Food was good, kfc can be a 50/50 depending on site pulled up to drive through, cashier left. woman and a bloke came up separately to tell us it would be a wait. fine. both come back telling us we can come in side. Yeah no way sherlock. 4 members of staff doing nothing. gave up waiting came inside, another 4 members of staff (not the same) doing nothing and 2 tables in there. Okay my guys. The Colonel is slacking. when ready same woman (Devonshire late 40's 50 rude af,) slung my food across the counter upside down. Hands down the worse customer service I can remember in at least 5 years. Honestly Hilarious. What a trollop.

No reason for the floors to be so unkept and general untidyness pity because it's in a good location.

Although this is my local KFC, I shall be travelling further now, items missing from drive through orders, disinterest staff, dirty restaurant, and every one of my 3 orders on just eat from this restaurant have been cancelled. Is there any point on operating if you can't do the basic things that you're supposed to? .

A regular at this kfc but tonight the state of the eating area was disgusting, I had to ask to have my table cleaned ,food under all the tables ,no tables being cleared and both waste bins over flowing, had to ask for serviettes as non in the dispenser, very disappointed!!

Whenever I grab a drive thru from this place parts of my order are missing. Its bad enough that prices rise all the time without getting half an order. Burger missing from one trilogy meal and popcorn chicken missing from the other!!

Not great service. Food was soso. Parking is useless. Not very clean inside

A Disturbing Experience I regret to say that my recent visit to KFC was an incredibly disappointing and concerning experience. As someone who has worked in the food industry for the past 17 years, I have a solid understanding of what proper hygiene practices should look like. What I witnessed today was far from acceptable. The lack of basic hygiene standards was appalling. The most glaring issue was the complete neglect of hand-washing protocols by the staff. This fundamental aspect of food safety seemed to be entirely overlooked. The overall cleanliness of the establishment was also subpar. The counters, tables, and floors were far from the standards one would expect from such a prominent brand. The sight of this level of negligence not only disappointed me but also made me feel physically ill. It's incredibly unprofessional for a brand as big as KFC to allow their staff to operate under such conditions. Hygiene is non-negotiable in the food industry, and it's disheartening to see a company fail in such a critical area. I hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for the management to take immediate action and ensure that proper hygiene practices are enforced and maintained.

Chicken was dry and just warm not the usual KFC standard⁹

I can't belive how well kfc has improved its now my favourite fast food restaurant. I hope they are all as good as the restaurant at matford Industrial Estate. Great value too well done thanks

Bit messy when we attended. Staff weren’t particularly happy either as there was huffing and puffing when we were being served. Food warm, not hot.

Edit. Make sure you check your change 5times now i been short changed to the amount of £12.67p. If the staff want to keep my money dont make it obvious that your robbing customers. Spoken to kfc and they basically called me a lier and hung up

The best kfc, always happy to supply 3 ribs without any drama.

Shocking delivery, half the order was missing paid for delivery on über eats… wouldn’t order again!

Food was luke warm at best, no fizzy drinks at kfc. However there were bottles of fizzy drinks available but we weren’t offered them as an alternative. They also messed up the orders giving the wrong burgers and sides in the box meals and not giving us dips that we ordered. The bins were overflowing and full. The floor was covered in food and dirty. My grandad had 3 pieces of chicken which were all legs and no variation. Overall we spent £43 for the 4 of us and it was a horrible experience.

Food was cold, order was messed up fed 3 people for £48.12, the girl serving was more interesting in looking at her phone than putting orders in, smelt like a homeless hostel!!!parking is diabolical 5 spaces out front possibly more round back. Needed to get out of there. Avoid this one.

After a 6 hour long drive heading to Cornwall, we decided to visit and have a boneless bucket 12 piece. Wow, what a mess, it seriously looked like everything just thrown in the bag and passed out through the window.. Chicken very tuff and the chips well what can I say, the worst chips I have Ever eaten. I think the best part of nearly £25.00 was the coleslaw and beans.. Very dissapointed ...

Not fast food and the burger was cold.

My partner and toddler ate here today and now they both have severe food poisoning. AVOID!!!!!

After telephoning during the day to ask about drive through closing time because I was going to the theatre I was told open until 11pm I asked if I could tell them what I wanted and just pay and pick up not necessary I was told,however upon getting there we were told sorry no chicken this is the second time this has happened to us we backed up and left fortunately McDonalds opposite was open and had everything we wanted so next theatre visit at the end of the month to save time we will go straight to McDonald's would not recommend late at night as no chicken be warned people

Soggy and greasy. Asked for no drumsticks but was ignored.

Lovely and clean KFC. Staff very polite and attentive Gave food 4 stars as they had run out of mash which is the main reason we went here. Anyhow good parking outside too

Pretty good chicken ... Far better portion size than my home Town Didcot ... One thing that doesn't change in all outlets is the rubbish chips - go back to bog standard fries ... In Didcot, I order KFC chicken, then pop in next door & buy Burger King fries

Food was so good and looked bang on spec , drive through was quick , I have gone off kfc recently because of previous visits to other sites but this time was spot on

Clean and tidy, speedy service and lovely food. Food order often has a little extra (which keeps us coming back) and is always correct, not the best for parking, but always the best for food and friendly service. We've been in here and only just finished paying for our order when our number I'd being called. Definitely the best kfc this side of Bristol!

Good food, food price, clean and tidy

Arrived to have a cat eating scraps off the floor outside as food & rubbish everywhere by the drive-in. Service was very poor & the boy that served us definitely didn't want to be there. Got home & the hot wings bucket deal we had just tasted wrong as too oily & Mrs already in the bathroom, so let's hope I'm not ill tomorrow. Never going back there again.

Bathrooms were poorly - scary state! Blocked and dirty. Staff were friendly. We enjoyed everything but the fries - they were too mushy and not crunchy. Also don't like the flavours they add on, pity as we throw all sway.

The place was dirty mess all over the floor tables not clean,food was not good had to complain about the 1st lot soggy cold and very greasy,2nd lot was the same complained and had a refund,definitely gone down hill,all the staff hanging around the till wen they could be cleaning..one very unhappy customer

Ok it's a KFC Food was hot and clean Service was polite and efficient Size of portion for a banquet box was a bit under whelming. Apart from that it was OK.

Always stop here on the way out of town. Order is always correct and the food is hot.

Walked a mile from my hotel to the KFC. Waited ages as the poor woman serving wasn’t being assisted. Asked for no leg pieces and told this was fine, walked a mile back. 3 out of the four pieces were leg.

KFC is honestly still one of the best fast food chicken joints in my opinion! Like most fast food places it can be very hit or miss. This time though the chicken and gravy were excellent!

Not bad the fries weren't very hot even though i parked in the car park to eat them so not the best experience

Awful service, order was wrong and even with repeated returns to the counter it was still wrong. Order booths didn't print receipt, kept asking for one at the counters and they said they would do it when it wasn't busy. Food was cold and staff just did not want to help.

Enjoyed my chicken fillet burger but chips had a herb taste, not to my liking won't be having them again,had drive through good service!

Today we went through the drive thru. The woman that took our order was rude and obnoxious. She interrupt as we were speaking and got mad if we asked questions regarding the meals. There were no sauces for several of the sandwiches but we were not warned of this before ordering or until we ordered them. The food was hot and tasted fine as usual. Customer services was however very poor! I would advise replacing the person on the window that took our order. The young lady that gave us our food was very courteous and kind. No name tags on window staff but there were on the staff that was dishing up the food or I would actually give the name of the woman and young lady. We also did not receive a receipt.

Very poor restaurant! Been here 3 times and never once had the right order. Ordered a triple gravy bucket recently 24 pound it costs for them to tell me they have no gravy when it comes to collecting my food. I was assured there was gravy as raised this concern before and once again i was lied to. I would highly recommend never using and going to the KFC at Digby.

One of the better kfcs I have been too. Chips always come out hot! However the toilets could do with a bit more attention, every time I have tried to use them its not been pleasant. Having to ask for the disabled key when theres a queue of people is just awkward.

It's KFC, what else is there to say. Winner winner chicken dinner. 🐔

Great food but only 2 staff, poor management for the run up to xmas No gravy, filthy floors, had to clean our own table. Feel sorry for the staff.

Went tonight. Ordered to be told be a 15minute wait...... 30mins later came out! 3 pieces instead of the 4 peices ordered....... such poor service, won't be using again! Some others waited longer than me too....

Don't ho in Christmas period! No parking, huge queue for drive thru and indoors where all tables were occupied. I personally don't like KFC chicken etc, it although my Husband had a meal- I did have a great serving of Chips. They tasted marvellous! The toilet was clean though, so that was good.

Why is this KFC so much better than the two in Exeter City centre??? Isn't the training meant to be the same across the UK ???

Joseph has been extremely helpful and caring in terms of vegan diet even went forward to check if they would do french fries in a non chicken contaminated oil as it was earlier today so might have not been used for chicken in first try but sadly it was neither the case thank you Joseph. One star only has not many vegan options Would have liked Vegan wrap and fried options.

Christmas burger was one of the nicest things I have had. So tasty, but messy!

Absolutely fuming when arriving home (30miles away) to see that half my order was missing. This is happening to often. Will not be returning.

Every time at this particular branch they always say they can't accept offers on the app or blue light discount all other branches ever been into accept but not this one then all you get is waffle from rude staff. Bout time you got your computer tills fixed as all other branches are ok

Ordered from the just eat app, said it was delivered and it wasn’t. Drove down to the restaurant told by three staff at counter the delivery guy just left which was a lie I never got my delivery. Disgusting service and lied to my face.

I usually have kfc twice a week but last night something was off. The food made me sick and gave me diarrhea.

The ladies toilets was absolutely disgusting no toilet rolls in both toilets and the toilets was blocked up and water was nearly at the top of the toilet wasn’t impressed tonight workers looks so grumpy like they don’t like there job. Sort out the toilets and get better staff who likes there job no hello or anything from them find it so rude of them next time I be saying it to the manager in person

Sadly time and time again KFC let's itself down by the cleanliness of its place. We turned up after 8 pm and there was rubbish strewn everywhere outside, bins not emptied inside nor out and food over the floor. It just gives the wrong first impression. I'm sure this could be improved....not to mention the impact on the environment. Food okay but come on KFC, please look after our planet!!

Visited on a Thursday night around 9pm. Hardly anyone in the restaurant. 15 minute wait inside for 2 regular items. Dealt with drive throughs and delivery pick ups before us. Very grumpy staff shouting at each other most of the time. Loud rock music playing from kitchen. VERY salty coating on the chicken. We had to scrape it off to be able to eat it. Not just my meal but was the same for other meal purchased. Have been to other KFC’s which were really great with no issues at all, will not bother going back to this one.

I don't particularly eat fast food but the grandchildren enjoy and they always seem to be happy when they go to KFC personally I just have a coffee and watch them eat

Typical KFC, I enjoyed it. I wasn't too keen on the gravy which was just about to come to its serving life. Few minutes away. And thus the quality was poor compared to normal. Fast service which surprised me. I ordered, went toilet, came back out and it was ready!

This KFC gives you what they want not what you want.We visited yesterday asked for breast as well as legs. We got one breast in bargain bucket all legs. The breast was nice but the legs we’re disgusting and fatty. We had to chuck in the bin won’t return

Absolutely disgusting dirty place. Tables aren't being cleared. Staff look miserable and a thoroughly disappointing choice of place to eat made by me! The rice box was good but the sauce was mainly on the lid when I opened it. Yeah, not the best.

Waited in the drive-thru queue for over half and hour just to receive cold food. Also witnessed people attempting to open locked doors when it clearly states online that the restaurant shuts at 11pm.

Getting towards the end of a busy Sunday when we arrived, floor grubby with spilt food and serviettes, food was good but not the best environment to eat in..

Had a takeaway, used the machine to place my order. Inside was very clean. Staff ok. Food was good. There were two tables outside too.

We don't go often, but every time, it is extremely slow service, swearing staff and items missing from the order. Be sure to pull up and check your order before you drive home to avoid disappointment/annoyance.

came here yesterday one of the best fast food chains bit expensive but worth it

Firstly it took 5 minutes of me standing around waiting to be serves before eventually I shouted someone over. Bare In mind whilst I'm waiting, there is some young worker just chatting about getting wasted at football matches and getting with birds at festivals, no interest in work at all. Infact his conversation went on longer than my entire wait and order. Then I'm sat waiting for 5 minutes for 4 pieces of chicken. That's it. Just 4 bits. The guy who served me eas talking to some overweight thing at the back who bare face lied to him and me saying she had already sent it through ages ago. Yet there wasn't a single customer in the shop waiting for food. Eventually she did send it through after realising her mistake without an apology I might add. Honestly the worst service I've every received at a kfc. Normally really good, quick, efficient and friendly. Yet here, they're lazy, disrespectful and extremely slow. 0.5/10.
