Great little location and very busy takeaway service. Ordering at the location results in super fast service.

Always friendly staff, order ready in time, free parking just in front of the shop .

Avoid this Domino's!! The manger couldn't care less about customer service absolutely shocking attitude! Food was horrible and cold, place was dirty and run down.

This place is appallingly run! Our pizza delivery never arrived and when we rang to ask where it was we were told “ it’s been delivered and the driver had no issues” - well I’m sure he didn’t , giving free pizza away to people that hadn’t paid for it!! They promised to call back and never did. We called them again an hour later - and then they virtually accused us of trying to steal from them!!!!

Came in and first thing was said to me is : alright ???!!! How about hello good evening, how are you? . You don't even know me , ( maybe you should put some costumer service training) the guy who served me was an Asian guy with food or crumbs still on his lips unless he had dry lips , very aragont and cocky no recommendations , or even a smile, asked for two pizza and he strait away say that's 20 pound when I mentioned it was a deal for 25.99 with 2 sides he realised he missed out on a sale and started to try to upsell to me too late , get you act together,normally I spend between 45 and 65 pound on pizza but with the staff attitude I just gone with basic .

Used to be my regular but now with the rise of inflation prices are getting more extreme but the team and delivery team have always been great

Was told delivery was 30-35 mins. I’m still here 70 mins later with no food & the branch don’t answer their phone! Gave the food 1 start as I can’t rate it yet!

Dominos delivery people are the best people.

Well I went to domino's tonight to buy my daughter a pizza for her tea to be told its card payments only so when I said we'll you should have a sign on the window outside the shop not just inside the man serving was very rude with no customer service experience said if you can't read the sign inside the shop from outside then you go to get a eye test so I am going to take this further

Won't take orders online as I want vegan cheese but regular meats, yet my regular dominoes do.... Ring up, and they refuse to deliver it because my card is registered to a different town than Exeter. What about tourists that visit? I'm away travelling and can't get a pizza delivered?!! Absolutely disgusting/out dated service. Seriously, they are an international chain with this sort of business model. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

You have to teach those who deliver food to their homes that they learn to be polite, that they learn to be a bit human because I think they are not human, they are of another race, so teach them how to be kind, friendly or with other people.

Standard Domino’s quality. But the main issue is with the staffs. Anytime you go for collection, do not expect any friendly service from them. The same issue is with the delivery staff as well. Probably a better training on customer service would fix this.

wanted delivery but was unavailable due to having no drivers. gave me the total incorrect order and refused to remake it correcly, for reference i ordered a large hawaiian pizza however received a small pizza with just bbq sauce, not even any cheese!! for this reason, i asked to speak to a manager which is not something i typically do however in this case it seemed appropriate. i was then informed by the extremely rude member of staff serving me that the manager was on holiday who then proceeded to open the pizza and throw it slice by slice at my 3 week old niece!!!! very disappointed, won’t be returning.

Dominoes app said my pizza would arrive within an hour , 2 hours had been and I was mid way through round 3 with the mrs I was laying pipe real good and I get a knock on the door , it is a huge inconvenience when I was stood by the door waiting incase I didn’t hear the knock and I get interupted midway kinky O’clock because you guys tell the time wrong , pizza tasted good though!

This is the worst dominoes I've ever seen. The boss likes to be an a hole on holiday and not give shifts to new employees that are able to work. Do not go here and give them business

We've ordered from here at least a dozen times over the past year or so. Always been great and delivered on time. Don't listen to the gaslighters giving one star reviews.

Store couldn't provide what was ordered and have kept the money since with no contact made after what is simply some of the worst customer service I've ever received in branch. Please avoid.

Worst service received from anywhere in a very long time. Complained immediately on app about attitude in store and the fact I had been overcharged, was told I would be made contact with in 5 days. After 7 I went to twitter and they recontacted the franchisee. 9 days on and still no contact. Rude and currently have effectively stolen from me. There are a lot of other pizza places in Exeter. Go there.

On two separate occasions they have taken orders, marked them as moving through the process up until quality check and then allowed to sit there until I called an hour later. Where they then informed me that the order has not even begun to be cooked and would be several more hours before arriving. Either completely inept staff to let the manager know they're having these problems or manager in need of firing because they cannot manage a pizza takeaway on a Monday night. First time they then did not process the refund that was promised until I went to the store in person several days after it was due where they again informed me the refund had never even been applied for. The fact it happened once is shocking but twice is a complete joke. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very disappointed with the delivery, ordered at 17.55, had my order confirmation email at 18.04 and our pizzas did not arrive until 19.40 and they weren't even hot. Two of our guest had to leave before the food had arrived as their 9 month old baby was over tired so we ended up with more pizzas than we needed. Spoilt our evening,cost £60 for late substandard food. Not happy

NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING OR COLD/ LATE FOOD. I had to wait 3 hours for it to be delivered. You only have to look at what they reply to you when you leave a bad review. They couldn’t care less ABOUT YOU. Food was cold and burnt and falling apart. Never issued refund or anything for it. They ignore your emails when you only asking for a refund for the terrible service and food. I had the staff on the phone say I don’t see why you can’t collect but you have already paid for it to be delivered. I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Second time with shocking service from this store (lesson learnt) Kids hungry and upset, I ordered the food at 19:03 currently writing this at 21:30 the order status has been sat at prep for over an hour alone now. It’s actually been so long the tracker has gone all together. Have tried calling numerous times for 30 mins and no answer on the phone whatsoever. I really don’t think this stores wants any business going by our last two experiences and they are making it very clear. Whoever owns this particular location, if they have not already should be checking in on what’s actually going so wrong. I work where we have short staff and know the struggles so if it’s that maybe don’t lie on the trackers when you say one time knowing that it’s far from the truth because you have no one to actually make or deliver the food! Then so many people won’t be left disappointed at very least knowing there’s no point in ordering anyway.

Absolutely poor tonight Domino's £65 order arrived stone cold pizza dried out decadence base falling apart and if I order double pineapple I expect double pineapple chicken kickers substituted without asking if it was ok next time ask your driver to wear and mask carry a toy gun at least then I can feel robbed

Have never had problems ordering from here before but tonight was confronted by the rudest delivery driver I have ever encountered! He rang me to tell me he was outside, and so I went out the front to collect, thinking he possibly couldn’t find my flat. Upon opening the door the first thing he told me was ‘for future reference I shouldn’t have to call you to tell you I’m here.” I told him it’s normally the case that drivers knock on the door, he said it was ‘policy’ that they don’t enter the building due to safety or disease (?) concerns. I said I understood but asked how was I supposed to know he was outside if he shouldn’t have to call me? His response: wait outside! I have never been instructed to wait outside for my delivery from anywhere I’ve ordered from! When I tried to question this logic he shushed me very patronisingly. He was rude, confrontational and aggressive for absolutely no reason. I believe his name was Ivor. I called the store to put in a formal complaint. The manager was understanding and agreed the not coming inside the building excuse was ridiculous and NOT company policy but said there was nothing he could do to reprimand this driver and to contact Head Office which I will be doing. The drivers attitude was absolutely disgusting. To be shushed by a grown man and talked to the way I was has ruined my night. I have no problem with coming outside to collect an order but I do not tolerate being treated like that for no reason. Because of this driver I will no longer be ordering from here which is unfortunate as I have never experienced a problem with Dominos before.

I order a pizza online an the costumer service rang me to say the issue about my order but I couldn't understand what was the issue and she hang up to my face. I called her back and saying why she is being rude and I asked her about her name and to talk to her supervisor and she said No. And hang up. Very Rude Customer Service Unprofessional.

Nice pizza we got for 5 pounds due to freshers week. We collected so pizza was hot and tasty (Edit: had stomach cramps the day after)

Banging food. Cheap offers, super hot. Just wish they provided napkins with the food when eating in.

Really poor. Pizza was cold, it took over 90 mins to deliver when on the website it said 45 mins. When I challenged the manager she said I should of called the shop to check before ordering. She was rude and worse still they didn’t deliver the drink I ordered. When I asked for a refund, as you would she said it would take 3 business days - it’s not been 6 and nothing. Due to my experience here I won’t be ordering from dominos again !

Ordered 2 x large pizzas.One was a mighty meaty,other was chicken supreme. It was cold on arrival,and there was only 2 tiny pieces of chicken on whole of the chicken supreme.Very dissapointed.

Efficient service, friendly staff on collection.

Collection order . I had to wait 30min in store , pizza wasn’t even started even if the app was saying to collect after 8-13 min.

Paid for 3 pizzas last night and collected from store. All 4 of us all ate the pizzas. 2 member's of the household were ill throughout the night following the pizza and the other 2 were under the weather in the morning. Didn't appear to be very good hygiene when I went to the store this time round. No handwashing after handling food and then touching till/counter before returning to food. A couple of lessons in basic food hygiene wouldn't go a miss. I doubt I will be returning after this experience, which is a shame as I've never had an issue here before.

So after eating my 10 slices of pizza, what I came to understand was 1 of the slices was really nice. It contained some of the double decadence sauce I ordered. It would be nice if this was spread across my other 9 slices. I see the issue can’t be that the sauce isn’t available, it seems the issue is the person putting it on. Maybe you could offer a service where the customer can come in and cook the pizza, you’ll get a better product.

Respect to your delivery driver, we are on holiday and struggled to find our accommodation ( The Hutch), he found it no problem. Cheers.

Not to this place, but to all dominos restaurants, until ya can actually make a good pizza, don't try to go with the sheep to be relevant and make fun of a game that one makes more money than y'all, and two a game that is still being worked on and has been told it will have better graphics.

Obviamente no va a ser la mejor pizza que hemos tenido, pero teniendo en cuenta las experiencias de dominó tan terribles en el pasado, esta fue realmente buena, ¡y me alegro de haberles dado otra oportunidad después de un descanso de 4 o 5 años! Pedido a través de la aplicación para la recolección, el servicio fue amable cuando llegamos, el pedido fue un poco incorrecto (cebolla extra en una pizza que generalmente no la tiene) pero terminó haciéndolo más agradable, ¿a quién le importa? . : p Coberturas generosas y bien horneadas. A medida que avanza el dominó, ¡uno bueno!

Yesterday l have ordered pizza from you about 4pm. Next day me and my girlfriend had food poisoning and we didn't eat anything else apart from your pizza. Pizza was very simple only tomato souce, cheese , mushrooms,and pizza base. So please tell me which topping was bad? I suspect maybe pizza base was not fresh or something was wrong with the cheese? Maybe fake? I don't know. Please be more careful with the food you serve to the customers thats all. Thank you.

Forgot to put ham on pizza so they stuck it on and put it partially through the oven again. Rubbish

Good Takeaway and delivery service pizzas

Just had a large pepporoni take out when we got home found out it was not only burnt but totally dried out, terrible pizza so open up the box and check before leaving.

Quick service, love the £10 for any collection pizza.

I collect my pizza as they insist on hiring drivers with no sense of direction and no map reading skills. Thus my pizza is always hot when I eat it, and the service at the shop is always very pleasant.
