It was ok food wasn't all that the chicken strips where not good they tasted horrible looked horrible and there was something wrong with it it was like rubber

Slow service, wrong order, food not consistent with other branches

Just been into KFC Felling and customer service is appalling, my food was put on the counter and the service staff walked away, I said thank you as I always to do any staff, nothing, she didn't even acknowledge me.

Great, cheerful, young service, it was a pleasure to eat here.

Rubbish customer service. Ordered 10 peace bucket and had 5 wings and only drum in it! Tried to explain to the Connor who was apparently the responsible to the branch but tried to make excuses that only the availability we have and we can not do anything about it! We used this branch regularly but really disappointed this time and not going to use anymore.

Polite staff, always canny fast getting through, good all round.

Terrible staff. HAD to wait 10 minutes just to get served, and I was the only one in the queue! Must have looked at me 2/3 times, then stayed to clean up 😆 spend you're money elsewhere

The world's worst KFC After a long day and 416 miles of driving I decided to order some chicken to collect from the drive thru at Felling By Pass in Gateshead. This has to be the worst restaurant I've ever ordered food from. They never fail to disappoint. Tonight after paying, I was told at the collection window that my food would be 20 minutes, and asked to park up and someone would bring me my food. 30 minutes later and there was still no sign of my order so I went into the store to see what the hold up was...... Turns out my order had been sitting at the drive thru window forgotten about for 10 minutes. When I got home the food was stone cold. I really don't know why I keep going back here for yet more sub standard food! 🤷🧐

Nothing fast about this chain, dripping in grease. Manager Andy not helpful at all. Awful experience, needs shut down or seriously improved on so many levels.

We received our order and we didn’t get the correct burger the drinks were half empty. They didn’t have half the stuff on the menu and staff were just dancing about and making mistakes on our order that we also received cold

Waited at drive thru window, nobody came so drove to next window to be greeted horribly by a member of staff, stating I didn’t wait long enough and refused to serve me unless I went around again , disgusting customer service will not be returning

ordered a party bucket and extra gravy came to fifty quid it was totally disgusting the chicken was dry and the coating was was rock hard and dark brown it looked and tasted as if it was cooked yesterday it went in the bin a few still in the box, phoned up to make a complaint and the girl said i had to phone just eat i said why they just delivered it not cooked it, i am fuming i should have got the bus to the metro centre to get a popeyes would have cost less as well. i have gave 1 star but it wouldn't let me give zero disgusting

I have just been through drive through. I asked specifically whether the extra popcorn chicken i ordered was in there and i was assured that it was. Got back to Hebburn and shock there was only one in there (the one part of the boneless banquet meal). Robbed of £4 and family sharing less food than planned.

11.45 parked up, doors closed staff eating. Few minutes staff finally say closed. Rude .change tines on site .

Burger ready extremely quickly but messy with sauce running out. The aircon was blowing cold on a cold day making our dining experience uncomfortable. The toilets also had no toilet paper.

Management needs to get there staff in order. Not hard to follow a receipt. I order £35 of food to be delivered. I expect to have it all!! missed our side orders, so we Got given ONE choice to have it on our next order. If our food come stone cold and dry.. do yous really think I'd want to spend more money to get my missing paid items? Refund should of been a choice. Absolute joke

I arrived at around 11.15am. The place had just opened yet the floors were scruffy and the place felt cold and dirty overall. This particular restaurant is more expensive than any other kfc in the area including town centre stores to my surprise. They do not accept the kfc app so I could not use any promotions I have and so ended up paying way more than I would have if I'd just went to a different restaurant. The staff member who served me had a face like a slapped backside and obviously didn't want to be there. Not the best kfc restaurant!

First awful experience with KFC in years. It was my first time ordering from this one as we recently moved nearby. Food was cold. As if ur had been made hours ago. When fresh food gets cold it's still a tiny bite warm inside. These chips were colder inside. The burger was cold too. The delivery driver was awesome but the food is awful.

today's staff are some impertinent and tired, they haven't worked all day and they are tired

Placed an order through just eat when it arrived late there was items missing, tried to phone them they hung up on me, and to top it off what we did get was cold and the buns were stale.

Got food here tonight and it was disgusting, over cooked luke warm chicken burger, soggy cold chips, cold rice and cold piece of over cooked chicken. 🤢🤢 Total waste of money as most of it went in the bin. Never again. The 1 star I gave was for the 7up

My mam ordered £40 worth of food from this branch, which was delivered to the wrong address, when we contacted the store & spoke to to manager, they said the order has been delivered , "not to us it wasn't", we asked for a refund, which they replied, that it's not possible as we are not responsible for our drivers, So if anyone is thinking of ordering from this store think very carefully,

Staff at the till was so unfriendly

Fairly quiet ... a number of Just eat deliveries seem to take precedent over us waiting at the counter. Only one person on the counter.

Staff are rude, windows are broken half the time, management are awful + half the workers don't wash their hands

It's a KFC, what is there to say. Not the busiest store, but the food was as expected. The car park has a 60 minute maximum stay though, so it might be best not to eat slowly!

Ridiculous place, very rude staff… the online order was incorrectly completed. after returning to the branch, I was standing at the counter and the staff ignored me and pretended not to see me and did not make eye contact. There were maybe 3 people in the restaurant so it wasn't busy. when I reminded myself and asked for help, the manager took my order and went to the back to make a new order. when she came back she contemptuously threw the food at me and didn't even say thank you/sorry. when I tried to say something else, she pretended not to hear me and went to the back. !!!!!!!there was a lot of google reviews for 1 and 2 stars so kfc felling decided to remove the profile from google and after a week set up again a new one to reset the negative comments!!!!! very dishonest move!!!!!!!

Yummy and delicious 😋🤤 had many places to park staff when kind and even though the KFC was on a A1 the atmosphere was perfect yummy definitely coming here again soon.

Waited 25min for meals and staff don't seem interested. Kfc need to sort the problem of delivery drivers just walking straight to front of queue. Trying to order food is complete joke.

Not usually one for reviews but after my visit I was absolutely disgusted. Staff too busy talking to each other than serving , witnessed one family leave. Food and rubbish left all over the empty tables , I had to physically move the rubbish and wipe the tables myself as it was filthy. Spent £30 as a family and near enough everything we ordered on the machines they didn’t have to hen they called our number out. Near enough half the windows have been put through , not a nice place and will not be back .

Dry chicken and 6 staff standing behind the till at one point and no one bothered to clean the tables or move rubbish off the floor , I had to clean our table before we could eat very poor service tonight

Went to the drive-through and waited at the window for 10 minutes without any response or acknowledgement. Drove round the front and was totally ignored. I was the only car waiting, and it wasn't that busy inside. Gave my money to McDonald's instead.

I feel like this was an out of body experience 🤣🤩 everything looked like it does on the adverts the whole order was correct & it was bloody amazing 🤩🤩 (drive thru) so no idea about anything else but the only downside is how tricky it is to get to and out of ... We had to go round in circles because it was on the opposite side of where we were headed to 🤦🏽‍♀️ ... Can't be helped that like but gotta say hands down best KFC experience I've had since the 90's!! 😊

Quiet and peaceful. A classic KFC nothing out of the ordinary but everything was solemn when I went inside, certainly a first for a KFC.

As with most fast food places. The influx if delivery drivers is slowing down service for customers. 20 min wait and tje food wasn't thst good really.

Utter garbage, waited ages while just eat took all the orders. Then to top it off they mucked the order up when I got home and checked.

Ordered online, order never went through. Ordered at ordering station payment machine broke. Ordered at other station and eventually order went through, £6 more than online. Got home eventually, fries missing. Phoned so they could send them out, they refused saying they couldn't, I had to go back and get them. I said I would not their error. Will be sending email to HQ to have my money back for the fries. Annoys me when firms expect you to run after them to rectify their mistake. Also disability door opening button totally broke. Will not be going back.

Waited 3 hours and still couldn't get it to me. Seriously need some new managers in there as you can see the mess and the disorganisation of the place. Area manager needs to get a grip and fast as its been like this for a while now

Would give this no stars if that was an option. Ordered a few times from this restaurant via Uber Eats. However, last time, order was incorrect, and this time, the order was delayed multiple times. 3 drivers had been to the restaurant, and ended up having to leave because KFC Felling took too long to prepare the order. The order was placed at 4:30pm, and we still had no food by 6:30pm. Our delivery time increased a various amount of times, until 6:55pm. When this estimated time was given, we also received a message from Uber Eats to say the order had been cancelled, something which we didn't do. In conclusion, we waited over two hours for our food order to be cancelled. I cannot put into words how awful the customer service is here. We will not be ordering from here again until KFC Felling sort themselves out!

Food was nice and hot and tasted fresh the wait was not too long and the area was nice and clean

Just had food at the felling branch it was not busy there was about 4/5 staff all talking to each other the place was a total disgrace food all over the floor the floor was sticky and tables all dirty and sticky (at least one of the staff could of got a sweeping brush and cleaner and cloth but they were all to interested in talking between themselves customer service shocking!!!)we got our food which was just ok the chicken was very well done the beans were burnt.won’t be returning in a hurry!!!!

We placed an order via Just Eat thinking it would be an easier option as this KFC is about 5 minutes away from home. Recovering from surgery I thought make things a little easier, how wrong was I. The meal cost just under £20 it arrived as estimated by Just Eat, however it was lukewarm and when opened both buckets contained burnt chicken pieces rather than golden brown as described and the two portions of regular fries wouldn't fill a single regular portion provided by other competitors. This place lets the KFC brand down as this is not the first time we've had a poor meal. Following this experience I'd rather drive to collect from any other KFC rather than this one. Certainly food for thought ??

Freezing cold meal. Rang to ask for another delivery. Girl over phone was very rude and refused to deliver another meal, even when I told her I had a disability.

Wouldn't even give it a 1 staff in this place or shocking waited half an hour for drinks to then when I confronted the girl serving a man who walked in 10 mins after I was waiting for my order she said we do check out order before self service which I think is bonkers she had no clue what she was doing shouted at me when I confronted her then went around corner and laughed about me to her little friends bare in mind I'm 21 weeks pregnant and got treat like this abs shocking service

The kids running the place on a Saturday afternoon need to clean the place. They could also do with running the table service system if they are going to offer it . Food was fine.

Absolutely diabolical,12 piece boneless banquet meal …. No chips apart from the two extra I paid for,no popcorn chicken 8 not twelve boneless pieces no gravy and bad service

Quite often orders are both late and wrong. The gravy is very sludgey and the chips are uncooked and lumpy. Chicken is sometimes juicy but quite often very greasy. The workers are out of their depth even on the quietest of days and they seem clueless on how to do their job. The mini fillets are the only chicken option I would recommend as all other options are greasy and full of bones. There is a large seating area which is mostly clean aswell as many parking spots. Overall a 1/5 star performance however the lack of other fast food options near means i will probably return for another lousy meal. Not impressed.

They've never gotten my order correct here ever. Currently waiting 40 minutes for probably the wrong food yet again. With the lack of time for my lunch along with the lack of areas to choose from, i will most likely be returning for another naff meal again !!

Got there at 11:30... said they aren't opening till 12. Go to go back in at 12 for them to say "we won't be opening for another 10 minutes at least, due to having to order food from another store" absolute joke

Stuff is being nice to all customers but never to delivery driver so always rudely …we as drivers speak to each other’s… I wouldn’t come back to this place …enjoy Gabriella and eat all delivery to become like a balloon

Always miss stuff off your order and it's even more of a nightmare when they do it when it's a online delivery because I end up out of pocket missing food it's a joke because then no one ever answers the phone there try for ya self try and ring the store

Our granddaughter and great grandson 6yrs like to come here as a change from Mc Donald's. They normally get a share bucket and the little one likes the popcorn chicken. Staff are helpful and efficient

My mam ordered food at 6 tonight its almost half 7 no sign of food and adter ringing them up to see if they could locate the driver they were very rude and just said it would be there soon and hung up could hear a man in the background saying "its not on the screen anymore so what do you want me to do". Highly doubt we will order from here again now as orders are always wrong or late.
