Burger king in Exeter

The service is always quick and friendly, and the food is consistently delicious. I'm a huge fan of the Whopper - the flame-grilled taste is unbeatable. The fries are crispy perfection too! Great job, Burger King team.

Very busy, not enough staff working. Not there fault but the place was busy because of a offer on that day. Shame parking is only free for an hour in that carpark.

Worst burger king I've ever been to. Staff are incredibly slow, no-one is ever paying attention if you're at the counter trying to ask for ketchup and the drinks machines have often run out of syrup.

Food was stone cold when he eventually got to serve us , 3 people in shop 35 mins to get cold burgers and fries. Do not recommend at all !!!!

Thought I'd pop in 'quickly' last night for the first time to grab my son a plain hamburger. Was quiet in there, about 4 people. Took over 20 minutes (literally a bap and burger). I could tell other people also had been waiting for ages, and fed up. Won't be returning in a hurry.

Typically no staff so expect extremely long waits for poor quality food. My food took nearly 3 hours to show up via delivery apon which it was extremely cold and not worth what I paid not to mention defeats the purpose of "fast" food As a vegetarian the plant based royal is almost never available which is ridiculous. The other burger is actually quite nice but when it's the only thing on the menu it's again a very sad state of affairs I would like some variation for once. I must admit I hoped the rebrand would have saved it but alas McDonald's still seems to be winning £20 for a cold burger, sad fries and an ice cold drink that was all but mild when it arrived it's impressive how such a modern looking Burger king has virtually no customers but takes hours to put a burger and fries in a bag meanwhile McDonald's is rammed and still manages in less time What a shame

Very helpful friendly staff who were so helpful to both of us elderly and confused gents.

None of the kiosks were working and they all said go to the service counter and order there, so I went to the counter I was there for about 5 minutes and nobody took my order. Multiple employees glanced at me, (I looked directly back at them), and then they looked away. I am hungry.

Ordered via just eat. Food arrived 25 mins later but completely wrong order. I sent it back with the delivery driver and phoned the Burger King Exe bridges branch, I was told by a lady that a new correct order would be sent. Still no order after 50 mins so I phoned them again multiple times for the answer phone message to say the message system was full. Finally I spoke to a member of staff who told me it’s the delivery driver’s fault As he picked the wrong order up so there was nothing they could do. I certainly won’t use them again, especially when I could sense the staff member was finding the whole situation very funny

Ordered a delivery at 16:40. Arrived at 18:05 freezing cold. Absolutely atrocious and no way to call anyone to complain- only an online form. Don't order from here.

Went in for the first time today the manager was screaming about a customer I was stood at the desk waiting for 5 minutes while she was shouting at her college about a past customer my food was made wrong I had to go back in after my chips were not loaded they were also cold then drove 15 minutes and realised they had but nothing in my burger after I ordered double bacon and cheese extremely disappointed in this location

Ordered through Uber Eats and the food itself (ignoring it being cold from delivery) was downright mid, the burger was burnt on the side, the rest was good but the charred taste in my mouth was awful

We went on New year's day, I expected it to be quiet which it was. The food seemed to be pre cooked and put in a warming drawer. The sides were really rubbery and definitely not freshly cooked.

So, I roll into Burger King after a very long day just looking for a quick bite. Enter Rich, the absolute MVP. He’s hyping up the menu, cracks a joke about the milkshake machine actually working...legend. Honestly, give this man the crown, he’s the real king here🔥

Recently visited, and was thoroughly impressed. The food was fresh and served quickly, making it a perfect stop for a quick bite plus a 3 hour free stay ticket. Great service especially from one employee Rich, went above and beyond to ensure our experience was smooth.

The most over cook chicken burger I've seen come out of there and they forgot the bacon and cheese again

Food was mediocre (bun was very dry) and service was shocking. Stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes with 4 staff working and not 1 of them even acknowledged that I was waiting. For a fast food place, waited 15 minutes for a burger and fries.

Not allowed to use the toilet 20 minutes before they closed Eventually they let me daughter use the toilet because she disclosed the fact that she has a disability.the toilet weren't even clean, I'd say filthy actually. They also refused to serve someone food 15minutes before they closed. Manager had her coat on ready to leave 10 minutes before closing. Employees did not seem happy at all, I know it was late and people were at the end of their shift but the atmosphere was awful. Food was like warm at best.

Not really my bag food-wise (tasty FF but a bit too salty) and the eating area is a bit basic. But, the guy who served me (Rich) turned the whole experience from a 3 star to a 4 star. I hope Rich is appreciated and valued as a good example of old school customer service.

Polite, if a little unenthusiastic staff, food could be hotter. Hate touch screen ordering as it never registers unless I'm nearly knocking over the pod. Zero atmosphere in the restaurant but it is not expected.

Not a very pleasant experience when i ordered the food, the assistant manager today was not very friendly nor supportive to the coworkers. It looked toxic environment to work in, what ever the truth is within but i believe a healthy work place is a must for everyone irrespective of race, cast or religion. Awful, 25 mins waiting for food, which was cold!

Why is the food here always cold? Burger King is one of the best fast foods when it's done right but here it's always so cold the cheese isn't melted. The issue is the meat is old from a warming drawer and the buns are stale. It's so easy to rectify this. Why can't they do it?

Dirty, slow, and ordered and paid for extra patties in two burgers which the didn't give us, and we didn't eat until.we got home! Easy extra money for burger king.

This is the slowest burger king I've ever visited. Zero personality in the staff, and a half hour wait for burger and fries... Weird experience. I miss pizza hut.

I ordered only to find there was a hair in the middle of my burger no hair nets or anything to keep hair out the food would not recommend this place and manager is just rude

Undercooked chips, very dry buns, 1 cup missing, very dirty eating areas, no clean tables lots of rubbish and bins overflowing, this used to be such a nice building when it was pizza hut, light, lots of room veiw out of the roundabout side, just small dingy dirty bk now wasn't impressed.

Rude inconsiderate manager. Staff didn't know how to use the order machine. Food took ages to arrive, fries were cold and burgers were barely warm. A few items were missing from the order. Ordered large for all meals but only got medium. Awful experience, won't go back again

I am a delivery person and regularly receive orders from Burger King. Unfortunately, the staff at this branch consistently show inattention and lack of urgency when preparing orders. I am often left waiting for long periods of time and the staff do not seem interested in helping me or processing orders efficiently. This lack of professionalism directly impacts my ability to deliver food to customers promptly. I hope this issue can be addressed to improve the quality of service for both customers and delivery staff. Thank you

2 cheese burgers and some halloumi fries, burgers were cold and the buns were stale or untoasted as they broke up, halloumi fries were hot......no dip!!!

I was to eat with my family and after 15 min waiting to be served one "manager or deputy manager "name Brian was angry and rood because we ask when we be serve he told us that he is busy and he can do more... On that moment a different girl blonde hair I don't remember exactly her name but I think it was Amber or something that she her our conversation with that person "Brian " and she apologise for him and she treat as 10 of 10 Many thanks Amber!!!👍👍👍

Got my order and realised they had left the fries, so happily went back and asked, easy mistake, no issues. Then they gave me the wrong flavour milkshake, this was an honest mistake too, however they took it from me, didn't communicate anymore and left me waiting for ages while they did other things, I assumed I was not getting a replacement and sat back down, a while later they shouted over that they have my milkshake, which was again the wrong flavour. I said it was wrong again, but they said the flavouring was mixed in and it was not. I then found I didn't get the extra patty in the burger so went back again. I was told that there was an issue with the kiosk. I felt really mugged off at this point and said it has been a disaster, I asked for a refund and was told they can only refund the extra patty despite multiple things wrong with the order and impossibly bad service. I hope this review costs you more than putting things right with my meal.

Bloody shocking. Had to order another round of burgers because the first bloody round was cold, shock horror the second round was cold too. Staff can be polite but still have their heads burried up their arses. Disappointed is an understatement. Cannot believe anyone wastes their money on this place willingly, first time trying for us and will never be back! Vile place to even try to eat.

It’s really ridiculous to come to burger king( near st Thomas station) . We came at 9am as it mention on the time- table chart on the door and also in google . But they saying they are open at 11am. And they haven’t gave any explanation for that. They need to valu customer time. We came all the way and they are still close. Which is very disappointed. 😓😓😓😓

Absolutely shocking delays, manager who moves orders to ready half an hour before they’re completed. You will be waiting upwards of thirty minutes for a basic burger and chips. Never ordering here again.

Food is as miserable as you would expect from this franchise. The reason I'm even bothering to leave a review is because upon collecting my order yesterday, the food I had paid for wasn't even included. I ordered a burger meal and when I got home and unpacked it there was only chips! For this to happen the staff really must be in shambles, I really shouldn't have to double check my order before leaving the store- although it cost me my dinner last night. Learn to cook people, this has put me off all takeout for the foreseeable future.

Why did I just pay £8.59 for a burger the size of my palm?

Awful! Getting fed up of the staff being rude to their customers. For no reason from what I've seen. They also mess up the orders, so bloody often! How hard, is "no ketchup. No mayo". Yet every damn time it has the sauce. Mulitple times we have gone back to get our orders correct. It's ridiculous. Change the staff.
