KFC Dundee Milton - ASDA in Dundee City

Tried for over 5 hours to phone this branch regarding an online order and the phone was constantly engaged. Absolutely shocking!

Went to drive thru for a quick bite to eat, fast food it certainly was not, waited 35 minutes for 2 boneless chicken boxes and was barely warm when we got it, very poor service I certainly wouldn't recommend it or be going back, no option to give a zero rating

How is it even possible to make chicken taste of jobbies.. disgusting

Visited with family. Place was busy staff was helping may be becasue manager was sitting next to us. But any way food was good, only if heating could been put little higher aprat from that it was good experience

Food wise prefer Johnstone Road. Service seems to be only one on main counter. Atmosphere quiet as not really busy.

I ordered on line and left a wee message, got a beautiful message back and an extra wee thing in my order. So so lovely and the food was absolutley amazing 10/10.

Can't get an order right. Went through the drive through and got 2 box meals had to wait for the order being prepared but wasn't bothered about that but we then left got home which is no where near a kfc opend the box to find out that it's not the right order for the burgers and they missed the piece of chicken that should have been with the order, really disappointed with this no pint driving all the way back to the shop as it takes some time, 2ould not recommend as they can't do a simple job, put chicken in a box, a monkey could preform better in the work place than some of these people.

Food and service shocking.... ordered 12pc boneless bucket, 2 mini fillets burger and vegan burger. The boneless box was tasteless and missing items, the mini fillet burger was 1 big burger cut in half like really and vegan burger had hardly any sauce or Lettuce on it...

KFC! Convenience location! Fantastic environment!

Waited ages and no seasoning on our chips. No napkins or salt etc..

I been this store few time last month but today For some reason, the chicken was very salty can’t eat them Also, gravy was too thick must be hold quite for a long time. Also, when my daughter was eating the chips, she found a long hair inside her fries bag. Really shocking which one is really not good hope management will something about it . Too much disappointed, Waste of Money not coming back anymore.

Hasn't turned up, been over two hours. Absolutely disappointed, can't believe it's taken this long it's stupid.

I had to report a dirty toilet. The chicken looked like it was reheated making it a dull brown colour. There were only 2 people in the sitting area. But I was so hungry I ate it any way!

It served chicken. Fried in some sort of batter. Tasted non-standard the batter, like it was some sort of secret recipe.

Been here a few times now when out working night shift. It’s always fairly empty at the time I go yet the staff, as friendly as they are, seem under real pressure, even though there was only me and one other ordering food. I asked for no tomato in my rice box, instead they left the tomotato and removed the beans. I also order and extra piece of chicken on it. I’m pretty sure that wasn’t added either as they were small pieces of it was added. As I ordered to go I was already too far away to ask them to sort it.

Place was immaculate quick service really good food well cooked

Really disappointed as the size of the ZNG and ZNG Stacker was half the size compared to Glasgow's KFC, same bun size but smaller chicken. In terms of size and price you can do better.

Worse kfc no spuces added to chicken.batter just tastes of neat salt chips cold

Absolute pathetic service. Ordered a whole lotta stuff for £26 from the official website. After an hour, the rider, Safiullah called and said on his phone there is a different address while on the website the order was on the way with my same very address. I requested him to come to address but not only did he not arrive, he turned off his phone. The customer support guy without my permission refunded the amount which could take 15 days. This is absolute unprofessionalism bottom tier customer service.

Our order was placed and arrived on time with nearly everything in order except the chips were barely warm. After a chat with a member of the team we received hot chips a few minutes later. The response to something not to our liking was dealt with quickly, politely and with out fuse. Well done to the polite staff.

Went in to get a bite to eat, only 3 table's in use, every other one had either dirty trays or had waste :-( went to counter to ask for napkins to clean up the table, (none available) to be asked "what's your problem"!!!!! Eventually she came & wiped table, but ignored the food & fork on the floor!!! My 3 x bit's of original chicken were the most disgusting & excessively greasy I have ever had!!!!!! :-( What a state to keep a new KFC Restaurant in!!! We definitely won't be back. The staff are more interested in making up JustEat order's than dealing with customers in the restaurant!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Took too long to get food ready

Probably the worst KFC in Britain. Been to many. Seems always overcooked. shrivelled and has a weird taste . was there tonight.. nice staff.. very poor food. I will drive a little further to Claypotts. At least I wont have to drive home and make more food, like I have done on more than one occasion from here.

No dressing on rice box, very dry. Bbq bites missing from bag. Will not be back to Milton

Normally would go to Macdonald's, but meal is cold when I have quid inside or drive through. KFC was not busy, talking to staff people are not sure it is there. Been open since 19th December 2022. My meal was Gravy meal, chicken and Chips £4.99. Hot and Cold drinks available. My meal was hot, and enjoy ed it. Will now use KFC, as food is hot. Well done KFC

1 star is generous! 15-20 mins at drive through staff slow as death ended up with a refund and even that was difficult! I was also only car at drive through

Disgusting environment. Customer spitting chewing gum on floor. Staff standing arms crossed. Dirty tables bins filled to the brims. Multiple customers complaining whilst I was there.

Chicken dry and chips stale. Ordered a Krushem and when they brought over the food said none available so gave me pepsi instead which is cheaper. Had to point this out to them and ask to get something else

The chicken & chips are soaked in oil. Try order from the Apps but couldn’t go through. Staff ask to go outside the shop to get a better signal. The deal in my phone can’t be used for dine in, ended up need to pay extra !!

Little sister ended up with 2 bits of pink chicken 🤢 staff were great and gave a refund right away plus said they're check the fryers. Very apologetic but don't think we will be back. Only reason it's getting 2 stars is because the staff were lovely and my meal was fine.
