I could give this 0 stars if there was an option absolutely disgraceful ordering near 70 quid worth of food for half of the order to be missing and you can't get through to kfc on the phone

Chicken wings were not cooked pink and raw un eatable never ordering out this place again awful 😢

Ordered in the KFC app. The order was wrong and the food was ridiculously bad, freezing cold, stale burger bun and soggy old fries. It was inedible

Was being stared at the whole time I was eating my food and was getting dirty looks because my choose of clothing and told to move into a seat where they could watch us and they also would not stop staring when I was eating, I started by feel uncomfortable by Moht I think his name was and they skipped when I was ordering and I was there for 25 mins waiting to order.

Staff were very friendly and one crew member was very good at advising which options and meals were the cheapest. The restaurant was clean and tidy and staff were managing well given it was very busy. Food was warm and fresh.

Is not freshly fried, been in the warmer too long. Disgusted

Always go to this for lunch or dinner with family for dine in or take away. Highly recommended for kids.

Came to kfc to be told they don’t have boneless chicken , basically half menu is missing. Place smells bad , no receipt is given floor sticky service take ages…

Rude counter staff especially one of their team leaders, told me to hurry up with my order, had no manners, the chicken was very dry and the chips were cold, Never would recommend this KFC, also gave me an opened dip that was half empty, And they also gave me a small popcorn chicken instead of a regular. Wouldnt be going there ever again!

Placed a £27 order through just eat delivery driver brought wrong order said he would return with correct order.. he didn't bother.. couldn't contact anyone in the shop as there phone was down.. just eat won't refund.. absolute disgrace.. down £27 in a cost of living crisis.

I ordered from here a few days ago. When I received the order, I noticed that the zinger burger that I had began to eat was raw. A boneless banquet was also ordered and after my niece ate a piece of boneless chicken I later found a fairly large bone within her piece of chicken. I contacted the company and nothing was done nor was my money returned to me. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again after experiencing food poisoning for 2 days after eating the burger!

Food and service were okay, the store is small and looks out onto a busy road. Albeit a road with many other business and other amenities, the ambiance within the store wasn't great.

Over the course of the past year I have visited this store 3 times. Each of those times I have ended up with food I didn't want due to the clear language barrier. Pure joke. Won't be getting a 4th chance n more fool me for hoping for the best. Waste of money time and temper.

Best kfc around never a problem with anything

Have gone a few times, food is okay, not great but what can you expect its fast food lol. Have got my order wrong but always are quick to fix it. Nice and clean out front. Some staff are lovely but some are horrible. That Janet woman is very nasty, sour bake on her and no manners. Always giving off to staff, can tell everyone's petrified of her. Very unpleasant woman, must be a nightmare to work with.

I would say it's the best KFC about belfast.

Finger lickin tasty chicken. KFC is an institution. Apparently changing the name from "Kentuky Fried Chicken", in response to tye state of Kentuky claiming a trademark on the name "Kentuky". What a crock of sh*t.

This place needs knocked down. The staff member who served me was ok, although there was no pop corn chicken left which my son would only eat, there was no apology for the inconvenience. The food was substandard, the chips were worse than micro chips, slimy and disgusting. The 3 piece chicken was a joke, the drumstick was bigger and had more meat than the so called breast. The thigh meat was woeful. The taste because of the original flavour was just ok. I will not be back, how KFC has fallen from grace,. Years ago when my Da took us for a treat, it was exactly that. Now it's just disgusting fast food. The lady who prepared the food wouldn't even look at you, I'd imagine she was embarrassed serving this rubbish at a price too. Finished, never again.

Stopped off to collect an easy Sunday dinner. Ordered a 12 peice boneless banquet to feed 4 people at home, got home, found that I had only been given a 8 peice. Took everything back and explained what had happened, the staff where very well trained in customer service, they made up a whole new & correct order within a minute. Food tasted great as you expect from KFC. I would definitely purchase again from this particular site.

The chicken here always tastes crispier than other kfcs in Belfast. Can't complain really. Wish it was easier to park outside, but that's pretty much out of anyone's control. Always comes very quickly when you order off just eat.

Soo ordered off just eat last night spent £25 and said it was delivered but never arrived couldnt get any one too answer the phone and still not answering which is weird in this day and age i see its a commin thing from the reviews that ppl dont get there food WHAT THE HELL KFC LIKE !!! Staff ignored me for 5 mins wouldn't even say be with you in a minute. Attitude was total indifference. Food terrible I 've read some of the other reviews here and they are terrible. Sort it out KFC

Good place to work, i worked for 2weeks and staff were much friendly, receiving, and helpful. The manager, he was friendly and cool person.

Ordered food from KFC 46 pounds worth ,half the food turned up ,and I’ve been trying for 48 hours to contact them to see what happened to the other half of food ,or get a refund and nobody’s picking up the phone . 10 piece bucket and a chicken burger, it's not rocket science. No chicken burger when we got home. Had to put the rest of the food in the oven to keep warm to go back and retrieve the burger for daughter. Just rubbish, yet again. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

Had horrible experiences more than once with delivery. Burgers always come raw/undercooked. Always too expensive for what? Raw food? Possible food poisoning? What a joke. Don't get from here literally anywhere else would be better

Staff not very friendly and after handling cash held both ends of my kids straw before putting it in krushem. Not great at any time let alone covid times. When I mentioned it I got an eye roll. To top it off the food was not warm at all..

Food was piping hot but one of my chicken pieces was burnt. Skin was black and hard. I had to swap my other piece of chicken with one of my husband's as his chicken pieces were very small ( chicken wing). There was no variety in his bag.

Seems to be a regular thing with this branch ..I ordered few weeks ago and part of the order missing I rang the online number but didnt get through. Next time I ordered on just eat I left a note stating what was missing in my last order and asking for it to be replaced. Did not happen.Ordered tonight on just eat and somethings missing again...rang and got through and was asked to come down and pick up what was missing...I can't drive due to a disability which is why I get it delivered. This was the only offer so I have decided to cut my losses and just not order again..agree with previous review any other take away place wouldn't get away with it

Out of all the KFC places around Belfast, this one in my opinion is the best. Always fresh and free from grease. It's just a bit irritating standing around in side while there's always at least 6 or 7 delivery drivers crowded round the desk. But the food makes up for it lol

Half of what I ordered didn't even come, and by the looks of it this has happened to alot of people with nothing done about it, if this was a local Chinese or pizza place they wouldn't be able to get away with it, but big corperation KFC can Rob people and nothing is absolutely done about it, disgusting, I truly hope people read this and boycott KFC in future I know I will.

Repeatedly failed to fulfil the order; on numerous occasions I've returned home for gravy to be missing etc (infuriating!) I phoned to complain but it happened again to the point I physically check each item before leaving. Staff need more training and better communication skills.

Order did not arrive & I have paid for it via PayPal. I have raised a dispute to be refunded via PayPal. Appalling service!!

Bought the mega deal and a snack box today and it was absolutely perfect, it’s hit and miss with this kfc so I think it is down to the staff that are on , today’s staff Saturday November 7th 2020 got it spot on 10/10.

When I order a bucket of boneles chicken it was still clucking and I opened it and there was a live chicken in it but I at it anyway becuase I paid for it. I can still her it clucking.

After a bad experience at a Belfast store 2 years ago we decided to give Finaghy a go. I got a twister which was very cold and my partner got a chicken burger meal. Both meals were freezing and the chips were limp with cold. Ended up binning food. There seriously needs to attention given to amount of food made at any given time so that food isn't allowed to be sitting too long. KFC has got to be the worst fast food chain ever.

Krushem machine brokrn in 3 outlets for over 4 months.

Not great, they've gotten stingey with the fries lately. Sometimes the food is good but it can be hit and miss and has been pretty poor quality more often than not recently.

Called in for lunch on Monday the 8th April 19 service was good the food came out quick enough although we were not in a hurry that day doing a lot off refurbishment at present so saws going quite often but these things have to be done look forward to seeing it when it is all finished

The fried chicken there is so good

Every time I order from here they always seem to leave a lot of the order out. When you ring them they tell you they can't do anything about it, some times they say call back down. Disgraceful especially the amount spent on the order.

A decent KFC. Staff are friendly and food is generally fairly fresh and well prepared. I would say that they tend to not have enough staff preparing orders when things are busy. I waited well over 10 minutes last time. I will be back though.
