Generally clean fast food outlet selling fried & oily food with the toilets 🚻 often out of order. 29.12.23 Tasty chicken 🐔 breast & chips. 9.8.24 The chicken breasts are dry & tasteless.

Been waiting over an hour for my food whereas usually its here within 20 mins, phone number not working, staff must be sitting doing nothing, crazy how they accept your orders but will sit there not preparing it or picking up the phone which rings

No option to cancel and they do not pick up the phone at all. I do not know hey Edgware KFC has a phone number when they cannot answer it. Fix it or close down the KFC edgware.

I ordered four pieces of chicken online. Three were ribs. Because I ordered online they know I cannot return. Those pieces had hardly any meat. No one in the shop ordering would have had it so sent it on delivery. This is a pathetic KFC outlet. Even not very pleasant when I have visited in person a couple of times. Will never order from here.

I was first time Went to KFC then i went to till.Your employer Nabhita is there i was ask few question regarding menu because i am little bit confused about it but Nabhita didn't reply properly and So me attitude and i think that she has no etiquette how to behave to customer.

I want to complain about the Indian lady that’s always serving. She doesn’t know English or how to communicate and she always gets the orders wrong and leaves customers hungry. Such unfriendly and nonchalant staff in Edgware kfc. Such fake employees with no GCSEs. They don’t know any English and they need to be kicked out from the job. Such bad service.

The food has always and will always be great, I always look forward to come and eat in but the staff could definitely be better, the lady taking orders seemed so unbothered, chewing gum while speaking, not the best customer service I must say. I'm fully aware it's just a popular fast food chain but that shouldn't mean the team members can't be friendlier.

i’ve been ordering from this kfc for a long time very frequently, over the past year the quality has gone to the ground and the staff seem like they just don’t care. My past 4 orders, i’ve ordered 4 hot wings, and on all 4 occasions i’ve gotten only 2. The lettuce in the burgers are not properly washed. The just eat customer service is also terrible and a complete pain to deal with, still leading to no outcome

This was my first time to visit KFC edgware but I regret visiting. The lady taking the orders is the rudest person I have ever met. She served me like she didn't want and it looked like we were wasting her time. She did not give us an opportunity to choose what we wanted and after we said what we wanted She gave us what looked like poorlserved food to be precise. Thanks KFC edgware

Very bad service. Chips are disgusting with new seasoning. Staff are lazy. When it’s busy, you wait ages for food. The food is rushed and bad. Staff barely know English and when I asked for no seasoning around 3 times they gave me EXTRA. Not happy at all. This is my local. KFC so I come here a lot. Overpriced food. Do not come here unless you want to wait 10 minutes for a snack box. 1 star

Food was full of grease and the two chicken pieces were oily and was cooked in old old with all the burnt and left over from the oil stuck.on the chicken.

I can't recommend "Family Feast: 6 pc" sharing bucket [£19.99] as there was NO CHICKEN LEG whatsoever, only the worst chicken pieces were included: 1× rib cage, 2× spine, 2× wing, 1× tiny breast. Meat dry inside with oily coating on the outside‼️ Admittedly, we'll never order any KFC bucket again. 🍊🧃Tango 1.5 L contains sugar and SWEETENERS (Aspartame, Saccharin) 1185 kJ per bottle. No condiments, no cutlery, no napkins. THE REST WAS OKAY, all securely packaged, nothing missing, CHEERS👋

Terrible service rice had no lids and spilled out everywhere over the rest of the food, the boxes were damaged, potions of chips and rice were tiny and got tiny bits of chips when i complained I received £2.49 a joke!

No food and restaurant not interested surely the driver and restaurant must be able to communicate with customer if they come to restaurant. Not just wash hands as a mistake has been made but by not dealing with customer it just compounds it loss of money , no food , no assistance

I wonder why people ask for delivery from KFC. Once again I got a second in line for my delivery which took nearly 30 minutes to arrive. KFC your a rip off, charging a full delivery fee for multi drop offs. I have requested the delivery driver to contact the KFC in edgware to phone me to explain why my delivery was nearly COLD on arrival

The driver told me that he couldn't find the third floor in my building and told me I was lying about living on the 3rd floor as there is no third floor WTH! I had to come and find him in the car park. My food was cold and the fries half cooked.

Asked for specific pieces of chicken and to swap 2 sides for another option but all requests were ignored by the staff. Also the delivery arrived late.

British KFCs do a wonderful Chicken Fillet Burger that is hugely better than anything in America. It's not as good as it was in the 90s, but it's still yummy. Therefore, I go to KFC whenever I visit Britain. Sadly, the KFC in Edgware is not as good as it could be. It tends to be very busy, to the point where it is impossible to order in person because of the line of delivery service people collecting orders. Instead, you need to order at the (single) automated machine. It works well enough but it doesn't have the personal touch of talking to a staff member. Once you've ordered, the problems really start; There is rarely a clean table available to sit at because the restaurant has limited seating and it's so busy, they don't seem to have time to clean the tables that have been vacated. The door to the restroom is locked so you have to be buzzed in. The straws are the supposedly environmentally friendly paper straws that dissolve on contact with any drink and give the drink a weird taste, and they had no ice for the drinks. Oh, and no Sundaes for my daughter's kids meal so she had to have the pineapple spears that were "too sweet and, while they sort of have a pineappley texture, they're... Ugh... Nasty". My chicken fillet burger was still yummy, but it was definitely a little thinner and drier than they used to be. It feels like KFC's standards are declining and this makes me very sad.

I asked for a mixture in the bucket. We just got all breast meat and no one in my house likes that. The box should be a mixture. Can you please fed that back to KFC Edgware as I did clearly ask. It's the second time they have done this to us.

Just eat should allowed to fix the delivery point as my one was market in the house number 12 at margarets road instead at Flat12 margarets court, margarets road. How can we be able to fix this? Them the delivery guy miss the customer. Not being customer fault no being delivery driver faulty.

Two of four meals were missing. The other two were incomplete and what was there was squashed by cold bottles of water. It has been more than one week since my original contact and I have had no response.
