Appaling service. Only 2 out of 3 meals that were ordered and paid for via their own app were delivered. The restaurant manager apologised, but said he couldn't do anything about it - and the helpline he suggested I call was closed. Terrible service verging on theft, given that they refused to supply what I paid for.

The food was hot, service quick and friendly. But two things let it down. No napkins. I had to ask for them, and I was given paper towels, which was ok but not very professional. And the bin in the restaurant was over flowing when I say over flow it was stacked high and spilling over onto an adjacent table.

KFC is all about the chicken 🐔. I always use the app for offers. They just close 3 restaurants in Dorset today 29/6. Service was fast at 6.30pm. Two offers atm. Chicken filets £6.99 for 8, really good value. I brought these make my own chicken rolls. Popcorn chicken £5.99 meal on the offers on app. This restaurant was clean. Toilets was clean to.

It's clean, nice food and good service. I would say to others complaining, complain IN store not online.

Food was served very quick but it was all cold and we was also missing some of staff that we ordered.

Surprisingly much cleaner than my local store. I think KFC should do more for children like colouring sheets, crayons etc!

Our visit to KFC Dorchester was good and stress free the food was piping hot and we didn’t have to wait long after we ordered via the self serve kiosk, Despite being quite busy the tables were clean and the floor was equally clean and tidy.

It's KFC, ordered, got called food was ready and ate. It was busy, however we still got a table and chairs..

Terrible again. Cold chips, cold chicken, cold hot wings. To be honest the staff were good. They changed lots of the order. But i dont understand why there was 14 lots of chip on the wormer staying worm not hot. Just serve hot food in the first place. All the cold food they put in the bin. Waste of food and profit.

Really expensive, food is terrible and over priced, place is dirty, staff in dirty uniforms, won't be visiting here again, really a shame KFC has gotten this bad.

Dirty place, food wasn't as good as other KFC

Good food but it's Kentucky Fried Pot-Luck on larger orders, we always seem to be missing something or getting half of someone else's order with half our own. And good luck if you get a takeaway via Uber, no fault from Uber Eats but more often than not you'll have an item missing. Although sometimes they put sweet chilli chicken instead of sweet chilli sauce, so maybe that balances it out ha. Smaller orders are fine though.

Standard KFC but really helpful manager

We ordered wicked variety bucket chicken and mashed potato. It was utter waste food. Can't even eat because of salty taste. Waste of money, just had a piece that's ruined our wonderful time. I will never recommend KFC Dorchester.

Nice food but not the best KFC iv ever had. The coating on the chicken did not taste as good as it usually does! Not sure why this was! Every other time iv tried this particular KFC, it's been great!

No mistakes on order unlike Exeter

Didn't check the burger as I just ate it without looking but the pieces of chicken were all RED & raw in most parts, took the two pieces back (mine & my partners) received 3 pieces of chicken & ALL were EXACTLY the same Red chicken & raw. FIVE different pieces ALL uncooked. It wasn't even mentioned to the chef just thrown away

Quick service and this time much cleaner than on previous visits

A new review a bit different to 3 years ago when I left my first review, 12.30 wasn't busy not even drive thru, I could see 4 staff 3 chatting 1 at drive thru window walked up to the till after 2 of the machines to do order failed on me, waited at the till for 11 miuntes before someone came to serve me not good, went to find a table 3 tables where filthy as where the floor, My food was ready quick and did taste nice, As I'm still sat here typing this 20 minutes on tables still filthy not see member of staff out on floor. Maybe a one off maybe lazy staff on today but I believe the front of house needs to be kept tidy and clean however busy or not busy.. (3 years ago) Very good food excellent nice and hot. Excellent location and excellent job on design fit well with surroundings. However not too sure ref toilets .

there was an issue with uber eats but the manager in the dorchester branch was amazing and sorted everything out. they went above and beyond

Ordered a kids meal and didn't get any of the popcorn chicken 🙃 so my son was left with just chips and a drink! For £29 and an almost empty building/drive through there's no excuse not to get it right. Pulled up to the window to see 4 young boys laughing and talking so by the looks of it the conversation was more intresting than providing good service 🤷‍♀️

Chips cold, chicken tasteless and worst of all got the wrong order!! Didn't notice until we got home.

Definition of insanity, knowing somewhere is awful and going back every 6months or so and hoping it'll get better. It doesn't. How can something that is part of a multinational chain get everything so wrong and be so bad so consistently? Always grubby, food is barely edible and staff look like they've had enough

The hot wings were not fresh and tasty. It had crust everywhere and I never felt like it is KFC hot wings and the staff were not as good.

Went there yesterday as the kids had a football match near by. Tried ordering via the kiosk machine, it decided to reboot, unsure what had happened the guy said he would get his manager. No one turned up, so ordered again. Took 20 minutes for food to arrive? There was only 4 people inside waiting for orders so 20 minutes? And the 2 people in front of me got wrong items, so had to go back up? Food was alright when it arrived, but fast food this is not!

Cant order at the counter and have to use stupid touch screen and selected table service eventhough no table numbers were available. Then shouted my order out when it was ready and i had to get up and collect fro. When i couldnt order from. Food was great though

Must have been bad day. Gave me a drink that was on the counter that was flat and incorrect. Obviously incorrectly poured for another customer. Swapped when I complained. No napkins.

Great food and service. Unfortunately the front door slams very hard after every customer that walks in. It's been like that for a very long time now. Please fix it!!!!

Just throws the takeaway in a bag, everything ends up spilt out and a big mess. Often wrong or items missing, cold or warm, not hot. Just don't care in this outlet.

Food was mediocre. Burger in a mess. Not many customers though place was dirty since there were no tables clean. They had taken away the table number signs meaning they can't be arsed to deliver the food to the table like their suppose too.

Soooo slow, not that busy 4 orders waiting and yet I stood waiting for approx 15 mins for my food to come, it was painful to watch

A nice modern store that has been built relatively recently with all serving options covered be it drive through or walk in. The location has plenty of parking of its own and benefits from easy access. The store is always immaculate and tidy and the toilets are always clean and open unlike some other stores that I have visited. The food is always well prepared and presented and the staff are always friendly and engaging. One of the best KFC I have had the pleasure to visit

Poor food, watery instant coffee. Place has nothing going for it at all unless you want dripping with grease, cold chicken. Chips were cold and gritty. Never again.

My first time in a KFC for years and possibly my last ever. Although the drive through service was fast, I had to pay extra not to have a drink which I would have had to throw away. The chicken was horribly greasy and the chips soggy and lukewarm. Compared to the chicken in my local independent shop not far from Dorchester this was just rubbish.

We waited nearly 40 minutes for the food and then had to ask for the two drinks they had missed , not a good experience Thst what I wrote last time - quicker service but still not good , didn't have beans so was asked to choose an alternative, then failed to put it in the bag - SO annoying 😑

All the food arrived in sound order, pleased with that, was very nice classic KFC. However the tropicana orange that was supposed to be with my meal deal didn't arrive, meaning I had to dissolve a vitamin c effervescent in water in an attempt to mimic orange juice. Whilst not the end of the world, it doesn't quite hit the same as a nice cold orange juice on a hot summers day in the garden. Hope this is resolved asap. Thank you.

Only called in to get bit of food on a long journey. For KFC this store is well above average.

Wow..... this is normally an OK KFC. Today it was appalling. Food was luke warm if that to be honest. The person in front of me and myself waited at least 20 minutes for pur order to be taken. We were both sat in the drive thru. I could understand if it was busy but there were 2 groups worth in the restaurant and one person waiting on an order. Not the best service. Staff didn't really know what they were doing and some of our food was missing. I couldn't be bothered to wait another 20 minutes for what they left out. Appalling.

Terrible service. Paid for an order and went to pick it up at 21.30 and they said they were closed,even though they were supposed to be open till 22.00. This happened to other people too. The manager of that place was too scared to come and explain to us why they closed early, instead let one of the employees do it instead.

The service was a touch surely but I,m giving it 5 stars as the cuisine (Zinger stacker meal and Buffalo wrap) was exceptional and should be Michelin star rated

Never seem to get very many chips, and my chicken wrap was very lacking.

Didn't see staff wash their hands once before handling food!!! Managers on their phones on front of house then touching food going into bags being given out to customers too!

Can't say much, usual KFC drive through experience. Beans were hotter than the surface of the sun. If you are hankering for KFC then you won't be disappointed

Ordered £23.00 food from this kfc .try to use the toilet manager was extremely rude didn't let use the toilet .I requested very politely ,he answered back very rudely straight away said no you can't use it really disappointed.

Recently opened KFC located between petrol station and football ground so i wkuld imagine it to be very busy at times, however when I visited it was quiet inside with a few cars using the drive through. After ordering on the screen, food was on our table in less than five minutes. All of the orders correct and served up warm. I could nit fault the place, tables spotless and the rest of the building too. I'd happily go again for a snack in the future.

Literally missing half the order, unprofessional behaviour from staff talking bad about me and my mum because we had to ask for the rest of the order, laughing at us. Always missing something everytime we go in there, such a shame, so unorganised

The drum sticks had blood in the bones , and the coating was far too hot ,no flaver, and the skin wasn't cooked properly ,the dips should be free not 40p each and after I had the tummy cramps and runs for 3 days ,it was greasy . I was not happy put me off

Asked for fresh chips, as I thought the couple of bags seemed to have been sitting there for a while. But I didn't get them. Not impressed.

Food is ok usually, however went in before 10 but couldnt serve krushems because they cleaned it. Thought you closed at 10 not earlier that that?

Yesterday, I used the drive through, I was heading back to Southampton. So, I just wanted 3 pieces of chicken and a white coffee. It was a bit pricey £7.77 but I was there, so I went for it. Anyway, I got a couple of miles down the road to a lay by. Only to find out I had two pieces of chicken and a black coffee. I mean, I only ordered two things, and they got both wrong. That was very disappointing & definitely not worth the money. Very poor service!

Needs a good clean in the restaurant area bins overflowing.

Arrived at 9.05pm, meant to be open til 10pm, already doors locked. Two other cars arrived at same time, also annoyed shut early. Won't be back.

The food is as expected but this is the 2nd time they’ve got my order wrong and I haven’t been there much. I’ll just need to check every time. Disappointing when you get it home and it’s not what you ordered.

had 4 piece colonels meal 22nd dec 2 piece were original 2 were hot spicy which i cant eat phoned next day and offered 1 piece free maths dont add up spoke to so called manager just about understood her

No rice box , very disappointed. This is a 2nd time no rice at KFC. End up getting a mighty bucket, was served everything in a bag.

Yeh not too bad. Only issue is I went there once during opening hours and they'd shut already but that was a while ago, it was late, and it happens

Tonights chicken was awful. Picked up and bought home to eat - wish I'd opened it first as it would have been rejected. Burnt/dirty oil spoiled it, chicken not 'golden crumbs' more dipped in tar appearance. Taste was terrible. Not bothering to review the fries.
