drink! This is the first review I have ever left anywhere and I only posted this because it was horrific

Had fillet meal here on my last day in yarmouth and was great 👍 staff friendly too

The restaurant is clean but not cared for missmatched chairs and staff management not present with no hair nets in sight since I work for a kfc these are things I am bound to notice

Molly was the best server lovely service unfortunately didn’t sell a Big Mac but didn’t need one.

Very generous amount of popcorn chicken, both chips and chicken were hot. Impressed with the service.

Went today at 1110 and their sign said open from 1100 till 2200. Waited till 1120 then someone appeared and we asked how long before they open and was told midday. When questioned about their sign we got told it was wrong and basically he just shrugged his shoulders and just walked away

Good location being on the front next to the amusement arcades. Plenty of seating but is rather odd. Not your typical KFC seating area. Feels separate to the KFC itself.

Good restaurant Fast Food in town ...just conditions not so good!

Food was great but the toilet facilities were some of the worst I have seen

Only dined here because it was conveniet at the time, never again the whole place needs a good clean. Food on the floors which felt slippy. Dirty tables my friends son couldn't get out of the toilet and the staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. Ok and it stunk of drains.

I ordered a hot wing snack box. Opened up the wings to check them and they were pink inside. My friend took it back to the till and they said it’s only the marinade, but when I checked all of them they were all pink inside. Almost ate them. Was not happy. I DO NOT recommend eating from there.

The food was nice, not much cleaning was being done. The bins were full and food under the table. No one was cleaning the tables.

KFC is my favourite fast food brand. Why? Because the chicken has the best coating ever at such a decent price. Always when passing or dinning the place is packed with hungy customs that soon turn into stuffed content customs. Quick service and lots seating as it's combined with the other 2 restaurants. The toilet is not great but the food makes up for it.

I can't say the best TAKEOWAY in Great Yarmouth. Stuf not frendly also chicken very low grade.

The condition of the toilets were a shocking state ..had to kick the door open as did not want to touch the door...poo up the toilets and wee on the floors Food was good

Food here is good and staff are friendly BUT the shop itself could do with a deep clean, floors tables/chairs and walls need a good clean down

Absolutely disgustingly filthy toilet. The floors were filthy wet and slippy. When speaking to the young female who works there to let her know about the state of the toilet she didn't care and had no interest in sorting it out. I suggested she went to look in which she did then walked back out and left it. There was a wet floor sign just flat on the floor that numerous members of staff just walked over. To think you share your premises with subways and neither one of you can keep the toilets and floors clean is absolutely shocking. There was a blob of brown stuff on the floor near the toilet which I wouldn't like to say how long it may have been there and trodden over or even guess what it could be.

Don't go when it's cold as it was freezing in here no heating at all

Staff are friendly, service can be quite slow and they have changed their chips, which are no where near as nice as the old ones

Alright breast is scarce on two on a tray ever cooked so your chances are slim

Excellent. During our visit my sister spilled a whole Pepsi everywhere and the staff were very quick to clean it up without any bother. I also needed to warm my babys bottle and they were equipped with a proper bottle warmer, I was not expecting this and it was just a great gesture. Very friendly staff and clean and tidy premises.

No toilet apprantley except for the people who work there.,. Sticky table and chairs. Food warm at best . Drinks supposed to be pepsi you decide.

Was a real surprise went there came away with some fried chicken and the coating tasted like there must have been 11 herbs and spices on it !!

Where do I start, could it be with the human hair fried into the hot wing, could it be with the lack of staff or maybe having to go back to the counter 3 or 4 times or that the toilet wasn't working? I don't know but I know for certain that I will avoid this KFC like the plague.

Areas are always clean and wiped down after use. Toilets need cleaning big time though.

I've been send to a toilet next door and the next door was a pub....wich was closed...I was searching like an idiot a toilet that was not there. Then I wanted to tell to the guy from KFC staff and he started to complain about his wedge and simply quit the conversation....Very bad experience....

Kfc chicken I really like it.....

I always expect great things from kfc. If a fan you can go online and join the colnels club for some great offers.

Very poor prep in food. Asked for a bbq wrap. All i got was chicken in a wrap which was made with very little care. There are people wanting to work and you employ people who dont care

Congested, a bit of organisational and coordination skills lacking.. a long wait for your food from what is supposed to be a fast food joint..

Member of staff dropped a pair of tongs on the floor, replaced them on the counter as staff were laughing at the noise it made. Tongs were used again for a customers meal, instead of being replaced and washed up. I questioned the team member and the person denied it despite being on cctv and in front of 10-15 customers. Never eating here again

The chicken excellent the chips not bad and the gravy the best. Quick service too. With a seating area inside an arcade what more would you ask for on holiday.
