Absolutely disgusting takeaway bucket meal chips were a bag of cold mush gravy cold chicken cold and soggy went in bin will never be back

Make sure you check your food before leaving as I discovered when I got home the gravy I paid for was missing

Drive through menu in wrong position. You can only see properly AFTER you need to olace your order.

Used to use the drive thro a lot but after the visit today will not be back. Ordered on the app to find my entire order wrong when given. Missed juice's, no cheese on any of the meals and no salad on the burgers, not to mention the oil water they pass of as gravy basically inedible.

Once again my coffee was half empty when opened. Sadly happening all too often nowadays.

No hot drinks as machine still out after a month. Utterly useless. Their cold drinks are also only diet which we all know tastes crap. Just left for second time in 2 weeks! Off to Tim Hortons which isn't exactly great but at least do coffees

Food was cold and bland and the restaurant itself needs a really good clean. It's disgusting

Went up tonight to the drive thru, spent over £50 for dinner for our family of 7. To go home and find half the order was missing. Now we asked the guy that brought our food out to the car if that was everything because it was a big order! He said yes, very convincingly. We phoned KFC Dunfermline and explained what happened, and the man on the phone (Aaron was his name) couldn’t care less and refused to send someone out with the rest of our order. He also claimed to be the manager! 😂. Said if we wanted anything done about it we’d need to drive back up and bring the food with us. So we drove back up, Now obv the food was now cold, and we had to wait another 10minutes on a new order. Not to forget our 5 children waiting at home starving. The women who served us was polite and understanding. But KFC seriously made a big mistake employing Aaron as there manager. A joke of a manager.

Doors make it hard for people to have wheelchairs I had to help a couple get in the place.

Worst service, some people eho work there are so rude and giving you orders what to do and where to stand. They are not polite at all.

I guess it's not what it used to be. been told I should have used the koisk device to order and then pay cash on the counter. Most of the time, it keeps asking for a card and doesn't show you how to pay cash on the counter. It is a system fault for sure and nobody knows, but the guy attitude is like, are you stupid!? He eventually took my order over "oh I better take it" when I say " Can you show me?" They may include that we can't take order from the counter as well . However, it seems to all of kfc, it's like that, and food has become just terrible nowadays. My cups is half full as I asked without ice. Not even reached 40cl as well.

It was about 9.30pm to 10pm, two twister meals one with a krushem and sweet chilli chicken bites and bbq bites, only 3 pieces in the bites and the krushem was ridiculous small for the price and no squishy cream on top and asked of there was large cause I ordered a large but that was it all comes in was a small note even filled all the way cup very disappointed with the price and what we got.

Lot of empty tables not been cleared. Lot of food ect on the floor.

Rice box had more mayo on it than I have ever seen on anything ever. Totally inedible.

The KFCs I visit all share the same issues, usually cold and always dirty. The bins are over flowing, and the tables haven't been cleaned, and this one isn't any different. Firstly they keep the delivery driver door open, which is fine on a hot summer but we haven't been getting that. So had to sit with a jacket on and so did a few other I noticed. I remember in Kirkcaldy, you could see your own breath once. With about 3 bins for the entire restaurant, they're always over flowing. I don't like comparing the two and granted they're just fast food places, but McDonalds has a member of staff always clearing tables, cleaning and emptying bins and this is where KFC lacks. Feels like they never have enough staff. I understand people should actually clear their own tables and I do but where do I push the rubbish? As the bins are over flowing. So then people don't take their rubbish to the bins so then half of the tables if not more are usually dirty or have past customers meals on them. The food is usually good though. I don't get a KFC much these days, once in a blue moon. They changed the gravy and it still hurts. But its the food is as good as you expect.

We have tried takeaway from here less than a handful of times and literally every.single. time. We have had something missing from our order. We thought tonight, they may have changed but no, chips missing. And to add to that, we ordered extra chips because the portions are so fricken small. A plus side is our drinks were cold (this time around). Won’t order again. Horrendous service.

Food as expected. No acknowledgement or eye contact from staff, tray of food was put down in silence. Three staff members at the counter, all silent.

Wait times for deliveries are a joke. Waiting 1hr for fast food 😂 could go to the ritz in London and get a full meal quicker than this place

Never received my order from Just Eat and the restaurant haven't been able to help either.

A few things we're missed off the order and we had to go back up 2 times. Food was cooked good and was warm.

1st time trying KFC (over 50 couple) Food was OK, nothing to shout about. Service was exceptional. The atmosphere is definitely not for the mature generation. Can say we tried it but won't be in a hurry to try again.

You take time to go into the premises, and Find out that kfc Prioritises deliveries over they silly people coming in and Expecting a SERVICE. Don’t go in just order for a delivery. Staff miserable, uninterested . It’s not the cleanest kfc.

Food was poor but then again, my expectations weren't high and I went there under duress anyway

Your average KFC, it's improved miles from what it was like years ago. No complaints whatsoever, exactly what I would want and expect.

Best kfc I've been to clean and quick food

This place CANNOT do gravy AT ALL. It is like burnt dish water, and it has honestly been like that for years. Why we try it every 6 months expecting it to change is a mystery. The rest of the food is the standard KFC affair, nothing special, but avoid if you want good gravy.

Poor overall. Occasionally a decent meal but more often than not, greasy or dry chicken. Tried again through drive through on Thursday this week. Ordered our meal, paid then was told we were going to have to wait for 10 mins. Turned into 20. Could have told us that before we ordered. Challenged the staff on this point and staff member just laughed. Didn't care less. Won't be back

The Fries are fantastic,not cold or limp like McDonalds.All freshly prepared. KFC bucket feast is our favourite,plenty for 3 or 4 people. Well priced. Did I mention that the food is HOT? Love the new spicy fries,brilliant!

The food is reasonable as you would expect from KFC however the service at this branch is particularly slow so expect a wait when you visit, including the drive thru.

Edited Jan 2023 One vegan option on menu, a burger. ------ Did not bring back vegan options here after store reopened after lockdown.

I don't go to KFC very often but when I do I love the mash potato. Sadly it always seems to have run out. The chips are much better than they used to be.

Good selection of food, we opted for the Christmas sharing box, all the food was hot and tasty

Lovely staff, excellent food, fair pricing. One of the hotspots of fife, only KFC I've been to outside of the states that respects the colonels vision. Come here several times a week and never let down. Can easily stay for hours at a time. Only negative is one manager Dylan can be rather abrasive

Been shopping in Dunfermline new TKMAX Store..Stopped her for something to eat before going home...as usual food was ok ..do like their coffee....

I know it's 6 pieces of chicken but I at least expected 1 or 2 bits of breast but 5 drumsticks and 1 thigh 🤔 just not good enough and was also as salty as get out very disappointed 😕

Great place for a fast meal in rainy and stormy weather. It was quiet around 4 pm so I could enjoy my wee meal. Very kind and polite staff, can't complain. Will be back there again for sure.

Service is absolutely shocking was served by a guy named Aaron who at 2200 informed me that I am not allowed to eat my meal which has been ordered for sitting in at the table due to the fact that they closing at 2300 and they cleaned the tables already. Never heard of this before. Treated like a second class citizen. I will definitely contact your.head office tomorrow

Shockingly bad! Ordered delivery (order number 6763 through deliveroo), half of the order never arrived, wouldn’t send missing food to us, gave us two options to order again and pay for another delivery or go to the shop myself (which obviously couldn’t be an option as would do that in a first place). Basically charged us for food and didn’t send it, just theft!

Hi I went in to get the deal that was on the bord out side and it doesn’t say I have to have the app to get the deals but when I went in they won’t do it cos I need the app what about all the people who don’t use the app or have no phone and the fact it’s not up on the bird outside is a joke

Good KFC. The food was OK the service was quick. Unfortunately we needed to wait because 2 of ordering screen display did not work.

I've had food a few times here and quite a few times I've had horrible stomach issues. The chicken feels like it's undercooked.

I stopped in here after the rugby. Very helpful service and I was impressed at how the staff were working to keep the restaurant clean.

Food as expected, however they gave us a normal soft drink when we ordered a diet/sugar free. Caused huge problems for my diabetic son when he drank it unaware.

First time visiting as an inside customer and I was really happily surprised at the table service and how easy it was to order. Food was delicious too!

Got a sharing bucket and had to ask for two more chips as they had only given us 2 instead of 4. Then as the kids ate all of that we ordered 2 tower meals and had to ask where our drinks were not grate service at all and to top it off or wasn't even busy

Was in Kirkcaldy kfc a few weeks ago was so disappointed so was reluctant to try Dunfermline kfc but my great grandson decided what a pleasant surprise food was excellent even gravy was the best I have had in ages so think Dunfermline need to tell Kirkcaldy their secret down to toilets in kdy were disgusting but spotless in Dunfermline

Food and customer service are up to standard, but they never give napkins at the drive thru - I asked why not, staff had no answer.

I always visit here whenever I visit Dunfermline. Good parking facilities, dining area was always clean. Response from team members is also good. Same as like any other KFC, toilets maintenance was not good. It was a good place for stopover if you are travelling from Edinburgh to Dundee, Perth, and other northern places. It was located just a side of M90 and A92.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I went to this KFC on the first day of my holiday 7mo ago. The food was subpar, with tasteless chicken, cold chips, and poor gravy. A few hours after, I got a severe case of food poisoning. I was throwing up, still dehydrated even after constant water. We finally had to go to the local A&E late at night. Would give 0 if possible...

Quiet when we arrived,place was nice and clean although the gents toilets were not good.Staff friendly and helpful and quick service....chip portions on the small side

this branch somehow caught me off-guard as usually KFC is not really famous from their good quality and i hade a very mixed experiences regarding them. you know when you order food and part of it cold, the fries are soggy, the burger is falling apart? that's what i learned to expect from KFC. then we came to this branch and keep coming back. seriously, the fries are always crispy, the chicken is always juicy, and the food is always delicious. the chicken in the burger is hot and fresh, which i never experienced in any other KFC, this must be some dark magic that only they know in the whole franchise. I don't know how they do it, but they never disappoint me. This is the best KFC i ever been to and I'm not exaggerating.

First visit served fast food was good and the place was clean

It concerns me how management treats the staff, given how unhappy the staff seem. Hang in there guys.

How can they do business when they can't even open on time. Open ing times state 10.30. Arrive at 10.35 and front door is locked. Take a small trip around the side of the building to the delivery door which was open. Adventure in side to see at least 3 staff taliking and laughing about last nights escapades. As if someone could take my order to be told they are not open yet. Advised time was now 10.40 and asked when do they open so my order could be taken. Reply was 10.30 they opened but they were running lat due to equipment and food not prepped in time. If you were not to busy talking maybe you would have had everything ready for 10.30. open 10.45 and order was taken. I know its petty for 15 mins but when you are in a rush 15 mins sets you back. Reason 3 stars rather than 1 is there chicken is good and the best KFC around

Nice family spot to have a dinner or to have some snack. Kind service and quick delivery to table. Recommend!

At least the service and costumer service is getting better

This branch has really gone downhill. I went in for lunch yesterday and found very slow service with items missing from just about every order, unclean tables, bins overflowing, rubbish everywhere, staff clearly ignoring people waiting at the counter. There doesn't seem to be any standards or evidence of anyone taking responsibility. It strikes me that this store desperately needs better management and someone to instil some basic expectations. There's no excuse for it.

You can't go wrong with some fried chicken

Bottles of juice were warm no ice but to be fair staff gave us cold juice when we asked for it .chicken really tasty.

If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely heaving with only one person taking orders; the order point screens weren’t working. Took nearly half an hour to order, then a long wait for the food while waiting for the staff to serve the hoards of delivery drivers. Eventually got our food and headed home, only to find out 6 piece original bucket with 4 fries had changed into 6 boneless fillets with no fries! Dreadful service and ended up overcharged for the wrong product. Never again will we visit this KFC!

Worse KFC in this area, Order today at 17:29. missing item, order 2 portions chicken wings- only 1 portion in the bag, 3 piece of colonel meal, all three of them are drumstick. Staff is so careless and won't be able to check it's order.

Been five times over two week period and they never have chicken bites and every second visit they forget to put the sweetcorn in that you paid for so you have to go back Fast Food more like fasting if you want chicken bites get it sorted

Do not use just eat for delivery we waited 2 hours and only got £6 voucher refund.

This kfc was never very good anyway but today was last time il ever be in ,everything looked and felt grubby and sticky, food was so disgusting grease literally dripping off the chicken and meat itself was a horrid colour ,NEVER AGAIN !!

Poor attitude of staff, more time focused on the orders for outside delivery, had to ask 3 times for napkins and told twice to use the wet wipes. The Pepsi max was warm and flat, asked for ice and told there wasn't any. You're better to visit the kirkcaldy one better service and attitude. It was a toss up between a maccy d's or a KFC wish we had gone to maccy d's now!
