KFC Edgware - Station Road in Barnet

The courier never find my address but the adress is right (just because they don’t want looking or inside in the garden) and very rude, the guy argued with me, just because he cannot find my address, he was in the street

preparing food took ages to receive some lukewarm fries and even the beans were not piping hot as usual. They forgot my 2 extra hot wings which i paid extra for as well

The order was missing chicken pieces, so I didn't get what I paid for.

Food came and it was hit and tasty

The new Louisiana burger was worth a try: loaded and tasty. The Colonel menu pieces didn't smell too fresh though. Perfect delivery. Thanks.

I'm not eating this. Cold and dry. bucket is falling apart. I even drove to kfc to see what's happening. they said the driver picked it up at 18:40. I then saw the app saying the driver has now picked up order and is delivering the food. he was not at kfc, I then proceeded to head home to meet him and discuss the issue. I want a full refund, food is in the bin. 1 hour 40 minutes to deliver food.

The food took too long to get to me and was cold when it arrived. The expected delivery time kept increasing even when it was on the road. It’s only a short distance. Not a good service.

Terrible KFC, staff messed up every part of the ordered then told me that's what I ordered. Staff then swore at me when said it wasn't. Avoid this KFC!

Tasteless chicken. hot wings ain’t even hot, no seasoning to the actual chicken to the burger. Just go chicken select down the road, you get what you pay for. this KFC is always a let down, i don’t know which people they cater to that there is no flavour

Generally clean fast food outlet selling fried & oily food with the toilets 🚻 often out of order. 29.12.23 Tasty chicken 🐔 breast & chips. 9.8.24 The chicken breasts are dry & tasteless. 3.2.25 Tasty chicken breasts & chips 🍟. The toilets 🚻 need to be kept clean. 9.2.25 Dry but tasty chicken 🐔 breast served in a clean environment.

It’s not a fast food Yesterday, January 24th, I ordered food and waited ten minutes for the food to be ready. After that, I was told to wait another fifteen minutes for the chicken to be ready. After waiting I asked for my order still it wasn’t ready, They wasted 42 minutes of my time for a small order. It was really disappointing

Every time I order from this KFC there is some issue, a sauce didn't come that comes apart of the box meal, instead of getting a good sized leg or thigh in the box meal we received 1 small boneless strip, last time the order took an hour to come when we live about a 10 minutes walk away from this KFC. Do better and train Ur workers better

The Delivery Driver, Completely Went A Different Direction Towards The Delivery Address. He Wasn’t Following The Navigation Direction, Rather Looking At Just Eat’s Delivery App. He Arrived Late & Attempted To Drive Off With My Food Before I Had The Chance To Approach Him. Food Was Cold & Inedible & Whenever I Have A KFC Order This Always Happens. I would like a full refund please.

Menu shows an offer on a kentucky original wrap for 2.49. Colleague ordered this yesterday and received a full large wrap with all the additionals eg red cabbage slaw etc. I went today and ordered the exact same thing and i received a small snack wrap. When challenging the staff, i was told, no this is the offer and the packaging is the only difference. My wrap had hardly any mayo and hardly any lettuce. Staff are awful in this branch and show no empathy for their owm mistakes.

Over the years this KFC has gotten worse and worse. They give a smaller portion of fries than any other branches in the area and very often forget to season them. The chicken fillets are so thin that it’s hard to taste them amongst the rest of the burger. They often forget parts of an order. Needs improvement.

The order was completely wrong and we told the driver to take a it back. He wouldn't even do anything about it. I am disgusted.

Very poor customer service Very rude I have ordered online for delivery. It said 20:55 will be by your door. Is received my delivery at 9:55pm. No option to cancel and they do not pick up the phone at all. I do not know hey Edgware KFC has a phone number when they cannot answer it. Fix it or close down the KFC edgware.

I ordered four pieces of chicken online. Three were ribs. Because I ordered online they know I cannot return. Those pieces had hardly any meat. No one in the shop ordering would have had it so sent it on delivery. This is a pathetic KFC outlet. Even not very pleasant when I have visited in person a couple of times. Will never order from here.
