thia is the second time that they don't send corn and pop corn and miss other things! there is no number to contact!!! where should I complain??

Service awful missing food from order, no large caps got promised refill, i was stand like 8 minutes next to counter guy who was serving was chatting to customers for ages and left me standing. I went out frustrated I’ll never go again to East Ham kfc!!

I go to this branch very often. I work in the area and on thoese days i walk in and order. The staff is always pleasant and willing to please. The chicken is always nice and fresh and properly coated. I live outside of the area but will still order through uber or just eats from this branch as i have found it to be 100% better than the one in Hendon, with regards to freshness, presentation and customer service. Gotta have my side breasts and wings xxx The Original girl xx

Their phone is not working!!! So disappointing.

They have the screens far away which keeps changing and when you order the staff are not helping or actually even don’t know their own menu

Order ahead if you want to get food here. Online/delivery orders get prioritised over walk ins. You may be left waiting to get served for ten minutes while pickups go back a fourth. The food is fine. Basic KFC.

Ordered in store a bucket and the chicken was fresh and moist. Chips were also fried on the spot and seasoned well. Would recommend.

Forgot to add in my daughter’s meal which I told them to 3 times. Then when I called they didn’t pick up as the number doesn’t exist

Got a delivery tonight from just eat the food was inedible website, even worse to try and inform anybody and the number for the restaurant is unobtainable total waste of money

I've been to this outlet a few times now on the way back from visiting the local cemetery but the chicken that was given to me today should have been thrown away by the manager who in fact served me. I bought a 10 piece bargain bucket but when I got home, I could not believe my eyes. The colour of the chicken piece were dark brown, and dry All 10 pieces and not the usual golden brown and succulent. It had either been reheated from the day, before eventhough I picked up the order about 14.00 or cooked in old frying oil. This KFC branch obviously hasn't learnt from reading previous customers reviews stating the same issue. Also there was no salt and pepper in the packet as per usual. I won't be using this KFC again and instead drive further down to the Archway branch of KFC.

I had I issue with a Uber delivery. Waited two hours and end up walking to the KFC branch myself. Staff were so helpful. Got a discount and a money off voucher.

Just popped into this KFC with my brother to have a quick bite to eat. This was the most enjoyable KFC experience I have had. The chicken was piping hot, juicy and full of flavour. But what has given me urge to write this review was not only the food, but also the professional and impeccable service by Jabed. He is a true gentleman that knows how to serve and make sure all customers are happy. I ask myself why this doesn't happen more often. Jabed, keep up the great work, you are an asset to to your company. Well done.👍👌

Can’t believe it, ordered a family bucket plus other stuff and the beans were left out , tried to call and it just hangs up. No way to contacting and too far just for beans ahhhhhhhh so frustrating.

Ordered some food at 7, driver picked it up quickly, then stayed at one place for an hour, connection kept disconnecting, then went on the move and moved past and then stayed in what looks like a house for the past 20 mins. This was all on Just Eat and the number associated with this kfc doesn’t work so there’s no way to actually contact them. Would rate less than one star if I could

Okay ladies and gents 🫶🏻, I had the worst first KFC meal in my life, I bought the 20 spicy wings bucket and the extra chips with it and turned out the chicken wasn’t even spicy or salty!! It was tasteless and the chips even that i got them the moment they were fried they were withered and not looking fresh. The chicken was good to be honest and crunchy but tasteless 🤮 Also, the guy taking the orders was Indian, he had an accent that I couldn’t understand and he wasn’t even speaking good English that i had to simplify my words for him to understand me 👎

Where do I start. I came here to get a boneless banquet meal, I asked for a large and got a medium meal. Then once receiving my change I had got a 50 pence that was from 1969 and unfortunately can not use this again so I am out of pocket twice now. Once I received my food I asked for beans as a side and believe me when I say, I received a pot of just the bean sauce with not a bean in sight. This was like they used a colander and put the sauce in a pot. I than only received one bit of chicken witch was freezing cold. So now I am missing chicken. Packaging was awful, they did not put it in a box and all was just flying about in a big bag. You need to fix up and I will not be going here again!

Not good service nor food. First, they prioritize delivery over customer in store - while I was waiting about ten minutes for one order about 10 delivery drivers came and collected orders. Second, they are under staffed. Third, chicken was overcooked, too greasy on outside and dry on inside.

Just like everything else in life chicken half the site they don't give you any pictures that you want they want to give you the ones they want I am paying

I hadn't had a meal from KFC for a long time and so I thought I'd have one today. I was very pleased that it was served to me very promptly and accurately, and the staff were courteous and friendly. The double zinger burger meal filled me up and tasted really good. Good, not great, value for money. With so much competition in this sector it's very difficult now for KFC and the like to compete so in general they need to keep on coming up with new menu items, but I don't think KFC can be beaten by any other food franchise in the chicken based fast food sector. Keep it up guys.

Always a little busy but never too long of a wait. Fair bit of parking around in the evening, a myth during the day. Not a place you’d sit in and eat.

I wish I could give zero. No one is using any gloves or anything close to a glove. Bare hands and zero hygiene. If you are looking for a possible food poisoning,look no further.

Disgusting undercooked chips. Food mediocre not up to quality standard. Wasn't piping hot so terrible - rather make my own at home! Go elsewhere, staff (young) don't give a toss, chatting like they are in school!

Really poor customer service. Did an order through the app and on pick up they said they had no classic Pepsi which I had ordered 3 of and that I should pick something else.!I asked if they had 1.5L bottles and was told that they did. When I asked for a bottle or a refund I was told that either wasnt possible and to pick another drink they don’t care.

The store has wonderful staff, also the store is small but is surprisingly big inside. The food is alright but overall KFC food has downgraded a lot. Local Chicken Shops are better

Super fast delivery! But my favourite spicy wings were a bit dry and too oily, look like it's been sitting around for quite a bit.

Come here more or less every sunday. Chicken is always a bit different , sometimes better, sometimes worse. No cash is accepted either.

No ketchup, no mayo , no salt , no napkins..

Ordered 19/02/21 from Uber Eats. Missing items that I was charged for anyway. Items that did turn up were pale, cold, uncooked chips and an overcooked zinger burger that looked like it was slam dunked in the bag by an angry orangutan. A disgrace to the KFC brand.

I only had 45 mins for lunch, this kfc had at least 5 delivery drivers in there who were not social distancing and just chatting and laughing in a group, very off putting.. because of this I had to wait outside, eventually I managed to get served but I was then waiting for about 10-15 mins for my food even though the place was now almost empty. When I finally got my food they gave me the wrong size meal, because of the time I had to accept it, then when I was driving back to work I realised they had left out 1 of the main parts of my food, a tub of chicken that I had paid for... I had no time left for lunch and the kfc ended up sitting in the car for hours and then into the bin.. This is the first and last time I would ever use this branch. Thanks alot KFC 👎🏻👎🏻

Unsanitary.. Rude manager got my order wrong gave me my food. When I checked it and saw that it was wrong he promptly took it away, emptied the chicken out of the box and put it back for resale! NOT WHAT YOU WANT DURING A COVID PANDEMIC! RUDE HORRIBLE LITTLE MAN.

Not happy just ordered bucket for one.. No hot wings in box (asked for box instead of bucket) No spork for beans..no wet wipes or tissue.. Telephone number not working.. Ridiculous To far to go back. the guy on the motorcycle who exchanged drink for beans! Roughly 4pm

Check your order!! Ordered and paid for 12 chicken wings this evening (as well as other things), came home to find only 6 wings. They didn’t give me a receipt and their phone doesn’t connect. Check your order before you leave!!!

Just purchased a wow box for lunch and I was very disappointed when I got home and opened my bag. The chips were missing. The lady who served me sealed the bag so I didn't realize until I got home. I also tried to call the phone number on the website but it doesn't connect. I was also disappointed by the size of the hot wings, very small. The burger was also quite small, like they've halfed the fillet. I went to KFC for a pick me up because of the bad day am having but I feel so unsatisfied after that. Money not well spent. Check your bags before leaving the shop because you don't want to be disappointed when you get home.

Female Manager is rude and obnoxious at East finchley. Been there too many times to count food is OK but seriously the service is dire. Just being honest! 💯

If you get delivery make sure you order extra as they always forget things. Whoever does the "checked and sealed" needs more training.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of vegetarian options. You advertise the vegan burger and do not offer it to customers due to the excuse, "we are only offering a limited menu due to covid-19." When I am told this after visiting 10 KFC's around the area, it's poor customer service as to me it sounds like you don't care about vegetarians and simply you think their choices don't matter... Not happy at all...

Food was served quite quickly and was hot and fresh. The chips were crisp - neither dry nor soggy.

Was a bit greasy and could have done with a bit more flavour in the coating.

I am very very sad with what I got delivered. I was craving KFC and I must say the piece of chicken which I got looked more like a wing. Then my zinger fillet burger was burnt. It was not appetising at all! Not impressed. Wont be ordering again.

This kfc is getting worse every time! I have ordered 10pieces variety bucket and my food arrived with missing 8 hot wings and 4 mini fillets. Just eat were happy to do refund as usual but this is becoming alarming as it's the 3rd time I am having missing items each time I order food. On another occasion I drove down to kfc to pick missing item as they could not redeliver the item despite paying for delivery. This is bad customer service. KFC pls hire competent staffs!!!! Wish I could give zero star for this review.

Very disappointing when you keep experiencing the same thing over and over again. When I place my order it clearly states what I've purchased but yet still kfc staffs still fails in following simply instructions, when written in black and white. Either they lack staff that can read or they are just totally incompetent. Its beyond annoying when they keep making the same mistakes. Once the guy who answered the phone apologised for my missing items, then asked if I could come and pick it up. Bearing in mind I made a order for delivery. Some new competent staff would make the customers happy. This is ridiculous.

Lovely polite counter staff but not a great chef. Chicken was bloody inside and the juices came out pink. (See photo) It was the first time it's happened out of the 5 times iv used them previously. I rang to tell them without asking for a refund as that wasnt my point.. It has always been fine previously but it has put me off returning there (and kfc entirely for the time being..)

Ordered a 3 piece meal. The 1st piece was a thigh with oil dripping from it. The 2nd piece was another thigh and oil dripping from it. The 3rd piece was, yes you guessed it it, yet another thigh with oil dripping from it! The chips were cold and a few were burnt.

Vegan burgers weren't that good, and chips aren't great.
