Good service friendly, like it. Food is hot and delicious.

It sucks just looking at it from the outside. The level of dirt is immediately recognisable, filthy windows and floors. Closed immediately.

Food was great, first time trying kfc in the uk and honestly it’s better than back home! The only reason for giving 4 stars is that the toilet smells… but other than that the fries were bangin

The place was clean and tidy. The staff gave me a nice see off and I was well satisfied with the food. The fries needs a little taking care off, otherwise a great experience.

If your traveling from another country I'd say give it a try, they have the old school gravy from when I was kid before they had to change the recipe. Was delicious.

Where do i even start with this place, all the machines were broken so had to order at the till, waited ages to be seen and the guy didn’t understand what i wanted, The whole kitchen is visibly dirty and messy, two guys had long beards and no beard net or covering, girl had long hair and no net, she was scratching her hair and her arse, Waited ages for food but after seeing the hygiene standards of this place me and my friend just left without collecting our food, don’t recommend this place and definitely don’t think they ever clean

The wings seem to get smaller each time I order & less spicy, such a shame cos when the spicing is stronger they are wonderful

Ordered through Uber, my driver said someone else took my order so I have to get a refund. What a joke. The time I did go in to eat there, this place was filthy, floor was greasy and staff were very slow and rude. This place needs shutting down to be honest.

Preparation of food is just so long, I ordered at around 11:35 and it didn't complete until 12:00, the ticket machine was also broken that it could not print any receipts

I have experienced today something i thought i will never see in hospitality again, employee, obviously new has been wee bit slower, which is acceptable for new worker! but the way how her manager - short fat older guy with beard was treating his staff and bullying them? i saw an employee going to a toilet with a tears in eyes.

My chicken burger bun bread arrived so over- toasted and extremely dry. I was quite disapointed, as usually KFC food is prepared with great care. Also my chicken pieces were extremely salted. Not sure I'll order again from KFC.

Yummiest fried chicken burger. Tasty freshly made fries. We ordered Zinger burgers and fries. Food was served fresh and hot. Nicholson street KFC is clean and tidy. Location is excellent when visiting Edinburgh. The staff was very polite and friendly. Good place to eat when in the city👍

15/9 night time 10.21pm order 8pcs chicken but only 2pcs big chicken another chicken wing and small part chicken..request change big chicken but cashier tell me no big chicken???so I buy 8pcs more than half is small chicken only

The food was really bad. Bread was so dry and stale, chicken was very dried up couldn’t even get meat from it. Really poor food quality. The food was delivery time was quite long for the food delivered. Although the rider delivered at the stated time.

chicken was nice enough but not hot enough. chips were cold, gravy was leaking and we received pepsi max (which no-one likes) instead of the tango we ordered. We have never had an order that has had everything correct.

I love kfc Nicolson. Atmosphere there it’s always great, food absolutely delicious- fresh and tasty, service quick. Store it’s clean. There is a new Store Manager who is doing really good job. Cares about customers and his team. Plus is good location and opening times. Definitely I would recommend this KFC to everyone.

Very disappointing 😞 my worst experience of a KFC. No receipt issued with the order to confirm selections. Staff errors galore leading to parts of the order being missing. When advised of this, they eventually print an order from their till confirming the omissions, then go missing for ages probably hoping you will just go away.

The chicken was really dry. The restroom was out of order and everything was dirty, the floor was greasy and slippery. The worker went to open the restroom doors with her gloves and went back to cooking without changing her gloves. The person working here threw everything in the bag without a thought. This experience was disgusting never coming back here again

I ordered 2 fried chicken last week to take away. I waited for like 3-5 minutes and then the staff came and said that they are going to give fresh fried chicken and will have to wait for 5 more minutes. The food came after another 10 minutes. When I reached home, the chicken was not cooked properly, it was half cooked. I could literally peel off the chicken skin which was raw under the half cooked batter. The outer layer was not at all crispy and it became like a paste due to improper cooking. This is so disappointing. Very poor quality and service.

It's KFC. It sells fried chicken. The chicken is good, especially if you've had a few beers that need soaking up!

Me and my friends went to KFC. I got my food same with my other friend but one never. An hour went by and my friend still never got the food so when we complained the police got called on us and we gor forced out the shop. Shortly after my friend went in and ask nicely for his food and never got it.

Don't know where to even begin. The fries were cold and soggy. The chicken was not even crispy. Mashed potatoes felt like they were made of a powder mix. Cole slaw was sub par. Best part of the meal was the 7-Up bottle. All of the tables were covered in food remains and crumbs. Floors had used napkins thrown everywhere. No one cared to clean up the mess left in the lobby. Food was served pretty quickly.

It's a place where no one cares, including the employees who are in plain sight about the filth you'll ever see in your life. Do not go !

Disgusting place. Not only do they mess your order up or barely give you any food, but the place is filthy. Tables were not cleared the entire time we were there and there were barely any staff. Don’t go! Update: they are also never open on time, says it opens at 11am, yet still not open at 11:15

The food was, well, neither crispy nor warm nor particularly tasty. You wait forever for the food and the employees work inefficiently. The place is very unhygienic. The trash is overflowing, the floor and tables are full of stains and leftover food. There were no napkins. Not recommended.

Delivery driver never listened to what I was explaining to him and was interrupting me , I had to walk outside to get my food and he also said that I was lucky I even got my food and then placed it on the concrete ground outside , he didn’t even get out his car to look for the flat , he also said I was the one being rude as I was only trying to explain where to go , this shouldn’t happen as the driver is meant to deliver to the door and not threaten to take my food or refuse to give me it

I was told there was no ice cream and was offered a biscuit but the price was not told. Later I learned that one ice cream can buy 2-3 biscuits.
