KFC Edgware - Station Road in Barnet

Ordered 4 piece but was told have to wait 15 mins so they gave me something else instead....

Menu shows an offer on a kentucky original wrap for 2.49. Colleague ordered this yesterday and received a full large wrap with all the additionals eg red cabbage slaw etc. I went today and ordered the exact same thing and i received a small snack wrap. When challenging the staff, i was told, no this is the offer and the packaging is the only difference. My wrap had hardly any mayo and hardly any lettuce. Staff are awful in this branch and show no empathy for their owm mistakes.

I ordered a bucket meal to Edgware hospital, dennis Scott unit, Trent ward and it cost me over £29.00 and did not arrive. Thanks for nothing

The fries were so cold like it had come from a freezer. They didn’t answer the phone as I tried cancelling the order because it was taking forever to prepare(through the tracking). Overall horrible service today

Over the years this KFC has gotten worse and worse. They give a smaller portion of fries than any other branches in the area and very often forget to season them. The chicken fillets are so thin that it’s hard to taste them amongst the rest of the burger. They often forget parts of an order. Needs improvement.

Missing items and restaurant will not answer the phone

The order was completely wrong and we told the driver to take a it back. He wouldn't even do anything about it. I am disgusted.

I have been to the place and is disgusting. Slow staffs. I stead of doing their job they speak theirs own language and chilling around. Very poor customer service Very rude I have ordered online for delivery. It said 20:55 will be by your door. Is received my delivery at 9:55pm. No option to cancel and they do not pick up the phone at all. I do not know hey Edgware KFC has a phone number when they cannot answer it. Fix it or close down the KFC edgware.

Was waiting at the till to be served and some of the staffs friends came in. All had a nice 5 minute chat while I was standing the waiting. Will never go in there again. Total disrespect

I ordered four pieces of chicken online. Three were ribs. Because I ordered online they know I cannot return. Those pieces had hardly any meat. No one in the shop ordering would have had it so sent it on delivery. This is a pathetic KFC outlet. Even not very pleasant when I have visited in person a couple of times. Will never order from here.

I was first time Went to KFC then i went to till.Your employer Nabhita is there i was ask few question regarding menu because i am little bit confused about it but Nabhita didn't reply properly and So me attitude and i think that she has no etiquette how to behave to customer.

I want to complain about the Indian lady that’s always serving. She doesn’t know English or how to communicate and she always gets the orders wrong and leaves customers hungry. Such unfriendly and nonchalant staff in Edgware kfc. Such fake employees with no GCSEs. They don’t know any English and they need to be kicked out from the job. Such bad service.

More friendly staff needed asap

The food has always and will always be great, I always look forward to come and eat in but the staff could definitely be better, the lady taking orders seemed so unbothered, chewing gum while speaking, not the best customer service I must say. I'm fully aware it's just a popular fast food chain but that shouldn't mean the team members can't be friendlier.

i’ve been ordering from this kfc for a long time very frequently, over the past year the quality has gone to the ground and the staff seem like they just don’t care. My past 4 orders, i’ve ordered 4 hot wings, and on all 4 occasions i’ve gotten only 2. The lettuce in the burgers are not properly washed. The just eat customer service is also terrible and a complete pain to deal with, still leading to no outcome

This was my first time to visit KFC edgware but I regret visiting. The lady taking the orders is the rudest person I have ever met. She served me like she didn't want and it looked like we were wasting her time. She did not give us an opportunity to choose what we wanted and after we said what we wanted She gave us what looked like poorlserved food to be precise. Thanks KFC edgware

Very bad service. Chips are disgusting with new seasoning. Staff are lazy. When it’s busy, you wait ages for food. The food is rushed and bad. Staff barely know English and when I asked for no seasoning around 3 times they gave me EXTRA. Not happy at all. This is my local. KFC so I come here a lot. Overpriced food. Do not come here unless you want to wait 10 minutes for a snack box. 1 star

Food was full of grease and the two chicken pieces were oily and was cooked in old old with all the burnt and left over from the oil stuck.on the chicken.

I can't recommend "Family Feast: 6 pc" sharing bucket [£19.99] as there was NO CHICKEN LEG whatsoever, only the worst chicken pieces were included: 1× rib cage, 2× spine, 2× wing, 1× tiny breast. Meat dry inside with oily coating on the outside‼️ Admittedly, we'll never order any KFC bucket again. 🍊🧃Tango 1.5 L contains sugar and SWEETENERS (Aspartame, Saccharin) 1185 kJ per bottle. No condiments, no cutlery, no napkins. THE REST WAS OKAY, all securely packaged, nothing missing, CHEERS👋

Terrible service rice had no lids and spilled out everywhere over the rest of the food, the boxes were damaged, potions of chips and rice were tiny and got tiny bits of chips when i complained I received £2.49 a joke!

I wonder why people ask for delivery from KFC. Once again I got a second in line for my delivery which took nearly 30 minutes to arrive. KFC your a rip off, charging a full delivery fee for multi drop offs. I have requested the delivery driver to contact the KFC in edgware to phone me to explain why my delivery was nearly COLD on arrival

The driver told me that he couldn't find the third floor in my building and told me I was lying about living on the 3rd floor as there is no third floor WTH! I had to come and find him in the car park. My food was cold and the fries half cooked.
